为了更加准确评估城市生活污水的综合生物毒性以及处理工艺对污水毒性的削减状况,本研究通过发光菌急性毒性、遗传毒性、雌激素活性检测方法对A~2/O工艺处理前后污水的毒性进行评价,同时通过斑马鱼暴露实验分析污水和回用水对水生生物内分泌干扰效应的作用模式.结果表明,污水厂进水具有较强的急性毒性、遗传毒性以及雌激素活性,水质较差.经二级生物处理后,上述毒性显著性降低,污水厂出水水质提高.但污水出水雌二醇当量为1.89 ng·L-1,仍可能会对受纳水体的水生生物产生潜在危害.浓缩2.5倍的水样导致雄性斑马鱼肝脏的卵黄原蛋白基因(vtg1)和雌激素受体基因(esr1)的表达水平显著上升,由此可以得出污水可通过干扰目的基因的表达来调控水生生物的内分泌活动.而esr1基因在肝脏的表达被抑制说明污水可能具有抗雌激素作用,同时反映进行生物毒性效应分析时应从多个组织或器官考虑,以获得比较全面的信息.  相似文献

近年来,微量有机污染物(OMPs)的环境赋存及风险越来越受到学者的重视,而城市污水厂出水作为向水环境释放OMPs的重要污染源,应被加以监测和管控.以小试厌氧/缺氧/好氧工艺联合臭氧(AAO-O_3)为研究对象,考察了污水中14种OMPs在组合工艺中的迁移转化规律及遗传毒性的削减.结果表明,活性污泥系统对于大多数OMPs的去除效果不佳,去除率低于50%,而后续臭氧可以弥补其不足.AAO-O_3组合工艺可以保证多数OMPs去除率在90%以上.芳香性结构的取代基中含有酚羟基(—OH)、胺基(—NH2)、甲氧基(—OCH3)的OMPs易于在臭氧过程中降解.遗传毒性结果表明,污水和二级出水都存在一定致突变风险,二级出水经过臭氧处理之后,遗传毒性去除率达到98%,污水厂出水对水环境风险大大降低.  相似文献

为了考察复杂体系的二级处理出水在UV光解及UV/TiO_2光催化反应过程中生物效应的变化,本文探究了反应前后发光细菌的荧光抑制毒性、SOS/umu遗传毒性、小球藻光合抑制效应3种生物效应的变化,并分析了物化指标的变化与生物效应之间的关系.结果表明,UV光降解过程并不能高效削减二级处理出水的荧光抑制毒性,但可以高效削减遗传毒性和光合抑制效应,其削减率分别达到61%和81%;在低辐照强度下,UV/TiO_2光催化过程对3种生物效应的削减率分别为38%、84%和80%.增大辐照强度后,3种生物效应的削减率进一步提高,尤其是荧光抑制毒性,其削减率可提高至62%.在UV光降解条件下,二级处理出水的遗传毒性、光合抑制效应与荧光强度、UV_(254)之间存在很好的线性关系;在UV/TiO_2光催化条件下,二级处理出水的3种生物效应都与荧光强度、UV_(254)之间具有很好的线性关系.这为二级处理出水生物效应的控制及生态安全的保障提供了一定的依据.  相似文献

采用发光细菌法测定城市污水毒性,并研究了模拟城市污水分别在厌氧、缺氧、好氧条件下的毒性削减情况.试验采用人工配水,其中添加了甲苯、邻二甲苯、对二甲苯、吲哚、吡啶、环己酮、苯丙酸7种有毒有机物.并用GC-MS检测上述有机物在不同生物处理过程中的降解情况及出水有机物的变化情况.结果表明,模拟城市污水经厌氧生物处理后毒性增大(HRT≤10h);缺氧生物处理对模拟城市污水的毒性略有削减;而好氧生物处理对模拟城市污水的毒性削减能力较强,效果明显.  相似文献

本文介绍了在实验室模拟条件下,利用蚕豆根尖的微核效应,分析了3种染料溶液及实际污水的生物毒性和它的去除方法。实验表明,这3种染料和实际污水都存在着生物毒性。在溶液 pH,温度,臭氧发生量一定条件下,3种染料溶液经臭氧氧化后,生物毒性去除率达56%以上,实际污水经臭氧处理后,生物毒性去除达31.09%。  相似文献

