采集广东某大型城市生活垃圾焚烧厂一期(WI-A)和二期(WI-B)的进厂垃圾、渗滤液、飞灰、底渣和烟气样品,分析了各样品中砷、镉、钴、铬、铜、汞、镍、铅、锌共9种重金属含量,研究重金属的迁移特征。结果显示,9种重金属呈现4类不同的迁移特征,钴、铜、镍、铬主要迁移至底渣中,锌、砷、铅主要迁移至底渣和飞灰中,镉主要迁移至飞灰中,汞主要迁移至飞灰和烟气中。活性炭吸附和布袋除尘器的组合对除汞以外的重金属治理效果明显。WI-A和WI-B垃圾中的汞分别约有28%、37%随烟气排到环境中。 相似文献

Blood composition is commonly measured to assess exposure to and effects of metals on birds. In most of passerine species, only small volumes of blood may be sampled safely (<500 μL), which limit the measure of several markers of health status and chemical residues. Here, we documented the partitioning of Cd and Pb in the blood of European Blackbirds Turdus merula in order to propose usable relationships between whole blood concentrations (for which toxicological benchmarks exist) and those measured in the erythrocytes. Sixty-two blackbirds were trapped along a pollution gradient (smelter of Metaleurop Nord, Northern France). Blood was sampled and Cd and Pb concentrations were measured both in whole blood and in the erythrocytes only. Birds coming from the most contaminated sites exhibited high residues for both Cd and Pb. We assessed that 73% and 99% of Cd and Pb, respectively, were associated to erythrocytes. Strong linear relationships, that were not influenced by neither the age nor the sex, were established between whole blood residues and those of erythrocytes for Cd and Pb (adj-R2 = 0.78 and 0.93, respectively). Present findings are promising to optimize the use of small blood samples in order to investigate several responses relative to wildlife health status. 相似文献

为探讨不同土地利用方式下土壤养分和重金属元素垂直分布特征,对2种母质的自然土壤、耕作土壤、休耕土壤养分和重金属元素垂直分布状况进行了比较研究。结果表明:不同土地利用方式下土壤表层养分元素含量总体表现为休耕土壤>耕作土壤>自然土壤,土壤表层重金属含量总体表现为农田土壤(耕作土壤和休耕土壤)>自然土壤,耕作土壤与休耕土壤差异较小,土壤淀积层到母质层养分和重金属元素差异逐渐减小;土壤养分元素和Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd随土层深度的增加而减小,而Cr表现出相反的趋势;农田土壤耕作层有效钾含量最高可达215.6 mg·kg-1;耕作层Cd含量最高可达0.74 mg·kg-1。3种土地利用方式中,休耕土壤养分和重金属含量相对较高,建议在休耕期间种植伴矿景天等重金属高积累植物进行植物修复。 相似文献

Long-term applications of small concentrations of surfactants in soil via wastewater irrigation or pesticide application may enhance trace metal solubility. Mechanisms by which anionic surfactants (Aerosol 22, SDS and Biopower) affect trace metal solubility were assessed using batch, incubation and column experiments. In batch experiments on seven soils, the concentrations of Cu, Cd, Ni and Zn in the dissolved fraction of soils increased up to 100-fold at the high application rates, but increased less than 1.5-fold below the critical micelle concentration. Dissolved metal concentrations were less than 20% affected by surfactants in long-term incubations (70 days) up to the largest dose of 200 mg C kg−1 soil. Leaching soil columns with A22 (100-1000 mg C L−1) under unsaturated conditions increased trace metal concentrations in the leachates 2-4 fold over the control. Correlation analysis and speciation modelling showed that the increased solubility of metals upon surfactant application was more related to the solubilisation of soil organic matter from soil than to complexation of the metals with the surfactant. Organic matter from soil was solubilised in response to a decrease of solution Ca2+ as a result of Ca-surfactant precipitation. At environmentally relevant concentrations, surfactant application is unlikely to have a significant effect on trace metal mobility. 相似文献

