有机物料对两种紫色土氮素矿化的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

以猪粪沼渣(PM)、牛粪沼渣(CM)、污泥堆肥(SC)、农村生活垃圾堆肥(RWC1)、农村生活垃圾与污泥的堆肥产物(堆肥过程中添加20%的污泥,RWC2)为材料,采用室内恒温好气培养试验研究了不同有机物料施入酸性紫色土和石灰性紫色土后土壤氮矿化的差异.结果表明,不同有机物料有机氮组分含量及其占全氮比例的基本顺序为:氨基酸态氮酸解未知氮酸解铵态氮非酸解氮氨基糖态氮.添加有机物料显著提高了酸性紫色土的NH~+_4-N和NO~-_3-N含量,而石灰性紫色土中猪粪沼渣和污泥堆肥显著提高了NH~+_4-N的含量,牛粪沼渣却使其NO~-_3-N含量降低.牛粪沼渣对酸性紫色土氮矿化量的影响不显著,使石灰性紫色土的氮矿化量降低,其余4种有机物料均明显提高两种土壤的氮矿化量.相关分析表明土壤氮矿化量与有机物料中的氨基酸态氮和酸解铵态氮呈显著正相关,与有机物料的有机质含量和C/N呈显著负相关.上述结果说明有机物料对土壤氮素矿化的效应因土壤和有机物料的性质不同而异,特别是有机物料中的有机质含量、C/N以及有机氮组分.  相似文献

Soil acidification is one of the rising land degradation issues facing world agriculture. The risk of acidification is currently being assessed as part of agriculture productivity and sustainable theme. This study was conducted to produce a new vermicomposting cast as a recycling resource derived from municipal sewage sludge and waste oyster shell. The earthworm, Eisenia Andrei, was fed under different conditions. The most suitable mixture was 77:23 w/w% of sewage sludge and waste oyster shell. Powdered oyster shell (POS) sludge blend provided a stable pH, due to its buffering capacity during vermiculture because of the Ca2+ and OH? release effect. The vermicast products fulfilled the cast standards of Korea Ministry of Environment for all the parameters such as moisture content, pH, salinity, organic carbon, TKN, Phosphate, and heavy metals. Slowly released organic matter when added to soil improves the capacity of the soil to hold nutrients for plants, improve soil aeration for roots, and improves soil drainage. This product will be an addition to already-commercialized sludge vermicast as a higher value product.  相似文献

施用无害化污泥影响土壤碳库组分和碳库管理指数的演变   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以小麦-玉米轮作体系下的沙质潮土为研究对象,选用经无害化处理后符合国家标准且在推荐量范围内的商业化污泥产品,通过2013~2015年田间定位试验,研究无害化污泥施用对沙质潮土土壤碳库组分和碳库管理指数的影响,为无害化污泥资源化利用提供理论和技术依据.结果表明,与不施无害化污泥处理(CK)相比,土壤总有机碳(TOC)、微生物量碳(SMBC)、易氧化有机碳(LOC)和可溶性有机碳(DOC)施用污泥各处理分别显著增加到了8.40~14.74 g·kg-1、164.45~257.45 mg·kg-1、3.58~4.88 g·kg-1和81.16~101.58 mg·kg-1(P0.05),其中各活性有机碳组分SMBC、LOC和DOC分别显著提高了84.00%~188.07%,26.26%~58.03%和109.58%~185.39%(P0.05),其中45 t·hm~(-2)污泥(W3)处理提升效果最明显;施污泥各处理土壤微生物量熵(SMBC/TOC)和易氧化有机碳有效率(LOC/TOC)均有升高趋势,提高范围分别为8.02%~2.77%和13.75%~46.48%,土壤可溶性有机碳有效率(DOC/TOC)施污泥各处理分别显著降低了17.06%~40.94%(P0.05),并且随污泥施用量的增大,SMBC/TOC、LOC/TOC和DOC/TOC呈下降趋势,说明施用45 t·hm~(-2)污泥增大了土壤中稳定态碳含量,导致其比值降低;施污泥各处理土壤碳库活度(L)和碳库指数(LI)随污泥施用量增大而降低,说明施用45 t·hm~(-2)污泥其土壤稳定态碳含量高,有利于沙质潮土土壤有机碳的积累;施污泥各处理土壤碳库管理指数(CMPI)显著提高了153.45%~195.40%,其中W3处理提升效果最为明显;通过相关性分析及冗余分析得出,用CMPI来表征土壤肥力的变化比用TOC更灵敏、直接,能更好地反映出土壤养分及碳库的动态变化.综上,施用15~45 t·hm~(-2)污泥可以显著提高沙质潮土土壤活性碳库各组分含量和碳库管理指数,尤以施用45 t·hm~(-2)(W3)污泥效果最为显著.  相似文献

