为实现对柴油机碳烟和NOx的低温同步去除,采用柠檬酸络合法制备分子筛负载钙钛矿型金属复合氧化物催化剂,应用x衍射分析仪(XRD)和电镜扫描仪(SEM)对催化剂性能进行表征,并在微型固定床反应器中对催化剂低温去除碳烟和NOx进行活性评价。利用程序升温反应(TPR)技术,进行催化剂活性评价、柴油机负荷和排放等特性实验。结果表明,A位用适量Ce部分取代La,B位用适量cu部分取代Mn,可使碳颗粒燃烧温度降低,CO2选择性好,NOx转化率升高。La0.4 Ce0.6 Cu0.2 Mn0.8O3/HZSM-5催化剂的最大NOx转化率为81.0%,Ti、Tm和Tf分别为250、350和475℃,表明该催化剂具有较好的催化活性,能在低温条件下去除碳烟和NOx。  相似文献

A study of the catalytic conversion of N2O to N2 over a bimetallic Ag-Pd catalyst is described in this article. Several Ag-Pd catalytic systems were prepared supported on Al2O3 with different ratios and their catalytic activity for the direct decomposition of N2O and their reduction with CO was measured. Based on the experimental results, it was observed that Ag-Pd bimetallic catalyst (5-0.5%) was the most active for both nitrous oxide reduction and direct decomposition. This high activity seems to be connected with a synergistic effect between Ag and Pd.  相似文献

在富氧条件下,研究了CH4、C3H8、C 3H6、C8H18、CH 3OH、C2H5OH,以及C3H6与CH3OH、C3H6与C2H5OH组合作还原剂时,在Ag/Al2O3催化剂上NO的还原活性.结果表明,不同碳氢化合物还原NO的活性温度存在较大的差异.SO2的存在会导致CH3OH还原NO的活性提高,而其他碳氢化合物还原NO的活性降低.随着还原剂浓度提高,NOx转化率增大,不过,过高的还原剂浓度对NO还原不利.组合使用CH3OH与C3H6或C2H5OH与C3H6作为还原剂,能显著拓宽活性温度范围.  相似文献

研究以纳米TiO2为载体,浸渍负载过渡金属氧化物,以CO为还原剂的脱硝催化剂的脱硝性能。实验中以计算量的Ni(NO3)2和Fe(NO3)3混合溶液浸渍纳米TiO2粉末,室温下搅拌30 min至混合均匀,放入旋转蒸发器中,70℃下至水分蒸干为止;所得粉末在550℃下、空气气氛中焙烧4 h即得所需催化剂。用以上方法分别制备2%Fe2O3-10%Cr2O3/TiO2、4%Fe2O3-8%Cr2O3/TiO2、6%Fe2O3-6%Cr2O3/TiO2、8%Fe2O3-4%Cr2O3/TiO2与10%Fe2O3-2%Cr2O3/TiO2等5种催化剂样品。实验结果表明,制备的催化剂具有较好的结构,分散较为均匀。对于CO+NO反应,Fe2O3-Cr2O3/TiO2系列催化剂具有较好的催化活性,NO的转化率都达到了100%。其中,10%Fe2O3-2%Cr2O3/TiO2样品具有最好的低温活性,H2-TPR结果表明,这是由于10%Fe2O3-2%Cr2O3/TiO2催化剂更易于被CO预还原。  相似文献

With dimethyl phthalate as the model pollutant and Ru/Al(2)O(3) as catalyst, this paper systemically investigates the removal of total organic carbon (TOC) of system. Our results have confirmed that Ru/Al(2)O(3) can significantly increase the effect of ozonation. TOC removal in 120 min can reach 72% while only 24% with ozone alone. The optimal catalyst preparing condition was 0.1 wt% Ru content, 600 degrees C calcination temperature, 0.5-1.0mm particle diameter, which is characterized by a high surface area and a large population of surface active sites. The contrasting experiments of ozone alone, catalyst adsorption after ozonation, and catalytic ozonation confirmed that catalytic reaction was the most important process to TOC removal in system with Ru/Al(2)O(3) as catalyst.  相似文献

