The surface morphology of the gill epithelium of the dogfish Scyliorhinus canicula L. (collected near Barcelona, Spain, in February–March, 1981) was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Pavement cells exhibited either surface microvilli or microridges, which were randomly distributed on both the primary (afferent and efferent sides and interlamellar spaces) and secondary epithelium. Chloride cell apical regions on the afferent side displayed characteristics closer to freshwater than to marine teleosts: no apical pits were detected; chloride cells displayed longer microvilli than those of adjacent cells. Two morphologically different cell types were identified: a large chloride cell and a smaller cell (probably a chloride cell too), measuring 4 to 7 m and 1 m, respectively, the latter being dominant in the interlamellar spaces. Apart from pavement cells, the mucous cell was the prevalent cell type on the efferent region. The respiratory epithelium consisted of a mozaic of typical epithelial cells; some chloride and mucous cells were present, mainly located at the base of the secondary lamellae. Surface morphological changes were monitored after exposing the dogfish to subacute zinc treatment: 10 ppm Zn (ZnSO4) for 3 wk. The chloride cell was the only cell type that underwent any modifications: microvilli became longer and tips were swollen following Zn treatment. The results are discussed in relation to a previous study on the effects of zinc sulphate on chloride cell response and heavy metal distribution in excretory organs of the dogfish.  相似文献

Specimens of Bathymodiolus sp. were collected at 2 620 m depth during the Biocyarise Cruise (12°5880N; 13°5660W) in March 1984, and samples of the gill were fixed for ultrastructural observations. The gill of this hydrothermal-vent mytilid constitutes the main organ in the nutritional processes. The lamellae display abundant ciliation, normally comprised of frontal cilia, compound latero-frontal cirri and lateral cilia. At the ventral margin of each demi-branch, a longitudinal, ciliated, feeding groove is present. the lamellae are composed of numerous homorhabdic filaments connected by tufts of cilia. Each filament is made of a thin wall overlying a central lumen containing amoebocytes. Ultrastructural observations revealed the filament wall to be composed of four types of cells: (1) The ciliated cells of the frontal, latero-frontal and lateral ciliation, characterized by an abundance of mitochondria. (2) Mucous cells present to some degree among the ciliated cells, but more abundant on the distal edge and containing dense droplets of mucus. (3) Cells colonized at their apical pole by numerous bacteria enclosed in membrane-delimited clear spaces and composing the major part of the filament wall. (4) Thin ciliated cells separating the bacterial cells and characterised by a dense fringe of microvilli at their apical pole. The lumen of the filament contains amoebocytes of different morphological aspects which seem to accumulate electron-dense granules, possibly related to detoxification processes.  相似文献

Aurelia aurita medusae are able to catch their prey with their entire body surface. Catch efficiency in medusae caught in Kiel harbour in May 1985 was found to be highest at the tentacles and lowest at the subumbrella. Surface structures of the medusa as well as the cnidom are described by SEM observations. Microbasic heterotrichous euryteles and atrichous isorhizas were found. Discharged nematocysts on the prey's skin indicate different functions of the two types. The villi in the gastral cavity show a characteristic morphological differentiation that consists of a ciliated distal and a basal area covered by vesicles. Four types of glandular cells were identified by TEM observations. Mucous cell types preferably occur in densely ciliated areas. The presence of serous cells is restricted to the basal region of the gastral villi and gastral cavity where the extracellular predigestion takes place. The time of food passage in young medusae of A. aurita decreases from 19 h at 4°C to 4 h at 22°C.  相似文献

Calyptogena magnifica Boss and Turner, 1980, a new Vesicomyidae found during the Galápagos expedition in hydrothermal vents of the East Pacific Rise, was collected in the same Rise at 21°N during the Oasis expedition (March 1982), and samples of the gill were fixed for ultrastructural observations. The large size and structure of the gill indicate that this is the organ mainly involved in the nutritional processes ofC. magnifica. Despite the classic structural appearance of the external cilia of its gill, and an obvious production of mucus,C. magnifica is not a filter-feeder, as it does not use filtering processes to provide its major source of nutrition. Negligible particulate transfer is evidenced by reduction of the ciliary groove, of the labial palps and of the digestive tube, as well as by the absence of mucous strings. Histological and ultrastructural observations endorse the hypothesis that endocellular chemoautotrophic bacteria play an important role in the nutrition of the clam. Except for a superficial zone of ciliated cells, most of the gill tissue is comprised of cells which appear to be bacteriocytes, and which are perfectly integrated into the gill tissue and contain abundant and normally reproducing bacteria. The differences observed in the structure of the bacteriocytes suggest a cyclic process of their colonization by bacteria, their possible resorption, and their replacement by new bacteria-infected cells. Energetic substrates (sulfides and organic molecules) are probably directly absorbed by the bacteriocytes through the microvilli of the epithelial cells. Abundant fingerprint-like mitochondria in ciliate cells attest to a particularly high metabolic activity, perhaps related to active biosynthesis.  相似文献

