从土壤中分离、筛选得到一株高絮凝活性絮凝剂产生菌,TS-1,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌.通过六因素五水平正交设计实验,探讨了该菌产絮凝剂的最优条件.在最优条件为乳糖2%、蛋白胨1%、KH2PO4 0.2%、K2HPO4 0.2%、NaCl 0.05%、(NH4)2SO4 0.05%、MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%、pH 6.0、34℃、180r/min、摇床培养40h下,所产絮凝剂对4‰的高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效率为91.3%.  相似文献

通过筛选复配得到絮凝剂XN98,该絮凝剂由五种成分组成,其中以无机絮凝剂为主,含有少量有机絮凝剂。该絮凝剂处理油田聚合物驱含油污水效果良好,絮凝剂用量为50 mg/L时,处理后水质可以达到中、高渗透层含聚污水处理指标。絮凝剂XN98处理聚合物驱污水的药剂成本约为0.2元/t,约为PAC(聚铝)的三分之一。  相似文献

研究用壳聚糖、聚铝和助剂A复合制备出一种成本低、絮凝效果好、出水Al3 含量少的新型自来水处理絮凝剂,并确定其最佳配比(体积比)为:0.1%壳聚糖:2%聚合氯化铝:0.1%助剂A=1:6:5.与传统聚铝类絮凝剂相比,其出水浊度和Al3 含量分别下降了2.97%和10.7%,并且药剂成本下降6.25%,有明显的经济和环境效益.  相似文献

从土壤中分离、筛选得到一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,命名为B—27。考察了碳源、氮源、pH、温度、培养时间等多种因素对絮凝剂(命名MBF—27)絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,当碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为酵母膏、pH为7.0、温度为35℃、培养时间为72h时,絮凝剂MBF—27对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率可达93.8%。红外光谱扫描分析表明,该絮凝剂的主要成分为多糖类物质。同时,生物絮凝剂MBF—27对气田废水的COD和色度去除率分别达到60.77%和86.1%,优于传统的絮凝剂聚乙烯丙胺(PAM)和三氯化铁(FeCl3)。  相似文献

相对于传统絮凝剂而言,微生物絮凝剂具有絮凝范围广、絮凝活性高、安全无害、无二次污染、可为生物降解等优点。本文综述了微生物絮凝剂的发展历程,详细介绍了微生物絮凝剂的特性,分析了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝性能影响因素,指出被絮凝物质的性能、温度、pH值、金属离子、絮凝剂的浓度及附位点均对微生物的絮凝性能具有一定程度的影响。指出了当前微生物絮凝剂研究的不足及今后研究的侧重点,对开展微生物絮凝剂的研究具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

PAC和PAM复合絮凝剂在洗涤剂废水处理中的应用研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
絮凝性能的实验研究表明,PAC和PAM复合絮凝剂是处理洗涤剂废水的理想絮凝剂,采用该复合絮凝剂处理洗涤剂废水时的最佳操作条件如下:PAC用量为1.5g/L,PAM用量为10mg/L,pH值约为7.0,絮凝搅拌速度60r/min,絮凝搅拌时间30min,沉淀池沉淀时间为30min。该实验结果在中试规模的应用中得到了较好地验证,中试试验研究表明采用PAC和PAM复合絮凝剂处理洗涤剂废水,CODCr和LAS(直链烷基苯璜酸钠)去除率分别可达85%和72%以上,有效地解决了LAS难以生物降解等问题。  相似文献

The evaluation of bioflocculant, in comparison with traditional inorganic coagulants, for the removal of humic acids from landfill leachates stabilized by biological treatment, was performed using conventional jar-test coagulation experiments. The optimized conditions (pH and coagulant dosage) were identified for the treatment of synthetic solutions as well as for biologically pre-treated landfill leachates. It was found that the application of bioflocculant was quite efficient in the removal of humic acids from synthetic solutions as well as in the reduction of COD content from real landfill leachates. The optimal pH value was found to be between 7 and 7.5, while a 20 mg/l bioflocculant dosage was sufficient in providing more than 85% humic acid removal. The results were comparable with those obtained by the application of conventional coagulants such as alum or polyaluminum chloride; therefore, bioflocculant can be considered as a viable alternative in the treatment of landfill leachates applying coagulation.  相似文献

We compared the efficacy of matrix based fertilizers (MBFs) formulated to reduce NO3-, NH4+, and total phosphorus (TP) leaching, with Osmocoate 14-14-14, a conventional commercial slow release fertilizer (SRF) and an unamended control in three different soil textures in a greenhouse column study. The MBFs covered a range of inorganic N and P in compounds that are relatively loosely bound (MBF 1) to more moderately bound (MBF 2) and more tightly bound compounds (MBF 3) mixed with Al(SO4)3H2O and/or Fe2(SO4)3 and with high ionic exchange compounds starch, chitosan and lignin. When N and P are released, the chemicals containing these nutrients in the MBF bind N and P to a Al(SO4)3H2O and/or Fe2(SO4)3 starch-chitosan-lignin matrix. One milligram (8000 spores) of Glomus intradices was added to all formulations to enhance nutrient uptake. In all three soil textures the SRF leachate contained a higher amount of NH4+, NO3- and TP than leachate from all other fertilizers. In all three soils there were no consistent differences in the amount of NH4+, NO3- and TP in the MBF leachates compared to the control leachate. Plants growing in soils receiving SRF had greater shoot, root and total biomass than all MBFs regardless of Al(SO4)3H2O or Fe2(SO4)3 additions. Arbuscular mycorrhizal infection in plant roots did not consistently differ among plants growing in soil receiving SRF, MBFs and control treatments. Although the MBFs resulted in less plant growth in this experiment they may be applied to soils growing plants in areas that are at high risk for nutrient leaching to surface waters.  相似文献