The catalytic incineration of toluene over gamma-Al2O3-supported transition-metal oxide catalysts in the temperature range of 200-380 degrees C was investigated employing a fixed bed flow reactor. CuO/gamma-Al2O3 was found to be the most active of seven catalysts tested. Using this catalyst with different wt% Cu in the incineration of toluene, we found that the optimal Cu content was 5 wt%. X-ray diffraction, BET surface area and hydrogen-temperature-programmed reduction showed that it was mainly the formation of large CuO crystals that caused declines in catalyst activity at Cu content above 5 wt%. Addition of water vapor or CO2 inhibited catalyst activity, but this effect was reversible. Although coexistence of toluene and n-hexane resulted in a reduction in n-hexane conversion, the impact on toluene oxidation was only negligible. Temperature-programmed desorption revealed that this differential effect was due to more competitive adsorption of toluene onto active sites of the catalyst.  相似文献

The hydrodechlorination (HDCl) process of 2,3-, 2,4- and 2,5-dichlorobiphenyls was studied over a sulphided Ni-Mo/Al(2)O(3) catalyst in a stirred autoclave at a hydrogen pressure of 3 MPa. The catalysts were prepared by spray-drying. They were characterized by N(2) adsorption, thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscopy with X-ray microanalysis. The reaction temperature of the catalytic HDCl process was varied in the range of 230-290 degrees C. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) free transformer oil was used as reaction medium. The HDCl degree of dichlorobiphenyl isomers was in the range of 82-93%. The efficiency in the chlorine removal was found to be related to the position of the substituted chlorine atom and decreased as follows 2,4-dichlorobiphenyl approximately 2,5-dichlorobiphenyl>2,3-dichlorobiphenyl. For comparison, the HDCl process of 2,3-dichlorobiphenyl (2,3-PCB) without catalyst was also studied. The chlorine removal was 85% for the catalytic HDCl of 2,3-PCB whereas non-catalytic process led only to 16% of dechlorination in the same operating conditions, i.e. at 290 degrees C after 120 min. Monodichlorobiphenyls were not detected in the reaction products. The data for both catalytic and non-catalytic conversion of 2,3-PCB fit to a first-order model. Kinetic constants and the activation energy of the overall HDCl reaction of 2,3-PCB to biphenyl were evaluated. Compared to non-catalytic process, a nearly threefold decrease in the activation energy was observed in the presence of Ni-Mo/Al(2)O(3) catalyst prepared by spray-drying (48 kJ mol(-1) vs. 124 kJ mol(-1)).  相似文献

采用低频超声与Fe-Ni-Mn/Al2O3催化剂协同降解偶氮染料酸性绿B模拟废水,考察染料初始浓度和pH值、催化剂、饱和气体及H2O2等因素对酸性绿B降解效果的影响,结果表明:催化剂Fe-Ni-Mn/Al2O3与低频超声存在协同效应,催化剂的最佳投加量为6g/L;酸性条件有利于染料的超声降解,当pH=3.8时,可取得最佳的降解效果;酸性绿B降解率随初始浓度的增大而降低,其优化初始浓度为100mg/L,此外,在反应体系中鼓入饱和气体也可促进酸性B的降解,且影响顺序为混合气体(air+Ar)〉氧气〉氩气;在反应过程中投加H2O2有利于染料降解率的提高。在优化实验条件下降解150min,酸性绿B色度去除率达到91.4%。  相似文献

Idle emissions of total hydrocarbon (THC), CO, NOx, and particulate matter (PM) were measured from 24 heavy-duty diesel-fueled (12 trucks and 12 buses) and 4 heavy-duty compressed natural gas (CNG)-fueled vehicles. The volatile organic fraction (VOF) of PM and aldehyde emissions were also measured for many of the diesel vehicles. Experiments were conducted at 1609 m above sea level using a full exhaust flow dilution tunnel method identical to that used for heavy-duty engine Federal Test Procedure (FTP) testing. Diesel trucks averaged 0.170 g/min THC, 1.183 g/min CO, 1.416 g/min NOx, and 0.030 g/min PM. Diesel buses averaged 0.137 g/min THC, 1.326 g/min CO, 2.015 g/min NOx, and 0.048 g/min PM. Results are compared to idle emission factors from the MOBILE5 and PART5 inventory models. The models significantly (45-75%) overestimate emissions of THC and CO in comparison with results measured from the fleet of vehicles examined in this study. Measured NOx emissions were significantly higher (30-100%) than model predictions. For the pre-1999 (pre-consent decree) truck engines examined in this study, idle NOx emissions increased with model year with a linear fit (r2 = 0.6). PART5 nationwide fleet average emissions are within 1 order of magnitude of emissions for the group of vehicles tested in this study. Aldehyde emissions for bus idling averaged 6 mg/min. The VOF averaged 19% of total PM for buses and 49% for trucks. CNG vehicle idle emissions averaged 1.435 g/min for THC, 1.119 g/min for CO, 0.267 g/min for NOx, and 0.003 g/min for PM. The g/min PM emissions are only a small fraction of g/min PM emissions during vehicle driving. However, idle emissions of NOx, CO, and THC are significant in comparison with driving emissions.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法,以Al2O3为载体制备Mn/γ-Al2O3和Mn—Ce/Mn/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并分别在N2气氛和O2气氛下焙烧。采用固定床连续流动反应器,研究所制备催化剂在室温条件下催化臭氧氧化甲苯的性能。通过XRD、XPS和FTIR等手段对催化剂的结构和组成进行表征。结果表明,Mn/Mn/γ-Al2O3催化剂具有良好的催化臭氧氧化甲苯和催化臭氧自身分解的性能,共沉淀法制备催化剂的最佳Mn负载量为20%。O2气氛焙烧和Ce的加入,可以有效提高催化剂的活性和寿命。原因是O2气氛焙烧和Ce的加入可以提高Mn的氧化价态。催化剂失活的主要原因是有机副产物在催化剂表面吸附堆积,失活催化剂在550℃、空气气氛下焙烧可恢复催化性能。  相似文献

