为了解红树植物对汞的富集能力和影响因素,对我国几种主要的红树植物的汞含量、沉积物总汞含量和形态进行了研究.结果表明,几种主要红树植物的总汞含量范围为817.5~3 197.6 ng/g,具有明显的种间差异和器官差异.秋茄汞含量为(1 579.4±1 326.8)ng/g,桐花树为(2 115.1±1 892.3)ng/g,白骨壤为(2 159.3±1 678.7)ng/g,木榄为(2 566.5±821.6)ng/g,海漆为(2 104.3±1 661.8)ng/g,无瓣海桑为(3 197.6±2 782.8)ng/g,老鼠簕为817.5±632.3 ng/g,红海榄为(1 801.8±1 255.4)ng/g.各种红树植物对汞的吸收能力的顺序为:无瓣海桑木榄白骨壤桐花树海漆红海榄秋茄老鼠簕.我国主要红树林地区表层沉积物的汞形态主要为易挥发态,其次为硫化物及有机结合态或可交换离子态,少量为碳酸盐结合态和铁锰氧化物结合态,残渣态少量甚至没有.只有深圳红树林沉积物中的汞以残渣态为主,其次为硫化物及有机物结合态.无瓣海桑的茎和叶,海漆叶的汞含量与易挥发态汞、可交换态汞具有显著正相关关系,而大多数红树植物的茎汞和叶汞含量与沉积物的总汞含量、不同形态汞之间并没有明显的相关性.红树植物富集的汞来源多样,且这些不同来源的汞在植物体内可能是能够迁移的.  相似文献

广西的红树林现有面积为8374.9 hm2,分布于北海市、钦州市和防城港市.红树植物有15种,其中真红树植物11种,半红树植物5种,无瓣海桑为人工引种.红树林的建群种主要有白骨壤、桐花树、秋茄、红海榄、木榄、海漆、老鼠筋和银叶树8种,主要群落可划分为8个群系,15个群落类型.红树林是广西的优势海洋资源之一,其动植物资源潜力大,生态景观旅游价值高,同时是良好的生态养殖场所.如何合理利用红树林资源,本文提出了针对性的建议.  相似文献

广东湛江次生与原生红树林群落碳储量与掉落物动态研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过群落调查、异速生长法计算以及样品测定,分别对2010~2011年期间广东湛江高桥红树林生态系统中次生桐花树和原生木榄群落的植物和土壤储量进行了计算,并利用掉落物收集筐对掉落物动态进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,高桥桐花树与木榄群落的植物碳库(以C计,下同)分别为(51.16±12.06)×106g/hm2和(38.52±6.94)×106g/hm2,地上部分明显高于地下部分;土壤碳库分别为(111.86±7.96)×106g/hm2和(106.13±11.12)×106g/hm2,明显高于植物碳库;次生与原生红树林群落的总碳库没有差异(P0.05)。桐花树和木榄群落的年均掉落物产量分别为556.00 g/m2和971.13 g/m2,均以凋落叶居多,但原生木榄群落的掉落物产量明显高于次生桐花树群落(P0.001)。由此可见,次生红树林桐花树群落与原生红树林木榄群落的碳储量相当,但均显著低于热带地区的原生红树植物群落。  相似文献

广东镇海湾红树林湿地公园是广东省重要的红树林湿地之一。据野外调查:(1)该湿地公园内共有秋茄(Kandelia candel)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)、白骨壤(Avicennia marina)等真红树植物7种,其中无瓣海桑为国外引进树种;半红树植物有黄槿(Hibiscus tilioceus)、假茉莉(Clerodendrum inerme)等4种;常见的红树林伴生植物有厚藤(Ipomoea pes-caprae)、沟叶结缕草(Zoysia matrella)等;(2)主要红树林植被群落有桐花树群落、秋茄+桐花树群落、白骨壤+秋茄+桐花树群落等;(3)2018年迄今观察记录到鸟类8目21科34种,其中中国红皮书保护鸟类2种,即褐翅鸦鹃(Centropus sinensis)和青脚鹬(Tringa nebularia);(4)为了更好地保护镇海湾的红树林资源和生物多样性,建议今后从依法保护、保护与恢复相结合、先保护后利用等方面予以加强。  相似文献