采用好气培养-间歇淋洗法研究了厌氧肖化脱水污泥的有机氮矿化动态。在污泥用量为3% ̄24%范围内,污泥有机氮14周矿化率可达31% ̄65%,前6周矿化相对较快,随后减慢,其矿化动态可用经典一级动力学方程来描述,污泥用量小于6%时,随污泥用量增加,有机氮矿化率明显减小,污泥用量在6% ̄24%时,污泥用量对有机氮矿化率的影响较小,但浓度对有机氮矿化率影响相当明显。  相似文献

丘陵林地土壤酸化修复在维持林地生态系统生产力稳定中具有重要地位.本试验通过在丘陵林地坡顶集中施用石灰、污水污泥和联合施用石灰+污水污泥3种土壤酸化改良剂,研究了3种改良剂对丘陵林地酸化土壤的修复效果.结果表明:①联合施用污水污泥+石灰能够显著(P<0.05)降低土壤酸度,促进土壤有机质和氮素含量快速上升,增加土壤阳离子交换量(CEC),从而有效改良丘陵林地酸化土壤;②土壤改良剂在丘陵林地上坡位集中施用,能够通过径流和泥沙随坡体向下坡迁移的自然扩散机制,使丘陵大面积酸化土壤得到修复;③将城市污水污泥用于丘陵酸化土壤的修复,有利于解决城市污水污泥的污染问题,但只限于非经济林酸化土壤的恢复.  相似文献

Microwave (MW) hybrid processes are able to disrupt the flocculent structure of complex waste activated sludge, and help promote the recovery of phosphorus as struvite. In this study, to optimize struvite yield, (1) the characteristics of matter released in MW-hybrid treatments were compared, including MW, MW-acid, MW-alkali, MW-H2O2, and MW-H2O2-alkali. The results showed that selective release of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, Ca2 +, and Mg2 + achieved by sludge pretreatment using MW-hybrid processes. MW-H2O2 is the recommended sludge pretreatment process for phosphorus recovery in the form of struvite. The ratio of Mg2 +:NH4+-N:PO43 −-P was 1.2:2.9:1 in the supernatant. (2) To clarify the effects of organic matter on struvite recovery, the composition and molecular weight distribution of organic matters were analyzed. Low molecular weight COD was found to facilitate the removal rate of NH4+-N and PO43-P via crystallization, and the amorphous struvite crystals (< 1 kDa) from the filtered solutions had high purity. Therefore, the present study reveals the necessity of taking into consideration the interference effect of high molecular weight organic matters during struvite crystallization from sewage sludge.  相似文献

The temperature, moisture and CO2 content of an uncultivated and an irrigated soil in the western San Joaquin Valley of California were monitored for more than 1 year in order to determine the degree to which irrigated agriculture affected the annual variations of these important ecological properties. The uncultivated soil underwent strong seasonal changes in moisture and CO2, the highest values being obtained in the late winter and early spring and the lowest occuring in the late summer and early autumn. In contrast, as adequate moisture for biological activity was available year round in the irrigated soil, the CO2 levels varied in response to variations in temperature. The organic C content of the irrigated soil was half that of the uncultivated soil (1.8 versus 3.6 kg m−2), presumably owing to an enhanced level of organic matter decomposition in the irrigated soil. Calculated annual rates of soil respiration for the two soils were nearly identical (0.25 g m−2 h−1). Based on estimates of annual biomass production in the uncultivated soil, it was estimated that the mean residence time of soil organic matter was approximately 61 years. Although this estimate indicates a relatively rapid turnover of C, it is consistent with previous work indicating rapid nutrient cycling in annual grasslands.  相似文献

