V2O5-WO3/TiO2脱硝催化剂的制备及其性能   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
对选择性催化还原脱硝用催化剂V2O5-WO3/TiO2的制备工艺进行了实验研究.采用溶胶-凝胶法制得TiO2凝胶,对凝胶进行不同条件下的干燥和煅烧处理,然后通过浸渍法在TiO2上依次负载WO3和V2O5,最终得到V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂.结果表明,TiO2凝胶的处理温度对催化剂结构和脱除NO的性能有一定的影响,TiO2凝胶干燥温度为105 ℃时制得的催化剂活性较高,在实验条件下NO脱除率最高可达98.3%.  相似文献

掺杂15%TiO2对γ-Al2O3改性制备了TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合氧化物载体,以此复合氧化物及TiO2、γ-Al2O3为载体用浸渍法负载钒钨制备了一系列催化剂,采用比表面积和孔结构分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨电镜(HRTEM)、原位红外(in situ FT-IR)等技术对载体和催化剂进行宏观-微观表征,同时在模拟氨气选择性催化还原NO(NH3-SCR)的反应条件下对催化剂的脱硝反应活性进行考察,比较研究TiO2掺杂对V2O5-WO3/TiO2和V2O5-WO3/γ-Al2O3催化剂的改性作用。结果发现,少量TiO2掺杂制得的TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体中,TiO2和γ-Al2O3之间的协同作用使得V2O5-WO3/TiO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂的选择性催化还原脱硝效率及活性窗口明显优于单一载体制备的催化剂,并表现出了良好的热稳定性;各种表征结果表明,TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体中TiO2高度分散在γ-Al2O3上,复合载体具有较大的比表面积,载体表面存在大量的Br?nsted酸位和较多的活性中间产物,这些可能是TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体催化剂具有较好SCR活性的原因。  相似文献

运用工业级活性氧化铝作载体,开展CeO2掺杂对不同粒径活性氧化铝负载Fe2O3催化还原烟气脱硫脱硝实验研究。并采用BET和XRD分别对氧化铝载体和催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明:比表面积和孔容相近的不同粒径活性氧化铝载体负载活性组分后,催化还原同时脱硫脱硝的活性表现出粒径较大的铝基催化剂,比粒径较小的铝基催化剂脱硫效果好;不同组分CeO2掺杂10%Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂中,3mm粒径6%CeO2-10%Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂脱硫效果最好;将此种催化剂用于模拟烟气(SO2+NO+CO+N2)脱硫脱硝研究,获得较宽的脱硫脱硝温度范围(300~550℃),且NO和SO2转化率均大于92.5%。  相似文献

Mn-Ce-Co/TiO2催化剂低温脱硝活性研究   总被引:4,自引:4,他引:0  
以纳米TiO2为载体,通过浸渍法制备一系列改性Mn-Ce/TiO2脱硝催化剂.通过实验考察不同元素组分催化剂的脱硝活性,同时探讨金属氧化物掺杂对提高催化剂低温脱硝活性的机理.活性测试结果显示,Co掺杂能最有效地提高Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂在低温段的SCR脱硝活性,在n(Co):n(TiO2)=0.08~0.10、体积空速为35100h-1的条件下,催化剂在120℃时就能达到80%以上的NO去除率,140℃左右时的NO去除率接近100%.BET、XRD、TPR、TPD等表征测试结果表明,Co掺杂可改进Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂的物化特性,增加催化剂表面的活性酸位点及活性氧数量,提高催化剂的氧化还原能力,从而提高Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂低温SCR脱硝活性.  相似文献

以纳米ZrO2为载体,用浸渍法制备出Fe-MnOx-CeO2/ZrO2催化剂,考察了活性组分配比和助剂负载量对催化剂低温NH3选择性催化还原NO活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了XRD、SEM、EDS和BET表征;探讨了温度、H2O和SO2对Fe-MnOx-CeO2/ZrO2催化剂低温下NH3选择性催化还原NO的影响,结果表明,无SO2和H2O条件下,8%Fe-10%MnOx-CeO2/ZrO2催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性.120℃时,催化剂的脱硝效率为85.23%,当温度升至180℃时,脱硝效率可达到92.0%.SO2和H2O共存条件下,催化剂易失活,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱对各反应阶段的催化剂进行了表征,对其失活机制进行深入研究,结果表明,催化剂失活的主要原因是催化剂表面硫酸铵盐的沉积和催化剂本身活性成分的硫酸盐化.  相似文献

