我们的每一个消费行为都潜存着一个信息.我们应该带着环保的眼光去评价和选购商品,审视该产品在生产过程中会不会给环境造成环境我们手中的钞票就像是"绿色的选票",哪种产品符合环保要求,我们就选购哪种产品,这样它就会逐渐在市场上占有越来越多的份额;哪种产品不符合环保要求,我们就不买它,同时也动员别人不买它,这样它就会逐渐被淘汰,或被迫转产为符合环保要求的绿色产品.如果每个消费者都有意识的选择有利于环境的消费品,那么这些信息就将会汇集成一个信号,引导生产者和销售者正确的走向可持续发展之路. 相似文献

低碳标志是一种对低碳产品的碳使用效率进行合格评定的证明性标志,它表明获准使用该标志的产品不仅质量合格,而且在原材料获取、生产、使用和最终废弃过程中符合低碳标准的要求,与同类产品相比,具有低能耗、低排放、低污染等环境优势。通过向公众展示这种低碳标志,使得消费者易于了解哪些产品能耗更低,便于消费者进行绿色选购。而通过消费者的选择和市场竞争,可以引导企业自觉调整产业结构,采用先进的生产技术,生产低能耗、低排放、低污染的产品,最终达到环境保护与经济协调发展的目的。
本文阐述了在我国开展低碳标志工作的必要性,并提出了开展低碳标志标准制定的原则和推进低碳标志标准实施的途径与措施。 相似文献

为了评价废电路板非金属材料再生产品使用过程中的环境安全性问题,本文针对非金属材料再生产品的特性,参考相关评价标准,结合目前现有的环境危害评价方法和人体健康风险评价,构建了再生产品在使用过程中环境安全性评价模型.收集A、B两种再生木塑产品进行评价试验,评估其对环境和人体健康的潜在风险和危害.结果显示在不考虑水体稀释作用情况下,两种再生木塑产品对I类地表水均存在极度或重度污染的可能,对于其他类地表水环境风险较小,应避免在源头水等区域使用;对于地下水,产品B污染指数大于1,具有一定的环境风险;但是考虑在稀释情况下(5%),两种再生产品对于地下水的污染指数均小于1;两种再生木塑产品的非致癌风险指数分别为0.03和0.41,均小于1,对人体健康的危害作用不明显.本文可为非金属材料再生木塑产品环境安全性管理提供评价标准和参考,有利于促进废弃电器电子产品资源化和无害化技术的发展. 相似文献

为了描述产品生产所造成的全部环境消耗,本文提出了累积环境成本的概念,并在CEC的基础上定义了环境友好度。CEC和FE很直观地反映了产品对环境的依赖程度,因而可望成为环境管理与行政决策的重要参考指标,同时也可为消费者选择对环境友好的商品提供指导。 相似文献

为了了解林权改革后当地环境受到的影响及影响的主要因素,研究采用问卷调查的方式,对江西遂川县两个乡镇的林农、农民和少数外出务工人员进行了随机抽样调查。以322份有效调查问卷为基础进行统计分析,得到环境影响的Logit模型,可以用于林改对环境产生影响的分析研究,有利于当地政府更好地了解林权改革对环境的影响情况,完善相关改革措施。 相似文献

Consumer's choice of food can influence the environment. In Sweden, in common with many other countries, consumers need to be given information so they can make environmentally informed shopping choices. However, what is the most advantageous dietary choice to lower greenhouse emissions? This study investigates the greenhouse gas emissions associated with food production for food consumed in Sweden annually. Specifically, this study compares greenhouse gas emissions associated with a nutritionally and environmentally sustainable diet with the average consumption of food in Sweden 1999. The study concludes that the change in energy use and greenhouse gas emission associated with this change of diet is negligible. Lowering greenhouse gas emissions by changing food production processes results in more profound changes than teaching consumers to make environmentally correct choices. There is a basic need for a reduction or a replacement of the use of fossil fuels to produce and distribute our food in order to reach any significant reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases. Swedish agricultural policy does not provide ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In Sweden therefore there is an immediate need to design policy instruments with the primary aim of reducing the greenhouse effect. 相似文献