工业园区废水中污染物种类复杂、毒性大、去除难,在处理出水水质达标的情况下仍可能存在生态健康风险,因此,有效评估园区废水的处理效率具有重要意义.采用斑马鱼胚胎毒性实验和基于液相色谱-质谱的非靶标污染物筛查方法分析了两家典型工业园区污水处理厂的处理效率.研究结果表明,生物毒性检测和非靶标化学分析可从不同侧面解释废水中毒害污染物在水处理过程中的沿程变化情况,两者的研究结果相互支撑.两类分析方法都发现,生化处理工艺无法有效去除工业废水中斑马鱼胚胎发育毒性物质.高级氧化技术、吸附技术和膜生物反应器技术等可以进一步有效削减污染物丰度及毒性,市政污水的混入提升了工业废水中毒害污染物的去除率及生物毒性的削减率.本研究结果证实了斑马鱼胚胎毒性与非靶化学分析可用于确定工业废水处理的效率,对工业废水处理过程的设计和调控具有指导意义.  相似文献

采用umu遗传毒性测试方法考察了二氧化氯和氯消毒对几种城市污水生物处理出水遗传毒性的影响,发现当二氧化氯消毒剂从0 mg/L增加到30 mg/L时,几种污水的遗传毒性均先迅速降低后趋于稳定,而当氯消毒剂从0 mg/L增加到30 mg/L时,几种污水的遗传毒性的变化规律不同.进一步研究氨氮对污水消毒过程中遗传毒性变化的影响,发现氨氮对污水二氧化氯消毒过程中遗传毒性的变化规律没有显著影响,但是对污水氯消毒过程中遗传毒性的变化规律却起着至关重要的作用.当氨氮含量较小(<10~20 mg/L)时,污水氯消毒后的遗传毒性小于消毒前;当氨氮含量较大时(>10~20 mg/L),污水氯消毒后的遗传毒性大于消毒前.  相似文献

为了研究水环境中维A酸受体活性的成因,于2009年3~7月对清河河道进行了4次采样分析,利用固相萃取柱富集与重组基因酵母结合测试方法,研究了污水排放口上下游河段水样RAR活性的时空变化,并利用高效液相色谱分割活性馏分对原因物质进行了解析.结果发现,清河污水处理厂的上下游部分河段水样具有较高的RARα激活活性,但活性地点位置不稳定,随时间变化.同时,在对原因物质的解析中发现,all-trans-4-oxo-RA和13-cis-4-oxo-RA只是极小部分原因物质,环境水样中依然存在大量的未知RAR活性物质.  相似文献

用成组生物效应标记方法定量评价饮用水健康风险   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
饮用水安全性密切关系着民众的健康,因此相关的水质评价方法也日益受到关注.国家标准中规定的水质分析主要采用化学分析的方法,但该方法不能提供未知污染物的浓度及其所引起的健康影响,而生物效应标记测试则能弥补这一方面的不足.本研究应用一组生物效应标记方法评价自来水水质,包括利用SOS/umu测试评价遗传毒性,利用重组基因酵母测试评价类雌激素效应,利用鼠肝癌细胞(H4IIE)EROD诱导测试评价芳烃(Ah)受体效应或类二噁英物质总体水平,同时对这些生物毒性引起的健康风险进行了定量评价.用上述方法评价了北方某市9个水厂不同季节原水和出水水质.分析结果表明,该市主要自来水厂原水和出水中的直接和间接遗传毒性物质、类雌激素效应物质和芳烃受体效应物质浓度水平总体较低,风险在可接受水平;从处理效率来看,水厂现有工艺对类雌激素物质有很好的去除效果,而对于Ah受体效应类物质由于其总体浓度偏低而去除效果不很明显,少数水厂处理后由于消毒副产物的产生等原因,遗传毒性略有升高.曲此可见,应用生物效应标记方法能够对水厂的水源污染和水厂处理效果做出综合评价,该方法可以作为饮用水安全性评价的重要补充手段.  相似文献

