单纤维过滤介质表面尘粒捕集的随机模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于控制面概念和粒子运动轨迹计算,建立单纤维过滤介质表面尘粒捕集的三维随机计算模型,采用Ku-wabara流场表征单纤维表面的气流绕流特征。计算分析了St数、无量纲粒径及单纤维过滤模型填充密度对沉积物形态结构和积尘状态下单纤维捕集效率的影响。结果指出,St数对沉积物形态结构具有显著作用,随St数减小,沉积物由紧密的堆积结构演变为分叉显著的树枝状结构。模拟结果还发现,无论过滤条件如何变化,无量纲单纤维捕集效率随捕集粒子数呈近似线性增加关系。  相似文献

传统袋式除尘器对于细微颗粒物的捕集效率不甚理想,在袋式除尘器入口前增加预荷电装置是一种切实可行的强化其过滤特性的技术手段。设计搭建线板式直流高压预荷电器,研究了不同正/负匹配电压及风速对于双极预荷电高炉除尘灰电凝并行为的影响规律,对比分析了滤袋对未荷电、单极负荷电以及双极荷电高炉除尘灰细微颗粒物 (PM 2.5) 的捕集效率与压差特性,得到了不同预荷电方式高炉除尘灰细微颗粒物在滤袋表面沉积的微观形貌结构。结果表明:随着过滤风速 (1.5~0.5 m·s−1及匹配负电压 (−16~−12 kV) 的降低,双极荷电颗粒物凝并效率提高;高炉除尘灰细微颗粒物单/双预荷电均能提高滤袋的过滤效率;对于粒径<0.5 μm颗粒,双极预荷电技术对滤袋捕集效率的强化效果好于单极预荷电技术;对粒径为0.5~2.5 μm颗粒,单极预荷电技术的强化效果超过了双极预荷电技术;颗粒物单/双预荷电技术还使得滤袋阻力增量值及其增长速率值降低,且单极预荷电技术对于阻力降低效果更为明显。本研究可为利用单/双预荷电技术提升传统袋式除尘器对高炉除尘灰中细微颗粒物的捕集脱除特性提供参考。  相似文献

使用格子Boltzmann方法对含尘气体通过布袋滤料纤维的流动进行了数值模拟,采用拉格朗日方法跟踪了颗粒相中每个粒子的位置和速度并进行单向耦合计算。分析了气流通过纤维捕集体过程中的压降的变化规律,结果与达西渗透定律吻合。与此同时,对粒径小于1μm的气溶胶粒子在布袋纤维捕集体上的沉积规律展开了讨论。结果表明,粒径小于0.01μm的粒子的捕集主要受粒子的布朗随机扩散效应的控制;粒径大于0.1μm的粒子则主要依靠纤维滤料的拦截作用而沉积在捕集体表面;而粒径在0.01~0.1μm范围的粒子则具有较低的捕集效率。模拟结果为研究袋式除尘的过滤机理提供了依据。  相似文献

针对大气环境污染控制中超细颗粒难以捕集的问题,提出了一种高效、经济的新方法.其核心思想是将经电声换能超声波雾化得到的相对湿度过饱和雾气喷入含尘气体中,在“云”物理学、碰撞团聚等原理共同作用下,饱和水蒸汽在颗粒表面凝结,使超细颗粒的粒径增大,增加其捕集效率.为了证明这种方法的有效性,建立了小型电声换能超声波雾化捕尘实验台并在旋风除尘器中进行实验研究.实验结果表明,随着雾气浓度的增加,总除尘效率与超细颗粒的分级效率均有明显提高,并且旋风除尘器的压降(能耗)明显降低.  相似文献

为进一步提高线板式静电除尘器(ESP)的除尘效果、减少细微颗粒物随烟气的逃逸,将磁场引入其中,模拟了特征颗粒粒径2.5 μm、工作电压50 kV条件下的除尘效率,探究了不同烟气流速下磁场对细微颗粒物捕集性能的影响。结果表明:磁场能有效改变带电颗粒的运动轨迹,大幅度提高细微颗粒物的除尘性能;颗粒在低烟气流速条件下,偏向收尘板的趋势更明显,更有利于颗粒物的捕集;外加磁场在高烟气流速时对除尘效率提升作用更显著,且这一提升幅度随着磁感应强度的增大而不断增大并趋于平缓;随着磁感应强度不断减小,烟气流速降低除尘效率的幅度逐步增大,直至无磁场环境时达到最大。以上研究结果可为磁场在静电除尘器的应用提供参考,对改善ESP的除尘性能具有重要意义。  相似文献