In March, 1983 changes in epidermal ultrastructure were examined in Clupea harengus L. larvae hatched from eggs incubated in four zinc concentrations (0.5 2.0, 6.0 and 12.0 ppm). In addition to the outer and inner epidermal cell types described previously, a third type of cell is present. Ultrastructurally this resembles the epidermal chloride cells of Sardinops caerulea Girard, characterised by numerous mitochondria, extensive smooth endoplasmic reticulum and a free surface exposed to the environment. These cells occur on the yolk sac, head and in the regions of the trunk just above the yolk sac. In larvae treated in 12.0 ppm zinc, the cells contain fewer mitochondria with fewer cristae than those in the controls. Smooth endoplasmic reticulum is much reduced forming nodular masses and contains granular osmiophilic inclusions. In larvae hatching from eggs previously incubated in 6.0 and 12.0 ppm zinc, the epidermal cells contain more vesicles, intracellular spaces, and swollen mitochondria and show signs of necrosis. The optic cushion of Nepanthia belcheri (Perrier) is a prominent pigmented sense organ situated on the oral surface below the terminal tentacle. The distal region contains up to 170 optic cups, whilst proximally are numerous pyriform glandular cells traversed by supporting fibres. The outer margin of the optic cup is formed by alternating pigmented and photoreceptor cells. The pigmented cells contain numerous densely staining granules of scarlet pigment. The distal ends of the photoreceptors are elaborated into many long microvilli regularly arranged about a modified cilium. There is a clear circumciliary space delimiting the cilium from the microvilli.  相似文献

The technique of endoscopic video observation was used to study feeding processes of Placopecten magellanicus (Gmelin), collected from Bull Arm, Newfoundland in August 1991 and 1992, under near-natural feeding conditions. The fate of captured particles depended on the extent of ingestive or handling capacity saturation. Under low (1 to 10 particles l-1) to medium (10 to 20 particles l-1) particle concentrations, most particles were incorporated in continuous anteriorly directed slurries in the dorsal ciliated tracts of the gill arch and dorsal bends. As particle concentration or exposure time to the lower particle concentrations increased, four endogenous mechanisms of ingestion volume control were increasingly observed: (1) rejection of dense mucus-particle masses from the principal filament troughs onto the ventrally beating cilia and associated currents of the ordinary filament plicae, counter to and below the incoming pallial current maintained by the principal filament cilia; (2) intermittent stopping of the anteriorward flow in the dorsal ciliated tracts; (3) reduction or cessation of input from the principal filaments to the dorsal ciliated tracts; (4) detachment of the dorsal bends from the mantle to establish a shunt from the infrabranchial to the suprabranchial cavity. Chemical and histochemical tests of purified fluid withdrawn from the dorsal ciliated tracts indicate that mucus is present at all particle concentrations. Mucus therefore participates both in normal feeding and in ingestion volume control on the bivalve gill, although different mechanisms, and types of mucus, effect transport of material in the dorsal (feeding) and ventral (cleaning) ciliated tracts.  相似文献

