The increasing occurrence of Microcystis blooms is of great concern to public health and ecosystem due to the potential hepatotoxic microcystins (MCs) produced by these colonial cyanobacteria. In order to interpret the relationships between variations of Microcyst/s morphospedes and extracellular MC concentrations, the seasonal dynamics of phytoplankton community composition, MC concentrations, and environmental parameters were monitored monthly from August, 2009 to July, 2010. The results indicated that Microcystis dominated total phytoplankton abundance from May to December (96%--99% of total biovolume), with toxic Microcystis viridis and non-toxic Microcystis wesenbergii dominating after July (constituting 65%- 95% of the Microcystis population), followed by M. viridis as the sole dominant species from November to January (49%--93%). Correlation analysis revealed that water temperature and nutrient were the most important variables accounting for the occurrence ofM. wesenbergii, while the dominance ofM. viridis was related with nitrite and nitrate. The relatively low content of MCs was explained by the association with a large proportion of M. viriclis and M. wesenbergii, small colony size of Microcystis populations, and low water temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen. The extracellular MC (mean of 0.5 ± 0.2 μg/L) of water samples analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) demonstrated the low concentrations of MC in Dianchi Lake which implied the low potential risk for human health in the basin. 为了解洪泽湖有毒和无毒微囊藻丰度及其空间分布,于2014年8月对洪泽湖30个采样点水体的营养盐浓度和Calson富营养化指数(trophic state index,TSI)进行研究,同时采用实时荧光定量PCR技术测定了有毒和无毒微囊藻丰度.结果表明,洪泽湖水体的总氮和总磷浓度平均值分别为1.63 mg·L-1和0.11 mg·L-1,富营养化指数在58.1~73.6之间,洪泽湖水质呈富营养化状态;有毒微囊藻在洪泽湖广泛分布,其丰度在1.13×104~3.51×106copies·m L-1之间,总微囊藻丰度在1.06×105~1.10×107copies·m L-1之间,有毒微囊藻占总微囊藻的比例在8.5%~38.5%之间,平均值为23.6%,有毒微囊藻丰度及其比例均呈现出明显的空间差异性;相关分析结果显示,总微囊藻、有毒微囊藻和有毒微囊藻所占比例三者之间呈极显著正相关性(P0.01),总微囊藻和有毒微囊藻丰度与叶绿素a浓度和TSI有极显著正相关性(P0.01),与透明度有极显著负相关性(P0.01),有毒微囊藻所占比例与叶绿素a、总氮、总磷和TSI有极显著正相关性(P0.01),与TN/TP和透明度有极显著负相关(P0.01).因此,削减洪泽湖总氮、总磷浓度一方面可以降低水体富营养化水平,另一方面有利于抑制有毒微囊藻对无毒微囊藻的竞争优势.  相似文献

A simulated climate warming experiment was conducted to evaluate the combined effects of elevated temperature and CO_2 concentration on the bioaccumulation,translocation and subcellular distributions of Cd and Zn in wheat seedlings(Triticum aestivum L.cv.Xihan 1.) at Dingxi,Gansu Province,China.The objective was to find evidence that global climate change is affecting the bioaccumulation of Cd and Zn in T.aestivum L.cv.Xihan 1.The results showed that compared to control A,elevated temperature and CO_2 increased Cd bioaccumulation in the shoots by 1.4–2.5 times,and increased that in the roots by 1.2–1.5times,but decreased Zn levels in wheat shoots by 1.4–2.0 times,while decreased that in the roots by 1.6–1.9 times.Moreover,temperature and CO_2 concentration increase also led to increased Cd concentration,and decreased Zn concentration in subcellular compartments of wheat seedlings.The largest Cd concentration increase(174.4%) was observed in the cell wall and debris fractions of shoots after they were subjected to the highest CO_2 and temperature treatment(TC3).The largest Zn concentration decrease(53.1%) was observed in the soluble(F3) fractions of shoots after they were subjected to the medium CO_2 and temperature treatment(TC2).The temperature and CO_2 increase had no significant effect on the proportional distribution of Cd and Zn in the subcellular fractions.The root-to-shoot translocation of Cd increased with the increasing temperature and CO_2 concentration.However,the Zn distributions only fluctuated within a small range.  相似文献