Previous research has suggested that consumers are becoming increasingly concerned by the effects of conventional agricultural food production practices on human health and environmental wellbeing. This study sought to understand whether environmentally sustainable practices in the vineyard would equate to advantages in the wine marketplace. Structured questionnaires were used to ascertain the views of wine consumers in Christchurch, New Zealand. The findings of this study indicate that consumers have a strong demand for wine which is produced using “green” production practices. Consumers believe that the quality of sustainable wine will be equal to or better than conventionally produced wine, and they are prepared to pay a higher price for this wine. 相似文献

The aim of the study, on which this paper is based, was to provide guidance to consumers to make environmentally responsible choices in their food consumption, to assist food supply chain stakeholders to identify the key areas for environmental improvements, and to provide policy makers with a tool for monitoring the potential impacts on climate change resulting from developments within the food sector. At the macro level, the EIO-LCA model was developed specifically for the Finnish food chain; at the micro level, LCAs were performed on 30 lunch portions. The contribution of the Finnish food chain to climate change was 14%, which comprised 40% CO2 emissions, 25% CH4 emissions, and 34% N2O emissions. The share of impacts from domestic agricultural processes was the highest, at 69%. The impact of a single lunch portion ranged between 0.65 and 3.80 kg of equivalent CO2. According to the EIO-LCA model, the average impact was 7.7 kg CO2 eq/person daily. The consumer phase accounted for between 8 and 47% of the climate change impacts for homemade portions. In ready-to-eat portions industry and retail phases were emphasized, representing 25-38% of climate change impacts. We present an approach to steer the Finnish food sector onto an environmentally sustainable path; practical tools for consumers and farmers will especially need to be developed further. 相似文献

This article contributes to the theoretical and empirical discussions on how it could be possible to transform technical eco-efficiency into reduced environmental impact of consumption. The rebound effect is an important concept in this context. The relevance of consumer behaviour is addressed within three important sectors for the Zero Emissions Techniques and Systems: shopping of paper products, energy use in household and waste management. It is not only important how much the consumers buy, but also what kinds of products they buy and how they use and dispose of them. 目前国内关于旅游体验对环境态度和行为影响的纵向追踪研究较为缺乏。论文以自然旅游地黄山为案例地,通过纵向调查,采用配对样本t检验比较同一批次旅游者游前、游后以及3个月后的环境态度和环境行为。研究发现:1)旅游体验对旅游者环境态度基本没有影响。2)旅游体验对旅游者环境行为存在显著影响。短期影响表现为:特定地点环境责任行为中的教育、身体和法律行动显著改善,一般环境责任行为中教育、消费、说服、身体和法律行动显著改善;长期影响表现为:特定地点环境责任行为中的教育、消费、身体行动和一般环境责任行为中的消费、身体、法律行动显著改善。环境行为的改变主要是通过旅游体验中的认知和情感刺激引起的,包括预期愧疚、集体自豪感、环境知识、负面后果认知、自我效能、环境解说等因素。文章最后讨论了管理意义和研究不足。 相似文献

城市环境总体规划不但要统筹城市内部环境要素,还要理清城市主体与外部区域、城市内部产业部门间的关系,避免孤立、静态地看待一个城市。环境投入产出技术能够追朔城市产业部门的体现资源消耗与污染排放(直接与间接),特别是能够建立城市与外部区域、城市内产业部门的耦合关系,并实现动态变化过程驱动的结构解析。北京市1987年-2007年结构解析显示:1987年-2007年间,需求规模和直接能耗强度是北京市能源消费总量变动的主要影响因素,但需求规模的扩张对能耗增长的正向促进影响效果日趋强劲,而能量消耗强度负向效应却日益减弱。 相似文献
