生物强化修复石油污染土壤   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
筛选高效石油降解菌,考察菌株的降解性能及降解机理,进行花盆模拟高效外源菌强化修复石油污染土壤实验,在降解后期添加激活剂H2O2以及木屑来试图改善微生物的修复环境,减缓微生物的衰亡,并考察修复效果。结果表明,菌株L-1的降解效果较好,其对pH和温度有较大范围的适应性,能分泌较多的表面活性物质,细胞疏水性较强。将其应用于土壤修复中,经过50 d的修复,石油残留率达到50.6%左右,生物强化比自然修复残留率降低了8%左右。在第45天添加激活剂能有效改善修复效果,70 d时添加外源菌的土样最小石油残留率达到37.9%。  相似文献

为研究超声波技术处理石油污染土壤的影响因素,选取了土壤含油量、土水比、土壤类型、超声处理时间和超声功率5个因素进行了具有交互作用的正交实验,并讨论了各因素对土壤中石油污染物清除率的影响。实验结果表明超声波对土壤中石油污染物的净化效果明显,总石油烃(TPH)的清除率在23.0%到77.3%之间,土壤类型对净化效果的影响最为显著,粘土中的TPH清除率显著低于砂土。由超声空化引起的解吸作用和真空抽滤是实验过程中土壤TPH减少的主要途径。研究结果表明超声波技术用于石油污染土壤修复是可行并且有效果的。  相似文献

为研究RL强化MI修复原油污染土壤的效果,通过盆栽实验,测定了修复过程中微生物、脱氢酶、原油降解率和正构烷烃等变化.结果表明,提取RL具有良好表面和乳化活性.修复过程中微生物数目、脱氢酶和石油降解率具有相关性.RL+MI联合修复对原油的降解效果最显著,第14、21和28天的降解率分别达67.6%、78.6%和81.3%,较MI和RL处理分别提高了22%~24%和32%~38%;细菌、放线菌和霉菌最高生物量分别比CK提高约20、5.8和4.7倍;GC-MS示修复14 d后∑C21-/∑C22+(1.334)和Pr/Ph(1.152)均大于CK,说明降解早期具有高碳正构烷烃、奇数烷烃的降解优势以及对类异戊二烯烷烃的降解.  相似文献

生物电化学技术修复石油污染土壤并同步产出电能是一种新兴的污染土壤生态修复技术。对石油污染土壤通过其微生物燃料电池的构造,利用电化学阻抗谱分析了土壤的欧姆内阻,拟合估算了土壤的电导率,并考察了土壤微生物燃料电池的产电性能和修复效果。结果表明:采用丙酮清洗过的阳极并有水封的情况下,土壤微生物燃料电池的欧姆内阻下降了52%,电导率升高了1倍;在启动后的120 h内,最大电压和累计产出电量分别达189 mV和36 C,与对照相比分别增加了20和29倍。输出电压随着阴极与阳极之间距离的增大而减小。经过30 d的生物电化学处理,土壤中的总石油烃去除率是开路对照的3.3倍。该研究是石油污染盐碱土壤生物电化学修复的初步探索,以为污染土壤的生态修复提供新的思路。  相似文献

Current risk-based decision-making techniques for prioritising contaminated land for clean-up have been criticized within Hungary for their failure to consider remediation benefits. A cost-benefit or risk-benefit approach is required to ensure that scarce resources for remediation are used efficiently. Problems arise because the credibility of non-market valuation information in Hungary is low, yet estimates of the value of non-market goods are required if cost-benefit approaches to decision-making are to be used effectively. This paper suggests using multiple techniques to bound 'true' values of non-market goods in order to enhance the potential use of environmental valuation information. A dichotomous-choice contingent valuation survey and a property-owner valuation survey were carried out in the vicinity of a hazardous waste site on the edge of Debrecen, Hungary. The aim of the study was to explore the potential for using these techniques to measure the benefits from contaminated site remediation in Hungary. The two surveys provide lower and upper bounds on expected benefits from clean-up aggregated results indicate that remediation benefits range from US$2.59 million to US$12.4 million.  相似文献

采用可渗透性反应墙(PRB)协同微生物作用对石油烃污染地下水进行室内模拟修复.研究结果表明,生物PRB对石油烃污染地下水具有较好的处理效果.反应器运行200 d后,生物PRB前端介质总石油烃(TPH)含量高,15个取样点的TPH质量浓度为0.74~5.42 mg/L,后端介质TPH含量较低且分布较均匀,10个取样点中TPH均低于0.29 mg/L,生物PRB出水中未检出TPH.采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)-变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术对生物PRB内的微生物群落结构进行分析,结果显示,生物PRB中微生物群落结构的相似性随着横向距离的增大而降低,其中B2与B5取样点微生物相似度最高,达83.1%.在生物PRB前端TPH浓度高的部位,微生物群落较为稳定,多样性较低,而后端TPH浓度低的部位,微生物群落不稳定,多样性较高.  相似文献

