邓小平发展思想是邓小平理论的核心内容,是建设中国特色社会主义的代数学.邓小平始终立足于中国历史向世界历史转变的坐标,坚持马克思主义唯物史观不动摇,结合中国实际、中国问题,围绕脱胎于半殖民地半封建社会的中国社会主义如何从落后状态向进步状态演化,如何从不发达阶段(初级阶段)向发达阶段转变,”建设有中国特色的社会主义”和实现”中国式的现代化”问题,提出了四个相辅相成的发展战略和实施战略的一系列环环相扣的发展策略.发展战略和发展策略共同构建了一个具有内在统一的、纵横相交兼具宏观与微观的立体式发展思想体系,即邓小平发展思想,它的外延涉及到政治、经济、文化、社会、教育、科技、农林、旅游、环保等方面.以江泽民和胡锦涛为总书记的中央领导集体秉承着邓小平发展思想,并根据不断变化的世情、国情和党情与时俱进地对其进行了发展、创新与丰富,相继提出了”三个代表”重要思想与科学发展观.     

Implementing Sustainable Development Strategies

Abstract

China's national sustainable development strategies were drafted under the guidance of Deng Xiaoplng's theory on socialist construction with Chinese distinguishing features and, the theory and practice of sustainable development has further enriched and perfected Deng Xiaoping's theory. An in-depth study of Deng Xiaoplng's theory is significant if we are to accurately understand our sustainable development program and how to best implement the strategies.

Development of Future Generations： Oriented Virtual Negotiation Support System for Intergenerational Conflict

Intergenerational conflict coordination is the fundamental requirement and core of sustainable development. In this paper, through the analysis of the future generations-oriented management mechanisms for intergenerational conflict, the idea of mechanisms and institution building for the coordination and management of intergenerational conflict is put forward. Furthermore, the future generations-oriented virtual negotiation support system （NSS） for intergenerational conflict is developed, built on the analysis of the process simulation of intergenerational wealth transfer, intergenerational equilibrium allocation of resources, and strategies for the mitigation and avoidance of intergenerational conflict, through the application of advanced IT technology. The virtual NSS for intergenerational conflict is helpful to the practical application of the sustainable development theory; on the other hand, it can be applied directly to the intergenerational equilibrium allocation of resources, national economic accounting, formulation of sustainable development strategies and other urgent national economic and social development issues. Finally, the sustainable development theory can be enriched and extended. Therefore, the development of the future generations-oriented virtual NSS for intergenerational conflict has certain theoretical and practical effects on the theory of sustainable development.     

人地协同论：可持续发展模型构建的基础

人地协同论是在陆地系统科学、非线性系统理论基础上建立起来的关于可持续发展的一个数理模型,它以社会与自然的交互作用、交界面性质及其演化规律为研究对象。本文根据系统生态学理论,提出了关于可持续生存的数学定义。     

可持续发展中的代际关系研究

人类社会的发展是一个世代发展的过程。因此．代际公平是可持续发展的根本所在。根据“代际”一词有不同的理解。“公平”在不同的社会有不同的含义,尤其是对代际公平的含义、原则进行了探讨。代际公平实现的策略是：基于压力-状态-反应的人力资源可持续开发;基于艾奇沃斯方框图分析的自然资源可持续利用;鉴于客观上当代具有优先权,代际之间在环境污染上则采用非合作博弈。     

The advancement of a mathematical model of sustainable development

Earth System Analysis was postulated as a theory by Hans-Joachim Schellnhuber in 1998 as a way to characterise the Earth System—the coupled relationship between the environment and humans. Within this theory is the notion of Geocybernetics—management of the Earth System in order to achieve strategies and mechanisms of co-evolution between the environment and humans. This is regarded as the concept and application of sustainable development. However, whilst fundamental definitions in Earth System Analysis are presented for the coupled relationship between the environment and humans, no such definitions exist for sustainable development within the Earth System context. Consequently, this paper presents a mathematical model of sustainable development that provides for the fundamental abstraction of the key concepts and parameters necessary for sustainable development to occur. The model utilises basic mathematics to detail these concepts and parameters, as well as the conditions required for sustainable development to occur. The model presented is, in some regards, a work in progress, and further refinements will be made given the nature of the research performed to this point, i.e. the fundamental mathematical definition of sustainable development and its application. However, the research conducted thus far has made it reasonable to communicate the findings made up to the present point. The paper also provides a brief example of the application of the model to an environmental impact assessment of a metro rail scheme in India, for the purpose of evaluating the level of sustainable development (if appropriate) for the project under consideration.     

The ethics in balancing control and freedom when engineering solutions for sustainable behaviour

Research suggests that to allow for sustainable development, consumption patterns must be changed. Individual behaviour is central to society's impact on the environment. However, due to the complexity of environmental issues, much of the political debate and technology development is inaccessible to consumers and based on the values, interpretations and priorities of experts. User‐centred, user‐involved and participatory processes are fundamental in design disciplines such as interaction design and participatory design. Research into the possibilities for cross‐pollination of design for sustainability and user‐centred design has distinguished several strategies for design‐led behavioural change. The strategies differ with regard to the levels of control and responsibility that users are left with, ranging from empowerment through information about consequences of behaviour to blocking behaviour or forcing sustainable practices upon individuals. By considering technological behaviour‐steering strategies in the light of science and technology studies and theory on technological mediation, the paper addresses the ethical issues that arise and discusses how designers can contribute to more sustainable consumption patterns without compromising quality of life, individual freedom and democratic rights.     

Management Strategies for Ecocities of Sustainable Development

Building ecocities becomes an objective requirement for sustainable development. This article discusses the relationship between sustainable development and sustainable urban development. On the basis of discussing the sigificance of sustainable urban development and that of an eco-city from different perspectives, it suggests several management strategies for developing an eco-city, a desirable sustainable urban model.     

中国可持续发展进展及其理论研究的若干思考

用可持续发展理论指导实践,建立理论与实践互动关系,是当前我国实施可持续发展战略的重要问题,本文总结了我国可持续发展理论与实吓的重要进展,指出了近期理论研究的重要内容,并提出了相应的建议。     

我国企业组织与可持续发展

本文根据可持续发展思想和企业组织空间结构理论，探讨了我国企业组织实施可持续发展战略的途径，认为我国企业组织应注重企业经济适度高速增长，提出可持续发展战略在“企业组织层面”和“地域企业层面”上进行“纵向”和“横向”实施的途径。

可持续发展的多维临界

本文从宏观角度,即从自然－社会－经济复合系统整体运行的约束、资源利用和可持续性维护三个层次探讨可持续发展面临的主要临界问题,以便为可持续发展的理论深化和寻求可持续发展运行的合理阈值区间并进行调控奠定一些理论基础。
