通过现场实验,考查污泥干化床和污泥干化芦苇床稳定污泥过程中的腐殖质变化特征,重点分析了污泥腐殖化率和污泥腐殖化指数的变化情况。系统运行了3年,包括前2年的污泥负荷期和第3年的自然稳定期,检测分析在第3年进行。实验结果表明,污泥腐殖质含量历月变化不大,基本在1.1%~2.1%范围;总体上污泥的腐殖化率具有上升趋势,同一时间样品芦苇床中污泥的腐殖化率略高于干化床;污泥腐殖化指数呈上升趋势,但芦苇床略低于传统于化床;4-11月,干化床中的污泥腐殖化指数从0.079升高到0.742,芦苇床从0.042升高到0.715。经过3Y的稳定化处理,污泥的腐殖化程度和腐熟度得到有效提高。  相似文献

采用热重分析法,对生活污泥与煤以1∶1质量比混合的试样进行燃烧及热解实验研究,重点分析了升温速率对其热解及燃烧特性的影响,为煤泥混烧及热解技术的工业化应用提供理论支持。结果表明:煤泥混合样燃烧失重分为4个阶段,混燃过程中污泥与煤共同影响着混合试样的燃烧特性,随着升温速率从15 ℃·min-1增加到50 ℃·min-1,其可燃性指数C增幅达60%和综合燃烧特性指数S提高了4倍多,燃烧性能得到明显提高;煤泥混合样的热解失重分为2个阶段,各阶段热解的挥发份最大析出速率(dw/dt)max及挥发分析出特性指数D均随升温速率的升高而大幅增大,且试样总的挥发综合释放指数D从0.081 7×10-8K-3·min-2增大到5.868×10-8K-3·min-2,可见升温速率越高,煤泥混合物的热解性能越好。  相似文献

以碘吸附值为裂解残渣吸附性能的指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了制备裂解残渣的最佳工艺条件,并对残渣的表面元素组成、孔结构组成、晶相组成和吸附性能等性质进行了表征。结果显示:以浓度均为5 mol/L的ZnCl2和H2SO4作活化剂、复配比2∶1、活化温度600℃、活化时间1 h、固液比1∶2.5,制得的裂解残渣酸洗后碘值平均值可达892.8 mg/g;用制备的裂解残渣对苯酚废水进行处理,室温下振荡5 min,苯酚去除率即可达到87.9%,且符合Langmuir吸附等温线方程和Freundlich吸附等温线方程。  相似文献

使用非等温热重法,研究了淮北烟煤和神华烟煤在6种不同市政污泥掺混比条件下对混合燃烧特性的影响,并对混合燃烧过程的动力学特性进行了分析。实验结果表明:污泥与煤的混合燃烧特性从总体上表现为污泥与煤共同作用的结果,最优的污泥掺混比受到煤种的影响。在不同煤中污泥掺烧比少于20%对煤的活性影响较小。活化性能较差的淮北烟煤在污泥掺混比为30%时,在不同的温度区间分别表现出污泥与煤的反应特征。活化性能较好的神华烟煤在污泥掺混比为40%时表现这一趋势。  相似文献

利用差热-热重分析法和Coats-Redfern积分法,对杭州某污水处理厂污泥在不同升温速率下的热解特性及反应动力学特征进行研究。实验结果表明,热解温度从室温升至900℃时,污泥热解过程可分为4个失重阶段;升温速率对污泥热解转化率、挥发分析出温度以及最大失重率等热解特性参数都有显著影响。升温速率越高污泥最大失重率越大;而较低的升温速率延迟了污泥热解反应时间,导致污泥失重量相对较大。根据Coats-Redfern积分法计算结果,污泥在氮气氛围下的热解反应为二级反应模式。提高升温速率可显著增加污泥热解的表观活化能和频率因子。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to quantify the thermal conductivity of sewage sludge related to reaction temperature for the optimal design of a thermal hydrolysis reactor. We continuously quantified the thermal conductivity of dewatered sludge related to the reaction temperature. As the reaction temperature increased, the dewatered sludge is thermally liquefied under high temperature and pressure by the thermal hydrolysis reaction. Therefore, the bound water in the sludge cells comes out as free water, which changes the dewatered sludge from a solid phase to slurry in a liquid phase. As a result, the thermal conductivity of the sludge was more than 2.64 times lower than that of the water at 20℃. However, above 200℃, it became 0.704 W/m?°C, which is about 4% higher than that of water. As a result, the change in physical properties due to thermal hydrolysis appears to be an important factor for heat transfer efficiency.
ImplicationsThe thermal conductivity of dewatered sludge is an important factor the optimal design of a thermal hydrolysis reactor. The dewatered sludge is thermally liquefied under high temperature and pressure by the thermal hydrolysis reaction. The liquid phase slurry has a higher thermal conductivity than pure water.  相似文献

