本文通过实例阐述了“混凝沉淀+两级A/O(缺氧/好氧)-MBR系统(膜生物反应器)+SWRO(海水淡化反渗透)”组合工艺在生活垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用。实际运行结果表明,当进水平均COD浓度为2668.7 mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度为2910 mg/L时,出水平均COD浓度为7.6 mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度为1.9 mg/L,水质可满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)要求,运行成本合计约为60元/m3.本工程实例将为我国生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理提供技术支持与经验参考。 相似文献

Landfill leachate samples were collected anaerobically at six locations at the El-Akader landfill site in North Jordan. The collected leachate samples were separated into size fractions with special attention to the distribution of colloids and associated heavy metals. The fraction sizes were 1.2 μm. The maximum concentrations of heavy metals in the analysed leachate samples were Cd 0.6 μg/l, Ni 25 μg/l, Zn 245 μg/l, Cu 15 μg/l and Pb 2.50 μg/l. In the dissolved particular matter the heavy metals concentration ranges were Cd 0.1–1.1 μg/l, Ni 0.35–1.5 μg/l, Zn 85–105 μg/l, Cu 0–0.95 μg/l and Pb 0.5–2.5 μg/l. 相似文献

Non-intrusive characterization of the redox potential of landfill leachate plumes from self-potential data 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Contaminant plumes (e.g., associated with leakages from municipal landfills) provide a source of natural electrical potentials (or "self-potentials") recordable at the Earth's surface. One contribution to these self-potentials is associated with pore water flow (i.e., the "streaming potential"), and the other is related to redox conditions. A contaminant plume can be regarded as a "geobattery": the source current potentially results from the degradation of the organic matter by micro-organisms, which produces electrons. These electrons are then carried by nanowires that connect bacteria and thorough metallic particles that precipitate in areas of strong redox potential gradient. In the case of the Entressen landfill (South of France), reported here, the hydraulic head differences measured in piezometers outside the contaminant plume is strongly linked to the surface self-potential signals, with a correlation coefficient of -0.94. We used a Bayesian method that combines hydraulic head and self-potential data collected outside the contaminated area to estimate the streaming potential component of the collected self-potential data. Once the streaming potential contribution was removed from the measured self-potentials, the correlation coefficient between the residual self-potentials and the measured redox potentials in the aquifer was 0.92. The slope of this regression curve was close to 0.5, which was fairly consistent with both finite element modelling and the proposed geobattery model. 相似文献

In this study, a comparison of methane (CH4) generation rates for two test cells, one operated with (enhanced) and another without leachate recirculation at Odayeri Sanitary Landfill were compared using their bio-chemical methane potentials (BMP). Initial methane potential is approximately 34.5 m3 CH4/wet ton of solid waste. The remaining methane potential for the control (C1) and the enhanced (C2) cells are 32.6 m3 CH4/wet ton and 31.1 m3 CH4/wet ton of refuse after eight months of operation, respectively. The produced CH4 quantities for C1 and C2 after eight months of operation are 1.9 m3 CH4/wet ton and 3.4 m3 CH4/wet ton, respectively. On the other hand, 5.5% and 9.9% of the total potential are generated in eight months. However, the CH4 generation rates for the first year are determined as 2.85 and 5.10 m3/ton/year for C1 and C2 test cells, respectively. Due to the appropriate conditions such as moisture content, solid waste decomposition rate is enhanced at a rate of 79% at C2 test cell relative to C1 test cell. The estrogenic potentials of leachate samples collected at Laogang Sanitary Landfill in Shanghai, China were measured together with the associated dissolved organic matter (DOM) in leachate samples. Over 99% of the DOM in fresh leachate was removed upon 3-7 years of landfill, leaving only DOM with strong fluorescent activity. Anoxic or aerobic treatment of landfill leachate can further degrade DOM of MW<300 Da and transform those with fluorescent activity of MW>10(5) Da to those of 2000-10(5) Da. Neither landfilling nor storage in anoxic pond effectively removed estrogenic potential of leachate. Fractionation test revealed that residual organic matters of MW 3000-14000 Da and of <600 Da with high UV254 contributed most of the estrogenic activities in leachate. Aerobic SBR treatment considerably reduced the estrogenic potential of these organic matters in leachate. 相似文献