以在江淮地区典型经济欠发达村镇(忠庙)构建的化粪池-土地处理系统为对象,研究了土地处理系统表层土壤中磷赋存形态及其转化过程。结果表明,土地处理系统表层土壤中TP含量在149.2~159.4 mg/kg之间,且在运行实验后其含量有所增加。在磷赋存形态方面,Ca-P占TP含量的百分比最高,达到33.1%,随后依次为Ex-P、Org-P、Fe-P和Oc-P,分别为26.1%、19.6%、14.2%和7.0%;在磷活性方面,活性磷(Ex-P和Fe-P)占TP含量的百分比较大,在运行实验后由38.0%增至40.3%,可能是由于惰性磷(Oc-P、Ca-P和Org-P)转化所致,而Org-P矿化速率大于其累积速率。相关性分析表明,除Ca-P外,其他各形态磷均与土壤pH不相关,而Org-P与OM、TP、Ex-P和Ca-P均呈正相关。 相似文献

Soil pollution data is also strongly scattering at small scale. Sampling of composite samples, therefore, is recommended for pollution assessment. Different statistical methods are available to provide information about the accuracy of the sampling process. Autocorrelation and variogram analysis can be applied to investigate spatial relationships. Analysis of variance is a useful method for homogeneity testing. The main source of the total measurement uncertainty is the uncertainty arising from sampling. The sample mass required for analysis can also be estimated using an analysis of variance. The number of increments to be taken for a composite sample can be estimated by means of simple statistical formulae. Analytical results of composite samples obtained from different fusion procedures of increments can be compared by means of multiple mean comparison. The applicability of statistical methods and their advantages are demonstrated for a case study investigating metals in soil at a very small spatial scale. The paper describes important statistical tools for the quantitative assessment of the sampling process. Detailed results clearly depend on the purpose of sampling, the spatial scale of the object under investigation and the specific case study, and have to be determined for each particular case. 相似文献

A historical input of trace metals into tidal marshes fringing the river Scheldt may be a cause for concern. Nevertheless, the specific physicochemical form, rather than the total concentration, determines the ecotoxicological risk of metals in the soil. In this study the effect of tidal regime on the distribution of trace metals in different compartments of the soil was investigated. As, Cd, Cu and Zn concentrations in sediment, pore water and in roots were determined along a depth profile. Total sediment metal concentrations were similar at different sites, reflecting pollution history. Pore water metal concentrations were generally higher under less flooded conditions (mean is (2.32 ± 0.08) × 10−3 mg Cd L−1 and (1.53 ± 0.03) × 10−3 mg Cd L−1). Metal concentrations associated with roots (mean is 202.47 ± 2.83 mg Cd kg−1 and 69.39 ± 0.99 mg Cd kg−1) were up to 10 times higher than sediment (mean is 20.48 ± 0.19 mg Cd kg−1 and 20.42 ± 0.21 mg Cd kg−1) metal concentrations and higher under dryer conditions. Despite high metal concentrations associated with roots, the major part of the metals in the marsh soil is still associated with the sediment as the overall biomass of roots is small compared to the sediment. 相似文献

为了明确淹水对土壤重金属浸出行为的影响及其作用机制,以实际场地重金属污染土壤为研究对象,开展了淹水实验。对淹水过程中土壤重金属的浸出浓度、氧化还原电位、pH、铁氧化物浓度及重金属形态等相关指标进行测定了分析。结果表明,淹水后,重金属浸出浓度随淹水时间呈现先增长后降低趋势。淹水初期(30 d),Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb浸出浓度分别增加了6.71%、4.03%、3.56%和4.55%。pH降低、有机质降解和铁氧化物还原溶解是导致重金属浸出浓度升高的主要原因。随淹水时间的持续增加,重金属浸出浓度逐渐降低并于90 d时趋于稳定。淹水结束时(180 d),Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb浸出浓度分别降低了23.78%、16.78%、15.48%和15.45%。重金属形态分析表明,淹水促使重金属赋存形态由酸可提取态转化为可还原态和可氧化态,降低了重金属活性;矿物成份分析证实了金属硫化铜物相的生成。新形成的无定形氧化铁对重金属的吸附作用和硫化物与重金属的化学沉淀作用是重金属浸出浓度降低的主要机制。该研究为淹水条件下重金属污染土壤风险控制提供了依据。 相似文献