通过土壤培养实验研究了4种不同堆肥[纯城市污水污泥堆肥、玉米秸秆生物炭(CSB)改良堆肥、益生菌菌剂(EM)改良堆肥和CSB+EM改良堆肥]在土壤中的碳、氮、磷和钾等养分释放特性及其对土壤溶解有机质(DOM)光谱特征、微生物群落的影响.结果表明,堆肥添加可显著降低土壤的pH,提高土壤的电导率,同时提高土壤中植物可利用养分[如可溶性有机碳(DOC)、NH4+-N、NO3--N、速效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)]含量;比较不同堆肥发现CSB+EM改良堆肥(CSB+EM-C)具备更高的养分释放潜力,且同时显著提高土壤DOM的腐殖化程度;高通量测序结果发现堆肥添加可以增加优势菌门水平上的相对丰度(如变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门和放线菌门),但不同堆肥之间有所差异,其中CSB+EM-C的提高潜力最大.综合上述结果证实CSB+EM的堆肥工艺具有最佳的堆肥养分供应和改善土壤质量的潜力.该研究能够为建立有效的城市污水污泥资源化利用和滨海湿地退化土壤改良综合技术策略提供科学的理论依据.  相似文献

Agriculture is an important contributor to global emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG), in particular for methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O). Emissions from farms with a stock of ruminant animals are particularly high due to CH4 emissions from enteric fermentation and manure handling, and due to the intensive nitrogen (N) cycle on such farms leading to direct and indirect N2O emissions. The whole-farm model, FarmGHG, was designed to quantify the flows of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) on dairy farms. The aim of the model was to allow quantification of effects of management practices and mitigation options on GHG emissions. The model provides assessments of emissions from both the production unit and the pre-chains. However, the model does not quantify changes in soil C storage.Model dairy farms were defined within five European agro-ecological zones for both organic and conventional systems. The model farms were all defined to have the same utilised agricultural area (50 ha). Cows on conventional and organic model farms were defined to achieve the same milk yield, so the basic difference between conventional and organic farms was expressed in the livestock density. The organic farms were defined to be 100% self-sufficient with respect to feed. The conventional farms, on the other hand, import concentrates as supplementary feed and their livestock density was defined to be 75% higher than the organic farm density. Regional differences between farms were expressed in the milk yield, the crop rotations, and the cow housing system and manure management method most common to each region.The model results showed that the emissions at farm level could be related to either the farm N surplus or the farm N efficiency. The farm N surplus appeared to be a good proxy for GHG emissions per unit of land area. The GHG emissions increased from 3.0 Mg CO2-eq ha−1 year−1 at a N surplus of 56 kg N ha−1 year−1 to 15.9 Mg CO2-eq ha−1 year−1 at a N surplus of 319 kg N ha−1 year−1. The farm N surplus can relatively easily be determined on practical farms from the farm records of imports and exports and the composition of the crop rotation. The GHG emissions per product unit (milk or metabolic energy) were quite closely related to the farm N efficiency, and a doubling of the N efficiency from 12.5 to 25% reduced the emissions per product unit by ca. 50%. The farm N efficiency may therefore be used as a proxy for comparing the efficiencies of farms with respect to supplying products with a low GHG emission.  相似文献

重金属的去除是污泥农用需要解决的关键问题之一.本研究采用摇瓶实验,将氧化硫硫杆菌为功能微生物的生物沥浸技术应用于干化污泥重金属的去除,对山西省不同污水处理厂11个干化污泥样品进行了为期15 d的生物沥浸处理.分析了生物沥浸体系p H及SO2-4的变化情况,并对生物沥浸前后污泥中Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Cr等重金属去除率及有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾等养分的损失率进行了分析.结果表明,干污泥直接进行生物沥浸过程较为缓慢,无机酸对体系的酸化能够快速启动干化污泥的生物沥浸过程.无机酸酸化后,体系S0的生物氧化率逐渐提高,酸化速率加快,且污泥重金属去除率随着p H的降低而提高,生物沥浸过程结束后,供试污泥样品Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Cr的去除率分别为23.69%~77.62%、89.67%~97.80%、30.24%~84.31%、18.18%~97.05%和28.55%~67.11%,而污泥有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾的含量损失率分别为3%、1%、44%和8%,污泥剩余养分含量满足农用泥质标准(CJ/T309-2009)的限定值.Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Cr去除率与污泥有机质含量呈显著负相关关系(r=0.935、0.895、0.932、0.516、0.847,n=11).  相似文献