目前,渗滤液中污染物的粒度分布及其在渗滤液污染控制中的作用日益受到关注。通过系列微滤膜(1.2μm及0.45μm)对某生活垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液各处理单元的渗滤液进行梯度分离,发现悬浮物对COD、浊度的影响较大;COD主要在胶体态和可溶解态间分配,不同渗滤液中的分配情况不同;磷主要与胶体、悬浮物以各种形式结合而存在;细胶粒和溶解态等小分子对TN的贡献大;不同粒度物质对pH的影响不明显;总残渣在可溶态组分中所占比例较大。膜微滤处理渗滤液可以有效的去除一部分物质,使COD、TP、TN、浊度、电导率都有不同程度的降低,pH逐渐升高,但对总N、残渣的去除效果不好。 相似文献

通过正交实验对镍铁铈(Ni-Fe-Ce)、镍铁钛(Ni-Fe-Ti)、镍铁锆(Ni-Fe-Zr)3组复合催化剂的共沉淀-焙烧法制备工艺进行优化,并对优选出的催化剂进行SEM和XRD表征。结果表明,镍铁锆催化剂是最优催化剂,最佳制备条件为Ni∶Fe(摩尔比)0∶10、Zr∶Fe(摩尔比)4∶1、干燥时间6 h、焙烧温度350℃、焙烧时间6 h、沉淀时间5 h;此条件下制备的Fe-Zr催化剂的催化效能最高,TOC去除率达到75%;Zr的掺和改变了Fe催化剂的物相,进而提高了Fe催化剂的催化活性。 相似文献

In this research, toxicological safety of two newly developed methods for the treatment of landfill leachate from the Piškornica (Croatia) sanitary landfill was investigated. Chemical treatment procedure combined chemical precipitation with CaO followed by coagulation with ferric chloride and final adsorption by clinoptilolite. Electrochemical treatment approach included pretreatment with ozone followed by electrooxidation/electrocoagulation and final polishing by microwave irradiation. Cell viability of untreated/treated landfill leachate was examined using fluorescence microscopy. Cytotoxic effect of the original leachate was obtained for both exposure periods (4 and 24 h) while treated samples showed no cytotoxic effect even after prolonged exposure time. The potential DNA damage of the untreated/treated landfill leachate was evaluated by the comet assay and cytokinesis-block micronucleus (CBMN) assay using either human or plant cells. The original leachate exhibited significantly higher comet assay parameters compared to negative control after 24 h exposure. On the contrary, there was no significant difference between negative control and chemically/electrochemically treated leachate for any of the parameters tested. There was also no significant increase in either CBMN assay parameter compared to the negative control following the exposure of the lymphocytes to the chemically or electrochemically treated landfill leachate for both exposure periods while the original sample showed significantly higher number of micronuclei, nucleoplasmic bridges and nuclear buds for both exposure times. Results suggest that both methods are suitable for the treatment of such complex waste effluent due to high removal efficiency of all measured parameters and toxicological safety of the treated effluent. 相似文献

