Thirty diet samples from three different social groups were collected both in summer and in winter seasons using duplicate portion technique with three collection days. Toxic element concentrations, including Pb, Cd, as well as some essential elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The average dietary intakes of Taiwanese were estimated as follows (means ± S.D., n = 30): Mg, 175 ± 77 mg/day; Zn, 9.5 ± 11.4 mg/day; Mn, 2.8 ± 1.3 mg/day; Cu, 1.6±1.7mg/day; Ni, 0.13 ± 0.14 mg/day; Cd, 58 ± 62 μg/day, and Pb, 31 ±26 μg/day. The obtained elemental concentrations were scattered due to different dietary habits and cooking methods. In addition, a strong correlation arose between the trace element concentrations in agricultural products and in the diet of regional areas of Taiwan. Analysis results indicated that average intakes are consistently below current US Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) for Mg and Zn, within the recommended safe and adequate RDA for Mn, and below the FAO/WHO Provisional Tolerable Daily Intakes (PTDIs) for Pb. The average daily intakes of Cd by regional area of Taiwan markedly exceeded those of other countries and the PTI value during the summer.  相似文献

研究了外源可溶性重金属进入水稻土环境后,在水稻植株中的迁移、在水稻植株不同部位的分布及其分布随时间的变化。在水稻生长季节,重金属在水稻植株中迁移能力的大小依次为:Cd,Cr>Zn,Cu>Pb。重金属在水稻植株不同部位的积累分布是:根部>根基茎>主茎>穗>籽实>叶部。水稻分蘖期重金属在根部、茎干部和叶片的积累量达到最大,随着时间的延长,在根部积累的重金属愈来愈少;在茎干部积累的重金属在拔节期降至最小,随后含量又稍微上升;叶片上的重金属含量在拔节期迅速下降,随后趋于稳定。  相似文献

为探明蜈蚣草修复重金属复合污染土壤的能力,本实验利用水培实验研究Pb、Zn交互作用下蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn积累变化以及蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn的解毒机理.实验结果显示,在Pb、Zn复合污染情况下,重金属Zn在0—10 mg.L-1下可促进蜈蚣草根、茎对Pb的富集能力,降低蜈蚣草对Pb的转运能力;而Pb则促进蜈蚣草对Zn的转运系数,提高蜈蚣草茎、叶对Zn的富集能力,并呈现出蜈蚣草对Pb的富集能力大于对Zn的富集能力.实验结果进一步显示,随着重金属复合暴露浓度增加,蜈蚣草叶绿素含量先上升后下降,丙二醛含量先下降后上升,淀粉、蔗糖、O2-含量则逐渐上升.这说明淀粉、蔗糖、O2-.等具有一定的解毒作用,能增强植物对重金属的抗性.实验结果还显示,蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn具有较强的耐性和富集能力,可利用蜈蚣草修复Pb污染土壤以及低Zn浓度的Pb-Zn复合污染土壤.  相似文献

分析了外秦淮河丰水期表层底泥中Pb,Cu,Zn及PAHs的含量分布.结果表明:草场门河段底泥中Pb,Cu,Zn和PAHs的含量都达到了最大值,污染最为严重.Pb和Cu显著相关,具有相似的化学行为.三汊河口至集庆门河段的PAHs主要来自石油类和化石燃料的不完全燃烧(低温、中温)或天然成岩过程,而凤台桥至秦虹大桥河段PAHs主要来源于化石燃料的高温燃烧与裂解.外秦淮河表层底泥中Pb与二环和五环PAHs的相关性显著,易发生交互作用.  相似文献

改良剂对土壤Pb、Zn赋存形态的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用室内模拟培养修复方法研究海泡石、骨炭、油菜秸秆和生石灰对土壤Pb、Zn赋存形态的影响,结果表明,酸性土壤中添加这4种改良剂均显著性地提高土壤的pH.添加油菜秸秆和生石灰处理可显著地降低土壤酸可提取态Zn含量,培养2个月后,土壤酸可提取态Zn含量分别比对照降低17.4%和34.6%.4种改良剂中,除了海泡石外,油菜秸秆、骨炭和生石灰处理均可以显著地降低土壤中酸可提取态Pb含量.添加油菜秸秆、骨炭和生石灰可使土壤可交换态Pb比对照分别降低87.1%、82.6%和25.6%(培养1个月),93.7%、73.3%和39.0%(培养2个月).油菜秸秆和骨炭是具有修复Pb污染土壤的潜力材料.  相似文献