亚临界水直接液化是实现污泥资源化的一种潜在手段.针对污泥亚临界水热液化水相产物中氮元素的变化规律进行了系统地研究.结果表明,在研究的反应温度和反应时间范围内,水相产物中总氮的质量浓度ρ(TN)在2 867.62~4 171.30mg·L-1之间变化,氮的主要存在形态为氨氮(NH+4-N)和有机氮(Org-N),其中NH+4-N占54.6%~90.7%,Org-N占7.4%~44.5%,ρ(NO-3-N)远远低于ρ(NH+4-N)及ρ(Org-N).反应温度是影响氮元素含量的重要因素,相同反应时间下ρ(TN)和ρ(Org-N)随反应温度的升高而降低.随反应时间的延长,ρ(TN)和ρ(Org-N)逐渐增加,而ρ(NH+4-N)则呈现出先增加,后平稳,再些许减少的趋势.  相似文献

在城市固废管理中,污水处理厂污泥科学合理地处置利用问题越来越重要,阐明城镇污水处理厂污泥的污染状况和化学性质,评价城市污泥污染物的生态风险和危害,可以为污泥的资源化利用提供依据.对某市49家城镇污水处理厂污泥泥质(pH、含水率、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb、As、Hg、Ni、矿物油、挥发酚、多环芳烃、有机质和氮磷钾)开展监测,分析其重金属和有机污染物状况、污染物含量频数分布以及污泥养分变化特征,并应用内梅罗指数法和Hakanson潜在生态危害指数评估污泥在农用过程中重金属的潜在生态风险和危害.结果表明,在污泥pH总体呈现中性、且高含水率的状况下,重金属含量高低为:Zn > Cu > Cr > Pb > Ni > As > Hg > Cd,其中,Cd、Pb、Hg、Ni和As为重金属来源第一主成分(生活清洁和医疗)的主要载荷因素;在所有样品中,8项重金属频数分布最集中的含量分别为:38.9~1380.0、62.6~182.7、63.6~181.3、0.0~97.8、19.3~68.4、0.8~29.2、0.3~8.7和0.01~0.96 mg·kg-1;矿物油、挥发酚和多环芳烃含量最集中的频数分布占比分别为:87.0%、87.9%和77.6%;污泥养分含量高于我国平均水平,有机质含量为农家粪肥(猪粪、牛粪和鸡粪)的67.4%、75.9%和92.5%,氮磷钾含量与农家粪肥相差不大.内梅罗指数和Hakanson生态危害指数显示某市城镇污水处理厂污泥存在一定的生态风险;此外,在符合污泥农用标准的44家城镇污水处理厂中,共有4家污水处理厂污泥属于重度污染或强生态危害.综上所述,某市污水处理厂污泥农用存在一定的潜在生态风险,施用前需降低其重金属含量,在污泥符合农用标准的前提下,还需综合生态风险评价,合理选择污泥资源化方式.  相似文献

研究了北京地区不同城镇污水处理厂堆肥污泥(以A、B型表示)的营养含量变化和重金属污染状况.结果表明,A、B型堆肥污泥的p H、营养成分、微量元素和重金属含量因污泥来源和年份而异.其中,A型堆肥污泥不同年份的有机质平均值为203 338.0 mg·kg-1,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置-农用泥质》(CJ/T 309-2009)和《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置-土地改良用泥质》(GB/T 24600-2009)中的标准要求,但未达到《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置-园林绿化用泥质》(GB/T 23486-2009)中的标准;而B型堆肥污泥不同年份的有机质平均值为298 531.5 mg·kg-1,A、B型堆肥污泥不同年份的p H平均值分别为7.1和7.2以及氮磷钾总养分(N+P2O5+K2O)平均值分别为41 111.7 mg·kg-1和65 901.5 mg·kg-1,均达到以上各城镇污水处理厂污泥处置类型的标准限值要求.除了Hg、Ni含量存在超标现象外,A、B型堆肥污泥中的重金属含量均低于我国最为严格的《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置-农用泥质》中A级污泥的标准限值.总体而言,北京地区不同城镇污水处理厂堆肥污泥在今后的农用、土地改良以及园林绿化处置中,存在潜在的Hg、Ni环境污染状况,须优先关注.  相似文献

