在介绍了大孔吸附树脂的结构、吸附原理和分类,以及论述了国内外采用大孔吸附树脂处理苯胺、苯肼、含酚、含苯甲酸衍生物、含萘衍生物和含锌离子等废水具有很好的吸附-解吸特性的基础上,深入探讨了大孔吸附树脂处理废水的优点和影响因素,并指出大孔吸附树脂在工业废水的处理上是一种非常具有应用前景的新型吸附材料。  相似文献

文章针对癸二酸生产中产生的含酚废水特点,研究开发了树脂吸附法处理该废水的工艺。采用吸附-脱附-吹脱固定床工艺,选用的树脂为超高交联大孔吸附树脂NDA150。通过实验初步确定了其工艺条件,开发出的树脂吸附法工艺处理采用仲辛醇萃取后的癸二酸含酚废水效果良好,20 BV处出水酚含量≤0.25 mg/L,COD≤25 mg/L,低于《国家污染物排放综合标准》(GB 8978-1996)中一级排放标准:苯酚≤0.3 mg/L,COD≤60 mg/L,且实验效果稳定。  相似文献

结合工程实例,介绍了大孔树脂吸附预处理及耐盐菌水解酸化-接触氧化工艺在处理含酚、高含盐农药废水处理工程中的实际应用。运行结果表明,该工艺可回收废水中大部分酚类,能够耐受较高的含盐量,运行稳定,处理效果好,各项出水指标均能达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级排放标准。  相似文献

测定了GDX-502树脂对水中9种一元酚的动态吸附曲线和吸附容量,讨论了可能的吸附机理,实验结果表明,水中各种酚对GDX-502存在着竞争吸附,若水样体积足够大,则水也参与竞争吸附。浓度高的酚,竞詹能力强,被吸附容量大。  相似文献

研究了麦饭石对Cu^2+,Zn^2+和Cd^2+3种重金属离子的吸附作用,及其在工业废水处理中的应用的可行性,结果表明,麦饭石对含重金属废水具有较强净化作用,中性弱碱性条件下(pH7~8)使用Ca型,灼烧0.5h的麦饭石颗粒作吸附剂,净化效果较好。通过动态吸附试验,当麦饭石在工业废水处理中应用提供了基础资料。  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of p-aminobenzoic acid and o-aminobenzoic acid onto the different polymeric adsorbents was systematically investigated as a function of the solution concentration and temperature.Experimental results indicated that the equilibrium adsorption data of the four polymeric adsorbents fitted well in the Freundlich isotherm.The adsorption capacity of multi-functional polymeric adsorbent NJ-99 was the highest,which might be attributed to the strong hydrogen-bonding interaction between the amino groups on the resin and the carboxyl group of aminobenzoic acid.The adsorption capacity of o-aminobenzoic acid onto any adsorbent was higher than p-aminobenzoic acid.Thermodynamic studies suggested the exothermic,spontaneous physical adsorption process.Adsorption kinetics results showed that the adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the intraparticle mass transfer process was the rate-controlling step.  相似文献

地下水除铁除锰滤池反冲洗铁锰泥具有良好的除砷效果,但因其粉末形态不易固液分离,本文采用高温烘焙法和包埋法以铁锰泥为原料制备颗粒吸附剂,其中包埋法采用烘干和冻干两种干燥方法制粒.结果表明,3种颗粒吸附剂:高温烘焙颗粒吸附剂(GA)、包埋烘干吸附剂(H-GA)和包埋冻干吸附剂(D-GA),表面粗糙,比表面积分别为43. 830、110. 30和129. 18 m~2·g~(-1).吸附实验表明,H-GA和D-GA对砷的吸附远大于GA,GA、H-GA和D-GA最大吸附量分别为5. 05、14. 95和13. 45 mg·g~(-1). Langmuir模型能更好地拟合H-GA和D-GA对砷的吸附,Freundlich模型更好地拟合GA的吸附过程,准一级动力学和准二级动力学模型均能拟合3种吸附剂的动力学数据.酸性环境更有利于砷的吸附.包埋法制备的颗粒吸附剂H-GA和D-GA保留了铁锰泥原始结构,比表面积也远大于GA,因此吸附效果比GA好.两种干燥方式烘干和冻干对吸附没有明显影响.  相似文献

本文选用死亡的短裸甲藻(Gymnodinium breve cells)和中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)细胞作为吸附剂,分析了其理化性质,拟合了对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate,DBP)的吸附动力学和吸附等温线,探究了pH和离子强度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:两种死亡藻细胞对DBP的吸附符合伪二级动力学模型,吸附过程以化学吸附为主,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,吸附过程为多层吸附主导的混合吸附;pH 从2.0至3.5时,两种死亡藻细胞的吸附量随pH的升高而降低,而pH从3.5至9.5时,吸附量随pH的增加而增大;NaCl浓度从0至0.05 mol/L时,两种死亡藻细胞对DBP的吸附量迅速增大,从0.05 mol/L升至0.50 mol/L过程中其吸附量基本没有变化。本研究证明了死亡藻细胞可以吸附水中的DBP,而且发现无细胞壁的短裸甲藻的吸附能力显著优于中肋骨条藻,研究结果对于死亡藻细胞应用于水环境中PAEs的去除具有重要意义。  相似文献