研究采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2-Al2O3复合载体,并用浸渍法制备CuMnOX/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂,通过对甲苯废气催化燃烧的实验,分别考察了Cu-Mn负载量、Cu/Mn摩尔比、焙烧温度及载体对催化剂制备过程及催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:活性组分负载量25%,铜锰活性组分的配比Cu:Mn=1:2,焙烧温度500℃是浸渍法制备CuMnOX/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂较佳的工艺条件;XRD衍射图谱表明,500℃下铜锰尖晶石的存在是催化剂催化活性优良的主要原因;由复合载体制备的CuMnOX/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂比单一载体制备的CuMnOX/Al2O3催化剂具有更高的甲苯转化率,其T99比单一载体要低20℃以上。  相似文献

采用超声波浸渍法、传统浸渍法制备一系列V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂,对催化剂的反应活性进行考察。研究表明:与普通浸渍法相比,超声波浸渍法可以提高催化剂的脱硝效率,拓宽催化反应的温度窗口。超声波浸渍时间和超声波功率对催化剂的反应活性有较大影响。浸渍时间增加,催化剂脱硝效率也随之提高。超声波功率增加,催化剂的脱硝效率先提高后降低。在超声波频率28 kHz,超声波功率400 W,超声作用时间1.5 h,超声水粉比为100 mL H2O/10 g TiO2的条件下,制得的V2O5-WO3/TiO2脱硝催化剂脱硝效率接近100%。通过SEM对制备的催化剂进行表征,超声波浸渍法制备的催化剂的活性成分在载体上分散更加均匀。  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了一系列以成型TiO2为载体的Mn-Co/TiO2低温SCR催化剂,研究分析了活性组分担载量、Mn含量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备参数和进口NO浓度、空速、O2体积分数、NH3/N2摩尔比等操作条件对催化剂脱硝反应活性的影响.结果表明:活性组分担载量为30%,Mn/(Mn+Co)摩尔比为80%,在500℃下焙烧6 h得到的Mn-Co/TiO2催化剂具有较高的NO转化率;在进口NO浓度为600×10-6、O2体积分数6%、空速10000 h-1、150℃条件下,NO脱除率接近100%.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了Mn-Ce-Fe/TiO2.研究了其组分配比、焙烧温度等制备条件和NO进口浓度、空速、O2含量、NH3/NO摩尔比等操作条件对Mn-Ce-Fe/TiO2 NH3低温还原NO活性的影响,并探讨了H2O、SO2对Mn-Ce-Fe/Ti O2活性的影响.结果表明,Mn:Fe:Ce摩尔比为5:2:4、500℃下焙烧的Mn-Ce-Fe/TiO2在无H2O、SO2,NO体积分数为0.1%,空速为5000h~,反应温度为130℃、O2含量为6%、NH3/NO摩尔比为1.1的条件下,NO转化率接近98%,Fe的加入大大提高了催化剂的单独抗水和同时抗硫抗水性能,130℃下,体积分数10%的H2O对该催化剂的活性基本没有影响,转化率保持在96%以上;通硫、水后的400min内,活性仅下降3%.单独通人S02时,该催化剂中毒程度较深.该催化剂有望应用于基本不含SO2的燃气锅炉烟气和不含SO2的硝酸尾气等NO,工业废气的低温脱硝.  相似文献

以Ti O2、γ-Al2O3及Ti O2-γ-Al2O3复合氧化物为载体,以In-Ag-O基为活性组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列In/Ag催化剂,通过XRD、BET、SEM、H2-TPR等技术手段对催化剂表面形态进行分析,并考察了催化剂对CO选择性还原NO的反应活性和载体中Ti O2含量对催化性能的影响.结果表明,Ti O2的添加促进了活性组分铟和银物种的分散,当Ti O2的含量为载体的15%时制备的催化剂活性最高,合适的Ti O2与γ-Al2O3配比使活性组分与载体之间发生了强烈的相互作用,由此提高了CO选择性还原NO的活性.  相似文献