基于高分辨率卫星影像的广西红树林面积监测与群落调查   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于国产多源高分辨率卫星数据,利用遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)技术结合野外勘查的方式,对广西红树林面积进行遥感监测并对其群落类型进行野外勘查。结果表明:截至2013年12月,广西红树林总面积为7 243.15 hm2,共有斑块2 793个,平均斑块面积为2.59 hm2,其中最大斑块面积为173.67 hm2。北海市红树林面积、斑块数及比例分别为3 263.66 hm2、905个、45.06%;钦州市为2 097.41 hm2、1 259个、28.96%;防城港市为1 882.08 hm2、629个、25.98%。红树林群落类型有白骨壤、白骨壤+桐花树、桐花树、桐花树+白骨壤、木榄-白骨壤等共21种,其中面积及比例从大到小前7位排列分别是白骨壤群落(3 022.96 hm2,41.74%)、桐花树群落(2 383.81 hm2,32.91%)、白骨壤+桐花树群落(405.42 hm2,5.60%)、木榄-白骨壤群落(303.93 hm2,4.20%)、红海榄-白骨壤群落(214.43 hm2,2.96%)、无瓣海桑-桐花树群落(138.46 hm2,1.91%)、木榄-桐花树群落(128.40 hm2,1.77%)。通过对比发现,不同研究者、影像数据源和研究方法,会使得同一区域红树林面积监测结果存在较大差异。  相似文献

红树林高位养殖中抗生素氟喹诺酮类(FQs)有较多残留,但目前关于红树植物对抗生素的吸收及器官转运特征鲜有研究.本研究采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法定量分析了广东镇海湾的两种优势红树植物桐花(Aegiceras corniculatum)、秋茄(Kandelia candel)根、枝、叶中4种FQs—氧氟沙星(OFL)、诺氟沙星(NOR)、环丙沙星(CIP)、恩诺沙星(ENR)的含量,用植物器官转移因子(PF)的方法评价了4种FQs在植物体内的转移能力,探讨了植物含脂率(LR)对器官中FQs残留的影响.结果表明:两种红树植物器官中均有4种FQs检出;OFL、NOR、ENR的含量在桐花树中为:枝(6.36~12.23μg·kg~(-1))叶(4.05~10.92μg·kg~(-1))和根(5.01~10.47μg·kg~(-1)),秋茄中为:根(6.27~24.70μg·kg~(-1))叶(5.74~10.98μg·kg~(-1))枝(3.63~7.00μg·kg~(-1)),CIP不符合此规律.4种FQs的根向枝/叶转移因子PFTL/R皆为PFTL/R(桐花树)PFTL/R(秋茄)1,说明桐花树、秋茄根部的FQs均可向地上部分大量转移,且桐花树根部向地上部分转运FQs的能力比秋茄强;桐花树对FQs有吸收及转运作用,秋茄的根则对FQs的吸收作用较强.LR的高低不是4种FQs吸收和转运的关键影响因子.  相似文献

研究了多氯联苯(PCBs)对红树植物秋茄和桐花树的光合作用及相对生长速率的影响。结果表明,在所设PCBs浓度范围内,秋茄和桐花树能保持相对正常的光合色素水平,桐花树幼苗叶片的叶绿素a+b含量降低的幅度要小于秋茄,而叶绿素a/b值升高的幅度也小于秋茄;各浓度组秋茄和桐花树幼苗根和茎的干物重与鲜重的比值与对照相比均无显著性差异,桐花树幼苗茎的干物重与鲜重的比值小于秋茄,而根的干物重与鲜重的比值大于秋茄;各浓度PCBs对秋茄和桐花树幼苗的相对生长速率均具有促进作用,桐花树幼苗的相对生长速率小于秋茄。研究表明:两种红树植物在所设PCBs浓度范围内,均能正常生长,对PCBs均具有较强的耐性,而且桐花树幼苗对PCBs的耐性要强于秋茄。  相似文献