It is generally known that there are many endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs) in the effluents from wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). Most research has focused on the occurrence of estrogenic or androgenic activities, while ignoring that there are environmental chemicals disrupting thyroid system, which is essential for growth and development in both humans and animals. In the present work, a two-hybrid yeast assay was conducted to evaluate the removal efficiencies of agonistic or antagonistic thyroid receptor (TR) mediated effects in different treatment processes of three WWTPs located in Beijing. We found no TR agonistic, but TR antagonistic activities in all processes from the WWTPs. The TR antagonistic activities in organic extracts of water samples were then calibrated regarding to a known TR-inhibitor, amiodarone hydrochloride (AH). The observed concentration of TR disrupting substances ranged from 2.35 × 10-8 to 6.19 × 10-7 mol/L AH in Gaobeidian WWTP, 3.76 × 10-s to 8.75 x 10-s mol/L AH in Lugouqiao WWTP,and 4.80 × 10-9 to 2.55 × 10-s mol/L AH in Beixiaohe WWTP. Of the three WWTPs, the removal rates were 92.7%, 42.2%, and 23.1% respectively. Industrial sewage may contain more TR disrupting substances compared with domestic sewage. The recipient waters were found to contain considerable concentrations of TR disrupting substances that may cause adverse effects on the exposed organisms.  相似文献

Textile industries are important sources of toxic discharges and contribute enormously to water deterioration, while little attention has been paid to the toxicity of textile effluents in discharge regulation. Bioassays with zebrafish were employed to evaluate the toxicity of wastewater samples collected from different stages at a textile factory and sewage treatment plants (STPs). Physico-chemical parameters, acute toxicity, genotoxicity and oxidative stress biomarkers were analyzed. The wastewater samples from bleaching, rinsing and soaping of the textile factory exhibited high acute toxicity and genotoxicity. The coexisting components of dye compounds, as assistants and oxidants, seemed to cause some effect on the toxic response. After treatment employing the anoxic-oxic (A/O) process in STPs, the color and the chemical oxygen demand (COD) were reduced by 40% and 84%, respectively, falling within the criteria of the Chinese Sewage Discharge Standard. In contrast, increases in acute toxicity and genotoxicity were observed in the anaerobic tank, indicating the formation of toxic intermediates. The genotoxicity of the effluent of the STP was not significantly different from that of the influent, suggesting the wastewater treatment processes were not effective in removing the genotoxicity of the dye wastewater. Results indicated that the effluent contains pro-oxidants since the activities of glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA), and total anti-oxidation capacity (T-AOC) were all elevated. In addition, decreases in superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-S transferase (GST) activities observed can be interpreted as a cytotoxicity sign due to an over-production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). The results of the present study suggest that the STPs were not capable of reducing the toxicity of wastewater sufficiently. Further treatment is needed to remove the potential risks posed by textile effluent to ecosystems and human health, and employing a toxicity index is necessary for discharge regulation.  相似文献

NPnEO在中国北方四城市污水处理厂的污染研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
测定了中国北方4个城市污水处理厂进、出水中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPnEO,n为聚合度)及其代谢产物的浓度及分布,同时测定了其中2个污水处理厂污泥中上述物质的浓度和分布,初步探讨了NPnEO在城市污水处理过程中的迁移转化行为.结果表明:在4个城市污水处理厂的进、出水及其中2个厂的污泥中均检测到了浓度不等的NPnEO及其代谢产物;NPnEO在各城市污水处理厂都得到了一定程度的降解去除,去除率为23.38%~77.11%,平均为52.86%;NPnEO大分子组分降解成了小分子组分,但并未完全矿化;出水中以壬基酚(NP)、壬基酚一乙氧基醚(NP1EO)和壬基酚二乙氧基醚(NP2EO)小分子组分的浓度高.这些小分子产物都具有比母体化合物更高的毒性,并具有环境内分泌干扰性质,因此污水处理过程不但没有降低反而增加了生态风险,是环境中小分子NPnEO的主要来源;污泥对NPnEO,特别是小分子代谢产物有良好的吸附性能,其在污泥中的浓度水平较高,合理处置污泥避免二次污染值得进一步研究探讨.   相似文献