为研究岩溶区农业活动为主导的地下河流域硝酸盐污染来源,于2017年5~10月每24 d左右对重庆青木关流域6个采样点进行监测,利用~(15)N和~(18)O同位素技术对示踪硝酸盐来源进行解译,应用IsoSource模型计算出不同端元硝酸盐的贡献率.结果表明:(1)青木关农业区地下河系统存在较大的硝酸盐污染风险,大部分采样点出现不同程度NO_3~--N浓度超标现象.(2)空间上,青木关地下河中NO_3~--N浓度整体呈现由上游向下游升高的趋势.时间上,上游鱼塘和岩口落水洞以及下游姜家泉样点NO_3~--N浓度在5~6月因受农业施肥的影响,均呈上升趋势,6~9月受降水影响而出现不同程度升高或降低,9月之后随着农业活动减少而逐渐降低;中游土壤点NO_3~--N浓度保持较高值;中下游大鹿池NO_3~--N浓度较低且变幅不大.(3)通过硝酸盐~(15)N和~(18)O同位素分析,表明上游鱼塘和岩口落水洞的硝酸盐源于土壤有机氮、动物粪便及污废水混合;中游土壤点硝酸盐源于土壤有机氮、降水和肥料中NH_4~+;中下游大鹿池中硝酸盐来源于动物粪便及污废水、土壤有机氮、降水和肥料中NH_4~+的混合作用.地下河出口处姜家泉硝酸盐污染严重,其源于土壤有机氮、降水和肥料中NH_4~+、动物粪便及污废水、大气沉降的综合作用.(4)基于IsoSource模型对地下河出口处硝酸盐来源进行定量分析,发现动物粪便及污废水贡献率占46.4%,土壤有机氮占32.6%,降水与肥料中NH_4~+占18.6%,大气沉降仅占2.4%.  相似文献

将含水率80%的城镇污泥制成粒径5 mm的颗粒污泥,以添加蚯蚓(Eisenia foetida)为处理组,无蚯蚓为对照组,研究了蚯蚓处理对城镇污泥酸缓冲容量(ABC)、碱缓冲容量(ALBC)、p H及p H缓冲容量(p HBC)的影响.结果表明,处理组p H变化幅度(0.37)低于对照组(0.60);随着处理时间的增加,处理组ABC、ALBC和p HBC显著高于对照组(p0.05);实验结束时,处理组ABC、ALBC和p HBC分别高于对照组5.24%、22.37%和13.01%,电导(EC)高于对照组32.24%,有机质低于对照组1.93%.相关分析表明,蚯蚓处理组和对照组中ALBC与NH+4-N、NO-3-N的相关系数大于0.84(p0.01);蚯蚓处理显著提高了ABC与NO-3、p HBC与NH+4-N、p HBC与NO-3-N之间的正相关水平.蚯蚓强化了系统中有机氮矿化,通过提高氨化及硝化强度影响基质缓冲容量,减小p H变化幅度,提高污泥酸碱环境的稳定性,为微生物作用的高效发挥提供了有利条件.  相似文献

Oil palms (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) are normally planted in fields stripped of all other vegetation. Leguminous cover crops are planted simultaneously to protect the soil surface and to provide other, less tangible benefits. Nutrient cycling, especially of nitrogen, was followed in a commercial oil palm plantation and showed that: (a) legumes contribute about 150 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1 to the system through nitrogen fixation; (b) during the early stages of oil palm growth the legumes absorb 149 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1 from the soil; (c) with a loss of nitrogen through litter fall of 123 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1, legumes accumulate a net amount of 176 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1 in their foliage; (d) in comparison with “natural” covers, leguminous covers reduce leaching losses by 63 kg nitrogen ha?1 year ?1 so that the total benefits of leguminous covers amount to 239 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1; (e) the combined inputs from fertilization and oil palm debris in plots without legumes is 208 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1; and (f) during the initial growth phase, oil palms need only 175 kg nitrogen ha?1 year?1. Since legumes fix nitrogen and thoroughly scavenge the soil for minerals they eventually provide more nitrogen to the oil palms than is needed for growth. This surplus nitrogen is “banked” in the legume foliage. Then, when the rooting system of the oil palms has grown under the inter-rows, competition for nutrients causes a gradual decline in the cover-crop. Nutrients “deposited” in the legumes are thus slowly re-released stimulating root-growth and general development of the oil palm.  相似文献