选取陕西省延安市的富县、甘泉县、安塞县和榆林市的靖边县、横山县、榆阳区为研究区域,测定和分析研究区植物叶片和不同土层土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量,阐明植物叶片和土壤化学计量学特征随纬度梯度的变化模式,为预测黄土高原植物营养元素的限制情况和生态系统的土壤养分状况提供依据.结果表明:1在35.95°~38.36°N的纬度范围内,植物叶片C、N、P含量的变化范围分别是336.95~477.38、18.09~33.17和1.07~1.73 mg·g-1,平均值分别为442.9、25.79和1.37 mg·g-1,变异系数分别为11.9%、17.4%和13.3%;植物叶片C、N、P含量与纬度之间存在显著的相关关系,但植物叶片C含量与叶片N、P含量随纬度的变化存在差异:随着纬度的升高,植物叶片C含量随之降低;而叶片N、P含量随之升高.植物叶片C∶N、C∶P均随着纬度的升高,呈现减小趋势;而植物叶片N∶P与纬度的相关关系并不显著.20~10、10~20和20~40 cm这3个土层土壤C和N的空间分布具有一致性,均随着纬度的升高呈指数减小的趋势,且含量随着土层的加深逐级递减;土壤P的空间分布与C、N不同,随着纬度的升高呈现先增加后减少的趋势.0~10 cm、10~20 cm土层土壤C∶N随纬度的升高变化不显著,20~40 cm土壤C∶N随纬度的升高明显下降;3个土层的土壤C∶P、N∶P均随纬度的升高呈指数减少.3植物C、C∶N和C∶P与不同土层的土壤C、N、P均呈现显著的相关关系,植物N、P与土壤C、N呈现显著的相关关系,而叶片N∶P与不同土层土壤的C、N、P相关关系均不显著.研究表明,植物C、N、P含量与纬度之间存在一定的相关性,而植物与土壤的C、N、P含量之间的相关性并不一致,且与全球尺度相比,黄土高原地区草本植物生长更易受磷限制.  相似文献

资源可持续利用是实现中国可持续发展和生态文明的重要保障,然而过去30多年经济的快速发展带来了严重的资源短缺和环境污染。为了揭示1949年以来尤其是改革开放以来中国资源利用与经济发展之间的关系,论文系统梳理中国资源供给状况,总结中国资源进出口及资源产出率演化特点、面临的挑战及相应的对策。研究发现:中国近年来进口以金属矿产、石油、部分固体废弃产品构成的自然矿产和城市矿产资源为主,主要出口以工业产品、水海产品等为代表的资源类型,进出口的结构类型随年份变化不大,但进口量呈现快速增长的态势;中国资源产出率逐步增长,达到1.6元/kg,但仍与发达国家有较大差距。为了应对面临的挑战,未来中国应着力提升在全球价值链的地位,同时国内应大力发展循环经济,提高资源产出率。  相似文献