Larval fishes likely use a variety of settlement cues to locate and navigate toward the habitats they will inhabit as juveniles. Information about the morphology and state of development of the sensory organs of larval stages of fishes provides insight into their capabilities at the time of settlement. The peripheral olfactory organ of wild-caught late-stage larvae and early juveniles and some adults of 14 species of the Caribbean reef fishes wrasses (Labridae), parrot fishes (Scaridae) and damselfish (Pomacentridae) were examined using scanning electron microscopy and compared in terms of settlement specificity. Ages in days after hatching and days post-settlement were determined from the otoliths. Morphology of the nares and the olfactory epithelium are described for these species by stage. The separation of the anterior and posterior nares occurred before settlement in the labrids but in some specimens of scarids this separation was not complete by the time of settlement. Densities of ciliated and microvillous receptor cells and non-sensory ciliated epithelial cells were calculated. Densities of ciliated receptor cells ranged from 0.389 μm−2 in a specimen of Thallasoma bifasciatum to 0.0057 μm−2 in Bodianus rufus and of microvillous receptor cells from 0.038 μm−2 in a Clepticus parrae juvenile to 0.266 μm−2 in a juvenile Doratonotus megalepis. Densities of non-sensory cilia, also associated with high olfactory ability, were also high. The olfactory organ in wrasses is well developed prior to settlement and is comparable to that of adult fishes. The possible role of olfaction in larval schooling, reef cue detection and orientation toward habitat at settlement is discussed.

The benthic anomuran crabPagurus bernhardus (L) were collected from the North Sea near Helgoland, West Germany, during the years 1986–1987. The histological study of the integument ofPagurus bernhardus reveals a double structure with dorsal and ventral cuticular layers and with two epithelial cell layers. Additional structures have been developed within the integument to trap micro food organisms. The structure and function of the cupshaped glandular pockets of the integument is described. The cells which secrete mucus are also described. Histological and histochemical methods have been employed to study the chemical nature of various cells of the integument and the secretions of the glandular pockets. The ecological significance of the sensory hairs, glandular pockets, cuticular layers and the supra-branchial groove is discussed with reference to the crab's feeding mechanism.  相似文献

In order to better understand the structure of bivalve peribuccal organs and relate this to existing functional paradigms of their role in feeding, the labial palps of two scallop species,Placopecten magellanicus from the Bay of Fundy, Canada (1985 and 1986), andChlamys varia from the Bay of Brest, France (1986), were examined using histological techniques and electron microscopy. The ridged palp surface displays a uniformly dense ciliation with relatively few mucocytes; these are essentially concentrated in the region of the secondary ledge and may, through their secretory activity, determine the fate of particle masses in this area. The mucus secretions of the ridged palp surface are qualitatively different from those of the smooth palp surface. Mucocytes are much more abundant on the smooth palp surface, where it is suggested that their homogeneous secretions attenuate the potentially adverse effects of anteriorly-directed cleansing and swimming currents. Two other cell types are found in the palp epithelia: ciliated cells, which are very numerous on the ridged surface and relatively rare on the smooth surface, and non-ciliated epithelial cells, which are very numerous on the smooth surface and rare on the ridged surface, where they are confined to the palp margin. In addition to the mechanical role of the ciliated cells and mucocytes, the ultrastructural characteristics of the ciliated and non-ciliated epithelial cells indicate a dichotomy of function between the ridged and smooth surfaces. The ridged surface epithelial cells present an ultrastructural specialization in the absorption of dissolved and colloidal matter, suggesting an accessory nutritive role, whereas the smooth surface simple epithelial cells show signs of active molecular synthesis. No specialised sensory cells were observed on the ridged surface; it is therefore not yet possible to conclude whether the labial palps are capable of selection based on individual particle characteristics.  相似文献

