种植杂交稻对甲烷排放的影响及评价 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
早、中、晚稻三季24h稻田甲烷监测结果表明,种植杂交稻没有明显增进福田甲烷排放的作用.甲烷释放总量在3个种植季节中,除连作晚稻的杂交稻田比常规稻田高11.6%外,早稻、单季稻杂交稻田分别低于常规稻田6.4%和8.9%.稻田甲烷每周日平均释放量在水稻生长前期(移栽后5~7周)杂交稻高于常规稻,孕穗至收获期杂交稻低于常规稻.温度对甲烷释放影响十分明显.在不同水稻种植季节,稻田甲烷释放模式各不相同.经测定,杂交稻田的土壤产甲烷细菌数量及土壤产甲烷潜力明显高于常规稻田,其中产甲烷细菌数可相差数倍至2个数量级.试验结果还表明,种植水稻明显增加了稻田甲烷排放量,与侵水稻田相比.植稻田甲烷排放量增加了41.4%. 相似文献

Physiological changes in crop plants in response to the elevated tropospheric ozone (O3) may alter N and C cycles in soil. This may also affect the atmosphere-biosphere exchange of radiatively important greenhouse gases (GHGs), e.g. methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) from soil. A study was carried out during July to November of 2007 and 2008 in the experimental farm of Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi to assess the effects of elevated tropospheric ozone on methane and nitrous oxide emissions from rice (Oryza sativa L.) soil. Rice crop was grown in open top chambers (OTC) under elevated ozone (EO), non-filtered air (NF), charcoal filtered air (CF) and ambient air (AA). Seasonal mean concentrations of O3 were 4.3 ± 0.9, 26.2 ± 1.9, 59.1 ± 4.2 and 27.5 ± 2.3 ppb during year 2007 and 5.9 ± 1.1, 37.2 ± 2.5, 69.7 ± 3.9 and 39.2 ± 1.8 ppb during year 2008 for treatments CF, NF, EO and AA, respectively. Cumulative seasonal CH4 emission reduced by 29.7% and 40.4% under the elevated ozone (EO) compared to the non-filtered air (NF), whereas the emission increased by 21.5% and 16.7% in the charcoal filtered air (CF) in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Cumulative seasonal emission of N2O ranged from 47.8 mg m−2 in elevated ozone to 54.6 mg m−2 in charcoal filtered air in 2007 and from 46.4 to 62.1 mg m−2 in 2008. Elevated ozone reduced grain yield by 11.3% and 12.4% in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Global warming potential (GWP) per unit of rice yield was the least under elevated ozone levels. Dissolved organic C content of soil was lowest under the elevated ozone treatment. Decrease in availability of substrate i.e., dissolved organic C under elevated ozone resulted in a decline in GHG emissions. Filtration of ozone from ambient air increased grain yield and growth parameters of rice and emission of GHGs. 相似文献

Rice husk with high volatile content was burned in a pilot scale vortexing fluidized bed incinerator. The fluidized bed incinerator was constructed of 6 mm stainless steel with 0.45 m in diameter and 5 m in height. The emission characteristics of CO, NO, and SO2 were studied. The effects of operating parameters, such as primary air flow rate, secondary air flow rate, and excess air ratio on the pollutant emissions were also investigated. The results show that a large proportion of combustion occurs at the bed surface and the freeboard zone. The SO2 concentration in the flue gas decreases with increasing excess air ratio, while the NOx concentration shows reverse trend. The flow rate of secondary air has a significant impact on the CO emission. For a fixed primary air flowrate, CO emission decreases with the secondary air flowrate. For a fixed excess air ratio, CO emission decreases with the ratio of secondary to primary air flow. The minimum CO emission of 72 ppm is attained at the operating condition of 40% excess air ratio and 0.6 partition air ratio. The NOx and SO2 concentrations in the flue gas at this condition are 159 and 36 ppm, which conform to the EPA regulation of Taiwan. 相似文献

Effect of dissolved oxygen on methane production from bottom sediment in a eutrophic stratified lake