Phytoremediation is a site remediation strategy, which employs plants to remove non-volatile and immisible soil contents. This sustainable and inexpensive process is emerging as a viable alternative to traditional contaminated land remediation methods. To enhance phytoremediation as a viable strategy, fast growing plants with high metal uptake ability and rapid biomass gain are needed. This paper provides a brief review of studies in the area of phytoaccumulation, most of which have been carried out in Europe and the USA. Particular attention is given to the role of phytochelators in making the heavy metals bio-available to the plant and their symbionts in enhancing the uptake of bio-available heavy metals.  相似文献

热强化气相抽提技术(T-SVE)在修复半挥发性石油烃污染土壤方面极具应用潜力。本文基于实验室模拟T-SVE装置,研究了加热温度及土壤含水量、有机质对4种半挥发性石油烃(正十三烷、正十四烷、正十五烷和正十六烷)去除效率的影响,并对石油烃去除动力学进行了拟合。结果表明,温度决定性地影响了石油烃污染土壤的修复效率,污染土壤残留率与加热温度基本呈反比。石油烃去除过程符合Elovich和Freundlich热脱附动力学方程。加热温度为140 ℃时,土壤含水量(5%~30%)的增加降低了石油烃去除效率;当温度上升到180 ℃,石油烃去除率在土壤含水量5%~20%时也表现出降低趋势,但在土壤含水量为30%时反而达到最高值。土壤有机质含量增加明显降低了石油烃去除率,尤其对于辛醇-水分配系数值高的石油烃;当加热温度从140 ℃升高到220 ℃,土壤有机质对石油烃污染去除的限制明显降低。实验获得结果可为T-SVE技术修复石油烃污染的工程设计提供参考。  相似文献

A new thermal process has been proposed for remediating soils contaminated by chlorinated organic compounds, e.g., PCDD/Fs and PCBs. This is to apply the "zone combustion process" which utilizes stable combustion of coke particles in the packed bed to soils with air flow across the bed. The usefulness and validity were obtained the results showing that more than 98.9% of PCDD/Fs in the soil was successfully removed in a laboratory-scale experiment. Some pretreatment of the soil sample, such as drying, pre-granulation and addition of limestone was found to make the removal efficiency better. Although, some fundamentals on the behavior of PCDD/Fs, e.g., decomposition/vaporization ratios and formation of other compounds cannot be certainly identified yet, the present results clearly show a way to remediate the contaminated soils and solid wastes.  相似文献

目前土壤污染问题得到越来越多的关注,污染土壤修复技术的研究更加受到重视。通过单因素和响应曲面法优化实验,研究了含水率、处理量、辐照时间和微波功率对二甲苯去除效果的影响,并且对不同敏化剂的作用进行了实验研究。结果表明,微波功率、辐照时间和含水率对二甲苯的去除率均有显著影响。模型优化结果显示,微波修复二甲苯污染土壤的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率530W,辐照时间3.4min,含水率32%,去除率可达到79.75%,实验验证结果与预测值之间相对误差为1.89%。活性炭在反应过程中主要起吸附作用,粉煤灰的添加对二甲苯的去除有非常显著的作用,去除率最高可达到98.42%。  相似文献