研究了添加硫磺对Pb和Zn污染土壤的pH值、土壤中SO4^2-含量、土壤中Pb和Zn的NH4OAc浸提态含量及土壤中Pb和Zn的BCR(欧共体标准物资局)三步分级提取态含量的影响.结果表明:Pb和Zn污染土壤中添加硫磺后,土壤pH值降低,土壤中SO4^2-含量增加,土壤中Pb和Zn的NH4OAc浸提态含量随施硫水平的增加而增加;在对Pb和Zn的BCR三步分级提取态含量分析中,添加硫磺后,二者的B1态都有增加,Zn的B1态增加的比例要高于Pb,二者的B2和B3态都有不同程度的变化.  相似文献

本文用Tessler方法,研究了模拟酸雨条件下,降尘中Cu,Pb,Zn,Cr各形态的溶出和相互转化。试验表明:(1)降尘中Cu,Cr的溶出量随酸雨酸度的增大而增加;Pb,Zn没分别在PH=3.5和PH=4.5时溶出量最大,溶出的金属多源于可交换态和碳酸盐结合态,说明这两种形态的稳定性较差。(2)在模拟酸雨条件下,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cr各形态的含量发生了较大变化;Cu从其优势形态有机结合态向可交换态  相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess the bulk chemical composition as well as the extent and severity of heavy metal contamination in the paddy soil of Kočani Field (eastern Macedonia). The results revealed that the paddy soil of the western part of Kočani Field is severely contaminated with Pb, Zn, As and Cd in the vicinity of the Zletovska River due to irrigation with riverine water that is severely affected by acid mine and tailing effluents from the Pb–Zn mine in Zletovo. The detected total concentrations of these metals are far above the threshold values considered to be phytotoxically excessive for surface soil. The paddy soil in the vicinity of the Zletovska River was also found to exhibit elevated levels of Ba, Th, U, V, W, Mo, Cu, Sb, Bi, Ag, Au, Hg and Tl, with concentrations above their generally accepted median concentration values obtained during this study. A correlation matrix revealed that the Mn and Fe oxides/hydroxides are the most important carrier phase for several trace elements, with the exception of rare earth elements (REEs). These also represent a major sink for the observed heavy metal pollution of the soil. REEs are mostly associated with two phases: light (L)REEs are bound to K-Al, while heavy (H)REEs are bound to Mg-bearing minerals. Although there is no direct evidence of a health risk, the paddy soil in the vicinity of Zletovska River needs further investigation and an assessment should be made of its suitability for agricultural use, particularly in view of the highly elevated concentrations of Pb, Zn, As and Cd.  相似文献

对广东韶关铅锌矿冶区植被恢复地的土壤酶活性进行了测定.结果表明,自然植被恢复地(ZR)的脲酶、蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性高于人工植被恢复地(RG)和无植被覆盖地(GB),其中脲酶、蛋白酶在ZR的活性极显著高于其在RG和GB的活性(P<0.01).脲酶、蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶活性与植被盖度、生物量等特征呈较高相关性.建议用土壤脲酶、蛋白酶活性作为Pb/Zn矿冶区植被自然恢复的指示指标,过氧化氢酶作为参考指标.图1表1参18  相似文献

改性天然磷灰石促进Pb/Zn复合污染土壤的稳定化修复   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用草酸和柠檬酸分别与天然磷灰石共培养以对其改性,并将改性磷灰石用于Pb/Zn复合污染土壤的稳定化修复,借助XRD、FTIR等仪器方法表征改性磷灰石的物相组成及其P结合形态的转变,采用TCLP方法评价改性天然磷灰石对土壤重金属的修复效果.研究表明,草酸改性磷灰石诱导了草酸钙生成,并且32.4%的P由稳定形态转化为水溶态,而柠檬酸改性未能使磷灰石主要成分发生显著变化,仅有0.28%的P转化为水溶态P.与天然磷灰石相比,改性磷灰石提高了对Pb和Zn的稳定性.草酸改性磷灰石可同时有效地稳定土壤中的Pb和Zn,稳定化效率分别为68%—100%和64%—73%,其固定机制主要是形成难溶的磷酸盐沉淀;柠檬酸改性磷灰石对Pb和Zn的稳定化效率分别为20%和62%—69%,对Pb和Zn的稳定性主要是通过吸附作用.总之,草酸改性磷灰石对Pb和Zn的稳定化优于柠檬酸改性磷灰石,是一种高效经济的土壤重金属稳定化修复材料.  相似文献