Continuous cell cultures from the ten taxa of sedentary colonial marine cnidariansStylophora pistillata, Porites lutea, Favia favus (Anthozoa, Hexacorallia, Madeporaria),Parerythropodium fulvum fulvum, Dendronephthya hemprichi, Nephthya sp.Heteroxenia fuscescence (Anthozoa, Octocorallia, Alcyonacea),Clathraria rubrinoides, Plexaura A (Anthozoa, Octocorallia, Gorgonacea) andMillepora dichotoma (Hydrozoa) were established in vitro. Primary cultures of various cell types (5 to 20 m) were obtained from colony fragments and/or planula larvae (collected in 1993 from coral reefs at Eilat, Red Sea and from the San Blas islands, Panama) using three dissociation approaches: a mechanical approach, chemical approach and a novel approach, spontaneous dissociation. Cells were cultured in a modified Leibowitz L15 medium, with 5 to 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum, diluted in seawater. Cell proliferation was observed in primary cultures within 7 to 20 d following dissociation. When developed to secondary cultures, spindle-shaped cells (5 to 10 m) gradually replaced all other cell types seen in primary cultures ofS. pistillata, C. rubrinoides, P.f. fulvum andM. dichotoma. The spindle-shaped cells differentiated to several cell types when the diluted medium was replaced with a concentrated one, or when microbial contamination occurred. Secondary cultures of spindle-shaped cells from three species (S. pistillata, C. rubrinoides andM. dichotoma) were cloned. They gave rise to continuously proliferating cell lines (NIO-SPP-1, NIO-CR-1 and NIO-MD-1, respectively). A clone fromPlexaura planula, originated from one rounded cell, started to differentiate and gave rise to a heterogeneous culture. Samples of the above four cultures were frozen for future work. Rounded cells of various sizes (5 to 30 m) dominated secondary cell cultures ofH. fuscescence, D. hemprichi, Nephthya sp.,P. f. fulvum andF. favus. Several cell cultures fromP. lutea developed flattened cell interconnected by ectoplasmic networks characteristic of the eukaryotic unicellular organisms of the phylum Labyrinthulomycota. We propose that this culture methodology may be used as a ubiquitous protocol for producing tissue cultures from other cnidarians. The established cell lines may be used in a variety of disciplines in cnidarian biology and ecology.  相似文献

The epithelia of the olfactory folds of Chimaera monstrosa L. were studied by electron microscope. The greater part of each fold — including the secondary ones — is covered by sensory epithelium, whereas mere ciliary epithelium occurs on the tips of the folds. The olfactory epithelium is composed of ciliary cells, receptor cells, a few supporting cells, and basal cells. Mucous cells are restricted to the ciliary epithelium. As the apical region of the ciliary cells contains numerous vacuoles, including probably mucous substances, they may serve as producers of the superficial olfactory mucous layer. The ciliary basal bodies have two types of rootlets, the structure of which is described. Two morphologically different olfactory receptor cells could be identified: (1) receptors with a single, rod-shaped, free appendage (length 1.5 to 2 μm, diameter 0.1 to 0.5 μm), containing neurotubules, fibril bundles, and vesicles; (2) receptors whose dendrite bears few microvilli (length 2 to 3 μm, diameter 0.06 to 0.08 μm) projecting from a small vesicula olfactoria. Ciliary receptors are absent. The olfactory epithelium also contains sparsely distributed “brush” cells and a very few “giant” cells. Each “brush” cell bears a cluster of up to 250 microvilli (length 5 to 6 μm, diameter 0.1 μm) with 1 or more central tubulus and fibrils, the latter running into the cell body. The apical region of a brush cell contains densely packed mitochondria, which may indicate high metabolic activity; the function of this cell is unknown. The “giant” cell extends from the basal lamella to the epithelial surface. The ultrastructure of this cell does not reveal its special function.  相似文献

The digestive tract of the sedentary polychaete Terebellides stroemi, collected from 88 m depth on the French Catalan Coast, was studied using histological, biochemical, cytological and spectrographic techniques. The ciliated oesophagus possesses a ventral pharyngeal pouch with a muscle bulb. The stomach is divided into two parts, the fore stomach is ciliated, but the hind stomach takes the place of a gizzard with a thick peritrophic membrane and a thick muscle mantle. The digestive gland enters the digestive tract at the boundary of the two stomachal areas; it is comprised of epithelial lamellae with a glandular epithelium. The gland cells contain a spherocrystal secretion with a high calcium and phosphorus content. The cells are also absorbant due to their microvillar brush border and to the storage of glycogen and lipids in the basal epithelium. A biochemical study using the Apizym System confirmed the secretion of enzymes such as phosphatases, esterases and various carbohydrases. Tryptic and chymotryptic enzymes were visualized by biochemical hydrolysis of synthetic substrates. The epithelium of the fore intestine is similar in appearance to the epithelium of the digestive gland, but consists of a single epithelial layer. Hind intestine and rectum are only excretory systems. The presence of this digestive gland does not seem to have been described elsewhere in polychaetes but is similar to the Morren's gland of some oligochaetes. As a basis for understanding the functions of labial palps in the blue mussel Mytilus edulis, the structure and histology of palps were studied using light and scanning electron microscopy. Mussels used in the present study were collected in August 1993 and April 1994. The palp ridged surface is characterized by the presence of a smooth but densely ciliated dorsal fold, upon which rests the corresponding demibranch ventral region. The underside of the dorsal fold and the palp ridges fuse to form vestigial ciliated tracts. The dorsal fold is capable of contraction, allowing it to cover variable amounts of the ridged surface. Two different types of mucocyte are present on the palp ridged surface: subepithelial, glandular, acid-dominant secretion mucocytes and epithelial mucocytes characterized by neutral secretions. In histological section, these mucocytes appear to be concentrated on anatomical features known to intervene in particle handling. The anatomical and histological features of the smooth surface are typical of bivalve labial palps, except that the dense ciliation of the dorsal fold begins in the dorsal region of the smooth surface, indicating the possible origin of this feature. Previous studies on M. edulis point to the palps as the probable site for both ingestion volume control and particle selection; the anatomical basis of the present study should facilitate further research on these aspects.  相似文献

