作为意识形态和作为心灵形式的朦胧诗

朦胧诗具有文学与文化的双重身份:它既是传统政治性书写的最后一种形态,也是当代个体生命书写的初始形态。朦胧诗的政治性主要体现在对时代政治气氛的反抗意识的表达上。而其真正而唯一的根源则在于心灵。它所表征的就是心灵与自由二者特殊的共在关系。总之,它是一代人的足够真诚的心灵形式。     

聚硅酸金属盐复合絮凝剂形貌结构及性能研究

以硅酸钠、硫酸和硫酸盐为原料制备聚硅酸金属盐(PSMS)复合絮凝剂,通过红外光谱研究了金属元素与聚硅酸(PS)的相互作用情况,采用电子显微镜观察了PS、PSMS和相应简单金属盐(MS)的形貌,利用激光粒度分析仪分析了絮体粒径变化及破碎与恢复情况,并考察了PSMS在不同投加量下处理腐植酸模拟废水的效果。结果表明:PSMS的红外光谱图中有M—O—Si振动峰出现,扫描电镜显示PSMS的聚集单元表面异于PS的平滑,为细小不规整的晶体颗粒,并与相应硫酸盐(MS)形貌有一定关联。此外,无论是所形成絮体的粒径还是对腐植酸的去除效果,聚硅酸硫酸铝(PSAlS)和聚硅酸硫酸铁(PSFeS)均优于其它聚硅酸金属盐,PSFeS的絮体虽易破碎但破碎后恢复能力最好,且粒径最大而容易沉降。

铜锌阴极与BDD阳极电化学脱氮

将铜锌合金电极(Cu∶Zn =2∶1)作为阴极,钛基掺硼金刚石电极(BDD)作为阳极,用活性炭颗粒作为填料,利用间歇式三维电化学反应器脱除水中的硝酸盐氮.研究pH,电流密度,反应器运行方式,初始硝酸盐浓度对硝酸盐氮去除效果的影响.结果显示在pH值为6.8,初始硝酸盐浓度为100 mg·L-1,电流密度为2.0mA·cm-2的条件下,反应5h后,硝酸盐氮的去除率可以达到45.5％,副产物亚硝酸盐和氨氮接近零.     

当前绿色信贷工作存在问题及对策

Sustainability as an educational agenda

The mounting evidence about human-induced environmental change, and about its expected detrimental effects on humans and their societies ( [IPCC, 2007], [Reid et?al., 2010] and [Rockstr?m et?al., 2009]), has turned out to be exceedingly difficult to turn into political action to mitigate the change and adapt to its consequences. Economic self-interest creates friction between nation-states, within regional alliances like the EU, and across the divide between the developing and developed world. A significant factor is a vocal and well-funded group of climate skeptics, who question the credibility of mainstream earth system science, overemphasize the disagreements within the scientific community, argue for more research before any action is warranted, and in general create doubt to justify inaction or delay (Oreskes and Conway, 2010). A further problem is that both the decision-makers and the public have a very superficial understanding of the issues, cannot intellectually handle complex problems and uncertainty, and do not always know what and whom to believe. This constitutes a challenge to the education establishment.

Industrial ecosystems as technological niches

In this paper we consider industrial ecology as a novel and distinct state in the evolution of production systems trajectory. More specifically, adopting an evolutionary institutionalist's perspective at the socio-technical system level of analysis, we discuss the transition towards an industrial ecology-inspired industrial production system through the governance approach of strategic niche management (SNM). Towards this end, the paper first develops industrial ecology as a novel state of the industrial production socio-technical system paying particular attention at its technological component, then it discusses in detail the transition of this system through SNM, and examines whether existing implementations of the industrial ecology (industrial ecosystems and eco-industrial parks) are efforts embracing this philosophy and transition procedures. We conclude by stressing the importance of adopting the technology policy and strategic niche management perspectives in eco-industrial projects and we provide insights for accomplishing it in a more effective manner.