The catalysts of iron-doped Mn-Ce/TiO 2(Fe-Mn-Ce/TiO 2) prepared by sol-gel method were investigated for low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO with NH 3.It was found that the NO conversion over Fe-Mn-Ce/TiO 2 was obviously improved after iron doping compared with that over Mn-Ce/TiO 2.Fe-Mn-Ce/TiO 2 with the molar ratio of Fe/Ti = 0.1 exhibited the highest activity.The results showed that 96.8% NO conversion was obtained over Fe(0.1)-Mn-Ce/TiO 2 at 180°C at a space velocity of 50,000 hr 1.Fe-Mn-Ce/TiO 2 exhibited much higher resistance to H 2 O and SO 2 than that of Mn-Ce/TiO 2.The properties of the catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),N 2 adsorption,temperature programmed desorption(NH 3-TPD and NOx-TPD),and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) techniques.BET,NH3-TPD and NOx-TPD results showed that the specific surface area and NH3 and NOx adsorption capacity of the catalysts increased with iron doping.It was known from XPS analysis that iron valence state on the surface of the catalysts were in Fe3+ state.The doping of iron enhanced the dispersion and oxidation state of Mn and Ce on the surface of the catalysts.The oxygen concentrations on the surface of the catalysts were found to increase after iron doping.Fe-Mn-Ce/TiO2 represented a promising catalyst for low temperature SCR of NO with NH3 in the presence of H2 O and SO2.  相似文献

A 0.5 wt.% Pt/TiO2 catalyst was prepared and used for the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO with C3 H6 in the presence of excess oxygen.The effects of Pt loading and O2 concentration on Pt/TiO2 catalytic performance for low-temperature SCR were investigated.It was found that optimal Pt loading was 0.5 wt.% and excess O2 favored low-temperature SCR of NOx.The mechanism of low-temperature SCR of NO with C3 H6 was investigated with respect to the behavior of adsorbed species over Pt/TiO2 at 150°C using in situ DRIFTS.The results indicated that surface nitrosyl species(Pt δ+-NO and Ti 3+-NO) and Pt 2+-CO are main reaction intermediates during the interactions of NO,C3 H6 and O2.A simplified NO decomposition mechanism for the low-temperature SCR of NO with C3 H6 was proposed.  相似文献

馆藏文物环境中氮氧化物和有机酸对文物材料的破坏性很大,净化难度很大。研究了气-固相下光催化耦合净化馆藏文物环境低浓度NOx与有机酸的效果,探讨了动力学过程。实验结果表明:负载型TiO2/γ-Al2O3光催化剂在可见光照条件下对馆藏文物保护环境下的有机酸和NOx都有良好的降解效果,可达到97%以上。净化效率受到初始浓度的影响较大,但在低浓度下NOx和有机酸之间没有明显的竞争抑制作用,光催化反应过程遵循表观一级反应动力学。  相似文献

The study on the removal of NOx from simulated flue gas has been carded out in a lab-scale bubbling reactor using acidic solutions of sodium chlorite. Experiments were performed at various pH values and inlet NO concentrations in the absence or presence of SO2 gas at 45℃. The effect of SO2 on NO oxidation and NO2 absorption was critically examined. The oxidative ability of sodium chlorite was investigated at different pH values and it was found to be a better oxidant at a pH less than 4. In acidic medium, sodium chlorite decomposed into C102 gas, which is believed to participate in NO oxidation as well as in NO2 absorption. A plausible NOx removal mechanism using acidic sodium chlorite solution has been postulated. A maximum NOx removal efficiency of about 81% has been achieved.  相似文献

 基于涡度相关技术,于2004年生长季对三江平原稻田CO2通量进行了观测.结果表明,CO2通量日变化特征明显;月平均的CO2通量日变化幅度很大,6~9月,夜间最大净排放通量分别为0.23,0.23,0.18,0.12mg/(m2·s);白天最大净吸收通量分别为-0.14,-0.68,-0.66,-0.22mg/(m2·s).白天CO2通量的变化与光合有效辐射明显相关,并且逐月变化.利用摩擦速度(U)的阈值进行筛选,夜间通量与温度之间无明显相关,同期观测的静态箱法结果表明,夜间通量与空气和土壤温度相关,整个生长季,生态系统从大气中吸收的C为5.30t/hm2.  相似文献