Noroviruses are the most common cause of acute gastroenteritis associated with bivalve shellfish consumption. This study aimed to detect and characterize noroviruses in three bivalve shellfish species: oysters (Saccostrea forskali), cockles (Anadara nodifera), and mussels (Perna viridis). The virus concentration procedure (adsorption-twice elution-extraction) and a molecular method were employed to identify noroviruses in shellfish. RT-nested PCR was able to detect known norovirus GII.4 of 8.8 × 10?2 genome copies/g of digestive tissues from oyster and cockle concentrates, whereas in mussel concentrates, the positive result was seen at 8.8 × 102 copies/g of digestive tissues. From August 2011 to July 2012, a total of 300 shellfish samples, including each of 100 samples from oysters, cockles, and mussels were collected and tested for noroviruses. Norovirus RNA was detected in 12.3 % of shellfish samples. Of the noroviruses, 7.7 % were of the genogroup (G) I, 2.6 % GII, and 2.0 % were mixed GI and GII. The detection rate of norovirus GI was 2.1 times higher than GII. With regards to the different shellfish species, 17 % of the oyster samples were positive, while 14.0 and 6.0 % were positive for noroviruses found in mussels and cockles, respectively. Norovirus contamination in the shellfish occurred throughout the year with the highest peak in September. Seventeen norovirus-positive PCR products were characterized upon a partial sequence analysis of the capsid gene. Based on phylogenetic analysis, five different genotypes of norovirus GI (GI.2, GI.3, GI.4, GI.5, and GI.9) and four different genotypes of GII (GII.1, GII.2, GII.3, and GII.4) were identified. These findings indicate the prevalence and distribution of noroviruses in three shellfish species. The high prevalence of noroviruses in oysters contributes to the optimization of monitoring plans to improve the preventive strategies of acute gastroenteritis.  相似文献

Co-exposure to heavy metal and antibiotic pollution might result in complexation and synergistic interactions, affecting rice growth and further exacerbating pollutant enrichment. Therefore, our study sought to clarify the influence of different Tetracycline (TC) and Cadmium(Cd) concentration ratios (both alone and combined) on rice growth, pollutant accumulation, and transportation during the tillering stage in hydroponic system. Surprisingly, our findings indicated that the interaction between TC and Cd could alleviate the toxic effects of TC/Cd on aerial rice structures and decrease pollutant burdens during root elongation. In contrast, TC and Cd synergistically promoted the accumulation of TC/Cd in rice roots. However, their interaction increased the accumulation of TC in roots while decreasing the accumulation of Cd when the toxicant doses increased. The strong affinity of rice to Cd promoted its upward transport from the roots, whereas the toxic effects of TC reduced TC transport. Therefore, the combined toxicity of the two pollutants inhibited their upward transport. Additionally, a low concentration of TC promoted the accumulation of Cd in rice mainly in the root tip. Furthermore, a certain dose of TC promoted the upward migration of Cd from the root tip. Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry demonstrated that Cd mainly accumulated in the epidermis and stele of the root, whereas Fe mainly accumulated in the epidermis, which inhibited the absorption and accumulation of Cd by the rice roots through the generation of a Fe plaque. Our findings thus provide insights into the effects of TC and Cd co-exposure on rice growth.  相似文献

The chemical characteristics, oxidative potential, and sources of PM2.5 were analyzed at the urban sites of Lahore and Peshawar, Pakistan in February 2019. Carbonaceous species, water soluble ions, and metal elements were measured to investigate the chemical composition and sources of PM2.5. The dithiothreitol (DTT) consumption rate was measured to evaluate the oxidative potential of PM2.5. Both cities showed a high exposure risk of PM2.5 regarding its oxidative potential (DTTv). Carbonaceous and some of the elemental species of PM2.5 correlated well with DTTv in both Lahore and Peshawar. Besides, the DTTv of PM2.5 in Lahore showed significant positive correlation with most of the measured water soluble ions, however, ions were DTT-inactive in Peshawar. Due to the higher proportions of carbonaceous species and metal elements, Peshawar showed higher mass-normalized DTT activity of PM2.5 compared to Lahore although the average PM2.5 concentration in Peshawar was lower. The high concentrations of toxic metals also posed serious non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks to the residents of both cities. Principle component analysis coupled with multiple linear regression was applied to investigate different source contributions to PM2.5 and its oxidative potential. Mixed sources of traffic and road dust resuspension and coal combustion, direct vehicle emission, and biomass burning and formation of secondary aerosol were identified as the major sources of PM2.5 in both cities. The findings of this study provide important data for evaluation of the potential health risks of PM2.5 and for formulation of efficient control strategies in major cities of Pakistan.  相似文献