Clarifying the role of sulfate and dissolved oxygen (DO) in methane production may allow for precise and accurate modeling of methane emissions in eutrophic lakes. We conducted field observations of sulfate, methane, and DO concentrations in Lake Abashiri, a typical brackish and eutrophic lake in a cold region, to develop a DO-based method for quantitively estimating methane production in a eutrophic lake and analyzed the results. We found that sulfate concentrations decreased rapidly from 900.0 mg/L in water overlying the sediments to nearly 0.0 mg/L in the bottom sediment. Methane production was almost uniform across sediment depths of 0.05 to 0.25 m, ranging from 1400 to 1800 µmol/m2/day. Also, methane production was found to be a function of DO concentrations in water overlying the bottom and could be modeled by a logistic function: constant production at 1,400 µmol/m2/day for DO concentrations of 0.0 to 3.0 mg/L, rapidly decreasing to 0 µmol/m2/day for DO concentrations of 3.0 to 6.0 mg/L. This methane model was verified using a simple one-dimensional numerical model that showed good agreement with field observations. Our results thus suggest that the proposed methane model reduces uncertainty in estimating methane production in a eutrophic lake. 相似文献

The application of NH4+-based fertilizers is a common practice in rice production. The immediate effect of a late season urea application on the processes involved in CH4 emission from a rice field was investigated on sandy loam located in the valley of River Po at Vercelli, northern Italy, and planted with rice (Oryza sativa, type japonica, variety Koral). Urea, applied at a rate of 50 kg N ha−1 on the 75th day after flooding, significantly stimulated both CH4 production and CH4 oxidation. During the following 9 days, the rates of CH4 production and CH4 oxidation in the 0–3 cm soil layer increased by 24–52 and 18–41%, respectively, of the fertilized plot compared to the unfertilized control plot. Methane oxidation on roots was also stimulated by urea, indicated by shorter lag times. Porewater concentrations of CH4 in the 0–6 cm soil layer increased with time and soil depth, but were not affected by fertilization with urea. Urea application also exhibited little impact on CH4 emission. During the 7 days following fertilization, urea only slightly reduced the CH4 flux. Ammonium originating from urea hydrolysis was completely depleted from the porewater within 3 days, mainly due to plant uptake. Fertilizer application did also not affect the contribution of CH4 oxidation to the net flux of CH4, determined by measuring δ13CH4 and by inhibition of CH4 oxidation. The absence of any effect of urea on net CH4 emission in this study was presumably caused by the rapid depletion of urea, the counterbalance between the increase of CH4 production and the increase of CH4 oxidation after fertilization, and methanogenesis in deeper soil layers. 相似文献

通过连续2a田间试验,研究了在Cd重度污染土壤上施用有机肥、石灰、石灰与有机肥配施1a后,第2a连续施用和不再施用改良剂对稻田土壤有效态Cd含量和水稻Cd吸收的影响.结果表明,有机肥、石灰单施及石灰与有机肥配施均能显著提高稻田土壤pH值,降低土壤中有效态Cd含量和水稻各部位Cd含量,第1a有机肥、石灰、石灰与有机肥配施处理的糙米中Cd含量较对照分别显著降低35.9%、69.2%和65.4%.与对照相比,第2a连续施用有机肥、石灰及石灰与有机肥配施处理下,稻田土壤pH值分别显著升高0.27、0.57和1.05个单位,土壤有效态Cd分别显著降低26.6%、29.7%和59.4%;糙米中Cd含量较对照分别显著降低63.1%、79.5%和83.6%,其中,第2a连续石灰与有机肥配施处理下糙米中Cd含量为0.20mg/kg,达到《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2017)中糙米限量值.第2a不再施用有机肥、石灰及石灰与有机肥配施处理的糙米中Cd含量较对照分别显著降低49.2%、69.7%和75.4%.双因素方差分析结果表明其值与连续施用改良剂的处理无显著性差异.上述结果表明,石灰与有机肥配施可有效降低污染稻田土壤中有效态Cd含量和水稻Cd含量,施加后一年内可不施或减少改良剂施用量. 相似文献