Lake Taihu, a large, shallow hypertrophic freshwater lake in eastern China, has experienced lake-wide toxic cyanobacterial blooms annually during summer season in the past decades. Spatial changes in the abundance of hepatotoxin microcystin-producing and non-microcystin producing Microcystis populations were investigated in the lake in August of 2009 and 2010. To monitor the densities of the total Microcystis population and the potential microcystin-producing subpopulation, we used a quantitative real-time PCR assay targeting the phycocyanin intergenic spacer (PC-IGS) and the microcystin synthetase gene (mcyD), respectively. On the basis of quantification by real-time PCR analysis, the abundance of potential toxic Microcystis genotypes and the ratio of the mcyD subpopulation to the total Microcystis varied significantly, from 4.08× 104 to 5.22× 107 copies/mL, from 5.7% to 65.8%, respectively. Correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between chlorophyll-a, toxic Microcystis and total Microcystis; the abundance of toxic Microcystis correlated positively with total phosphorus and ortho-phosphate concentrations, but negatively with TN:TP ratio and nitrate concentrations. Meanwhile the proportion of potential toxic genotypes within Microcystis population showed positive correlation with total phosphorus and ortho-phosphate concentrations. Our data suggest that increased phosphorus loading may be a significant factor promoting the occurrence of toxic Microcystis bloom in Lake Taihu.  相似文献

随着全球气候变化的不断加剧,大气CO2浓度呈明显增加趋势,这将间接影响土壤-植物-微生物系统的氮循环过程.为研究典型水稻土壤反硝化细菌对CO2浓度升高的响应规律和机制,借助水稻密闭培养箱,运用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-Time qPCR)分子技术,设置不施氮(0 mg/kg)和常规施氮(100 mg/kg)2个处理,研究CO2倍增对水稻不同生长期土壤关键反硝化功能细菌(narG、nirK和nirS型)丰度的影响.结果表明:①在2种施氮水平,CO2倍增显著促进了水稻分蘖期、孕穗期、扬花期和成熟期水稻根系生长(增幅为2.96%~28.4%)、地上部生物量增加(增幅为7.1%~107.3%)以及成熟期籽粒干质量的增加(增幅为19.5%和38.0%),具有显著的增产效应.②反硝化细菌丰度对CO2倍增的响应与生育期及施氮水平有关,CO2倍增在2个施氮水平均抑制分蘖期反硝化细菌的繁殖,显著增加孕穗期反硝化细菌数量;在水稻扬花期,CO2倍增促进了施氮处理narG和nirS型反硝化细菌数量的增加,在成熟期抑制未施氮处理下narG、nirK和nirS型反硝化细菌的生长.另外,narG、nirK、nirS型反硝化细菌丰度整体表现为narG > nirS > nirK,且随水稻的生长,其在成熟期的丰度均呈降低趋势.nirK和nirS基因同属亚硝酸还原酶,但nirS基因丰度高于nirK,且对CO2倍增和施氮的响应有所差异.研究显示,CO2倍增可显著增加水稻生长和产量,不同施氮水平对稻田土壤反硝化细菌丰度的影响存在差异.   相似文献