Sediments in Lake Izabal, Guatemala, contain substantial lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), and nickel (Ni). The lack of historical data for heavy metal concentrations in the sediments makes it difficult to determine the sources or evaluate whether inputs of metals to the lake have changed through time. We measured the relative abundances and concentrations of Pb, Zn, and Ni by X-Ray Fluorescence core scanning and by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry in three sediment cores to explore stratigraphic distributions of metals in the lake deposits. High amounts of Pb and Zn in the core taken near the Polochic Delta suggest that galena and sphalerite mining increased Pb and Zn delivery to Lake Izabal between ~1945 and 1965 CE. An up-core Ni increase in the core taken near a different mine on the north shore of Lake Izabal suggests that recent nickel mining operations led to an increase in Ni concentrations in the local sediments, but amounts in the other cores indicate that Ni is not widely distributed throughout the lake. Sediment cores from Lake Izabal are reliable recorders of heavy metal input to the lake, and were measured to establish background metal levels, which would otherwise be unavailable. Concentrations of Pb, Zn, and Ni in older, pre-20th-century Lake Izabal sediments reflect input from natural erosion of bedrock. Our results provide previously unavailable estimates of background metal concentrations in Lake Izabal before the onset of mining. These results are necessary for future monitoring related to mining contamination of the lake ecosystem.  相似文献

珊瑚钨锡矿硅质尾矿中Cd、As、Zn、F富集迁移及环境污染   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
硅质尾矿在释放中性矿山废水(NMD)时所伴生的多元素复合污染问题值得重视。本文以桂东北珊瑚矿尾矿作为研究对象,通过分析该尾矿的组构、元素富集及迁移特性,筛选出主要污染元素,并探讨尾矿胶结层对元素富集迁移的影响。结果表明:(1)该尾矿中Cd、As、Zn及F富集程度较高、可交换态含量(易迁移释放量)较大,是主要的污染元素,而Cu、Pb、Tl产生污染的可能性较小;(2)胶结层对重金属具有再富集作用,但其对可交换态Cd、As(Tl)再富集明显,而对可交换态Cu、Pb、Zn再富集则不明显。胶结层中次生伊利石、石膏等胶结物趋向于吸附富集活性可交换态Cd、As。这表明该尾矿可能迁移释放出含Cd、As浓度较高的NMD。研究表明,硅质尾矿风化释出NMD的同时,可能伴生Cd、As、Zn等重金属以及F的复合污染。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop consistent scenarios of emissions, climate change and regional air pollution to enable an integrated analysis of the linkage between climate change and regional air pollution in Europe. An integrated modeling framework was developed for this purpose. The framework integrates state-of-the-art models and concepts from the area of climate change and regional air pollution and was supplemented by new modules (e.g. modeling long-term NH3 emissions in Europe, modeling dispersion and transformation of air pollutants under climate change).Consistent climate and air pollution policies were derived, both driven by the desire to achieve certain environmental goals. According to an analysis of scenarios with various combinations of climate and regional air pollution policies the quantitatively most relevant interactions are the effect of climate change policies on the energy mix and the resulting air pollution emissions. In the long-term the global SO2 emissions are expected to decrease (again), accordingly their effect on climate will be minor. Tentatively it can be concluded that for regional air pollution the development of the air pollutant emissions is more important than the effect of climate change on the dispersion and chemical transformation of air pollutants.  相似文献

