利用垃圾焚烧灰渣制备微晶玻璃   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用上海御桥垃圾焚烧厂的焚烧飞灰为主要原料,通过添加硅镁铝质组分或与焚烧炉渣复合,以TiO2为晶核剂,在实验室研制成功了以透辉石(CaMgSi2O6)为主晶相的微晶玻璃.该体系制备微晶玻璃的最佳工艺条件为熔融温度为1 500℃、30 mm,核化温度730℃、1.5 h,结晶温度880℃、10 h.研究结果表明透辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃对Pb、Cr和Cd重金属具有很强的稳定束缚能力.  相似文献

以风淬钢渣和高炉渣为主要原料,采用一次烧结法制备微晶玻璃。结果表明,该方法制备的微晶玻璃主晶相为钙铝黄长石(Ca2Al2SiO7),还有少量的镁黄长石(Ca2MgSi2O7),钢渣最大用量达到50%;随着风淬钢渣含量的增加,样品的最佳烧结温度逐渐增加;烧结温度对样品析晶性能的影响明显大于风淬钢渣含量的影响;样品的抗折强度随风淬钢渣的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;样品的密度随风淬钢渣的增加而逐渐减小;直接用风淬钢渣和高炉渣制备出的微晶玻璃具有良好的抗折强度和耐酸碱性,抗折强度最大可达90 MPa,该方法为综合治理冶金渣污染及其综合利用开辟了新的途径。  相似文献

为了实现熔融态钢渣的“渣”和“热”高附加值双利用,提出了将熔融提铁后钢渣制备成高附加值微晶玻璃的研究思路。采用DTA、XRD、SEM和EDS等手段研究了Al2O3含量对提铁后钢渣微晶玻璃的影响,结果显示随Al2O3含量的增大微晶玻璃析晶温度逐渐升高,并且主晶相由假硅灰石转变为铝黄长石,最终转变为钙长石。Al2O3含量为15%时微晶玻璃的力学性能较好,其抗弯强度、显微硬度、抗压强度分别达到了49.85MPa、3.52GPa和181.47MPa,同时钢渣和粉煤灰的利用率分别高达56%和36%。  相似文献

实验以磷石膏为原料,硫酸钙为晶种,镁盐为晶型助长剂,采用水热法制备硫酸钙晶须。实验详细考察了晶种的用量,镁盐晶型助长剂种类及用量,晶种、晶型助长剂、结晶稳定剂三者的协同效应等对硫酸钙晶须形态的影响。用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射分析了硫酸钙晶须的形貌和相组成。结果表明在硫酸镁作为晶型助长剂,晶种∶晶型助长剂∶结晶稳定剂的用量为1∶3∶4时制备出的硫酸钙晶须产品优,其光滑,反应完全,长度最长可达150μm左右,直径细度可细达0.5μm。  相似文献

以垃圾焚烧飞灰和废玻璃作为原料,添加Ca CO_3作为发泡剂,H_3BO_3作为助熔剂,制备多孔陶瓷体。XRD分析结果表明:玻璃熔融固化飞灰时主要生成了Ca Si O3玻璃晶相;随着烧结温度的升高,多孔陶瓷的孔径逐渐减小;助熔剂的添加和发泡剂的添加,增大了多孔陶瓷的孔径;重金属浸出实验表明烧结温度超过900℃时,重金属浸出浓度符合国家标准,其中重金属Pb、Ni和Cd的浸出浓度均小于0.5 mg·L~(-1),且当烧结温度提高到1 000℃时,重金属Cr和Cu的浸出浓度降低到4.3 mg·L~(-1)和0.05 mg·L~(-1)。  相似文献

以一次性废竹筷为原料,K2CO_3为活化剂,通过炭化和活化2步制备活性炭。采用全自动比表面和孔径分布分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)对样品的孔隙性质、表面官能团和晶相变化进行了表征,并研究了活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附等温线。利用热重分析(TGA)对活性炭的制备过程进行了研究,并用Coats-Redfern法确定了热解反应活化能和反应模型。结果表明,活性炭的比表面积为1 262 m~2·g-1,总孔体积为0.624 cm~3·g-1。K2CO_3活化可导致热解炭的脂肪烃侧链断裂,并发生脱氢缩聚,其石墨微晶的轴向(100)堆积被破坏,径向(002)芳香环网状结构则更为有序。活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量为336 mg·g-1。废竹筷的2个主要热解阶段符合一维扩散模型和二级反应模型,其热解反应活化能分别为76.23和104.24 k J·mol-1;活化过程中残存木质素的热解可由一维扩散模型描述,K2CO_3浸渍使其热解反应活化能降低了44.28 k J·mol-1。  相似文献

