利用人GCSF基因组基因和cDNA基因作为目的片段,将其受控于2.6kb的小鼠乳清酸蛋白(WAP)基因的调控区下,通过显微注射法获得了两只整合有人GCSF转基因小鼠,通过繁殖建立了稳定的转基因系.一些表型参数测定表明,转基因鼠与正常鼠无明显差别,为对转基因动物进行安全性评价提供了依据  相似文献

从广东省西江流域三个饮用水源地采集三个样品,分别分析其中两类持久性有机污染物—有机氯农药和多环芳烃的含量以及来源,从这两类污染物对水环境污染的角度初步判断饮用水源的安全性。首先采用液液萃取的方法对样品进行前处理,然后分别用GC.ECD和GC—MS测定有机氯农药和多环芳烃的含量。实验发现有机氯农药质量浓度在水相中为1.99ng·L^-1~ 4.76ng·L^-1,在颗粒相中为0.36ng·L^-1~0.68ng·L^-1;多环芳烃质量浓度在水相中为73.40ng·L^-1~865.89ng·L^-1,在颗粒相中为16.76ng·L^-1~19.31ng·L^-1。结果表明,六六六和滴滴涕质量浓度低于国标《生活饮用水水源水质标准》(CJ3020.93)的规定,同时苯并[a]芘也低于世界卫生组织《饮用水水质标准》的规定,而其它物质标准中均无规定。由此说明,就有机氯农药和多环芳烃这两类污染物在水中的含量来说,广东西江领域饮用水源是相对安全的。但是由于这两类污染物都具有很强的生物富集性,因此它们在水环境中的存在和作用也是不容忽视的。  相似文献

苦碟子联合华佗再造丸治疗脑梗死疗效观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
探讨苦碟子联合华佗再造丸治疗脑梗死的临床疗效安全性.将150例脑梗死的病人(头颅CT证实)随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组为74例,对照组为76例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予华佗再造丸加苦碟子治疗.两组均给予阿司匹林和脑保护剂.治疗两周即一个疗程后观察两组临床疗效和药物反应.随访1年,2组复发率被统计.治疗组有效率为84.4%,对照组有效率为57%.两组比较疗效差异有统计学意义.1年后脑梗死复发率治疗组为9.49%,对照组为21.05%.不良反应治疗组5例出现头晕,对照组4例出现腹胀,均未影响疗效.苦碟子联合华佗再造丸能改善脑梗死的治疗效果且耐受性好.表2,参5.  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background

The release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) may result in ecological impacts to be monitored. This series presents the state-of-art concerning the environmental monitoring of ecological impacts of GMOs. Since this monitoring is conducted by several authorities, the methodical comparability and spatial validity of the monitoring data is crucial. Thus, the respective fundamentals of philosophy of science and of statistics as well as the methodical standardisation form the focus of this article.

Main Features

At first, the monitoring requirements will be described from the viewpoint of ecology. Consequently, the GMO monitoring needs to be integrated into existing programmes. Exposure and effects of GMOs have to be monitored across the hierarchy of ecological organisation. For monitoring to be efficient and sufficient, the design must be founded in terms of philosophy of science and statistics. Hence the fundamentals concerning the verification of hypotheses represent another feature of this article. The data used for the verification of hypotheses must comply with quality criteria. One of these criteria is the spatial and temporal extrapolation of the monitoring results, which is the third feature in this introductory article.

Conclusions

The evaluation of hypotheses on GMO impacts requires the linkage to ecosystems research and environmental monitoring. These both are, in terms of methodology, complementary and of significant technical and scientific value for GMO monitoring.

Recommendations

GMO-monitoring should closely be connected with ecosystems research and environmental monitoring. The levels of ecological organisation should be covered as well as the exposure and the effects of GMOs. The expected GMO exposure and effects should be considered by localising the monitoring sites.

Perspectives

Further articles of this series will deal with network designing, GMO pollen monitoring and extrapolation of site-specific measurements and modelling results.  相似文献

In current debates on emerging technologies for plant breeding in Europe, much attention has been given to the regulatory status of these techniques and their public acceptance. At present, both genetically modified plants with cisgenic approaches—using genes from crossable species—as well as transgenic approaches—using genes from different species—fall under GMO regulation in the EU and both are mandatorily labelled as GMOs. Researchers involved in the early development of cisgenic GM plants convey the message that the potential use and acceptance of cisgenic approaches will be seriously hindered if GMO regulations are not adjusted. Although the similar treatment and labelling of transgenic and cisgenic plants may be a legitimate concern for the marketability of a cisgenic GM plant, there are concerns around their commercialization that reach beyond the current focus on (de)regulation. In this paper, we will use the development of the cisgenic GM potato that aims to overcome ‘late blight’—the most devastating potato disease worldwide—as a case to argue that it is important to recognize, reflect and respond to broader concerns than the dominant focus on the regulatory ‘burden’ and consumer acceptance. Based on insights we gained from discussing this case with diverse stakeholders within the agricultural sector and potato production in Norway during a series of workshops, we elaborate on additional issues such as the (technical) solution offered; different understandings of the late blight problem; the durability of the potato plant resistance; and patenting and ownership. Hence, this paper contributes to empirical knowledge on stakeholder perspectives on emerging plant breeding technologies, underscoring the importance to broaden the scope of the debate on the opportunities and challenges of agricultural biotechnologies, such as cisgenic GM plants. The paper offers policy-relevant input to ongoing efforts to broaden the scope of risk assessments of agricultural biotechnologies. We aim to contribute to the recognition of the complex socio-ecological, legal and political dimensions in which these technological developments are entangled as a means to acknowledge, discuss and respond to these concerns and thereby contribute to more comprehensive and responsible developments within agricultural biotechnology.  相似文献

Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) can have effects on the environment in a variety of ways. The Genetic Engineering Act (Gen TG) stipulates that, before a GMO may be used, its characteristics have to be assessed and its behaviour in the environment has to be estimated and evaluated. The Federal Environmental Agency is the first and hitherto only authority involved in the implementation of the Genetic Engineering Act to have presented a risk assessment concept, in order to ensure that consent decisions taken in the enforcement of the Act are comprehensible and comparable. This concept is presented, as are proposals for the envisaged revision which results from changes in the legal framework, notably the adoption of the Biosafety Protocol, the Convention on Biological Diversity and the new EU Deliberate Release Directive 2001/18/EC. In addition, the contribution discusses the role of the precautionary principle and possible implications for decision-making by the authorities. The precautionary principle demands that environmental risks and damage should be avoided as far as possible, or prevented from arising at the outset. A particular challenge when refining assessment concepts is the integration of nature conservation principles. These have been given insufficient attention to date. The contribution presents the results of a workshop on this subject, which was jointly organised by the Federal Environmental Agency and the Federal Nature Conservation Agency. Those participating in the workshop identified aspects which go beyond the scope of the Genetic Engineering Act and are derivee from the specific objective of biotope and species protection. Furthermore, the contribution addresses the provisions of the new Deliberate Release Directive 2001/18/EC on environmental risk assessment (e.r.a.). The aim of e.r.a., on a case-by-case basis is, to identify and evaluate potential adverse effects of the GMO, either direct and indirect, immediate or delayed, on human health and the environment, which the deliberate release or the placement of GMOs on the market may have. There exists a link to the definition of goals for a sustainable agriculture which have to be considered when assessing the impact of GMOs.  相似文献

随着抗虫和耐草甘膦除草剂转基因玉米的迅速推广和种植,其环境安全性也越来越成为人们关注的焦点。为探讨抗虫耐除草剂转基因玉米C0030.3.5(外源基因cry1Ab和epsps)对水生动物环境的安全性,以模式生物大型蚤(Daphnia magna)为指示生物,分别使用1.5 g·L~(-1)C0030.3.5玉米粉和其非转基因对照DBN318玉米粉饲喂大型蚤28 d,探讨C0030.3.5玉米对大型蚤生长和繁殖的影响。结果显示,C0030.3.5玉米粉组大型蚤与亲本DBN318组大型蚤相比,体长、存活率、新生幼蚤总数等没有显著性差异(P0.05)。28 d饲喂实验结果表明,抗虫耐除草剂玉米C0030.3.5没有对大型蚤生长和繁殖产生不良影响。上述研究结果为转基因玉米的商业化种植和安全管理提供科学数据。  相似文献

食品安全问题是直接关系到人民健康的重大民生问题。随着民众生活质量的不断提升,人们对食物质量的关注度越来越高。目前,重金属污染问题是食品安全的一个重要议题。而且,食物中重金属的生物可给性和生物有效性的测定结果已逐渐代替重金属的全量结果进行评价。因此,本文系统介绍了生物可给性和生物有效性的定义及相关关系,综述了生物可给性和生物有效性的多种研究方法的适用性及优缺点,并着重论述了饮食习惯和肠道微生物对重金属生物可给性和生物有效性的影响。研究结果表明:研究者应根据自己的研究目的选择不同的体外消化方法,饮食习惯和肠道微生物均极大的影响着食物中重金属的生物可给性和生物有效性。最后,本文对食物中重金属的生物可给性和生物有效性的研究提出了几点展望:一、需加强食物中重金属复合污染的研究;二、进一步加强肠道微生物对食物中重金属的生物可给性和生物有效性的影响的研究;三、特别需加强中式饮食习惯下对食物中重金属的生物有效性的影响的研究。  相似文献

人工纳米颗粒(engineered nanoparticles,ENPs)在被广泛应用的同时,其潜在的环境风险和对健康的影响引起国内外的广泛重视。植物是人们的主要食物来源,ENPs可能被植物吸收并累积在可食部分,随食物链进入人体而引起健康风险。因此,ENPs的植物毒性及其在植物中的吸收和累积受到越来越多的关注。总结了ENPs的植物毒性及植物对ENPs的吸收、运输和累积,讨论了可能的致毒机制、影响其毒性的因素以及植物的解毒机制,并对未来应该注重开展的研究进行了展望。  相似文献