建立了基于HLB固相萃取柱和气相色谱/电子捕获(GC/ECD)分析城市污水中有机氯农药的分析方法,对北京市五大城市污水处理厂———高碑店、北小河、酒仙桥、清河、方庄污水处理厂进出水水样中有机氯农药进行了分析。在5个污水处理厂的水样中共检出了6种有机氯类农药,分别是α-六六六、β-六六六、γ-六六六、δ-六六六、艾氏剂、4,4’-滴滴伊和异狄氏剂,浓度在0.2~76.4ng/L之间。方法对有机氯农药的回收率达到60.93%~141.50%,方法检测限为(0.27~2.90)ng/L。  相似文献

Ozonation enhanced the yields of all detected chlorine DBPs except CHCl3. At a chlorine dose of 5 mg/L, the three brominated THMs and five HAAs increased, while chloroform decreased with the increase of ozone dose from 0 to 10 mg/L (ozone dose in consumption base). At a chlorine dose of 10 mg/L, the two mixed bromochloro species THMs and two dominant HAAs (DCAA and TCAA) firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of ozone dose, with the turning point approximately occurring at an ozone dose of 5 mg/L. The genotoxicity detected using umu test, on the other hand, was removed from 7 μg 4-NQO/L to a negligible level by ozonation under an ozone dose of 5 mg/L. Chlorination could further remove the genotoxicity to some extent. It was found that SUVA (UV absorbance divided by DOC concentration) might be used as an indicative parameter for monitoring the removal of genotoxicity during the oxidation.  相似文献

The bacterial community structures in two sewage treatment plants with different processes and performance were investigated by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of nested polymerase chain reaction (nested PCR) amplified 16S rRNA gene fragments with group-specific primers. Samples of raw sewage and treated effluents were amplified using the whole-cell PCR method, and the activated sludge samples were amplified using the extracted genomic DNA before the PCR products were loaded on the same DGGE gel for bacterial community analysis. Ammonia-oxidizing bacterial and actinomycetic community analysis were also carried out to investigate the relationship between specific population structures and system or sludge performance. The two plants demonstrated a similarity in bacterial community structures of raw sewage and activated sludge, but they had different effluent populations. Many dominant bacterial populations of raw sewage did not appear in the activated sludge samples, suggesting that the dominant bacterial populations in raw sewage might not play an important role during wastewater treatment. Although the two plants had different sludge properties in terms of settleability and foam forming ability, they demonstrated similar actinomycetic community structures. For activated sludge with bad settling performance, the treated water presented a similar DGGE pattern with that of activated sludge, indicating the nonselective washout of bacteria from the system. The plant with better ammonium removal efficiency showed higher ammonia-oxidizing bacteria species richness. Analysis of sequencing results showed that the major populations in raw sewage were uncultured bacterium, while in activated sludge the predominant populations were beta proteobacteria.  相似文献

为提高污水样品中雌酮(E1)的固相萃取回收率,应用响应面法(RSM)对影响固相萃取的关键参数进行了优化,建立了固相萃取回收率的二次多项式模型,分析了模型有效性和因子交互作用,确定了最佳固相萃取条件;并对实际污水处理厂进、出水样品中的E1进行了固相萃取和浓度检测。结果表明,影响E1固相萃取回收率的因素重要性依次为:洗脱体积>进样速率>洗脱速率。最佳固相萃取条件为:洗脱体积11.15 mL;进样速率10.62mL/min;洗脱速率4.15 mL/min;在此条件下,预测回收率最大可达81.82%。分别采用SBR、氧化沟和A2/O工艺的3座污水处理厂进水E1浓度分别为36.889.0、24.189.0、24.128.4和27.828.4和27.858.1 ng/L,对应去除率分别为62.8%58.1 ng/L,对应去除率分别为62.8%77.0%、49.3%77.0%、49.3%63.6%和56.1%63.6%和56.1%74.9%。3种污水处理工艺对E1均有一定的去除能力,但出水中残余E1仍远超过预测无效应浓度。  相似文献