Soil metal concentrations, inundation characteristics and abundances of 14 arthropod taxa were investigated in a moderately contaminated lowland floodplain along the Rhine River and compared to the hinterland. Internal metal concentrations were determined for the orders of Coleoptera (beetles) and Araneida (spiders) and were related to soil concentrations. The floodplain was characterized by larger arthropod abundance than the hinterland, in spite of recurrent inundations and higher soil metal concentrations. Most arthropod taxa showed increasing abundance with decreasing distance to the river channel and increasing average inundation duration. For Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn, significant relations were found between arthropod concentrations and concentrations in soil. Significant relations were few but positive, indicating that increasing soil concentrations result in increasing body burdens in arthropods. For arthropod-eating vertebrates, these results might imply that larger prey availability in the floodplain coincides with higher metal concentrations in prey, possibly leading to increased exposure to metal contamination. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to quantify 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) mineralization in soil profiles characteristic of hummocky, calcareous-soil landscapes in western Canada. Twenty-five soil cores (8 cm inner diameter, 50 to 125 cm length) were collected along a 360 m transect running west to east in an agricultural field and then segmented by soil-landscape position (upper slopes, mid slopes, lower slopes and depressions) and soil horizon (A, B, and C horizons). In the A horizon, 2,4-D mineralization commenced instantaneously and the mineralization rate followed first-order kinetics. In both the B and C horizons, 2,4-D mineralization only commenced after a lag period of typically 5 to 7 days and the mineralization rate was biphasic. In the A horizon, 2,4-D mineralization parameters including the first-order mineralization rate constant (k 1), the growth-linked mineralization rate constant (k 2) and total 2,4-D mineralization at the end of the experiment at 56 days, were most strongly correlated to parameters describing 2,4-D sorption by soil, but were also adequately correlated to soil organic carbon content, soil pH, and carbonate content. In both B and C horizons, there was no significant correlation between 2,4-D mineralization and 2,4-D sorption parameters, and the correlation between soil properties and 2,4-D mineralization parameters was very poor. The k 1 significantly decreased in sequence of A horizon (0.113% day?1) > B horizon (0.024% day?1) = C horizon (0.026% day?1) and in each soil horizon was greater than k 2. Total 2,4-D mineralization at 56 days also significantly decreased in sequence of A horizon (42%) > B horizon (31%) = C horizon (27%). In the A horizon, slope position had little influence on k 1 or k 2, except that k 1 was significantly greater in upper slopes (0.170% day?1) than in lower slopes (0.080% day?1). Neither k 1 nor k 2 was significantly influenced by slope position in the B or C horizons. Total 2,4-D mineralization at 56 days was not influenced by slope positions in any horizon. Our results suggest that, when predicting 2,4-D transport at the field scale, pesticide fate models should consider the strong differences in 2,4-D mineralization between surface and subsurface horizons. This suggests that 2,4-D mineralization is best predicted using a model that has the ability to describe a range of non-linear mineralization curves. We also conclude that the horizontal variations in 2,4-D mineralization at the field scale will be difficult to consider in predictions of 2,4-D transport at the field scale because, within each horizon, 2,4-D mineralization was highly variable across the twenty-five soil cores, and this variability was poorly correlated to soil properties or soil-landscape position. 相似文献

Abstract The relative biological availability of [benzene ring‐U‐14C] and Ctriazine‐U‐14C] anilazine for maize plants was studied in a degraded loess soil in a standardized microecosystem. The total uptake of radiocarbon in the course of the 4‐week experiment was 3.1 and 4 % respectively of the radioactivity applied if anilazine was uniformly mixed into the soil immediately before beginning the experiment. However, if anilazine was subjected to a degradation at 65 % of the maximum water holding capacity of the soil and temperatures varying daily between 16 and 27°C for 100 days before the plant experiment then the uptake was reduced to 0.4 or 0.7 % respectively. The uptake from soil with non‐extractable (bound) anilazine residues was similarly low. The mineralization rate of aged and bound anilazine residues was below 0.1 % of the radioactivity applied. Up to 2/3 of the radioactivity present in the soil after the plant experiment remained in the humic fraction. 相似文献

研究了Fe2+活化过硫酸钠产生的硫酸根自由基降解土壤中十溴联苯醚(PBDE-209)的效果,分别考察了Na2S2O8的用量、初始pH值、Na2S2O8与Fe2+摩尔比例、反应时间4个因素对降解效果的影响。通过正交实验确定了降解污染物的最优条件。结果表明,在Na2S2O8用量为0.8 mmol·kg-1,初始pH为5,Na2S2O8与Fe2+摩尔比为2:1,反应时间为30 min的最优条件下,降解率达96.36%。分子探针竞争实验表明体系中产生了硫酸根自由基。Fe2+活化过硫酸钠降解PBDE-209反应过程符合一级反应动力学。 相似文献