对赤泥的理化性质进行了分析,探索了以赤泥为晶种磷酸铵镁(MAP)结晶法从模拟废水中回收磷工艺。结果表明,经过研磨的赤泥颗粒属无孔物质或者大孔物质;将赤泥溶于水时有碱液和离子溶出,赤泥的主要化学成分为Ca、Al、Si和Mg等元素。投加赤泥晶种有利于磷酸铵镁结晶的形成。在初始磷酸盐浓度为90 mg/L、N∶Mg∶P摩尔比为1∶1∶1、不调节pH值、搅拌时间30 min、搅拌速度180 r/min、沉淀时间30 min条件下,赤泥粒径为60~80目、投加量为8 g/L时,以赤泥作为晶种诱导磷酸铵镁结晶回收磷的效果最优。干燥晶种的使用次数对磷酸根离子的回收率影响不大。所得结晶产物是一种很好的缓释肥。  相似文献

以工业固体废弃物粉煤灰为原料,经分级处理后提取其中的硅铝元素(Na_2SiO_3和NaAlO_2),通过水热合成法制备高纯度NaP型分子筛。考察了硅铝比、水硅比、晶化时间和晶化温度对NaP型分子筛制备的影响,采用XRD、SEM、FTIR和DTA-TG对NaP型分子筛的晶型、形貌、热稳定性进行分析表征,并考察了NaP分子筛对Cu~(2+)的吸附性能。实验结果表明,当H_2O/Si为120、Si/Al为1.0,晶化温度为115℃、晶化时间9h时,可得到高纯度NaP型分子筛。合成的NaP型分子筛可有效地吸附Cu~(2+),温度升高有助于分子筛吸附能力的提升,当吸附温度为45℃,吸附120min时,Cu~(2+)的最大去除率可达98.3%。  相似文献

针对我国现有水泥混凝土路面的破坏问题,研究开发了以工业废料--超细粉煤灰和氟石膏为主要组分的水泥基道路修补材料,利用氟石膏与超细粉煤灰在水泥水化过程中的相互激发作用,通过试验优选出超细粉煤灰-氟石膏高性能道路修补材料,并应用于道路修补混凝土的配制,同时测试了其力学性能及部分长期性能,试验表明其性能优良,在此基础上对其水化硬化机理作了初步的探讨.  相似文献

Methods for the determination of biocide emissions from treated materials into water and air were developed and tested in order to support a comparative ecological assessment of biocidal products. Leaching tests, experiments with simulated rain, extraction cleaning of carpets and emission chamber tests were performed with a series of treated materials. The experiments focused on the effect of changes in the procedure as well as characteristics of the specimens and demonstrate the suitability of the proposed methods for biocides of different product types. It was demonstrated that emissions of biocides into water can be compared on the basis of leaching tests in which the emission kinetics of the active ingredients are recorded. However, the water volume per surface area and the timetable for water changes have to be defined in such tests. Functions of flux rates related to time can be well described for inorganic compounds, whereas modelling of the data is more complicated for organic substances. Emission chamber tests using 20-litre and 23-litre glass exsiccators, originally developed to study volatile organic compounds, were successfully adapted for the investigation of the emission of biocides from treated materials which are usually semi volatile organic compounds. However test parameters and the method of analysis have to be adapted to the substances to be determined. Generally, it was found that the emission curves for the semi volatile organic compounds investigated differ from those of volatile organic compounds.  相似文献

Understanding the environmental burdens associated with aquafeeds is a critical component for assessing and improving the environmental performance of aquaculture. The aim of the study was to assess the environmental impacts associated with feeds for rainbow trout production in France, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The stages assessed are: the extraction of the raw materials, the production and transformation of the primary ingredients used, the manufacturing of the feeds, the use of the feeds at the farm, transport at all stages, and the production and use of energy resources. The assessment revealed that the use of fishery resources (such as biotic resource use) and nutrient emissions at the farm (such as eutrophication potential) contribute most to the potential environmental impacts of salmonid aquafeeds. Improvements in feed composition and management practices seem to be the best ways for improving the environmental profile of aquafeeds.  相似文献

A computer simulation of the environmental concentrations of some typical consumer-product ingredients was performed using the geo-referenced exposure model GREAT-ER (Geo-referenced Regional Environmental Assessment Tool for European Rivers) in the river Itter. Boron and LAS were chosen as typical detergent ingredients along with EDTA, NTA and Triclosan as examples of household and cosmetic product ingredients. The simulations were based on consumption figures of the respective chemical in consumer products in the year 2000. For EDTA, the consumption figure used for the calculation had to be extended to commercial products since the EDTA-use in domestic products could not account for the measured concentrations alone. The resulting PEC (Predicted Environmental Concentration) for all investigated compounds showed very good accordance to the measured concentrations in the Itter which were monitored in the same year. The concentrations did not deviate more than by a factor of 3. GREAT-ER's calculated 90th-percentile was never exceeded by the monitoring result thus reflecting a reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel approach for assessing the risk of consumer product ingredients in surface waters that receive untreated wastewater. The approach utilizes the water quality simulation model QUAL2E for predicting the impact caused by conventional pollutants, as well as the exposure concentration of consumer product ingredients. This approach invokes an impact zone concept whereby the receiving water can be thought of as a natural wastewater treatment system. After the river has recovered via self-purification, the ecosystem is then assessed by traditional risk assessment methods. This approach was validated using data collected from the Balatuin River, which is located in the Philippines. Results from this study support the use of QUAL2E for assessing the risk of consumer product ingredients in riverine systems receiving untreated wastewater.  相似文献

