连续施用鸡粪对菜心产量和重金属含量的影响   总被引:24,自引:0,他引:24  
由于养殖业普遍使用微量元素添加剂,导致禽畜粪中重金属残留过高现象广泛存在.根据养殖场鸡粪含氮量计算其用量(N 0~450 kg·hm-2),进行连续4茬菜心施用鸡粪田间实验,探讨对菜心产量及重金属含量的影响.结果表明,第1、3茬所有施用鸡粪处理菜心产量比单施无机肥处理降低,第2茬则提高,第4茬鸡粪与无机肥配施处理提高了菜心产量.不同茬别菜心产量差别较大,第2茬显著高于其它茬别.从不同处理4茬菜心重金属平均含量来看,施用鸡粪可提高As、Zn含量,降低Cr、Cd含量,对Pb含量无明显影响,配施鸡粪提高Cu含量.除第2茬因产量稀释作用影响外,不同茬别所有处理菜心As、Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn平均含量随施用茬数增加而提高,Cd平均含量则下降.建议在无公害或绿色食品生产中避免一次性大量施用或连续施用养殖场禽畜粪.  相似文献

Soil erosion studies on cropland usually only consider water, wind and tillage erosion. However, significant amounts of soil are also lost from the field during the harvest of crops such as sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.), potato (Solanum tuberosum L.), chicory roots (Cichorium intybus L.), cassava (Manihot spp.) and sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam). During the harvest soil adhering to the crop, loose soil or soil clods and rock fragments are exported from the field together with these crops.This soil erosion process is referred to as ‘soil losses due to crop harvesting’ (SLCH). Most of the studies investigated SLCH variability and its controlling factors for one crop type in similar agro-ecological environments and for comparable harvesting techniques. In this study, a compilation of SLCH studies was made in order to investigate the effect of crop type, agricultural systems, ecological conditions and harvesting technique on SLCH variability. SLCH rates ranged from few to tens of Mg ha−1 harvest−1 and SLCH was highly variable both in space and time. Comparison of four studies on SLCH for sugar beet revealed that harvesting technique and soil moisture content at harvesting time can be equally important for SLCH variability. The occurrence of soil clods harvested with the crop explained why SLCH was significantly larger for mechanically harvested potato in Belgium compared to manually harvested potato in China. SLCH values for manually harvested sugar beet, potato, cassava and sweet potato in China and Uganda were in general smaller than SLCH values for mechanically harvested sugar beet, potato and witloof chicory roots measured in Belgium and France. However, SLCH may also vary significantly within Europe due to differences in harvesting techniques. Soil moisture content at harvesting time was besides harvesting technique one of the key factors controlling SLCH variability. There were no systematic differences in SLCH between crop types, although the soil–crop contact area–crop mass ratio could explain more than 40% of the means from several SLCH studies.  相似文献

为研究高盐分累积设施土壤(电导率为1 106 μS/cm)中水氮管理对设施番茄根系生长的影响,采用二因素随机区组设计,利用盆栽试验研究了设施土壤中不同水分和氮肥处理对番茄生长和养分吸收的影响.结果表明:与适宜灌溉[浇水量为2.1 L/(盆·次)]相比,水分胁迫处理[浇水量为1.5 L/(盆·次)]显著抑制番茄根系、株高和生物量的增加,番茄总根长、根总表面积、根尖数分别平均减少16.6%、24.4%、14.3%,养分吸收量平均减少21.7%;高量灌溉[浇水量为2.7 L/(盆·次)]可增加番茄果期生物量,增幅达35.5%,但氮素吸收量有所降低.与传统施肥相比,减氮施肥可显著促进番茄植株、根系的生长,从而增加养分吸收量;番茄总根长、根总表面积、根尖数分别增加2.9%~55.3%、10.8%~55.5%、4.9%~62.7%,株高平均增加12.7%,养分吸收量平均增加38.5%,氮肥利用率从9.1%增至30.8%.研究显示,在高盐分累积的设施土壤中,氮肥减施可促进作物根系生长,同时提高氮肥利用率.   相似文献