In this study, autopsy tissue samples from human liver and kidneys were analysed for Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Hg and Mn in 25 subjects (16 males and 9 females) ranging in age from 2 to 70 years. Tissue samples that were pathologically normal were obtained at postmortem and concentrations of metals were determined. In both kidneys and liver, the concentrations of metals followed the order Cd > Hg > Pb > Zn > Mn > Cu irrespective of gender and age group, except in female kidneys where the order was Cd > Pb > Hg > Zn > Mn > Cu. Generally, males had higher concentrations of metals in both the kidneys and liver. Significant correlations of the metals were found in kidney and liver tissues.  相似文献

为了解垂直绿化植物叶片对重金属的富集能力,在南京市不同地点及不同月份测定了野外盆栽的爬山虎、多花蔷薇、云南黄馨叶片中Zn、Cu、Pb的含量。结果表明:3种植物叶片对Zn、Cu、Pb均具有一定的富集能力,并依地点和采样时间的不同而差异明显。此外,3种植物叶片对Zn元素富集量的月变化基本一致,即从4月到6月减少,6月到8月增加,8月后开始减少;对Cu元素富集量的月变化总体上看均呈减少趋势。通过综合比较得出,爬山虎叶片对Zn、Cu、Pb具有较强的富集能力。  相似文献

土壤重金属吸附解吸是影响土壤系统中重金属移动性和归宿的主要过程,影响重金属的生物有效性以及重金属在食物链中的传递等.配制一系列不同浓度的重金属,灌漠土对重金属溶液进行吸附实验24 h以达到平衡,再用硝酸铵和乙酸铵进行解吸实验24 h以达到平衡.利用热力学吸附平衡法,对西北干旱区绿洲灌漠土重金属Cu、Ni和Pb的吸附解吸行为进行序批实验研究.实验结果表明:(1)灰漠土在常温下对铜、锌和铅重金属离子的吸附等温线符合Freundlich型吸附模式,灰漠土对重金属铜、锌和铅的吸附能力由强到弱的顺序为:铅,铜,锌.(2)硝酸铵和乙酸铵解吸重金属的量与灰漠土吸附重金属量呈现出线性正相关,乙酸铵解吸重金属的量比硝酸铵解吸重金属的量大,两种解吸剂对铜、锌和铅重金属离子的解吸能力由大到小的顺序都为:铜,锌,铅,说明了一般外源的铜、锌和铅进入土壤以后,铜和锌可能比铅容易向四周转移.(3)硝酸铵和乙酸铵的解吸率呈谷形曲线,开始时硝酸铵和乙酸铵解吸重金属量的百分比随灰漠土吸附重金属量的增加而减小,在吸附量达到某一特定值时,解吸率随吸附量的增加而增加.灰漠土对铜、锌和铅的吸附作用以专性吸附为主,被灰漠土吸附的铜、锌和铅重金属离子较难解吸.  相似文献

采用水培实验的方法,研究了Pb、Zn及其交互作用对蜈蚣草抗氧化酶及叶绿素含量的影响.实验结果显示,Pb浓度在0—50 mg·L-1时,蜈蚣草叶绿素含量随Zn浓度增加逐渐升高、MDA含量逐渐降低,Pb、Zn交互作用可促进植株叶绿素合成.Pb浓度在100—400 mg·L-1时,Pb、Zn交互作用则降低叶绿素含量;在Pb浓度400 mg·L-1时,Pb、Zn交互作用显著增加MDA含量.实验结果还显示,在Pb浓度固定时,蜈蚣草叶片SOD、CAT的活性随Zn浓度增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;POD随着Zn处理浓度的增加持续增加.在Zn浓度一定时,蜈蚣草叶片SOD、CAT、POD的活性随Pb浓度增加先上升后下降.由此可见,在低Pb、Zn浓度下,Pb、Zn交互作用表现为协同作用;在高Pb、Zn浓度下,Pb、Zn交互作用表现为拮抗作用.  相似文献