Affected by natural and anthropogenic disturbances such as forest fires, insect-induced mortality and harvesting, forest stand age plays an important role in determining the distribution of carbon pools and fluxes in a variety of forest ecosystems. An improved understanding of the relationship between net primary productivity (NPP) and stand age (i.e., age-related increase and decline in forest productivity) is essential for the simulation and prediction of the global carbon cycle at annual, decadal, centurial, or even longer temporal scales. In this paper, we developed functions describing the relationship between national mean NPP and stand age using stand age information derived from forest inventory data and NPP simulated by the BEPS (Boreal Ecosystem Productivity Simulator) model in 2001. Due to differences in ecobiophysical characteristics of different forest types, NPP-age equations were developed for five typical forest ecosystems in China (deciduous needleleaf forest (DNF), evergreen needleleaf forest in tropic and subtropical zones (ENF-S), deciduous broadleaf forest (DBF), evergreen broadleaf forest (EBF), and mixed broadleaf forest (MBF)). For DNF, ENF-S, EBF, and MBF, changes in NPP with age were well fitted with a common non-linear function, with R(2) values equal to 0.90, 0.75, 0.66, and 0.67, respectively. In contrast, a second order polynomial was best suitable for simulating the change of NPP for DBF, with an R(2) value of 0.79. The timing and magnitude of the maximum NPP varied with forest types. DNF, EBF, and MBF reached the peak NPP at the age of 54, 40, and 32 years, respectively, while the NPP of ENF-S maximizes at the age of 13 years. The highest NPP of DBF appeared at 122 years. NPP was generally lower in older stands with the exception of DBF, and this particular finding runs counter to the paradigm of age-related decline in forest growth. Evaluation based on measurements of NPP and stand age at the plot-level demonstrates the reliability and applicability of the fitted NPP-age relationships. These relationships were used to replace the normalized NPP-age relationship used in the original InTEC (Integrated Terrestrial Ecosystem Carbon) model, to improve the accuracy of estimated carbon balance for China's forest ecosystems. With the revised NPP-age relationship, the InTEC model simulated a larger carbon source from 1950-1980 and a larger carbon sink from 1985-2001 for China's forests than the original InTEC model did because of the modification to the age-related carbon dynamics in forests. This finding confirms the importance of considering the dynamics of NPP related to forest age in estimating regional and global terrestrial carbon budgets.  相似文献

东江系广东及香港的饮用水源地,其源区包括江西省赣州市的寻乌、安远和定南3县。本研究在东江源区选取了3个典型村庄,调查农村生活垃圾的产生量及物理特性。调查发现:东江源区农村生活垃圾主要以厨余类垃圾为主,可达60%以上;其次是灰土类垃圾,可达12%以上,其他组分一般在10%以下。县级村人均垃圾产生量一般在0.2~0.47 kg·d^-1,平均0.36 kg·d^-1;镇级村人均垃圾产生量在0.18~0.35 kg·d^-1,平均0.29 kg·d^-1;普通村人均垃圾产生量在0.07~0.33 kg·d^-1,平均0.17 kg·d^-1。混合生活垃圾含水率与厨余类垃圾所占的比例呈显著线性相关(R^2=0.626,P=0.019)。混合垃圾平均热值在2329 kJ·kg-1,不适合直接进行焚烧处理。  相似文献

In this work the variation in the elimination capacity of a biofilter as a function of the gas flow and toluene concentration was studied. A bioreactor 0.75 m high x 14.5 cm diameter was used, divided into three equal stages, using compost to support the microorganisms, and sea shells to control the pH. The biofiltration of toluene was evaluated for flows between 0.12 and 0.73 m(3)h(-1) in a concentration range of 1-3.2 gm(-3). It was observed that on increasing the toluene inlet load by 90% (from 37 to 70 gm(3)h(-1)), the conversion by the biofilter varied by only 5% (from 98% to 93%). The biofiltration system used achieved elimination capacities of up to 82 gm(-3)h(-1) for a toluene load of 100 gm(-3)h(-1).  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-二极管阵列扫描测定地表水中溴氰菊酯的方法。溴氰菊酯经C18小柱富集,用6.0mL二氯甲影丙酮(1:1,v/v)洗脱,氮吹转换溶剂为甲醇并定容至1mL后由高效液相色谱仪进行分析,检测波长为270hm,通过保留时间与特征紫外吸收图谱定性,外标法定量。方法检出限1.0ug/L;线性范围1.0~97.0ug,/L,/相关系数0.9999;相对标准偏差7.7%-17.5%(n=6);回收率在90.6%~111.9%。方法简单,快速,经济环保。  相似文献

含铝污泥热解或焚烧残渣制备聚合氯化铝的研究,有利于实现污水处理过程投加的铝盐絮凝药剂的回收与高效循环利用,减少污染物排放和资源消耗。针对辽河油田欢三联稠油污水处理污泥的热解残渣具有较高铝含量的特点,开展采用盐酸进行铝溶出及制备聚合氯化铝的实验研究。结果表明:焙烧温度为700~750℃,焙烧时间控制在1h即可。将经过焙烧活化的残渣在常温下进行酸溶,酸溶时间为2~5h,选用25%~30%盐酸,氧化铝与盐酸的摩尔比为1∶1.0~1∶1.2为宜。将溶出的铝溶液制备聚合氯化铝,在常温下采用CaO粉末来调节pH值为3.5,聚合反应时间为1d,即可得聚合氯化铝溶液。  相似文献