This study was carried out on two field scale test cells constructed at Odayeri Sanitary Landfill (OSL) located at the European side of Istanbul city. Approximately 11,000 tons of municipal solid wastes (MSW) were filled at equal quantities to each cell (C1 and C2). Leachate was periodically recirculated to one (C2) of the test cells in various quantities. These cells are compared in terms of leachate quality (pH, BOD and COD), methane potential (MP) of wastes and surface settlement for a monitoring period of 0–400 days. Experimental results showed that optimum pH for anaerobic decomposition was reached in a shorter period of time in C2 compared to C1. Moreover, BOD and COD concentrations were decreased more rapidly in C2 cell than in C1 cell. BOD/COD ratio was determined as 0.25 and 0.17 for C1 and C2 cells consequently after 380 days from placement of refuse to the test cells. In MP tests, first order rate constants for cell C1 and C2 were found be 0.145 year-1 and 0.222 year-1, respectively. Topographic measurements revealed that cumulative settlements after 12 months from refuse placement were 0.49 and 0.70 m for C1 and C2 cells, respectively. According to results obtained from this study, it can be concluded that appropriate conditions can cause enhance in the decomposition rate of MSW. 相似文献

实验采用物理方法和化学方法对粉煤灰进行改性,并用改性粉煤灰深度处理垃圾渗滤液。通过扫描电镜和X-射线衍射对改性前后粉煤灰的表面结构和主要晶相组成进行分析,同时考察其在垃圾渗滤液深度处理中的吸附效果。结果表明,改性后粉煤灰的比表面积和孔隙度增大,吸附能力增强。通过比较,吸附能力最强的改性粉煤灰是将引发剂A与粉煤灰以质量比为1∶9的比例混合,在800℃下恒温焙烧2 h所制得的改性粉煤灰,该改性粉煤灰对垃圾渗滤液中COD和色度的去除率可达到67.3%和87.3%,相对于改性前去除率提高了96.0%和57.8%。 相似文献

对比分析了UV-Fenton法、Fenton法和O3氧化法对垃圾渗滤液反渗透膜浓缩液的处理特性。结果表明:UV-Fenton法最佳反应条件为反应时间120 min,pH为4.0,H2O2和Fe(II)的投加量分别为6 000 mg·L-1和3 000 mg·L-1;Fenton法最佳反应条件为反应时间90 min,pH为4.0,H2O2和Fe(II)的投加量分别为10 000 mg·L-1和4 000 mg·L-1;O3氧化法最佳反应条件为反应时间90 min,pH为8.0,O3投加量为5 g·L-1。在上述反应条件下,UV-Fenton法、Fenton法和O3氧化法对垃圾渗滤液反渗透膜浓缩液的COD去除率分别为72%、60%和68%,对TOC和总氮(TN)均有较好的去除效果,但是对NH4+-N去除不佳。UV-Fenton法和Fenton法对于总磷(TP)的去除优于O3氧化法。 相似文献

以上海某垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液为研究对象,采用Fenton氧化-活性炭吸附协同处理工艺对其处理效果进行研究。探讨了投加方式以及H2O2浓度、Fe2+浓度、活性炭投加量、温度、pH等因素对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:采用先投加活性炭吸附30 min后投加Fenton试剂反应150 min的方式能够获得最好的COD去除效果。正交实验表明各因素对COD去除的主次关系为:活性炭投加量Fe2+浓度反应温度H2O2浓度pH值;其最优化条件为:活性炭投加量为16g/L,Fe2+浓度为29 mmol/L,反应温度为60℃,H2O2浓度为78 mmol/L,pH值为3。 相似文献

探讨了采用实验室规模的生物处理组合工艺(上流式厌氧污泥床+曝气生物滤池+缺氧反应器+膜生物反应器,UASB+BAF+ANO+MBR)处理垃圾渗滤液过程中,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DE-HP)两种内分泌干扰物在各工艺段的去除效率和机理。测定结果表明,对于DBP和DEHP浓度分别为164.4μg/L和215.0μg/L的原水,总出水浓度分别降至11.8μg/L和10.4μg/L,去除率分别达到92.9%和95.2%,处理效果良好。其中DBP在处理工艺中逐级降解,主要是微生物的降解作用。MBR是DEHP的主要去除工艺段,去除比例达到56.6%,膜截留效果明显。采用生物处理组合工艺可实现对垃圾渗滤液中DBP和DEHP的同时高效去除。 相似文献