为了提高除尘器对细颗粒物的捕捉效率,制备了一种由蜂窝陶瓷、聚酰胺材质扭线刷和缚尘剂组成的除尘模块。其中填充了聚酰胺扭线刷的蜂窝陶瓷为除尘模块的主体,该主体独有的结构将拦截尘粒的滤料纤维分布在与气流方向垂直的平面上,有利于含尘气体的捕捉。缚尘剂为除尘模块的增强因子,它可以在除尘模块表面形成液膜,用来抑制除尘时的二次扬尘,提高除尘效率。通过对涂覆有缚尘剂的除尘模块的除尘效率的研究表明,含尘气体通过除尘模块,对粒径2μm的颗粒除尘效率最高可达到97.08%,表明了除尘模块去除细颗粒物的潜力;另外,在实验中设定的条件下,系统的压降保持在85 Pa以下。总体而言,该除尘模块在保持较低压降的同时对细颗粒物有较高的去除效率,有应用在工业除尘的潜力。  相似文献

分析了煤矿并下呼吸性粉尘防治技术现状,并对水的超声雾化技术进行了实验研究,应用回归分析建立了超声雾化性能的数学模型。在分析微细水雾捕尘机理及捕尘水雾凝并沉降技术的基础上,设计了一集微细水雾捕尘-凝聚、凝并降尘-惯性沉降分离为一体的含尘气流净化系统,并对该系统的除尘效率进行了实验研究,建立了相应的数学模型。  相似文献

钢棒去皮机是通过砂轮磨削除去钢棒表面铁锈的一种设备,在去皮过程产生的大量金属粉尘,导致环境污染,为此设计喷淋塔式除尘器作为钢棒去皮机的除尘装置。通过选择和计算的运行参数,设计了喷淋塔的结构和尺寸。对设计的除尘器效率验算结果表明:该除尘器可以满足去皮机环保要求,除尘效率达99.7%。  相似文献

伴随着我国燃煤电站污染物严峻形势,湿法烟气脱硫协同捕集颗粒物越来越受到工程应用部门的重视。从基本理论出发,引入捕集体与颗粒碰撞、拦截与扩散的基本方程,推导并建立多液滴对多颗粒的捕集模型。研究结果表明:直径245 μm的液滴,沉降速度小于气流速度,会被携带出脱硫塔;液滴对PM0.1、PM1、PM2.5、PM5、PM10颗粒物的去除效率为U型曲线,910 μm液滴对颗粒物的去除效率比4 666 μm液滴高近百倍;同等质量浓度,不同粒度分布,脱硫塔除尘性能仍然差异较大。  相似文献

在半工业化的电除尘器实验系统装置上进行了烧结灰、飞灰、煤铁混合样的粒径分布及粉尘的真密度对电除尘器性能影响的实验研究。结果表明,电除尘器能有效捕集亚微米粉尘,对烧结灰净化最适合的粒径范围为1.37~2.03μm(η高达100%);对煤铁混合样的最适合粒径范围为3.30~7.25μm(η高达100%);电除尘器对煤铁混合样的粒径小于2.24μm的分级效率η高达92.36%。在同等试验条件下,电除尘器对烧结灰和煤铁混合样的总除尘效率为96.87%,高于飞灰的总除尘效率92.61%。  相似文献

