燃料燃烧会排放一次颗粒物和二次颗粒物,一次颗粒物中亚微米粒子主要是由于无机矿物质经蒸发-成核-凝结-凝并的途径形成的;超微米颗粒的产生不同于亚微米颗粒的形成,是由于破碎机理.二次颗粒物是由气态前驱体在大气中转化而成的.我国燃烧源主要是煤燃烧、燃油机动车和农村生活燃料等.深入认识颗粒物的形成及燃烧源的特征对有效控制颗粒物的排放是很有帮助的.  相似文献

研究了粉煤灰烧制陶粒过程中烟气二氧化硫的释放规律,同时对烧结前后粉煤灰与陶粒中不同形态硫含量和硫平衡进行了分析,探讨了烟气中二氧化硫的来源和转化机理.结果表明,烟气中约55%的二氧化硫来源于硫酸盐的还原,其余主要来自有机硫燃烧和亚硫酸盐的分解.烧制每千克陶粒所产生的二氧化硫量约为7.8g.高温烧结过程中粉煤灰球内形成的还原性气氛导致了粉煤灰中硫酸盐向二氧化硫的还原转化.  相似文献

Data on the effect of several combustion modifications on the formation of nitrogen oxides and on boiler efficiency were acquired and analyzed for a 110 MW gas fired utility boiler. The results from the study showed that decreasing the oxygen in the flue gas from 2.2% to 0.6% reduced the NOx formation by 33% and also gave better boiler efficiencies. Flue gas recirculation through the bottom of the firebox was found to be ineffective. Staged combustion was found to reduce the NOx emissions by as much as 55 % while decreasing the efficiency by about 5%. Adjustment of the burner air registers reduced the NOx formation by about 20 ppm. The lowest NOx emissions of 42 ppm (at about 3% O2) in the stack was obtained for air only to one top burner and 0.5% oxygen in the flue gas.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We investigate the application of two classes of artificial neural networks for the identification and control of discrete-time nonlinear dynamical systems. A fully connected recurrent network is used for process identification, and a multilayer feedforward network is used for process control. The two neural networks are arranged in series for closed-loop control of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions of a simplified representation of a dynamical system. Plant data from one of Commonwealth Edison's coal-fired power plants are used for testing the approach, with initial results indicating that the method is feasible. However, further work is required to determine whether the method remains feasible as the number of state variables and control variables are increased.  相似文献

Nitrogen oxides are a potential atmospheric pollutant. Their formation and decomposition were studied in an experimental pulverized-coal-fired furnace. The concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) was a maximum in the combustion zone and decreased as the combustion gas cooled. At a coal burning rate of 2 Ib/hr and 22% excess air, reduction of nitrogen oxides was obtained by selective secondary-air distribution. With 105% cf the stoichiometric air fed to the coal-combustion zone and 17% additional air fed just beyond the flame front, 62% reduction of NOx occurred with good combustion efficiency. Lowering the quantity of excess air lowered the NOx concentration, but at the expense of combustion efficiency. When 22% excess air was fed to the primary combustion zone, NOx concentration in the effluent was 550 ppm and carbon in the fly ash 2.0%. With 5% excess air, the NOx concentration fell to 210 ppm and carbon in the fly ash rose to 13.8%. With stoichiometric combustion the NOx was 105 ppm a reduction of 81 %, and the carbon was 42.3%. Recirculation of combustion gas was not an effective means of lowering NOx formation.  相似文献

It is proposed that peroxyacetyl nitrate and its homologues are formed in polluted air by a reaction between acylate (or aroylate) radicals and nitrogen trioxide. The proposed reaction accounts for the delayed formation of peroxyacetyl nitrate upon the irradiation of low concentrations of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides in air. It also explains why peroxyacetyl nitrate is not formed in photooxidations at high reactant concentrations. It accounts for the formation of peroxyacetyl nitrate in the dark reaction of acetaldehyde, oxygen, and N2O5; and, finally, it explains the inhibiting effect that excess NO2 has on that dark reaction. The proposed reaction could yield either the accepted peroxyacetyl nitrate molecular structure or a molecular structure called acetyl pernitrate that does not include an oxygen-oxygen bond. The chemical properties of the molecule can be reconciled with either formulation.  相似文献

Abstract

The speciation of Hg in coal-fired flue gas can be important in determining the ultimate Hg emissions as well as potential control options for the utility. The effects of NOx control processes, such as selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), on Hg speciation are not well understood but may impact emissions of Hg. EPRI has investigated the reactions of Hg in flue gas at conditions expected for some NOx control processes. This paper describes the methodology used to investigate these reactions in actual flue gas at several power plants. Results have indicated that some commercial SCR catalysts are capable of oxidizing elemental Hg in flue gas obtained from the inlets of SCR or air heater units. Results are affected by various flue gas and operating parameters. The effect of flue gas composition, including the presence of NH3, has been evaluated. The influence of NH3 on fly ash Hg reactions also is being investigated.  相似文献

This paper describes an experimental study on the control of soot formation during the combustion of polystyrene (PS). A stable, twodimensional flame generated by using a Wolfhard-Parker type diffusion flame burner was used to simulate practical combustion situations. The combustion characteristics, effects of operating conditions on soot formation, and the effectiveness of various metallic additives as soot suppressants were investigated. It was found that soot yield could not be significantly reduced by controlling the oxidizer (air) flow rate. Increasing the O2 mole fraction of the oxidlzer increased soot yield under typical operating conditions. However, soot yield could be greatly reduced by adding small amounts of air into the pyrolysis zone of the flame. The additional air would probably increase the combustion reaction rate while decreasing the soot precursor formation rate, thereby causing the observed effect. It was thus suggested that effective soot control could be accomplished by improving mixing between air and the PS devolatilizatlon products In practical combustion situations. The metallic additives tested in this study were the salts of Na, K, Ca, and Ba. Among these salts, Ca was the least effective in reducing soot, and K and Na were nearly equally effective. Ba was much more effective than all the others, and Its effectiveness was strongly dependent on its addition rate.  相似文献

根据我国城市的发展状况 ,采用城市分类的方法 ,将我国 2 6 1个地级市按照人口数量分为 5个类别。每类城市选取一个典型城市进行实地调查 ,对我国燃烧锅炉和机动车的NOx 的排放因子进行了修正 ,提出了适合我国目前排放水平的各类城市的固定源和移动源的排放因子。并依据 2 0 0 0年中国大陆地区的电站锅炉、工业锅炉和民用炉具的燃料消耗量和机动车保有量 ,以地级市为基本单位 ,估算了 2 0 0 0年我国各地区的NOx 排放量 ,分析了分地区、分行业、分燃料类型的NOx 排放特征。 2 0 0 0年我国NOx 排放总量为 11.12Mt,其中固定源占 6 0 .8% ;移动源占 39.2 %。NOx 排放在地域、行业和燃料类型上分布均不平衡。NOx 的排放主要集中在华东和华北地区 ,其排放量占全国排放量的一半以上。燃煤为最重要的NOx 排放源 ,其排放量占燃料型NOx 排放量的 72 .3%左右。  相似文献