EDTA、茶皂素及其混剂对土壤中Pb、Zn的解吸效果   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以广东大宝山尾矿库区土壤为研究对象,通过振荡提取实验,研究了不同pH值下EDTA、茶皂素及其混剂对土壤中重金属铅和锌的解吸效果,结果表明:(1)EDTA对土壤中铅、锌的解吸率最高可分别达到54.19%、48.75%;茶皂素对土壤中铅、锌的解吸能力远弱于EDTA,尤其在pH值大于3的条件下,茶皂素对土壤中铅的解吸效果非常有限;(2)EDTA与茶皂素的混剂对土壤中铅的解吸高于锌,最高可分别达到73.98%、65.78%,这主要与土壤中铅、锌的形态分布有关;(3)在pH值在3—6范围内,铅的解吸率随pH值减小而增加,在pH值为4—6,锌的解吸率随pH值减小而增加.实验结果表明,茶皂素能强化EDTA对重金属的洗脱效率,并且在pH值2—7范围内,二者的协同作用受pH的影响较小.  相似文献

通过Cd、Zn、Pb单因素处理和复合因素处理的对比性研究发现,无论是单因素或复因素对土壤酶活性的抑制效应顺序均为 Cd> Zn> Pb;在所研究的 4种土壤酶中,脲酶受重金属的抑制作用最为敏感; Cd、 Zn、 Pb复合污染与各单因素的影响有较大差异,同时,Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染对4种土壤酶活性的影响效应亦不同。其复合污染对脲酶表现出协同抑制负效应的特征;对过氧化氢表现出一定的屏蔽作用或拮抗作用;转化酶和碱性磷酸酶主要因Cd浓度的变化而变化。  相似文献

Some ecotoxic metals such as Cd, Pb, and Cu in Tessaria absinthioides were quantified to study its possible use as a bio‐indicator and/or bio‐monitor of these metals. This plant was chosen for its abundance in the area under study, along Chile and even in southern Latin America. For Cd, Pb, and Cu in all three parts of the plant (leaves, stems and roots) a different concentration pattern in each sampling areas was observed. In sampling areas Coya Sur and La Cascada copper and cadmium concentration decrease in order: leaves > roots > stems. In samples collected in Xalquincha the lowest concentrations of Cd and Pb were observed in stems. A maximum of cadmium concentration (9ug/gd.w. in leaves) was found in samples from La Cascada, a inflow to river Loa in Calama. High concentrations of lead were found in roots and leaves. Collected data demonstrate that the main pathway for cadmium is from ground water via roots into the plant. Some data obtained for lead and copper indicate that the influence of dust particles adsorbed on leaves and stems can be higher than uptake from ground water.  相似文献

矿区污染土壤Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn的形态分布及其生物活性的研究   总被引:11,自引:3,他引:11  
调查湘南某铅锌矿区周围的菜园土和水稻土Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn的形态分布及其生物活性和迁移性。结果表明:两种土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn的总量分别超过国家土壤环境质量相应的标准。运用Tessier连续提取法研究发现,土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn的各形态含量之和与其总量非常的接近,其中菜园土Pb的提取率为96.3%,Cd的为94.1%,Cu的为93.4%和Zn的为91.7%;水稻土Pb的为97.6%,Cd的为92.0%,Cu的为92.1%和Zn的为91.7%,表明该形态分析方法的结果是合理的。土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn各形态的分布存在很大的差别,残渣态是主要形态,其中Pb的含量占60.7%~58.2%,Cd的是50.4%~59.2%,Cu的是37.3%~53.4%,Zn的是54.9%~46.9%,而交换态所占的比例最小。菜园土重金属的生物活性系数的大小是:Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn,迁移能力的顺序是Cd>Cu>Zn>Pb;水稻土重金属的活性大小和迁移能力的顺序都是:Cd>Pb>Zn>Cu。菜园土重金属的生物活性和迁移性较水稻土的大,其中Cd的生物活性和迁移性的最大。研究结果将为评估矿区污染土壤中重金属的危害提供科学依据。  相似文献