Soil water/distribution coefficients (Kd) have been measured for the partitioning of naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene between aqueous surfactant solutions and a clean soil. The surfactants used are ABA block copolymers constructed from ethylene oxide (the monomer used to synthesise the hydrophilic A blocks) and propylene oxide (used for the manufacture of the hydrophobic B block). Three of these surfactants comprising the same size propylene oxide block but different ethylene oxide/propylene oxide ratios were investigated. Increasing amounts of surfactant in the system result in a progressive decrease in the Kd values signifying an increasing tendency for the hydrophobic solutes to be dispersed in aqueous solution due to the action of the surfactant. More significantly for equal surfactant doses the most hydrophobic surfactant possessing the lowest ethylene oxide/propylene oxide ratio reduces Kd by the greatest amount whereas the most hydrophilic surfactant reduces Kd the least. Finally micellar HPLC using the above surfactants and hydrophobic solutes was undertaken. Interpolated capacity factors evaluated for particular surfactant doses correlated well with Kd values calculated for the same surfactant doses. The relationship between Kd and capacity was found to be log-linear and the correlation line could be fitted to the data obtained for all three surfactants. It is therefore concluded that micellar HPLC may be used for preliminary evaluations of the effectiveness of particular surfactants proposed for contaminated soils restoration schemes.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide-mediated photodegradation of Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in soil/aqueous systems with added fluorinated surfactant was investigated. PCBs can bind tightly to organic matter in the soil, especially in aged, contaminated soil. Experiments showed an effective PCB photocatalytic degradation in mixed systems of soil/clay with anionic fluorinated surfactant FC-143 and TiO2. The FC-143 surfactant is stable in this photochemical process. PCB degradation rates in samples followed the order: spiked clay > spiked soil > Hudson River bank soil. The results suggest that anionic fluorinated surfactant may form semimicelles and/or admicelles on the surface of positively charged TiO2. The hydrophobic surface of TiO2 can provide a nonpolar phase that acts as a partioning medium for hydrophobic PCBs. Therefore, PCBs in soil can be released to the semimicelle and/or admicelle on the TiO2 surface and are effectively photodegraded in a dispersion containing anionic fluorinated surfactant. The combination of surfactant extraction and photooxidation forms the basis for a novel two-stage process for the removal and destruction of PCBs from soil.  相似文献

表面活性剂能够增强植物叶面滞尘能力,研究不同表面活性剂对植物滞尘能力的影响,对于利用植物防治粉尘污染有重要意义。以LAS、DTAB、AR和APG200为喷洒试剂,研究了8种植物吸附表面活性剂后滞留粉尘的重量、组分。结果表明,LAS浓度、植物种类、表面活性剂类型对滞尘量和面积比具有显著影响(P<0.05);表面活性剂能够有效提高植物滞尘能力,LAS、DTAB效果优于生物型AR、APG200,且测试叶面滞尘量的变化与叶面接触角无明显关系;LAS使除朴树外所有植物的滞尘能力增加的浓度为0.2 g/L,而对滞留粉尘组分改变较大的浓度为0.5 g/L;此外,表面活性剂能改变滞留粉尘的组分,但不具有明显的规律性,粉尘的遮光比变化趋势与叶面滞尘量基本相似。  相似文献

Feasibility of micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration for the mixed waste that is consisted of chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrate, and chromate was investigated using a cationic surfactant. The co-presence of nitrate and chromate did not significantly affect the removal of chlorobenzenes, and the co-presence of chlorobenzenes did not affect the removal of nitrate and chromate because chlorobenzenes were solubilized at the hydrophobic interior of the micelles by hydrophobic interaction, but nitrate and chromate were bound to the outer shell by electrostatic interaction. Micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration can be applied to treat the mixed wastes.  相似文献

以双子表面活性剂为疏水改性剂,采用直接混合的方法制备得到一种新型的海藻酸钠杂化微球.用紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微球的结构、表面和内部形貌、稳定性能进行了表征.以甲苯为模拟污染物,对比了纯海藻酸钠微球和含双子的海藻酸钠微球对含甲苯废水的吸附能力.结果表明,双子表面活性剂与海藻酸钠的质量比为1:5时,可得到规整球形,平均直径(2.14±0.08)mm的微球;双子表面活性剂的引入能提高微球对甲苯的吸附能力,最大去除率达44.5%;升高温度有助于进一步提高其吸附能力,65℃时微球在8 h内对甲苯的去除率达到了85.2%.扫描电子显微镜观察到微球的表面和内部因双子表面活性剂的引进导致微相分离,增大了疏水物质在微球内的溶解度.在稳定性实验中,微球具有较长时间的稳定性,避免了给水体带来新的污染,在水处理中此类微球可能具有潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