为了探究炉渣及生物炭施加处理对稻田土壤铁还原菌群落结构及甲烷排放的影响,在福州某平原稻田中分别进行施加生物炭、炉渣、生物炭+炉渣3种处理,测定早、晚稻生长期稻田甲烷排放通量和可培养铁还原菌数量,并比较施加处理与不施加处理稻田土壤铁还原菌群落结构组成之间的差异.结果表明:废弃物施加能够改变稻田土壤铁还原菌数量,晚稻生物炭施加组的铁还原菌数量显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);废弃物施加在一定程度上抑制了稻田土壤甲烷的排放,其中早稻混合施加组对甲烷排放的降低作用最为明显;福州平原稻田土壤中铁还原菌种类丰富,分布于10个门,其中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)为优势菌门相对丰度占比之和大于95%.共鉴定出20个属,其中相对丰度较高的菌属为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、厌氧粘细菌属(Anaeromyxobacter)、梭状芽孢杆菌属(Clostridium)等10个属,占样品中已知铁还原菌属的62.07%~66.58%;生物炭和炉渣主要通过改变土壤pH值及含水量影响稻田土壤铁还原菌群落结构,混合施加的影响比单一施加更为显著;芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)的相对丰度与稻田土壤甲烷的排放通量呈显著负相关,是稻田中抑制甲烷产生与排放的主要铁还原菌属. 相似文献

研究了碳素和氮素物质对黄松田土壤中甲烷氧化菌种群及其甲烷氧化活性的影响,结果表明,加入不同碳素或氮素物质对黄松田土中甲烷氧化菌种群的数量变化无显著性影响,但对土壤氧化外源甲烷烷尖性却具有显著性影响,且不同浓度的同一物质对黄松田土壤氧化外源甲烷速率的影响也不相同,甲烷氧化代谢途径中的中间产物(甲醇和甲酸)较非甲烷氧化代谢途径中的中间产物和能促进土壤产甲烷菌产甲烷活性的碳源物质(酵母膏,葡萄糖和乙酸)可更强烈地抑制土壤氧化外源甲烷的活性,有机氮素物质对黄松田土的甲烷氧化速率的影响要较无机氮素质质弱,在无机氮素物质中,硝酸盐对土壤氧化外源甲烷活性的抑制强度要强于铵盐类物质,NH3要比NH^ 4对甲烷氧化菌的甲烷氧化活性具有更强的抑制作用,一旦黄松田土的甲烷氧化活性受到碳,氮物质的抑制,恢复其氧化外源甲烷活性就需要较长时间,且受到抑制的过程越,恢复所需时间也越长。 相似文献

Effects of antibiotic residues on methane production in anaerobic digestion are commonly studied using the following two antibiotic addition methods:(1) adding manure from animals that consume a diet containing antibiotics, and(2) adding antibiotic-free animal manure spiked with antibiotics. This study used chlortetracycline(CTC) as a model antibiotic to examine the effects of the antibiotic addition method on methane production in anaerobic digestion under two different swine wastewater concentrations(0.55 and 0.22 mg CTC/g dry manure). The results showed that CTC degradation rate in which manure was directly added at 0.55 mg CTC/g(HSPIKE treatment) was lower than the control values and the rest of the treatment groups. Methane production from the HSPIKEtreatment was reduced(p 〈 0.05) by 12% during the whole experimental period and 15% during the first 7 days. The treatments had no significant effect on the pH and chemical oxygen demand value of the digesters, and the total nitrogen of the0.55 mg CTC/kg manure collected from mediated swine was significantly higher than the other values. Therefore, different methane production under different antibiotic addition methods might be explained by the microbial activity and the concentrations of antibiotic intermediate products and metabolites. Because the primary entry route of veterinary antibiotics into an anaerobic digester is by contaminated animal manure, the most appropriate method for studying antibiotic residue effects on methane production may be using manure from animals that are given a particular antibiotic, rather than adding the antibiotic directly to the anaerobic digester. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to develop linear and nonlinear statistical models to predict enteric methane emission (EME) from cattle (Bos) in the tropics based on dietary and animal characteristic variables. A database from 35 publications, which included 142 mean observations of EME measured on 830 cattle, was constructed to develop EME prediction models. Several extant equations of EME developed for North American and European cattle were also evaluated for suitability of those equations in this dataset. The average feed intake and methane production were 7.7?±?0.34 kg/day and 7.99?±?0.39 MJ/day, respectively. The simple linear equation that predicted EME with high precision and accuracy was: methane (MJ/day)?=?1.29(±0.906)?+?0.878(±0.125)?×?dry matter intake (DMI, kg/day), [root mean square prediction error (RMSPE)?=?31.0 % with 92 % of RMSPE being random error; R 2?=?0.70]. Multiple regression equation that predicted methane production slightly better than simple prediction equations was: methane (MJ/day)?=?0.910(±0.746)?+?1.472(±0.154)?×?DMI (kg/day) – 1.388(±0.451)?×?feeding level as a multiple of maintenace energy intake – 0.669(±0.338)?×?acid detergent fiber intake (kg/day), [RMSPE?=?22.2 %, with 99.6 % of MSPE from random error; R 2?=?0.84]. Among the nonlinear equations developed, Mitscherlich model, i.e., methane (MJ/day)?=?71.47(±22.14.6)?×?(1 - exp{?0.0156(±0.0051)?×?DMI (kg/day), [RMSPE?=?30.3 %, with 97.6 % of RMSPE from random error; R 2?=?0.83] performed better than simple linear and other nonlinear models, but the predictability and goodness of fits of the equation did not improve compared with the multiple regression models. Extant equations overestimated EME, and many extant models had low accuracy and precision. The equations developed in this study will be useful for improved estimates of national methane inventory preparation and for a better understanding of dietary factors influencing EME for tropical cattle feeding systems. 相似文献