以《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618—1995)二级标准作为评价标准,采用以改进层次分析法确定权重的加权平均法对南京市郊典型蔬菜地的土壤重金属污染状况进行了评价。结果表明,研究区土壤中Cu、Pb、Cr的单因子污染指数平均值均小于1,含量超标率均不超过10.32%,而Cd的单因子污染指数平均值达2.15,含量超标率为84.13%,急需对该区土壤和受体做进一步的Cd污染深入调查或风险评估;研究区土壤重金属综合污染指数平均值为1.28,属玷污水平;利用ArcGIS 8.3软件进行土壤重金属污染的空间分布特征分析结果表明,研究区各元素的污染程度为Cd>Pb>Cu>Cr,各元素的污染格局较为相似,城市化活动对土壤污染贡献较大;研究区有81.16%的土壤重金属污染级别为玷污,3.78%处于本底级,15.06%处于安全级。 相似文献

以关中西部某铅锌厂周边农田为对象,研究了厂区周边土壤中7种重金属含量的水平及垂直分布特征,用Lars Hakanson潜在生态危害指数对重金属的危害程度进行了评价.研究表明,厂区周围土壤中重金属在水平分布上具有局部高度富集的特征.以厂区为中心,重金属水平分布主要在西北-东南方向上,地势低的土壤中重金属含量明显较高;重金属在垂直分布上主要富集在0~ 25 cm的表层土壤中,且随着深度的进一步增加,土壤中重金属浓度变化幅度减弱,基本趋于稳定.厂区周边Cd和Hg污染水平为重度污染,Pb污染水平为中度污染,潜在生态危害程度为重度. 相似文献

以采自湖南省嘉禾县重金属复合污染土壤为研究对象,采用城市污水处理石灰干化污泥作为稳定剂,对污染土壤进行稳定化处理,并采用TCLP和BCR连续提取法对稳定化效果进行分析和评价。研究结果表明,单独使用石灰干化污泥,TCLP浸出浓度随着干化污泥质量分数的增加而显著减少,干化污泥的质量分数为40%时,稳定化率最大为Zn-98.92%、Cd-99.06%、Pb-96.84%;但是干化污泥的高pH值导致稳定后土壤中As的浸出增加。为了恢复植物生长功能,经过亚铁盐和磷酸调节pH后,石灰干化污泥稳定过的土壤pH有效降低,同时亚铁盐和磷酸有利于促进Pb和Zn的稳定效果;但是对Cd的稳定有负面影响;另外,亚铁盐的加入同时可以减少As的浸出浓度。经处理后土壤中重金属形态由不稳定态转为稳定态,使重金属的浸出浓度明显降低,减少了土壤重金属的浸出毒性。该研究结果表明,石灰干化污泥可以作为资源回收利用,应用于重金属污染土壤的修复中,并能改善稳定后土壤适宜植物生长的理化性质。 相似文献

土壤/沉积物中重金属的污染问题越来越引起重视,而重金属在环境中的生态风险与其生物可利用性和生物有效性密切相关。在总结国内外研究的基础上,明确了重金属生物有效性和生物可利用性的定义;概述了用于研究土壤/沉积物中重金属生物有效性的生物模型(小鼠、猪、兔子等);总结了用于研究土壤/沉积物中重金属生物可利用性的几种体外方法,包括模拟人类肠胃消化(PBET、SBRC、UBM等)和底栖生物消化;分析了土壤/沉积物中重金属生物有效性和生物可利用性的关键影响因素(土壤/沉积物理化性质和分析方法)。提出了未来土壤/沉积物中重金属生物有效性和生物可利用性的研究方向,以期为重金属生态风险的评价和控制提供参考。 相似文献

采用浸泡实验法研究了氯化铁和硫酸铁对酸性土壤中有效态镉和铅污染的修复效果,结果表明,氯化铁和硫酸铁均能有效去除土壤有效态镉和铅污染,Fe(Ⅲ)用量为50~100 mmol/kg时,有效态Cd和Pb的去除效果可达70%~96%。氯化铁和硫酸铁能去除土壤中的水溶态、碳酸盐结合态、腐殖酸结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态和强有机结合态Cd和Pb及交换态Cd。氯化铁和硫酸铁对Cd均既有洗脱修复作用又有固定修复作用,且洗脱修复作用的贡献稍大;氯化铁用量较小时(50 mmol/kg)对Pb既有固定修复又有洗脱修复作用,固定修复作用稍大;用量较大时(100 mmol /kg),对Pb只有洗脱修复作用。硫酸铁对Pb的修复作用则以固定修复作用为主,洗脱修复作用很小。 相似文献