Studies on the catalytic destruction of 1,2-dichlorobenzene were carried out on a specially constructed semi-technical equipment whose most important element was a catalytic reactor with a monolithic catalyst in the form of 150 x 150 x 100 mm cubes. A catalyst made from cordierite with an active layer composed of Al2O3 - 64 wt%, TiO2 - 26 wt%, V2O5 - 6.6 wt% and WO3 - 3.4 wt% was used. The reactor made it possible to carry out the process in the temperature range 150-350 degrees C, at variable catalyst loading and different velocities of gas flow through the reactor. The content of 1,2-dichlorobenzene in the air was analysed by a chromatographic method. A significant effect of catalyst loading and temperature on 1,2-dichlorobenzene destruction efficiency was observed and no effect of the linear flow velocity through the catalyst on o-dichlorobenzene destruction efficiency was reported. The applied vanadium-tungsten catalyst on a monolithic carrier made from TiO2/gamma-Al2O3 revealed very good activity that resulted in an over 80% efficiency of 1,2-dichlorobenzene destruction at the temperature around 250 degrees C at a very high catalyst loading reaching ca. 8200 h(-1). Additionally, in this study the kinetics of 1,2-dichlorobenzene decomposition was determined, specifying the order of reaction and dependence of the decomposition rate constant on temperature, using a simple power-rate law model.  相似文献

Fe(3+)-, Cr(3+)-, Cu(2+)-, Mn(2+)-, Co(2+)-, and Ni(2+)-exchanged Al2O3-pillared interlayer clay (PILC) or TiO2-PILC catalysts are investigated for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitric oxide by ammonia in the presence of excess oxygen. Fe(3+)-exchanged pillared clay is found to be the most active. The catalytic activity of Fe-TiO2-PILC could be further improved by the addition of a small amount of cerium ions or cerium oxide. H2O and SO2 increase both the activity and the product selectivity to N2. The maximum activity on the Ce-Fe-TiO2-PILC is more than 3 times as active as that on a vanadium catalyst. Moreover, compared to the V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst, the Fe-TiO2-PILC catalysts show higher N2/N2O product selectivities and substantially lower activities (by approximately 85%) for SO2 oxidation to SO3 under the same reaction conditions. A 100-hr run in the presence of H2O and SO2 for the CeO2/Fe-TiO2-PILC catalyst showed no decrease in activity.  相似文献

The nature of active copper species is well-known to vary with copper loading, i.e., isolated Cu(2+) to bulk CuO. In this work, however, the effect of copper loading on the activity and the selectivity was investigated for the wet oxidation of phenol over CuO(x)/Al(2)O(3) catalysts. The activity and the mineralization selectivity of the catalysts increased with copper loading up to 7wt% and remained almost the same at a higher loading. The optimum copper loading was about 7wt% for the wet oxidation of phenol over CuO(x)/Al(2)O(3) catalysts in this work. The nature of copper species with different loading was characterized with TPR, XRD, and XANES. The chemical states of copper in the CuO(x)/Al(2)O(3) catalysts were confirmed as varying with copper loading: isolated Cu(2+) ions for 1wt%; highly dispersed Cu(2+) cluster for 5wt% and 7wt%, and bulk CuO for 10-25wt%. The stability of the CuO(x)/Al(2)O(3) catalysts with different copper loading was also studied with respect to carbonaceous deposits and copper leaching.  相似文献