Abstract

The active ingredients in commercial formulations of malathion, oxamyl, carbaryl, diazinon, and chlorpyrifos diluted to “spray tank”; concentrations with buffered distilled or natural water of pH 4–9 were stable for at least 24 hr. Formulations of trichlorfon were not stable at pH 7 or above but disappearance rates were slower than for the pure chemical in homogeneous solution. Cupric ion was observed to be an effective catalyst for the hydrolysis of a variety of pure organophosphorus insecticides but did not catalyze hydrolysis of the active ingredients of the formulations examined. Increasing the dilution of the formulation increased the susceptibility of malathion, oxamyl, and carbaryl to hydrolysis.  相似文献

The photodegradation of indoxacarb, a broad spectrum foliar insecticide and spinosad, a natural insecticide containing two active ingredients, spinosyn A (major component) and spinosyn D (minor component), was studied in aqueous suspensions of binary (ZnO and TiO2) and ternary (Zn2TiO4 and ZnTiO3) oxides under artificial light (300–460 nm) irradiation. As expected, the influence of the semiconductor materials on the degradation of both was very significant in all cases. Photocatalytic experiments showed that the addition of semiconductors in tandem with Na2S2O8 as electron acceptor strongly improved the removal of indoxacarb and spinosad in water compared with the photolytic tests. The reaction rates significantly increased, especially for the ZnO/Na2S2O8 and TiO2/Na2S2O8 systems. The first-order equation (monophasic model) satisfactorily explained the disappearance process, although it offered no explanation for the small concentrations remaining in the process.  相似文献

Methionine is one of the first limiting amino acids in poultry nutrition. The use of methionine-rich natural feed ingredients, such as soybean meal or rapeseed meal may lead to negative environmental consequences. Amino acid supplementation leads to reduced use of protein-rich ingredients. The objectives of this study were isolation of potentially high content methionine-containing yeasts, quantification of methionine content in yeasts and their respective growth response to methionine analogs. Minimal medium was used as the selection medium and the isolation medium of methionine-producing yeasts from yeast collection and environmental samples, respectively. Two yeasts previously collected along with six additional strains isolated from Caucasian kefir grains, air-trapped, cantaloupe, and three soil samples could grow on minimal medium. Only two of the newly isolated strains, K1 and C1, grew in minimal medium supplied with either methionine analogs ethionine or norleucine at 0.5% (w/v). Based on large subunit rRNA sequences, these isolated strains were identified as Pichia udriavzevii/Issatchenkia orientalis. P. kudriavzevii/I. orentalis is a generally recognized as a safe organism. In addition, methionine produced by K1 and C1 yeast hydrolysate yielded 1.3 ± 0.01 and 1.1 ± 0.01 mg g?1 dry cell. Yeast strain K1 may be suitable as a potential source of methionine for dietary supplements in organic poultry feed but may require growth conditions to further increase their methionine content.  相似文献

Harbour activities such as loading, unloading and transport of dusty loose materials may be an important source of atmospheric particulate matter (PM). Depending on the materials, the type of operation and the meteorological scenarios, these activities may have an impact on the levels of ambient air PM around harbour areas. Moreover, air quality at harbours may be affected by nearby urban and industrial emissions. The aim of this work is to compile an inventory of the main characteristics (chemical, morphological, mineralogical and grain size parameters) of the bulk cargo materials and of the material emitted during different port operations for possible use as tracers of the fugitive PM emission sources. For all cases, the tracer characteristics determined for each bulk material were also identified in the corresponding PM material emitted. This inventory could assist the harbour authorities to identify the origin of high PM events recorded by air quality monitoring networks in harbour areas, and could also help modellers to predict the impact of harbour activities on ambient PM levels. The harbour of Tarragona (north-east Spain) was selected for this study given the high volume of solids in bulk handled. To this end, 12 handling operations of selected materials (clinker, phosphate, pyrite ash, Mn mineral, fine Si–Mn, coke (coal), bituminous coal, tapioca, soybean, alfalfa, corn, andalusite) were selected for the characterisation of suspended and deposited PM. In spite of the coarse grain size distribution of these bulk cargo materials, with a very low % in the fraction <10 μm, manipulation of these materials during harbour operations may result in high emissions of PM10 with relatively high levels of potential toxic elements. Furthermore, ambient PM10 in the area with the highest traffic density of the harbour was also sampled and characterised.  相似文献