利用农业秸秆制备了污染土壤修复材料稻壳生物炭和稻壳灰,在模拟稀土(REE)污染的酸性土壤中,添加0、5%和10%的稻壳灰(RHA)稻壳生物炭(RHB),通过栽培实验考察RHA和RHB对REEs的形态和生物有效性的影响.春秋两季的盆栽实验结果表明,RHA和RHB的添加有效的降低了稀土的弱酸可提取态,随着添加量的增加效果越明显,10% RHA和10% RHB土壤中REEs的弱酸(乙酸)提取态较对照组分别降低了31.65%、19.915%,弱酸可提取态转化为了可还原态,与对照组相比,RHA和RHB的土壤中稀土元素的可还原态分别增加了26.367%、10.321%.两种修复材料显著降低了胡萝卜和茼蒿对稀土元素的富集,10% RHA处理组胡萝卜和茼蒿REEs含量分别较对照组降低了98.08%、93.41%,10% RHB胡萝卜和茼蒿REEs含量分别较对照组降低了68.61%、66.75%.研究结果表明,稻壳生物炭和稻壳灰的施用,能够有效的改善污染土壤的理化性质,降低稀土元素生物可利用态的含量,从而遏制植物对稀土元素的富集. 相似文献

基于城市汽车年检中CO2的过程动态检测数据,对小型汽油客车CO2的排放因子和排放水平信息进行了挖掘,并与文献研究结果进行了对比.结果表明,从城市汽车年检数据中挖掘的CO2排放结果可以作为研究城市机动车碳排放的重要参考依据;合理有效地利用汽车年检数据可以为城市车辆尾气排放的精准分级管控、城市交通运输碳排放达峰的量化分析,以及城市交通源的污染物和CO2协同减排提供重要的数据支撑;从国Ⅰ到国Ⅴ不同排放阶段汽油车的常规污染物CO、NOx和HC的排放水平下降非常明显,而对应的CO2排放水平差异不大;CO2排放因子随累计行驶里程、车龄、基准质量和排量的变化关系反映出,如果需要削减城市汽车碳排放水平,应鼓励使用基准质量小或者排量小的车辆,淘汰高油耗高排放的老旧车辆,鼓励公共绿色出行而降低单车活动水平,增加纯电动车辆优化车队能源结构. 相似文献

通过土培试验研究了在3种类型土壤(红壤、黑土和灰钙土)上施用不同价态硒肥(Na2 SeO3或Na2 SeO4)条件下,水稻地上部硒含量的变化.结果表明,在水稻幼苗期,3种土壤上Se4+硒肥处理的水稻幼苗地上部硒含量高于Se6+硒肥处理.施用Se4+硒肥,红壤、黑土及灰钙土中水稻幼苗的硒含量分别为5.76、1.18和1.11 mg· kg-1,分别为对照的2.5、4.7和6.9倍;施用Se6+硒肥,红壤、黑土及灰钙土中水稻幼苗的硒含量分别为4.70、0.66和0.73 mg·kg-1.在水稻成熟期,施用Se4+硒肥后,红壤、黑土及灰钙土中水稻籽粒中硒含量分别由对照中的0.34、0.05和0.05 mg·kg-1增加到0.94、0.14和0.20 mg·kg-1;施用Se6+硒肥后,红壤、黑土及灰钙土中水稻籽粒中硒含量分别为1.13、0.12、0.16mg·kg-1.不同价态硒肥处理和土壤类型对水稻幼苗和成熟地上部硒含量都有显著影响.在pH值低的红壤上施用Se6+硒肥效果更好,而在pH值高的黑土和灰钙土上施用Se4+硒肥效果更好;从环境风险和硒对植物毒性的角度考虑,硒肥以亚硒酸盐的形式施用比较好. 相似文献