Large auxiliary engines operated on ocean-going vessels in transit and at berth impact the air quality of populated areas near ports. This paper presents new information on the comparison of emission ranges from three similar engines and the effectiveness of three control technologies: switching to cleaner burning fuels, operating in the low oxides of nitrogen (NOx) mode, and selective catalytic reduction (SCR). In-use measurements of gaseous (NOx, carbon monoxide [CO], carbon dioxide [CO2]) and fine particulate matter (PM2.5; total and speciated) emissions were made on three auxiliary engines on post-PanaMax class container vessels following the International Organization for Standardization-8178-1 protocol. The in-use NOx emissions for the MAN B&W 7L32/40 engine family vary from 15 to 21.1 g/kW-hr for heavy fuel oil and 8.9 to 19.6 g/kW-hr for marine distillate oil. Use of cleaner burning fuels resulted in NOx reductions ranging from 7 to 41% across different engines and a PM2.5 reduction of up to 83%. The NOx reductions are a consequence of fuel nitrogen content and engine operation; the PM2.5 reduction is attributed to the large reductions in the hydrated sulfate and organic carbon (OC) fractions. As expected, operating in the low-NOx mode reduced NOx emissions by approximately 32% and nearly doubled elemental carbon (EC) emissions. However, PM2.5 emission factors were nearly unchanged because the EC emission factor is only approximately 5% of the total PM2.5 mass. SCR reduced the NOx emission factor to less than 2.4 g/kW-hr, but it increased the PM2.5 emissions by a factor of 1.5-3.8. This increase was a direct consequence of the conversion of sulfur dioxide to sulfate emissions on the SCR catalyst. The EC and OC fractions of PM2.5 reduced across the SCR unit.  相似文献

以市售活性炭、硅藻土和氧化铝小球为载体,考察了负载铁基活性组分对催化臭氧化过程中溴酸盐的控制情况,其中,铁基复合氧化铝小球体现出更好的溴酸盐还原特性和催化剂稳定性,证实催化剂中铁氧化物是溴酸盐得到有效控制的主要活性组分。进一步考察了铁基复合氧化铝小球催化臭氧化处理实际原水过程中对溴酸盐的生成控制,以及反应过程中溶解性有机碳(DOC)的去除情况。结果表明,与单独臭氧化相比,该催化剂既能有效去除水中的溶解性有机物,又能明显抑制溴酸盐的生成,反应50h,其活性并没有明显下降。催化剂失活主要归因于吸附位点数量的下降,可以通过负载铁氧化物来实现催化剂的再生。  相似文献

低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝是国内外脱硝技术研发的热点,但目前主要集中在实验室小试范围,无法完全反映催化剂在实际烟气中的运行状况。在30 t/h循环流化床燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘装置后建设了2 000~5 000 m3/h的SCR脱硝中试装置,经系统研究发现,中试使用的蜂窝式催化剂对SO2和NO具有很强的吸附能力,且反应温度、喷氨速率和气体空速均会影响催化脱硝效率。为期5 d的连续运行实验结果表明,催化剂的脱硝效率一直稳定在30%~50%,并未发现明显的失活,这证明设计除雾除尘器、较大的混合器、混合器与反应器间较长的管路均有利于缓解催化剂因SO2、H2O和飞灰中的碱性金属导致的失活。  相似文献

The thermal enhancement of the formation of *OH by the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 system (including the Fe(III)/H2O2 system) was quantitatively investigated with reaction temperatures ranging from 25 to 50 degrees C. A temperature dependent kinetic model for the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 system, incorporating 12 major reactions with no fitted rate constants or activation energies, was developed, and successfully explained the experimental measurements. Particularly, the thermal enhancement of Fe(OH)2+ photolysis which is the most significant step in the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 system was effectively explained by two factors; (1) the variation of the Fe(OH)2+ concentration with temperature, and (2) the temperature dependence of the quantum yield for Fe(OH)2+ photolysis (measured activation energy=11.4 kJ mol(-1)). Although in both the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 and Fe(III)/H2O2 systems, elevated temperatures enhanced the formation of *OH, the thermal enhancement was much higher in the dark Fe(III)/H2O2 system than the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 system. Furthermore, it was found that the relative thermal enhancement of the formation of *OH in the presence of *OH scavengers (tert-butyl alcohol) was magnified in the Fe(III)/H2O2 system but was not in the hv/Fe(III)/H2O2 system.  相似文献