The objective of this study was to understand toxicity of mixture of nanoparticles (NPs) (ZnO and TiO2) and their ions to Escherichia coli. Results indicated the decrease in percentage growth of E. coli with the increase in concentration of NPs both in single and mixture setups. Even a small concentration of 1 mg/L was observed to be significantly toxic to E. coli in binary mixture setup (exposure concentration: 1 mg/L ZnO and 1 mg/L TiO2; 21.15% decrease in plate count concentration with respect to control). Exposure of E. coli to mixture of NPs at 1000 mg/L (i.e., 1000 mg/L ZnO and 1000 mg/L TiO2) resulted in 99.63% decrease in plate count concentration with respect to control. Toxic effects of ions to E. coli were found to be lesser than their corresponding NPs. The percentage growth reduction was found to be 36% for binary mixture of zinc and titanium ions at the highest concentration (i.e., 803.0 mg/L Zn and 593.3 mg/L Ti where ion concentrations are equal to the Zn ions present in 1000 mg/L ZnO NP solution and Ti+ 4 ions present in 1000 mg/L TiO2 NP solution). Nature of mixture toxicity of the two NPs to E. coli was found to be antagonistic. The alkaline phosphatase (Alp) assay indicated that the maximum damage was observed when E. coli was exposed to 1000 mg/L of mixture of NPs. This study tries to fill the knowledge gap on information of toxicity of mixture of NPs to bacteria which has not been reported earlier.  相似文献

喀斯特槽谷区土壤CO2浓度的短时变化及影响因素研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
龙潭喀斯特槽谷两侧顺、逆倾坡裸岩出露率、植被覆盖率存在较大差异,为探究龙潭槽谷两侧顺、逆倾坡土壤CO_2浓度的短时变化及其影响因素,于2017年6月~2018年5月用固态CO_2传感器法在槽谷两侧顺、逆倾坡土面上开展高分辨率土壤CO_2浓度动态监测,并同时对监测点进行土壤温度、土壤湿度连续自动化监测。结果表明:(1)强降雨事件中,除强降雨初期(1h内),土壤CO_2浓度出现短暂降低外,降雨事件整体上促进了土壤CO_2浓度的上升;(2)昼夜尺度上,白天土壤CO_2浓度大于夜晚,土壤CO_2浓度对气温的响应速度较土温快;一年四季中,土壤CO_2浓度波动幅度大小次序为夏季秋季春季冬季;(3)在短时天气变化下,裸岩出露率越高、植被覆盖率越低,土壤CO_2浓度与土温的相关性越强且在强降雨下的变化幅度越大。  相似文献

基于2012年春季在太湖梅梁湾进行为期27 d的不同CO2水平(大气CO2体积分数([CO2,g])梯度为270×10-6、380×10-6、750×10-6)的野外培养实验,揭示了大气CO2水平升高对太湖浮游植物的碳源选择、生长速率、光合作用、净初级生产力和细胞化学元素组成等生理过程的影响,结果表明,大气CO2浓度的升高首先会显著改变太湖水体的pH值和碳化学环境,减弱浮游植物碳浓缩机制(CCM)的必要性.大气CO2浓度加倍后,浮游植物的最大生长速率(Umax)、净初级生产力(NPP)、单位叶绿素a(Chl-a)含量的NPP会分别增加63.1%、69.6%、33.8%.大气CO2浓度的升高会促进太湖绿藻和硅藻的最大光合作用效率并且其对硅藻的促进作用比绿藻更显著,但并没有改变春季蓝藻光合作用活性极低的现状.大气CO2浓度的升高在提高浮游植物细胞中C、N含量的同时,却减少了P的吸收.本研究结果将为预测和揭示太湖浮游植物对未来气候变化的响应提供理论基础.  相似文献

Characteristics of toluene decomposition and formation of nitrogen oxide (NOx) by-products were investigated in a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor with/without catalyst at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Four kinds of metal oxides, i.e., manganese oxide (MnOx), iron oxide (FeOx), cobalt oxide (CoOx) and copper oxide (CuO), supported on Al2O3/nickel foam, were used as catalysts. It was found that introducing catalysts could improve toluene removal efficiency, promote decomposition of by-product ozone and enhance CO2 selectivity. In addition, NOx was suppressed with the decrease of specific energy density (SED) and the increase of humidity, gas flow rate and toluene concentration, or catalyst introduction. Among the four kinds of catalysts, the CuO catalyst showed the best performance in NOx suppression. The MnOx catalyst exhibited the lowest concentration of O3 and highest CO2 selectivity but the highest concentration of NOx. A possible pathway for NOx production in DBD was discussed. The contributions of oxygen active species and hydroxyl radicals are dominant in NOx suppression.  相似文献