Large scale dairy operations are common. In many cases the manure is deposited on a paved surface and then removed with a flushing system, after which the solids are separated, the liquid stored in ponds, and eventually the liquid applied on adjacent crop land. Management of liquid manure to maximize the fertilizer value and minimize water quality degradation requires knowledge of the interactive effects of mineralization of organic N (ON) to NH4+, crop uptake of mineral N, and leaching of NO3 on a temporal basis. The purpose of the research was to use the ENVIRO-GRO model to simulate how the amount of applied N, timing of N application, ON mineralization rates, chemical form of N applied, and irrigation uniformity affected (1) yields of corn (Zea mays) in summer and a forage grass in winter in a Mediterranean climate and (2) the amount of NO3 leached below the root zone. This management practice is typical for dairies in the San Joaquin Valley of California. The simulations were conducted for a 10-year period. Steady state conditions, whereby an equivalent amount of N applied in the organic form will be mineralized in a given year, are achieved more rapidly for materials with high mineralization rates. Both timing and total quantity of N application are important in affecting crop yield and potential N leaching. Major conclusions from the simulations are as follows. Frequent low applications are preferred to less frequent higher applications. Increasing the amount of N application increased both the crop yield and the amount of NO3 leached. Increasing irrigation uniformity increased crop yields but had variable effects on the amount of NO3 leached. A winter forage crop following a summer corn crop effectively reduced the leaching of residual soil N following the corn crop.  相似文献

Carbon (C) input from tree prunings and crop residues help to maintain the soil organic C pool in tropical agroforestry systems. This study quantified the C stock of tree roots and C input from tree prunings and crop residues in 19-, 10- and 4-year-old Erythrina poeppigiana and Gliricidia sepium alley cropping systems in Costa Rica. The 19-year-old alley cropping system was studied at two fertilizer levels (tree prunings only [−N], and tree prunings plus chicken manure [+N]), and was compared to a sole crop. The 10- and 4-year-old systems were also studied at two fertilizer levels (tree prunings only [−A], and tree prunings plus Arachis pintoi as a groundcover [+A]), and compared to a sole crop. In the 19-year-old system C input from G. sepium was significantly greater (P < 0.05) compared to E. peoppigiana, but for both tree species there was no significant difference between +N and −N treatments. For the 10- and 4-year-old systems, E. poeppigiana had a significantly higher (P < 0.05) C input from prunings compared to G. sepium, and the presence of A. pintoi increased pruning biomass productivity significantly in these systems. Tree roots of 10- (4527 kg C ha−1) and 4-year-old (3667 kg C ha−1) E. poeppigiana represented 16 and 28% of the total C allocation. Carbon input from maize (Zea mays L.) and bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) residues were not significantly different (P < 0.05) between alley crops and sole crops in the 19-year-old system per unit of cropped land. In this system, +N treatments had a significantly greater (P < 0.05) C input from bean residue than in −N treatments, but no such trend was observed for maize residues. Carbon input from maize and bean residues were significantly greater (P < 0.05) in alley crops than the sole crops, but not significantly different (P < 0.05) between +A and −A treatments in the younger system. The greatest input of organic material occurred in the 19-year-old alley crop followed by the 10- and 4-year-old alley crops. This additional input of organic material in alley crops, mostly derived from tree prunings, will help to maintain or increase the level of the soil organic carbon pool.  相似文献

农作物空间格局反映了农作物种植结构和特征,是了解生产资源利用状况及进行农业结构调整的重要依据。研究旨在探索农作物播种面积统计数据空间化的方法,实现对历史农业统计数据的空间化表达。将传统的农业统计调查与先进的遥感技术、空间地理信息技术相结合,通过多元Logistic回归分析农作物格局与自然地理因素和社会经济因素之间的关系,构建农作物空间适宜性分布概率,在此基础上将农作物播种面积统计数据利用空间迭代分配方法,实现统计数据空间化的研究。论文选取中国东北三省作为方法研究区,实现了对该地区2000—2010年农作物播种面积空间化表达,经检验,该方法对东北三省水稻空间化精度为0.76,能够较好地完成农作物时空播种面积统计数据空间化工作。该方法是农作物调查和遥感时空格局解译研究的有效补充,为丰富农作物空间数据提供了技术手段。  相似文献