对珠三角地区典型城市的13家污水处理厂剩余污泥中壬基酚(Nonylphenol,NP)、部分重金属及养分含量进行了检测和分析.结果表明,珠三角地区典型城市13家污水处理厂污泥中NP范围在0.45~65.17 mg·kg~(-1)(以干重计,下同)之间,平均值为10.87 mg·kg~(-1),工业废水是影响污水处理厂污泥中NP含量的一个重要因素,该地区污泥中NP含量相比于世界其他地区较低,但其中有2家污水处理厂污泥中NP含量超过或接近2000年欧盟污泥指令文件对污泥中NP、NP1EO、NP2EO(NPE)总量限制值(50 mg·kg~(-1)).13家污水处理厂污泥样中Cu、Pb、Cd及Zn含量的几何平均值分别为435.43、78.88、2.72、1088.01 mg·kg~(-1),与《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中施用土壤(p H6.5)限值进行比较,仍有部分污水处理厂污泥中Cu、Cd、Zn含量超标.13家污水处理厂污泥样中有机质、总氮、总磷及总钾的算术平均值分别为294.40、12.92、39.63、9.12 g·kg~(-1),与过去的研究相比,污泥中有机质与养分含量总体呈上升趋势.相关性分析的结果表明,13家污水处理厂污泥样中NP含量与污泥中总Cu的含量具有显著的正相关关系.  相似文献

土壤中碳、氮淋失降低土壤肥力,污染水体环境.为探究不同施肥种类对稻田红壤碳氮淋失影响,本试验依托中国科学院千烟洲生态站(114°53’E,26°48’N)1998年建立的红壤稻田长期定位控制试验,选用负压法采集土壤溶液,研究秸秆还田(ST)、有机肥(OM)、化肥(NPK)对土壤碳、氮淋失状况及时间动态的影响.结果表明:1稻田土壤中氮素淋失以铵态氮(NH+4-N)为主,施用NPK使土壤中NH+4-N(1.2 mg·L-1±0.1 mg·L-1)淋失最严重,施用OM使土壤中可溶解性有机碳(DOC)(27.3 mg·L-1±1.6 mg·L-1)淋失最严重,且土壤中DOC和NH+4-N均在水稻营养生长期淋失最严重(P<0.05);2施用OM与NPK可以增加稻田红壤中NH+4-N、DOC、总有机碳(SOC)和总氮(TN)含量,且施用NPK增加TN效果最显著,施用OM增加SOC最显著;3土壤渗漏液中DOC含量与稻田红壤中SOC含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01),土壤渗漏液中NH+4-N含量与稻田红壤中TN含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01).  相似文献

Nitric oxide(NO) is one of the most important air pollutants in atmosphere mainly emitted from combustion source. A biotrickling filter was designed and operated to remove NO from an air stream using bacteria extracted from the sewage sludge of a municipal sewage treatment plant. To obtain the best operation conditions for the biotrickling filter, orthogonal experiments(L9(34)) were designed. Inlet oxygen concentration was found to be the most significant factor of the biotrickling filter and has a significant negative effect on the system. The optimal conditions of the biotrickling filter occurred at a temperature of 40℃, a pH of 8.0 and a chemical oxygen demand of 165 mg/L in the recycled water with no oxygen in the system. The bacteria sample was detected by DNA sequencing technology and showed 93%–98% similarity to Pseudomonas mendocina. Moreover, a full gene sequencing results indicated the bacterium was a brand new strain and named as P. mendocina DLHK. This strain can transfer nitrate to organic nitrogen. The result suggested the assimilation nitrogen process in this system. Through the isotope experimental analysis, two intermediate products(15NO and 15N2O) were found. The results indicated the denitrification function and capability of the biotrickling filter in removing NO.  相似文献

用顶盖埋管法对宁南山区天然草地、人工草地和自然恢复草地中有机氮、微生物生物量氮、可溶性有机氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮含量和土壤氮素矿化速率在原位培养中的动态变化特征进行了研究.结果表明,微生物生物量氮、可溶性有机氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮含量,总体上在培养60 d时(4~6月)基本保持不变,60~120 d(6~8月)明显降低,120 d(8月)后有所回升,各种氮素含量均在培养120 d(8月)时最低.有机氮含量在整个培养过程中基本保持不变.土壤氮净矿化速率、净硝化速率、净氨化速率均在60~120 d(6~8月)时最低.各种氮素占总氮的比例随培养时间的延长而变化:有机氮、亚硝态氮占总氮的比例相对稳定,微生物量氮、可溶性有机氮、硝态氮、铵态氮占总氮的比例在培养0~120 d(4~8月)时降低,培养120 d(8月)后升高.土壤有机碳、pH、容重与氮素含量极显著相关,各种氮素间极显著正相关.不同草地间,各种氮素含量均表现为天然草地>自然恢复草地>人工草地.  相似文献