要有效地减少城市碳排放和正确地判断城市现有减排措施的有效性就必须准确地确定城市大气CO2的来源.由于碳同位素比从污染源到受体的传输过程中同位素分馏现象不明显,本研究建立了一套基于碳同位素比技术定量估算城市大气CO2来源的方法,并用该方法初步定量分析了上海市嘉定区大气CO2中来自燃煤、机动车尾气和生物质贡献的时空分布.上海市嘉定区大气CO2的上述3种来源中,生物质的贡献最大.燃煤的贡献在夜间(00:00、04:00和20:00)多于白天(08:00、12:00和16:00),且随高度的升高而增大;机动车尾气的贡献则随高度的升高而降低.大气CO2浓度时空分布特征体现了上海市郊嘉定区大气CO2的排放特征和各来源的传输特性.  相似文献

It was investigated whether exposure of elevated ozone (O3) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations affected the macronutrient (N, P, K, Mg, Ca) concentrations in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers in three open-top chamber experiments from Sweden and Finland. The tuber concentrations of N, P, K and Mg correlated positively with O3 exposure (although not significantly in the case of N and P) but the O3 exposure had no effect on the tuber concentration of Ca. A likely mechanism behind the observed O3 effects was suggested to be that the more progressed senescence of O3 exposed plants was associated with a larger extent of reallocation of mobile nutrients from the haulm to the tubers. In addition, the uptake of macronutrients may have been less negatively affected by O3 exposure than the assimilation of carbon. O3 tended to reduce the total tuber contents of all investigated nutrients, which imply a reduced fertilizer need per unit field area. This was not associated with a decreased fertilizer need per tonnage of yield, as the tuber nutrient concentrations were increased by O3 exposure. The increased CO2 concentration did not significantly affect any of the investigated macronutrients in the present dataset but did generally prevent the O3 induced increases in nutrient concentrations to be expressed (only significant in the case of N and Mg). The O3 induced increase in tuber K concentration, may mediate earlier observed O3 effects on potato tuber concentrations of citric and malic acids. To conclude, anticipated future (and even presently occurring) O3 exposure has a negative impact on the total tuber contents of K and Ca and probably also on the total tuber contents of N, P and Mg. O3 exposure causes increased tuber concentrations of N, P, K and Mg at an early harvest. The O3 induced increase in tuber concentration tended to diminish by a CO2 elevation.  相似文献

通过室内培养实验,研究了不同生态系统土壤生化特征及其对土壤呼吸和N2O排放的影响.结果表明,不同生态系统土壤的生化特征不同,土壤呼吸和N2O排放也不相同.一般果园细菌数量最多,草地放线菌数量最多,林地真菌数量最多,而竹园细菌放线菌数量最少,果园真菌最少;微生物碳氮含量一般果园>林地>农田.相关分析表明细菌数量与微生物碳氮呈显著正相关,放线菌数量与土壤有机碳和全氮含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而真菌数量仅与全氮含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05).土壤呼吸累积排放量从高到低为果园>竹林>农田>林地>草地.N2O累积排放量为农田>果园>草地>林地>竹林.土壤呼吸与细菌、微生物碳氮呈显著正相关(P<0.05);土壤的N2O排放与三大微生物、铵态氮呈显著正相关(P<0.05).逐步回归分析表明土壤呼吸主要取决于土壤细菌数量和pH的变化;土壤N2O排放主要取决于土壤细菌数量和铵态氮含量的变化.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to investigate CO_2adsorption capacity of tetraethylenepentamine-functionalized basic-modified calcined hydrotalcite(TEPA/b-c HT)sorbents at atmospheric pressure formed under varying TEPA loading levels,temperatures,sorbent weight to total gaseous flow rate(W/F)ratios and CO_2concentrations in the influent gas.The TEPA/b-c HT sorbents were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT–IR),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),Brunauer–Emmet–Teller(BET)analysis of nitrogen(N_2)adsorption/desorption and carbon–hydrogen–nitrogen(CHN)elemental analysis.Moreover,a full 2~4factorial design with three central points at a 95%confidence interval was used to screen important factor(s)on the CO_2adsorption capacity.It revealed that85.0%variation in the capacity came from the influence of four main factors and the15.0%one was from their interactions.A face-centered central composite design response surface method(FCCCD–RSM)was then employed to optimize the condition,the maximal capacity of 5.5–6.1 mmol/g was achieved when operating with a TEPA loading level of 39%–49%(W/W),temperature of 76–90°C,W/F ratio of 1.7–2.60(g·sec)/cm~3and CO_2concentration of 27%–41%(V/V).The model fitted sufficiently the experimental data with an error range of±1.5%.From cyclical adsorption/desorption and selectivity at the optimal condition,the 40%TEPA/b-c HT still expressed its effective performance after eight cycles.  相似文献