Tissue and cellular organization of the planula larva of the reef-coral Pocillopora damicornis are detailed ultrastructurally. Emphasis is placed on fine structure of the aboral (=presumptive calicoblast) epidermis. The pre-settling exploratory behavior of the coral larva is discussed. The aboral epidermis consists of a tall columnar epithelium, made up of a heterogeneous cell population-nematocytes, secretory and mucus cells, and flagellated cells. Basally, the columnar epithelium is modified into complexly interdigitating cellular processes, appearing as a discrete histological layer. A-type granules (Jha and Mackie, 1967) indicate neurosecretory activity. The flagellated cell contains a peculiarly comlex flagellar apparatus, including a new intracellular structure, an electron-opaque fibrous cup. It extends across the entire width of the flagellated cell apically, enveloping the flagellar basal bodies and paired transverse accessory rootlets. The flagellum main basal rootlet passes freely through an opening in the base of the rootlet cup. The flagellated cell is here viewed as a sensory cell, as suggested by the corona of microvilli encircling the flagellum, the bundles of microvilli, and extensive areas of tight junctions with adjacent cells. There is no evidence in the gastrodermis or epidermis of the planktonic larva for pre-settling accumulation of calcareous skeletal material. The free-swimming medusae of Eirene viridula are typical marine hydroids, with distinct subdivisions into body regions, which were studied by comparison of light and electron microscopy. Particular attention is given to the epithelio-muscular and digestive muscle cells. The epidermis — apart from a few nerve cells and cnidocytes-consists of epitheliomuscular cells. At their bases these cells form a musculature and at the apex many secretory vesicles. In the velum, large expansions of the intercellular space are found. The gastrodermis — apart from the mucous and zymogen cells in the manubrium — consists of digestive muscle cells, the structure of which corresponds in principle to that of the epitheliomuscular cells. In its apex, this type of cells contains both normal coated vesicles and discoidal coated vesicles. In the solid tentacles, the digestive muscle cells form a turgescent vesicular tissue. The central nervous system consists of the exumbrellar, subumbrellar, and gastrodermal nerve rings. They are composed of ganglion cells, their processes, and intraepithelial flagella. The static organs are purely ectodermal statocysts which have only one lithocyte and only one sensory cell.  相似文献

Toxin content (fmol cell–1) and a suite of elemental and macromolecular variables were measured in batch cultures of the dinoflagellatesAlexandrium fundyense, A. tamarense andAlexandrium sp. from the southern New England region, USA. A different perspective was provided by semicontinuous cultures which revealed sustained, steady-state physiological adaptations by cells to N and P limitation. Two types of variability were investigated. In batch culture, changes in nutrient availability with time caused growth stage variability in toxin content, which often peaked in mid-exponential growth. A second type of variability that could be superimposed on growth stage differences is best exemplified by the high toxin content of cells grown at suboptimal temperatures. Calculations of the net rate of toxin production (R tox ; fmol cell–1 d–1) for these different culture treatments and modes made it possible to separate the dynamics of toxin production from cell division. Over a wide range of growth rates, cells produced toxin at rates approximating those needed to replace losses to daughter cells during division. The exception to this direct proportionality was with P limitation, which was associated with a dramatic increase in the rate of toxin production as cells stopped dividing due to nutrient limitation in batch culture. Growth stage variability in batch culture thus reflects small imbalances (generally within a factor of two) between the specific rates of toxin production and cell division. N limitation and CO2 depletion both affect pathways involved in toxin synthesis before those needed for cell division; P limitation does the opposite. The patterns of toxin accumulation were the same as for major cellular metabolites or elemental pools. The highest rates of toxin production appear to result from an increased availability of arginine (Arg) within the cell, due to either a lack of competition for this amino acid from pathways involved in cell division or to increased de novo synthesis. There were no significant changes in toxin content with either acclimated growth at elevated salinity, or with short term increases or decreases of salinity. These results demonstrate that toxin production is a complex process which, under some conditions, is closely coupled to growth rate; under other conditions, these processes are completely uncoupled. Explanations for the observed variability probably relate to pool sizes of important metabolites and to the differential response of key biochemical reactions to these pool sizes and to environmental conditions.  相似文献