本文报道了粘土吸附剂自溶液中吸附铅的吸附性能及热力学性能.该吸附剂吸附铅的最佳处理条件为:用3MH2SO4振荡处理4h,然后在200℃下培烧2h,该吸附为放热过程.饱和吸附量为16.8mg/g,符合Langmuir吸附等温线,其吸附热为-609.6J/mol.  相似文献

Mesoporous carbon adsorbents, having high nitrogen content, were synthesized via nanocasting technique with melamine–formaldehyde resin as precursor and mesoporous silica as template. A series of adsorbents were prepared by varying the carbonization temperature from 400 to 700°C. Adsorbents were characterized thoroughly by nitrogen sorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), elemental(CHN) analysis, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and Boehm titration. Carbonization temperature controlled the properties of the synthesized adsorbents ranging from surface area to their nitrogen content, which play major role in their application as adsorbents for CO_2 capture.The nanostructure of these materials was confirmed by XRD and TEM. Their nitrogen content decreased with an increase in carbonization temperature while other properties like surface area, pore volume, thermal stability and surface basicity increased with the carbonization temperature. These materials were evaluated for CO_2 adsorption by fixed-bed column adsorption experiments. Adsorbent synthesized at 700°C was found to have the highest surface area and surface basicity along with maximum CO_2 adsorption capacity among the synthesized adsorbents. Breakthrough time and CO_2 equilibrium adsorption capacity were investigated from the breakthrough curves and were found to decrease with increase in adsorption temperature. Adsorption process for carbon adsorbent–CO_2 system was found to be reversible with stable adsorption capacity over four consecutive adsorption–desorption cycles. From three isotherm models used to analyze the equilibrium data, Temkin isotherm model presented a nearly perfect fit implying the heterogeneous adsorbent surface.  相似文献

为减少燃煤烟气中零价汞的排放,利用HCl和HNO3溶液对褐煤半焦改性研制了一种高效、低成本的吸附剂.运用酸碱滴定、Boehm滴定、BET、SEM和FTIR等技术对半焦吸附剂的表面特性进行表征与分析,利用固定床吸附实验装置及烟气测汞仪在线考察了半焦吸附剂对气态Hg0的吸附特性.结果表明,酸改性使半焦灰分含量降低,增加了半焦比表面积和羧基、酚羟基等官能团含量.酸改性处理可提高半焦对元素态单质汞的脱除效率,特别是盐酸溶液改性褐煤半焦可使吸附温度为140℃时的脱汞效率显著提高,这与改性半焦表面羧基、酚羟基和C-Cl官能团的含量及性质有关,半焦表面这些官能团能为Hg0的化学吸附提供活性位.  相似文献

Adsorption equilibrium isotherms of phenolic compounds, phenol, p-cresol, p-chlorophenol and p-nitrophenol, from aqueous solutions by Amberlite XAD-4 polymeric adsorbent and its acetyhzed derivative MX-4- within temperature range of 283-323K were obtained and fitted to the Freundlich isotherms. The capacities of equilibrium adsorption for all four phenolic compounds from their aqueous solutions increased around 20% on the acetylized resin, which may be contributed to the specific surface area and the partial polarity on the network.Estimations of the isosteric enlhalDV, free energy, and entropy for the adsorption process were reported.  相似文献

采用不同的吸附剂对木浆造纸黑液酸析木质素后的滤液进行吸附处理研究,并测定其CODcr去除率和脱色率。对滤液原料(2#)的吸附工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,在四种吸附剂中,粉末活性炭的吸附性能最好。采用粉末活性炭作为吸附剂处理滤液原料(2#)较好工艺条件为:用量为6 g,吸附时间为2.5 h~3 h,吸附温度为60℃。  相似文献

Synthesised triphenylphosphine-linked multiwalled carbon nanotubes (Tpp-MWCNTs) were used to study the adsorption of nickel in aqueous solutions and their adsorption capabilities were compared with purified MWCNTs. The adsorption capacity increased with an increase in pH for all adsorbents. The adsorption equilibrium was reached in 40 and 30 min for purified MWCNTs and Tpp-MWCNTs, respectively. Both Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms used to investigate the adsorption process fitted the experimental data well with the correlation coefficient R2 close to 1 for all adsorbents. On the other hand, the experimental data fitted well with a pseudo second-order model. The speciation of nickel also influenced the adsorption on the purified and Tpp-MWCNTs. The adsorbents used in this study showed superior adsorption capacity when compared to other adsorbents reported in the literature.  相似文献