以氨水为吸收剂,对聚丙烯中空纤维膜分离烟气中CO2进行了实验研究.结果表明:随着气体流量和入口CO2浓度的增加,CO2去除率下降而传质速率增加;随着氨水浓度和氨水流量的增加,CO2去除率和传质速率均显著增加,但当氨水浓度大于2.5 mol·L-1,吸收液流量大于80m L·min-1后,膜接触器对CO2去除率和传质速率基本保持不变;膜接触器连续运行15 d后其吸收性能显著下降,CO2去除率、传质速率、总传质系数均下降约40%~50%.接触角测量、SEM及XPS表征结果表明:随着操作的进行,聚丙烯膜在吸收液环境中接触角逐渐降低,疏水性减弱,造成膜孔润湿;同时碳酸盐在膜孔形成结晶,堵塞膜孔,使得传质阻力进一步增加,从而造成膜接触器吸收性能的下降.  相似文献

生态化学计量比的变化特征在一定程度上可反映植物对环境条件变化适应的本质.本研究利用CO_2连续标记系统模拟大气CO_2体积分数升高(800×10-6)条件,探讨水稻各器官C、N、P含量及其计量比变化的特征.结果表明,CO_2倍增促进水稻各器官生长,并增加了根冠比.在植株生长过程中CO_2倍增可一定程度上降低不同生育期内秸秆全氮(TN)含量,同时使得水稻根系、秸秆和籽粒的C/N比值增大,降低N和提高P的利用效率.多重比较和韦恩图分析表明CO_2体积分数仅对水稻秸秆TN有着显著影响,对水稻养分含量及其计量比特征的变异解释率均为-1. 0%,即几乎不受CO_2倍增影响.在大气CO_2体积分数升高条件下,水稻各器官C、N、P含量及其计量比具有良好的计量学内稳性特征,同时在不同生育期内其计量比变化特征与"生长速率理论"相符.在农田管理措施中,可适当施加氮肥来缓解CO_2体积分数升高带来的养分平衡压力.  相似文献

Production and characteristics of typical taste and odor (T&O) compounds by Microcystis aeruginosa were investigated. A few terpenoid chemicals, including 2-MIB, β-cyclocitral, and β-ionone, and a few sulfur compounds, such as dimethyl sulfide and dimethyl trisulfide, were detected. β-Cyclocitral and β-carotene concentrations were observed to be relevant to the growth phases of Microcystis. During the stable growth phase, 41-865 fg/cell of β-cyclocitral were found in the laboratory culture. β-Cyclocitral concentrations correlated closely with β-carotene concentrations, with the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.96, as it is formed from the cleavage reaction of β-carotene. For dead cell cases, a high concentration of dimethyl trisulfide was detected at 3.48-6.37 fg/cell. Four T&O compounds, including β-cyclocitral, β-ionone, heptanal and dimethyl trisulfide, were tested and found to be able to inhibit and damage Microcystis cells to varying degrees. Among these chemicals, β-cyclocitral has the strongest ability to quickly rupture cells.  相似文献