In this study, experiments were performed with a bench-scale tube-type wet electrostatic precipitator (wESPs) to investigate its effectiveness for the removal of mass- and number-based diesel particulate matter (DPM), hydrocarbons (HCs), carbon monoxide (CO), and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) from diesel exhaust emissions. The concentration of ozone (O3) present in the exhaust that underwent a nonthermal plasma treatment process inside the wESP was also measured. A nonroad diesel generator operating at varying load conditions was used as a stationary diesel emission source. The DPM mass analysis was conducted by means of isokinetic sampling and the DPM mass concentration was determined by a gravimetric method. An electrical low-pressure impactor (ELPI) was used to quantify the DPM number concentration. The HC compounds, n-alkanes, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were collected on a moisture-free quartz filter together with a PUF/XAD/PUF cartridge and extracted in dichloromethane with sonication. Gas chromatography (GC)/mass spectroscopy (MS) was used to determine HC concentrations in the extracted solution. A calibrated gas combustion analyzer (Testo 350) and an O3 analyzer were used for quantifying the inlet and outlet concentrations of CO and NOx (nitric oxide [NO] + nitrogen dioxide [NO2]), and O3 in the diesel exhaust stream. The wESP was capable of removing approximately 67-86% of mass- and number-based DPM at a 100% exhaust volumetric flow rate generated from 0- to 75-kW engine loads. At 75-kW engine load, increasing gas residence time from approximately 0.1 to 0.4 sec led to a significant increase of DPM removal efficiency from approximately 67 to more than 90%. The removal of n-alkanes, 16 PAHs, and CO in the wESP ranged from 31 to 57% and 5 to 38%, respectively. The use of the wESP did not significantly affect NOx concentration in diesel exhaust. The O3 concentration in diesel exhaust was measured to be less than 1 ppm. The main mechanisms responsible for the removal of these pollutants from diesel exhaust are discussed.  相似文献

The effect of promoter addition on activity of CeO(2)/gamma-Al(2)O(3) was assessed via the CWAO of phenol. Adding Cu as the promoter rendered the most effective performance, followed by Mn, although the performance of Mn-promoted catalyst was inferior to CeO(2)/gamma-Al(2)O(3). Mineralization of phenol was effectively implemented at 160 degrees C using Cu-promoted catalyst (Ce15Cu5). Furthermore, at 180 degrees C this catalyst produced about 100% conversion of phenol (1h) and 95% removal of chemical oxygen demand (4h), higher than that of CeO(2)/gamma-Al(2)O(3). In contrast, Mn-promoted catalyst (Ce15Mn5) required a temperature above 220 degrees C for acceptable performance. Activity of re-used catalyst declined noticeably, due to deposits of carbonaceous compounds and leaching of metal ions. Regeneration with acetone rinsing after the first run was effective in recovering activity of Ce15Cu5, although after a second run further regeneration with acetone rinsing had only a moderate effect, due to residual carbonaceous deposits and the additive effect of leached metal species in each run. As an alternative to acetone, HCl or HNO(3) solution (0.01 M) was less effective at regenerating activity. In promoted catalysts, leached metal ions accounted for the majority of mineralization of phenol, while the solid catalyst played a dual role of initiator and terminator of free radicals. Despite a superior catalytic performance, leaching of Cu(2+) from the promoted catalyst caused a severe decline in activity and poses the problem of secondary pollution of treated wastewater. Therefore, addition of Cu, as well as other metal species, is unfavorable in promoting the CeO(2)/gamma-Al(2)O(3) catalyst.  相似文献

Pentachlorophenol (PCP) is a wood preserving agent that is commonly found in contaminated soils at wood treatment sites. The catalytic properties of Fe+3-resin for the oxidation of PCP in aqueous solution and soil suspension with H2O2 were tested. Batch tests in aqueous solution were performed at various dosages of catalyst and H2O2, and reaction temperatures. The results showed that the oxidation of PCP in aqueous solution depends on the dose of H2O2 and the temperature. Essentially complete oxidation of 100 mgl(-1) PCP was obtained with 0.5% Fe+3-resin catalyst, 0.1 M H2O2 and at a reaction temperature of 80 degrees C. The oxidation of PCP achieved in three different soil suspensions was more than 94% within 30-50 min. Moreover, it was demonstrated that the same Fe+3-resin could be reused for at least six cycles of PCP oxidation in soil solutions without loss in efficiency unless the pH of the reaction falls below 5. It was proposed that the loss in used Fe+3-resin catalyst activity could be related to the leaching of Fe+3 at low pH.  相似文献