采用微波和烘箱结合及全程烘箱2种方式对城市污泥干化进行对比研究,考察了不同粒径、微波干化预处理、预处理时间及烘箱温度对污泥干燥特性的影响。结果表明,同一温度条件下,微波预处理时间越长,污泥干化速率越快。最优条件下,全程烘箱污泥达到最大干化速率的含水率为77%。微波干燥污泥具有时间短、干燥速率大的特点,微波和烘箱结合对比全程烘箱干化速率高且能耗低。  相似文献

污泥裂解过程对应的特殊形貌学特征能够反映污泥裂解进行程度,通过全程拍摄处于400%下的污泥裂解反应进程,得到反应不同阶段的图像序列,对该图像序列借助Image Pro Plus v6.3软件进行数字化处理,可以得到描述图像特征的量化值。通过对比各种形貌特征值后发现,污泥裂解过程中,被关注的区域主体面积(用像素表示)和光密度值呈现规律性变化。随污泥裂解进行,关注的区域主体面积从最初的52000像素降至最终的35000像素,污泥图像的基本色红绿蓝(RGB)三通道光密度值从最初的160~180降至最终的70,两者的变化规律与污泥的裂解过程密切相关,并且光密度值能够更加准确地表征污泥裂解进程。通过实验数据拟合,验证了平均光密度和裂解失重率呈线性关系,并且在特定条件下和反应时间的关系满足DoseResp函数,为实现污泥裂解自动化控制提供基础。  相似文献

采用综合热分析仪研究了空气气氛和富氧气氛下污水污泥和煤的燃烧曲线,分析比较氧浓度对污泥燃烧特性参数的影响,并计算得到各工况下的动力学参数。结果表明:随着氧浓度增加,污泥燃烧DTG曲线向低温区移动,着火温度和燃尽温度均降低,综合燃烧指数大大提高,污泥燃烧特性得到改善。可用两段一级反应动力学模型来较好的描述污泥的主要燃烧过...  相似文献

为了污泥与煤混合热解的实验研究及工程化应用提供初步的数据及理论支持,利用热重分析仪讨论了污泥与煤混合热解的主要影响因素(加热速率、热解终温及混合比例)以及动力学参数。结果表明:加热速率对污泥热解影响较小;混合物热解终温与煤的热解终温基本一致;煤在污泥(干基)中的添加比例小于50%有利于挥发分的产出;通过热解特性及动力学参数分析,得出混合物比单一物料更易分解,且两者存在一定的协同效应;建立了污泥与煤不同混合比例在有机质主要热解区间内的经验动力学方程,经具体混合比例验证,经验动力学方程推导出的动力学参数及TG曲线与实际实验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

城市脱水污泥常见的处置方式是焚烧、燃烧发电、堆肥后土地化利用和填埋等.无论采用哪种无害化、资源化处置方法,输送环节都是必不可少的.城市污泥管道输送技术是以管道输送设备为核心,融合城市污泥的预处理和处置工艺的集成化系统.通过对城市污泥的流变特性和输送特性实验测试,其流变方程符合幂定律关系式;通过环管实验拟合出了污泥在管道中的阻力损失与输送距离和输送流量之间的关系,经验证,其理论计算和实际测定基本相符,证明管道输送方式能够成功地应用于城市污泥的远距离输送,为城市污泥管道输送系统的优化设计提供了理论依据.  相似文献

The neutralization of wastewater treatment residues is an issue for many countries. The European Union (EU) legal regulations have limited the use of the residues in agriculture and implemented a ban for their disposal. Therefore, urgent action should be taken to find solutions for the safe disposal of sewage sludge. The problem refers in particular to the new EU member countries, including Poland, where one can now observe an intensive development of sewage system networks and new sewage treatment plants. At the same time, these countries have few installations for thermal sewage sludge utilization (e.g., there is only one installation of that type in Poland). Simultaneously, there are many coal-fired mechanical stoker-fired boilers in some of these countries. This paper presents suggestions for the production of granulated fuel from sewage sludge and coal slime. Additionally, among others, lime was added to the fuel to decrease the sulfur compounds emission. Results are presented of research on fuel with two average grain diameters (approximately 15 and 35 mm). The fuel with such diameters is adapted to the requirements of the combustion process taking place in a stoker-fired boiler. The research was aimed at identifying the behavior of the burning fuel, with special attention paid to its emission properties (e.g., to the emissions of oxides of nitrogen [NO(x)], sulfur dioxide [SO2], and carbon monoxide [CO], among others). The concentration and emission values were compared with similar results obtained while burning hard coal. The combustion process was carried out in a laboratory stand where realization of the large-scale tests is possible. The laboratory stand used made simulation possible for a wide range of burning processes in mechanical stoker-fired boilers.  相似文献