针对破乳剂成分与结构对油田采出水破乳脱稳的影响机制仍不明确的问题,依据新疆油田二元驱实际采出水组成配制模拟二元复合驱采出水,考察有机破乳剂种类和结构及无机电解质对其破乳脱稳的影响.结果表明,合成有机破乳剂的起始剂种类对破乳脱稳的影响较大,起始剂含量具有一定影响,而EO/PO比的影响相对较小.PAC和Al2(SO4)3的破乳脱稳效果最好,投加量500 mg/L时均能将剩余含油量降低到10 mg/L以下;而FeSO4和ZnSO4次之,NH4Cl较差.破乳剂通过电性中和及与HPAM形成的协同絮凝作用,促进了油滴的碰撞聚并,达到了较好的破乳脱稳效果.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH)-contaminated soils exist at numerous sites, and these sites may threaten public health and the environment because many PAH compounds are toxic, mutagenic, and/or carcinogenic. PAHs are also hydrophobic and persistent, so conventional remediation methods are often costly or inefficient, especially when the contaminants are present in low permeability and/or organic soils. An innovative technique, electrokinetically enhanced in situ flushing, has the potential to increase soil-solution-contaminant interaction and PAH removal efficiency for low permeability soils; however, the electrolysis reaction at the anode may adversely affect the remediation of low acid buffering capacity soils, such as kaolin. Therefore, the objective of this study was to improve the remediation of low acid buffering soils by controlling the pH at the anode to counteract the electrolysis reaction. Six bench-scale electrokinetic experiments were conducted, where each test employed one of three different flushing solutions, deionized water, a surfactant, or a cosolvent. For each of these solutions, tests were performed with and without a 0.01 M NaOH solution at the anode to control the pH. The test using deionized water with pH control generated a higher electroosmotic flow than the equivalent test performed without pH control, but the electroosmotic flow difference between the surfactant and cosolvent tests with and without pH control was minor compared to that observed with the deionized water tests. Controlling the pH was beneficial for increasing contaminant solubilization and migration from the soil region adjacent to the anode, but the high contaminant concentrations that resulted in the middle or cathode soil regions indicates that subsequent changes in the soil and/or solution chemistry caused contaminant deposition and low overall contaminant removal efficiency.  相似文献

Adsorption of fluoranthene (FLA) in surfactant solution on activated carbon (AC) was investigated. Isotherm, thermodynamic, and kinetic attributes of FLA adsorption in the presence of the surfactant on AC were studied. Effects of AC dosage, initial concentration of TX100, initial concentration of FLA, and addition of fulvic acid on adsorption were studied. The experimental data of both TX100 and FLA fitted the Langmuir isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model well. Positive enthalpy showed that adsorption of FLA on AC was endothermic. The efficiency of selective FLA removal generally increased with increasing initial surfactant concentration and decreasing fulvic acid concentration. The surface chemistry of AC may determine the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The adsorption process may be controlled by the hydrophobic interaction between AC and the adsorbate. The microwave irradiation of AC may be a feasible method to reduce the cost of AC through its regeneration.  相似文献

Surfactants can increase the solubility of non-polar compounds, and have been applied in areas such as soil washing and treatment of non-aqueous phase liquids (NAPLs). This investigation explored the feasibility of removing vapor phase polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) from gases using an anionic surfactant. The solubility of vapor phase naphthalene was measured herein using gas chromatograph (GC) with a photon ionization detector (PID). The measurement results indicated that surfactant molecules were not favorable to micelle formation when temperatures increased from 25 degrees C to 50 degrees C. Regardless of whether solutions were quiescent or agitated, equilibrium naphthalene apparent solubility increased linearly with surfactant concentrations exceeding critical micelle concentration (CMC). The pH effects on naphthalene apparent solubility were small. Agitation increased naphthalene apparent solubility and lumped mass transfer coefficients. Furthermore, lumped mass transfer coefficients decreased with increasing surfactant concentration owing to increase in interfacial resistance and viscosity and decreased spherical micelle diffusion coefficients. Finally, the net absorption rate increased because the solubilization effects of micelles exceeded the reduction effects of mass transfer coefficient above the CMC. The enhanced naphthalene apparent solubility from the addition of surfactant can be expressed by an enrichment factor (EF). The EF value of naphthalene for the surfactant solution at 0.1 M with agitation at 270 rpm relative to quiescent water could reach 18.6. This work confirms that anionic surfactant can improve the removal efficiency of hydrophobic organic compound (HOC) from the gas phase.  相似文献

采用平衡振荡法,研究了砂土对非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100的吸附特征。结果表明,砂颗粒对Triton X-100的吸附能力总体较低,单位吸附含量均<1.1 mg/g;砂颗粒吸附Triton X-100过程中存在显著的吸附剂浓度效应,砂颗粒上Triton X-100含量随着固液比(吸附剂浓度)的增大而减小;吸附容量qm与平衡常数KL值随固液比变化而变化,Langmuir方程适用范围是起始浓度C0相对较小的固液吸附体系;0.5~1 mm石英砂的吸附能力略>0.2~0.5 mm石英砂,0.5~1 mm和0.2~0.5 mm石英砂吸附Triton X-100变化特征具有显著的一致性,采用高斯拟合模型可以反映出石英砂吸附Triton X-100的变化规律,相关系数R2均>0.98。  相似文献