The effects of elevated CO2 concentration on the growth, yield and quality of spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L., cv. ‘Sport’), barley (Hordeum vulgare, cv. ‘Thule’) and oats (Avena sativa, cv. ‘Kapp’) were studied. The study was performed from 20 April to 24 August in ten field chamber units each of 9 m2 in a cool (12.6°C) maritime climate under long days (14.6–18.1 h), on the southwest coast of Norway (59°N, 6°E). The total biomass increased at high CO2 concentration, by 11% and 20% in wheat and barley, respectively. The proportion of small grains increased by 6% in wheat and 26% in barley, but the total grain yield was not affected. The weight of chaff increased by 9% and 19% in wheat and barley, respectively. Plant height was significantly reduced during the growing season at elevated CO2, by 8–19% in barley and by 9–25% in oats until 6 July when no significant difference in height was found. After 6 July, barley plants at elevated CO2 were significantly taller than at ambient CO2 concentration and oats were not affected. Elongation in wheat was not affected by CO2 concentration at any time in the growing season. No difference in developmental rate could be detected between plants at normal and elevated CO2 concentrations. The protein content of the grain decreased by 8% in barley, but was not significantly affected in the other species.  相似文献

CO_2 capture performance of bifunctional activated bleaching earth(ABE) was investigated at atmospheric pressure. The sorbents were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET), Caron-Hydrogen-Nitrogen analysis(CHN), Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA). The CO_2 capacity was enhanced via basic-modification and monoethanolamine(MEA) loading of the ABE sorbent to obtain a bifunctional surface property. Here, basic-modified calcined ABE with a 30 wt.%MEA loading(SAB-30) showed the highest CO_2 capture capacity, but this was decreased with excess MEA loading( 30 wt.%). At a 10%(V/V) initial CO_2 concentration feed, the maximum capacity of SAB-30 increased from 2.71 mmol/g at 30℃(without adding moisture to the feed) to 3.3 mmol/g at 50℃ when adding 10%(V/V) moisture to the feed. Increasing the moisture concentration further reduced the maximum CO_2 capacity due to the blocking effect of the excess moisture on the sorbent surface. However, SAB-30 could completely capture CO_2 even in a 100%(V/V) initial CO_2 concentration feed. A maximum CO_2 capacity of5.7 mmol/g for SAB-30 was achieved at 30℃. Varying the ratio of sorbent weight to total flow rate of the gas stream had no discernible effect on the equilibrium CO_2 capture capacity. Avrami's equation and Toth's isotherm model provided a good fitting for the data and suggested the presence of more than one reaction pathway in the CO_2 capture process and the heterogeneous adsorption surface of SAB-30. Thermodynamics studies revealed that CO_2 capture on the bifunctional SAB-30 is feasible, spontaneous and exothermic in nature.  相似文献

通过对南海水域多个区域不同深度的海水分别以H2、Na2S2O3、Na NO2为电子供体经过一定时间的驯化培养后,测定其中非光合微生物的固碳潜力,并统计南海水域不同深度非光合微生物在不同电子供体条件下固碳潜力的差异性,最后结合不同深度海水的主要固碳基因丰度差异,分析南海水域不同深度海洋非光合微生物在不同电子供体条件下固碳潜能差异的原因.结果发现以Na NO2为电子供体时,海洋非光合微生物固碳能力普遍较低,各深度之间没有显著差异;以H2为电子供体时,表层海水中的非光合微生物的固碳潜力显著高于深层海水中的;而以Na2S2O3为电子供体时,深层海水中的非光合微生物的固碳潜力显著高于表层海水中的.基因分析结果表明,固碳基因cbb L在表层海水中的丰度高于深层海水,而cbb M基因在深层海水中的丰度高于表层海水.硫细菌大多以拥有cbb M基因为主,而氢细菌大多以拥有cbb L基因为主.因此不同海洋深度非光合微生物对不同电子供体响应的差异性可能和优势菌群结构的差异有关.海洋表层和深层溶解氧、无机碳含量的差异是导致菌群结构差异,乃至固碳潜力差异的重要原因.  相似文献