This paper summarizes studies of carbon (C) mitigation potential and costs of about 40 forestry options in seven developing countries. Each study uses the same methodological approach – Comprehensive Mitigation Assessment Process (COMAP) – to estimate the above parameters between 2000 and 2030. The approach requires the projection of baseline and mitigation land-use scenarios. Coupled with data on a per ha basis on C sequestration or avoidance, and costs and benefits, it allows the estimation of monetary benefit per Mg C, and the total costs and carbon potential. The results show that about half (3.0 Pg C) the cumulative mitigation potential of 6.2 Petagram (Pg) C between 2000 and 2030 in the seven countries (about 200× 106 Mg C yr-1) could be achieved at a negative cost and the remainder at costs ranging up to $100 Mg C-1. About 5 Pg C could be achieved, at a cost less than $20 per Mg C. Negative cost potential indicates that non-carbon revenue is sufficient to offset direct costs of these options. The achievable potential is likely to be smaller, however, due to market, institutional, and sociocultural barriers that can delay or prevent the implementation of the analyzed options.  相似文献

通过田间试验,研究了22个玉米品种同时在未污染、轻度、中度和重度重金属Cd、Pb、Zn和As复合污染农田土壤条件下,玉米植株各部位对Cd、Pb、Zn和As的富集和转运特性,并对Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr、Cu、Ni和Zn这8种重金属元素进行了主成分分析和相关性分析,探讨了玉米植株吸收Cd、Pb、Zn和As含量与土壤中重金属元素形态含量的关系.结果表明:①玉米植株不同部位Cd和Zn含量分布规律为:穗上茎叶>穗下茎叶>根>籽粒,Pb分布规律为:根>穗下茎叶>穗上茎叶>籽粒,As分布规律为:根>穗上茎叶>穗下茎叶>籽粒,分布规律的不同与作物本身积累特性以及研究区土壤中Cd、Pb、Zn和As的环境活性高低密切相关.②22个玉米品种遗传背景的较大差异造成品种间Cd和Pb的积累具有显著差异(P<0.05),表现为4种趋势:Cd和Pb复合高积累品种,单一Cd或Pb低积累品种(低Cd高Pb、低Pb高Cd),Cd和Pb复合低积累品种.其中3个品种籽粒Cd含量超过国家食品安全标准,14个品种茎叶Cd含量超过国家饲料卫生标准;所有品种茎叶和籽粒Pb含量均未超标,但部分品种籽粒Pb含量接近限值具有超标风险;不同玉米品种茎叶和籽粒As含量均远低于标准限值,表现出稳定的低积累特性;不同玉米品种茎叶Zn含量随土壤Zn含量的升高而升高,但籽粒Zn含量维持在满足植株正常生长的阈值范围内.③研究区玉米植株中Cd、Pb、Zn和As具有一定的同源性,主要受土壤中Cd、Pb、Zn和As污染物含量超标的影响较为深刻,这说明矿山采选和尾矿堆存带来的人为来源,玉米植株中Cu元素受到一定人为污染来源的影响,但影响程度有限;玉米植株中Hg、Ni和Cr元素间具有一定的同源性,说明成土母质和风化产物累积的自然来源.④玉米植株各部位Cd、Pb、Zn和As元素含量,以及Cr和Ni元素含量均具有极显著正相关性(P<0.01),Cd、Pb、Zn和As元素在植物体内的运输机制可能有共同之处,从玉米根部向地上部迁移方面表现出协同效应,Cr和Ni元素同样如此.而玉米茎叶中Hg与Cd、Pb、Zn和As元素,以及籽粒中Hg与Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr、Ni和Zn元素均表现出一定的拮抗作用.⑤采用对照优选法将同时满足:茎叶Cd、Pb和As含量未超过国家饲料卫生标准,籽粒Cd、Pb和As含量未超过国家食品安全标准,籽粒Cd、Pb和As聚类分析为低积累类群,植株茎叶和籽粒Cd、Pb和As富集和转运系数较低作为优选条件,筛选出C18(先玉335)可作为Cd、Pb和As复合低积累且籽粒Zn含量维持在正常水平的优选玉米品种,适宜在北方工矿企业周边重金属复合污染农田推广应用.  相似文献