InMytilus edulis L., gametogenesis takes place in the mantle at the expense of the connective storage tissue. There are two main types of storage cells: vesicular (VC) cells storing large amounts of glycogen and adipogranular (ADG) cells containing large numbers of protein granules, lipid droplets and lesser amounts of glycogen. One of the ways in which stored reserves can be mobilized for gamete formation is by controlled autophagy, in which the cellular constituents are degraded by lysosomes. Mussels were collected from the Menai Strait, North Wales, and monthly measurements made, over two years (1984–1986), of the activities of lysosomal acid hydrolases (acid phosphatase,-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminidase and-glucuronidase) and Cathepsins B and L in the mantle tissue, isolated ADG cells, low-density cells and, during spawning, in the mature oocytes of female mussels. The lysosomal proteinases, Cathepsins B, L and H, were further characterised by activation with thiol compounds and inhibition with thiol blockers and by leupeptin. Because of the low activity in the mantle tissue ofM. edulis, Cathepsin H was not assayed on a seasonal basis. There was a general increase in lysosomal enzyme activity during the winter, which can be related to increased autolysis in the storage cells and to the process of maturation in the developing oocytes. The activity of Cathepsin B was highest in the ADG and low-density cells, implying an important role in proteolysis within the ADG cells. By contrast, Cathepsin L displayed the highest activity in the mature oocytes, suggesting a major function of Cathepsin L in the development and maturation of the oocytes. Two different-glucosidase activities were measured in the monthly assays, one with a pH optimum of 4.5 (acid) and the other at pH 7.5 (neutral). Highest activities of the acid-glycosidase were found in the low-density cells, but there were no significant seasonal changes in the mantle tissue as a whole. Activities of the neutral-glucosidase were low in the ADG cells and mature oocytes, but showed high activities in the mantle tissue, with marked seasonal changes that corresponded to the mobilization of glycogen reserves in the VC cells.  相似文献

Larvae of the sabellariid polychaete Phragmatopoma californica (Fewkes), which were collected in San Diego, California and were competent to metamorphose after 18 to 30 d of development were observed in vivo by videoequipped light microscopy, and the fine structure of the larval tentacles was examined by transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Each tentacle has tufts of at least two types of immotile cilia arranged in dorsolateral and ventrolateral rows, and a ventral groove covered by two types of motile cilia that beat independently of each other. The epidermis is regionalized into glandular, sensory, locomotory, and support cell types and contains four longitudinal bundles of basiepithelial nerve fibers. A layer of connective tissue separates the epidermis and the nerve tracts from obliquely striated muscles that occur within the peritoneum that lines the central coelomic cavities. The peritoneum forms an intact coelomic epithelium that overlies and interdigitates with the muscle cells, with no intervening basal lamina. The muscle cells are considered to be intraperitoneal because they are located above the basal lamina and they lack intercellular junctions with the peritoneal cells. Specialized peritoneal cells form a striated myoepithelial blood vessel that partitions the coelom into medial and lateral cavities. No neuromuscular junctions were found, but both muscular and ciliary movement seem to be under neuronal control. The basiepithelial nerve terminals appear to synapse into the connective tissue layer toward the intraperitoneal muscle. Several similarities in tissue organization are noted between the larval tentacles of P. californica and the tube feet of echinoderms. Observations on the ontogeny, morphology, and behavior of the tentacles suggest that they are multifunctional organs involved in feeding, construction of the juvenile sand tube, locomotion, attachment, and sensory perception during larval and adult lives.  相似文献