稻麦作物净初级生产力模型研究:模型检验与情景预测   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
利用我国若干代表性区域98组稻麦作物生产力的试验数据,对所建立的稻麦作物净初级生产力模型进行了检验.结果表明,该模型能根据常规的气象和土壤资料、化肥施用量等数据资料较好地模拟我国主要区域稻麦作物的净初级生产力.模拟值(y)与观测值(x)的线性关系为:y=1.05p-16.8(r2=0.771,p<0.001,n=98).对南京地区的情景预测结果表明:大气CO2浓度升高促进稻麦作物的固碳能力;气温升高会降低水稻和小麦的碳固定,但对小麦的影响要小于水稻;在当前情景及未来情景(CO2浓度为540μmol·mol-1,温度增加1~4℃)下,氮肥施用对小麦碳固定的促进作用大于水稻,氮肥施用量高于150 kg·hm-2时对2种作物的碳固定没有显著的促进作用,甚至降低水稻的净初级生产力.  相似文献

The energy flow in a traditional organic agroecosystem located in Hailun county of Northeastern China was analyzed for the years 1952–1954. For this energy analysis of the Hailun agroecosystem and human society, energy production was divided into 3 systems: crops, livestock and forestry.In terms of energy, this agroecosystem was self-sustaining. Human and horse power provided the major energy inputs. In the crop system, the energy input/output ratio was about 1:2. Fossil energy input into the total agroecosystem was less than 2% of the total. Based on only fossil energy inputs and crop outputs, the ratio was 1:107. The sources of food and household energy for human society came from the crop, livestock and forestry systems. The crop system provided more than 80% of the energy for this society.In addition to natural additions of N and P, legumes, other crop rotations and the application of human and livestock wastes to the land provided the nutrients for crop production. However, the agroecosystem was not self-sustaining in terms of some soil nutrients. Quantities of both nitrogen and phosphorus were calculated to be declining because of losses due to composting, storage, burning crop residues, exporting some harvests and soil erosion.  相似文献

为选育不/少或超量吸收多环芳烃(PAHs)的植物品种进而进行农产品的安全生产和PAHs污染环境的植物修复,以菲为PAHs的代表物,比较了水培条件下3种常见农作物(大豆、小麦、胡萝卜)根系吸收菲的动力学特征差异.结果表明,3种作物根系对水培液中的菲有明显的吸收和累积作用,且菲的吸收量随时间延长而增加,整个吸收过程可分为快速吸收和慢速吸收2个阶段;3种作物根系菲吸收能力的大小为大豆>胡萝卜>小麦;作物根系吸收菲量与吸收时间的关系可以用Elovich方程拟合,大豆、胡萝卜和小麦根系菲吸收速率常数分别为4.31、4.10和2.84 mg.(kg.h)-1;作物根系菲吸收的动力学曲线可用米氏方程表征,大豆、胡萝卜和小麦根系菲的Km值分别为0.117、0.124和0.540 mg.L-1;根系菲吸收会导致营养液pH升高,pH升高的趋势和吸收速率常数k与Km值相对应,且与3种作物根系吸收能力的大小一致.因此可用根系吸收速率常数k、米氏常数Km值和水培液pH的变化表征作物根系吸收PAHs的能力差异,且从受影响因素的多寡角度考虑,吸收速率常数k和米氏常数Km较pH变化更适合.  相似文献

Agricultural lands have been identified to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions primarily by production of energy crops and substituting fossil energy resources and through carbon sequestration in soils. Increased fertilizer input resulting in increased yields may reduce the area needed for crop production. The surplus area could be used for energy production without affecting the land use necessary for food and feed production. We built a model to investigate the effect of changing nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates on cropping area required for a given amount of crops. We found that an increase in nitrogen fertilizer supply is only justified if GHG mitigation with additional land is higher than 9–15 t carbon dioxide equivalents per hectare (CO2-eq../ha). The mitigation potential of bioenergy production from energy crops is most often not in this range. Hence, from a GHG abatement point of view land should rather be used to produce crops at moderate fertilizer rate than to produce energy crops. This may change if farmers are forced to reduce their N input due to taxes or governmental regulations as it is the case in Denmark. However, with a fertilizer rate 10 % below the economical optimum a reduction of N input is still more effective than the production of bioenergy unless mitigation effect of the bioenergy production exceeds 7 t carbon dioxide (CO2)-eq../ha. An intensification of land use in terms of N supply to provide more land for bioenergy production can only in exceptional cases be justified to mitigate GHG emissions with bioenergy under current frame conditions in Germany and Denmark.  相似文献