A washing process was studied to evaluate the efficiency of saponin on remediating heavy metal contaminated soils. Three different types of soils (Andosol: soil A, Cambisol: soil B, Regosol: soil C) were washed with saponin in batch experiments. Utilization of saponin was effective for removal of heavy metals from soils, attaining 90-100% of Cd and 85-98% of Zn extractions. The fractionations of heavy metals removed by saponin were identified using the sequential extraction. Saponin was effective in removing the exchangeable and carbonated fractions of heavy metals from soils. In recovery procedures, the pH of soil leachates was increased to about 10.7, leading to separate heavy metals as hydroxide precipitates and saponin solute. In addition recycle of used saponin is considered to be effective for the subsequent utilization. The limits of Japanese leaching test were met for all of the soil residues after saponin treatment. As a whole, this study shows that saponin can be used as a cleaning agent for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are of environmental concern because many PAHs are either carcinogens or potential carcinogens. Petroleum products are a major source of PAHs. The occurrence of PAH contamination is widespread and novel treatment technologies for the remediation of contaminated soils are necessary.Ozone has been found to be extremely useful for the degradation of PAHs in soils. For these compounds, the reaction with molecular ozone appears to be the more important degradation pathway. Greater than 95% removal of phenanthrene was achieved with an ozonation time of 2.3 h at an ozone flux of 250 mg h−1. After 4.0 h of treatment at an ozone flux of 600 mg h−1, 91 % of the pyrene was removed. We have also found that the more hydrophobic PAHs (e.g. chrysene) react more slowly than would be expected on the basis of their reactivity with ozone, suggesting that partitioning of the contaminant into soil organic matter may reduce the reactivity of the compound. Even so, after 4 h of exposure to ozone, the chrysene concentration in a contaminated Metea soil was reduced from 100 to 50 mg kg−1 .Ozone has been found to be readily transported through columns packed with a number of geological materials, including Ottawa sand, Metea soil, Borden aquifer material and Wurtsmith aquifer material. All of these geological materials exerted a limited (finite) ozone demand, i.e. the rate of ozone degradation in soil columns is very slow after the ozone demand is met. Moisture content was found to increase the ozone demand, most likely owing to the dissolution of gaseous ozone into the pore water. As once the initial ozone demand is met, little degradation of ozone is observed, it should be possible to achieve ozone penetration to a considerable distance away from the injection well, suggesting that in-situ ozonation is a feasible means of treating uncontaminated unsaturated soils. This is substantiated by two field studies where in-situ ozonation was apparently successful at remediating the sites.  相似文献

为探究高锰酸钾氧化修复技术应用过程中Mn元素迁移转化规律及其潜在的环境风险,通过室内模拟实验,采用某焦化厂PAHs污染土壤作为研究材料,探究了高锰酸钾修复技术中不同药剂投加量对PAHs去除、高锰酸钾消耗量、土壤中Mn质量分数、Mn赋存形态分布及有效态Mn质量分数等的影响。结果表明,高锰酸钾氧化处理可有效去除土壤中PAHs;当高锰酸钾投加量为0.20 mmol·g−1、反应时间为1 d时,PAHs去除率最高,可达89.61%。氧化处理过程中,高锰酸钾消耗量和土壤Mn质量分数均与高锰酸钾的投加量有关,随投加量增加而升高。其中,土壤Mn的质量分数与高锰酸钾消耗量呈显著正相关关系。高锰酸钾氧化处理后土壤中Mn主要以铁锰氧化物结合态存在,所占比例为77.04%~92.17%。土壤经0.05 mmol·g−1高锰酸钾氧化处理后,土壤有效态Mn的质量分数比对照组增加了0.94倍;而在高锰酸钾投加量为0.10~0.40 mmol·g−1的处理条件下,土壤有效态Mn的质量分数下降了77.65%~99.09%。药剂投加量是影响高锰酸钾氧化修复PAHs污染土壤过程中Mn环境行为的关键因子。本研究结果可为高锰酸钾氧化修复技术应用工艺优化提供参考。  相似文献

为了考察低温原位热脱附技术对土壤中氯苯的修复效果,以土壤中氯苯为目标污染物,控制热脱附设备设定温度、土壤粒径、土壤含水率,对不同条件下土壤中的氯苯进行测定分析,研究其对热脱附效果的影响。结果表明:原位热脱附过程中土壤温度变化以加热棒为中心,随着距离增加而呈现时间和空间上的滞后效应;原位热脱附设定温度越高,土壤修复效果越好,当土壤设定温度为100 ℃时,90%土壤样品氯苯去除率达99%以上,与设定温度130 ℃修复效果相当;土壤粒径越小,其比表面积大,对污染物吸附效率越高,所需热脱附时间越长;含水率影响氯苯在土壤中的挥发速率、有效孔隙率和透气率,含水率过高或过低都不利于氯苯污染土壤原位热脱附修复。热脱附设备设定温度、土壤粒径、土壤含水率对低温原位热脱附技术去除土壤中氯苯的效果具有较大的影响。  相似文献

PRB技术是一类就地修复污染土壤及地下水的新型技术 ,主要由注入井、浸提井和监测井3部分所组成。污染地区的水文地质学研究 ,是实施该技术的关键 ;化学活性物质的筛选、注入的部位、浓度、速率以及是否均匀分布 ,是该技术是否有效的关键要素。胶态零价铁PRB技术 ,被证明是一项修复由卤代烃、卤代芳烃和有机氯农药以及一些有毒金属 (如铬、硒、铀、砷和锝等 )引起的土壤及地下水污染的有效技术。尽管这些技术存在一定的弊病 ,但与传统的处理方法相比 ,其技术上的优势是十分明显的。可以预料 ,这一技术在我国有良好的应用前景  相似文献