在实验室条件下通过秸杆还土试验比较了克螟稻Bt基因表达最高期秸杆和同一时期亲本稻秸杆的添加对淹水土壤可培养厌氧细菌数量和细菌群落组成的影响 .结果表明 ,与亲本对照相比 ,培养初期克螟稻秸杆的添加对淹水土壤厌氧发酵性细菌、产氢产乙酸细菌、反硝化细菌和产甲烷细菌的数量产生了显著性影响 ,但培养后期这种显著性差异基本消失 .PCR 变性梯度凝胶电泳 (DGGE)指纹图谱和主成份分析 (PCA)结果表明 ,两种秸杆处理土壤细菌群落组成在培养的第 3周和第 5周达到显著性差异 ,随着培养时间的延伸 ,两种秸杆处理土壤间细菌群落组成的差异逐渐减小 .到培养的第 1 1周 ,两种秸杆处理土壤间细菌群落组成的差异基本消失 .尽管如此 ,在培养的整个过程中 ,秸杆处理土壤中可培养厌氧性细菌数量和土壤细菌群落的组成均与纯土对照存在显著性差异 .试验结果表明 ,在实验室培养的条件下 ,没有观察到转Bt基因克螟稻秸杆对淹水土壤微生物明显的长期负面影响 相似文献

通过不同施氮水平与不同氮肥品种2个田间试验,结合静态箱-气相色谱法研究了川中丘陵区2005年5~9月石灰性紫色土-玉米根系系统的N2O排放变化.结果表明:1)施用氮肥显著地增加了N2O排放,在3个施氮水平下(0、150和250 kg·hm-2),N2O排放总量分别为0.88、2.19和2.52 kg·hm-2;施氮量越高,N2O排放量也越高.当施氮量超过一定水平后,施肥量高低对N2O排放总量的影响并不显著.由氮肥施用引起的N2O排放量占施氮量的0.87%(150 kg·hm-2)和0.66%(250 kg·hm-2).2)氮肥品种显著影响N2O排放,尿素(酰胺态氮肥)和硫酸铵(铵态氮肥)处理的N2O排放量分别为2.09和1.80 kg·hm-2,显著高于硝酸钾(硝态氮肥)处理(1.27 kg·hm-2),三者排放量分别占施氮量的0·80%、0.60%和0.27%.3)降雨是玉米生长季N2O排放的主要影响因子,而无机氮则是影响N2O排放的主要限制因子. 相似文献

为了防止稻草焚烧产生的环境污染,采用厌氧干发酵方式对稻草进行资源化处理.通过稻草元素的分析、X射线衍射(XRD)及红外光谱(FT-IR)的分析,考察了干发酵及预处理对稻草结构的改变.结果表明,稻草干发酵60d单位挥发固体累积产气量278.1mL/g (0℃),前30d产气占总产气量的90.3%;XRD显示稻草纤维晶体为纤维素Ⅰ型,堆沤预处理和厌氧发酵未改变纤维素的晶型,但略微增加纤维素的结晶度;FT-IR表明:堆沤预处理使聚糖脱聚、纤维素分子键氢键增强和木质素结构部分改变;发酵主要使聚糖脱聚与降解. 相似文献

2 0 0 2年 7月中旬 (湿季 ) ,我们利用快速异戊二烯系统对云南热带森林异戊二烯的排放通量进行了连续测量 ,同时对其影响因子光合有效辐射、气温、湿度、风等参数进行了观测 .研究表明 ,该地区人工橡胶林异戊二烯的排放有明显的日变化 ,云和降水可以明显减小异戊二烯的排放 .利用光合有效辐射守恒的观点处理与植物异戊二烯排放有关的过程 ,建立了一个计算异戊二烯排放的经验模式 ,计算值与观测值比较接近 .因此 ,以一定的物理原理和对实际大气状况观测资料的分析为基础 ,建立异戊二烯排放模式的方法是可行的 . 相似文献