The lack of suitable and appropriate crops has been a poorly recognized obstacle to the application of sound agroecological practices in some temperate and tropical regions. Cultivation of traditional hybrid crops in inherently hostile environments forces increased managerial and economic expenditures. Selection of ecologically harmonious crops exploits, rather than opposes natural forces. Based in part on US-AID funded research, we have identified three crops suitable for temperate/tropical cultivation. Amaranthus is recognized in Asia and Central and South America as a food crop that can be grown as a leafy vegetable or as a seed grain in mixed croppings. It does well under a wide variety of conditions using established cultural methods. It is nutritious and highly palatable and, in many areas, is well recognized in the market place. Prosopis species (mesquite) leguminous trees occur worldwide in arid and semi-arid areas. As phreatophytes, they are resistant to drought and high temperature extremes and produce abundant yields of edible beanlike pods. Using the beans from the tree, a variety of attractive, marketable food products have been prepared. We have also identified intermediate wheat-grass, a perennial relative of wheat, as an ecologically and economically attractive alternate crop. It is already a well-established range crop; grown for seed, it becomes a useful grain intercrop. The wholegrain or endosperm mill fractions make excellent tasting, appetizing and attractive baked products. Ongoing agronomic studies indicate it is especially suitable for balancing ecologically unstable areas.  相似文献

文章通过现场取样对重庆秀山锰矿区锰污染状况进行了调查分析。应用地积累指数法对锰矿区矿渣堆以及农田土壤Mn污染进行评价,结果表明矿区土壤及部分农田土壤Mn污染极其严重。矿区植物对Mn的吸收表现为富集型植物(如垂序商陆Phytolacca americana Linn.)、根部囤积型植物(如紫花香薷Elsholfizia argyi Levl.)、规避型植物(如长波叶山蚂蝗Desmodium sequax Wall.),可根据其特点通过制定合理的植被恢复措施修复Mn污染土壤。采用单项污染指数法对矿区种植蔬菜的Mn污染水平进行评价,发现辣椒、萝卜的食用部分受Mn污染极严重,长期食用这些蔬菜对人体健康存在很大风险。  相似文献

ERIC-PCR图谱分析生物栅填料生物膜微生物群落结构   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
采用以填料生物膜和水生植物为主体,以微生物、浮游植物、水生动物为要素的生物栅集成装置,处理上海市某一富营养化水体,实验采用6m3/d的中试规模,7个廊道并联运行,连续进出水.测试进出水的理化指标,并采用ERIC-PCR指纹图谱技术对生物栅填料生物膜微生物进行分析.结果显示,生物栅技术对富营养化水体的污染物降解效果显著,稳定运行后,采用设置生物栅的2~7号净化池的COD、总氮、氨氮、总磷的去除率较对照池分别提高了20.7%~48.5%、20.1%~49.7%、39.8%~66.2%和60.0%~73.9%.水生植物有利于水体氮、磷的吸收和去除,设置水生植物的2号、5号、6号净化池对总氮去除率较未设置水生植物的3号、4号和7号净化池分别提高了30.1%、24.9%、17.6%,总磷的去除率也都提高了10%以上.ERIC-PCR指纹图谱分析显示,设置水生植物的3个净化池微生物群落结构相似,且微生物种类较未设置植物的净化池丰富.指纹图谱在第2d、第15d、第30d的微生物多样性指数分别为1.89~2.22、2.17~2.43和2.28~2.68,平均相似系数分别为71.8%、86.9%和91.0%,表明随着系统的运行微生物多样性指数逐渐增大,条带的相似性逐渐增加,系统中微生物种群趋于多样化,结构趋于稳定,污染物降解效率也同步提高.  相似文献

Increasing atmospheric CO2 concentration is generally expected to enhance photosynthesis and growth of agricultural C3 vegetable crops, and therefore results in an increase in crop yield. However, little is known about the combined effect of elevated CO2 and N species on plant growth and development. Two growth-chamber experiments were conducted to determine the effects of NH4^+/NO3^- ratio and elevated CO2 concentration on the physiological development and water use of tomato seedlings. Tomato was grown for 45 d in containers with nutrient solutions varying in NH4^+/NO3^- ratios and CO2 concentrations in growth chambers. Results showed that plant height, stem thickness, total dry weight, dry weight of the leaves, stems and roots, G value (total plant dry weight/seedling days), chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, leaf-level and whole plant-level water use efficiency and cumulative water consumption of tomato seedlings were increased with increasing proportion of NO3- in nutrient solutions in the elevated CO2 treatment. Plant biomass, plant height, stem thickness and photosynthetic rate were 67%, 22%, 24% and 55% higher at elevated CO2 concentration than at ambient CO2 concentration, depending on the values of NH4^+/NO3^- ratio. These results indicated that elevating CO2 concentration did not mitigate the adverse effects of 100% NH4^+-N (in nutrient solution) on the tomato seedlings. At both CO2 levels, NH4^+/NO3^- ratios of nutrient solutions strongly influenced almost every measure of plant performance, and nitrate-fed plants attained a greater biomass production, as compared to ammonium-fed plants. These phenomena seem to be related to the coordinated regulation of photosynthetic rate and cumulative water consumption of tomato seedlings.  相似文献

This study evaluates the theoretical impact of climate change on yields and water use of two crops with different responses to increased CO2 and which represent contrasting agricultural systems in Spain. In all cases the simulated effects of a CO2-induced climate change depended on the counteracting effects between higher daily ET rates, shortening of crop growth duration and changes in precipitation patterns as well as the simulated effects of CO2 on the water use efficiency of the crops. For summer irrigated crops such as maize, the yield reductions and the exacerbated problems of irrigation water availability simulated with climate change may force the crop out of production in some regions. For winter dryland crops such as wheat, productivity increased significantly in some regions, suggesting a northward shift of area suitable for wheat production in future climates. The study considered strategies for improving the efficiency of water use based on the optimization of crop management decisions in a CO2-driven warmer climate. 查明作物硒吸收、转运随生育期的动态变化,有助于更好地了解硒在土壤-植物系统中的迁移进而对其有效性进行调控.本文采用盆栽试验,研究了6种不同作物在8周生长期内对外源硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐的动态吸收和转运差异及可能机制.结果表明,作物对硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐的动态吸收规律显著不同.硒酸盐处理作物地上部和根部硒含量从种植3周后持续下降;而亚硒酸盐处理作物根部硒含量随生长逐步上升,地上部硒含量随生长呈先上升后平稳或下降的趋势.两种硒处理在整个作物生长期内都有硒的累积,但植物体内80%的硒源于前6周的吸收.6种作物相比,硒酸盐处理芥菜地上部和根部硒含量最高,小麦地上部次之,亚硒酸盐处理,胡萝卜地上部硒含量最高,地下硒含量最小,而相同硒处理菜薹、紫甘蓝和绿菜花地上部和根部硒含量相近.绿菜花、紫甘蓝、菜薹、芥菜和小麦对硒酸盐的转运明显高于亚硒酸盐,胡萝卜对两种硒的转运能力相当.生物稀释作用影响作物硒含量的动态变化,尤以硒酸盐处理最为明显,供试植物硒含量与其干重呈显著负相关,但生物量改变引起的稀释作用并不能解释其对两种价态硒截然相反的吸收规律.进一步分析发现,硒酸盐处理6种作物硒累积量与作物生长期土壤有效硒改变量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),但亚硒酸盐处理却未发现此结果;6种作物硒累积量仅占亚硒酸盐处理土壤有效硒的0.5%~18.1%,而硒酸盐处理除胡萝卜外5种作物硒累积总量为土壤有效硒量的1.1~4.5倍,由此可见,作物对外源硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐动态吸收的差异是作物硒吸收和转运能力、土壤供硒能力及生物稀释综合作用的结果,在作物硒的强化中应该综合考虑.  相似文献