以城市综合污水处理厂污泥的浸提液对Daphnia magna的24h急性毒性为指标,研究了污泥放置时间与其毒性的关系。结果表明,污泥对Daphnia magna的急性毒性随旋转时间的增加逐渐增大,但在旋转两个月后毒性趋于稳定。对放置3d和84d的污泥,利用TIE(毒性鉴别评价)方法对其浸提液进行了毒物特性鉴别,结果表明,放置3d的污泥,浸提液毒性主要由酸性条件下易挥发的物质引起,放置84d的污泥浸提液中的毒物主要为金属离子和易与酸碱反应的物质。  相似文献

We investigated the effects of various factors on the aerobic degradation of nonylphenol (NP) in sewage sludge. NP (5 mg/kg) degradation rate constants (k1) calculated were 0.148 and 0.224 day−1 for the batch experiment and the bioreactor experiment, respectively, and half-lives (t1/2) were 4.7 and 3.1 days, respectively. The optimal pH value for NP degradation in sludge was 7.0 and the degradation rate was enhanced when the temperature was increased and when yeast extract (5 mg/l) and surfactants such as brij 30 or brij 35 (55 or 91 μM) were added. The addition of aluminum sulfate (200 mg/l) and hydrogen peroxide (1 mg/l) inhibited NP degradation within 28 days of incubation. Of the microorganism strains isolated from the sludge samples, we found that strain CT7 (identified as Bacillus sphaericus) manifested the best degrading ability.  相似文献

提出了一种利用餐厨废油为热交换介质,在常压下对城市污水厂污泥进行油炸干化制成固体燃料,以实现城镇两大废弃物一污泥和餐厨废油综合处置的方法。以大豆油模拟餐厨废油,研究了污泥油炸干燥特性及过程影响参数。实验结果表明,污泥经油炸干化后,干基含水率从初始的4.56kg/kg降低至0.05kg/kg,干基含油率升为0.37~0.47kg/kg,干污泥热值达到21.551~24.082MJ/kg,是一种高热值固体燃料。油温对污泥油炸干化过程影响显著,当油温从120℃升至180℃时,污泥干燥时间从28min缩短至4min。实验条件下,1t餐厨废油可处理约8.3t湿污泥。  相似文献

为实现厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)包埋填料在城市污水中的稳定脱氮,以除碳后的生活污水作为进水,通过间歇曝气的运行方式,研究了高氨氮废水处理系统中的厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥(AnGS)及利用其制成的Anammox包埋填料在生活污水CANON工艺中的脱氮性能及微生物群落结构。结果表明,在生活污水CANON工艺启动过程中,AnGS系统的氨氮去除率和总氮去除率最高分别仅为65.9%和59.3%,而包埋填料后在启动仅10 d后,氨氮去除率和总氮去除率分别可达98.9%和72.4%以上,同时出水NH4+-N和TN均能满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)》中一级A的排放要求。提高曝气阶段的DO质量浓度(2.9~3.1 mg·L−1提升到3.9~4.1 mg·L−1)会导致包埋填料出水NO3-N 质量浓度增长至9.7~11.1 mg·L−1,从而破坏CANON工艺中的短程硝化导致出水总氮不达标。但将DO浓度恢复后,包埋填料CANON工艺的脱氮效果能够恢复。运行后的包埋填料中AAOB主要菌属Candidatus KueneniaCandidatus Brocadia的占比为21.11%和1.04%,同时NOB主要菌属为Nitrospira,占比仅为0.53%,包埋填料在生活污水中能够保持AAOB菌群优势并有效抑制NOB的增长,因此将包埋固定化技术用于城市污水CANON工艺脱氮中具有广阔的前景。  相似文献

Deficient sanitation poses a serious threat to human and animal health, involving complex relationships between environments, animals, refuse, food, pathogens, parasites, and man. However, by sanitizing and stabilizing the organic matter of sewage sludge, agriculture can utilize it to maintain soil, water, and air quality. As ingredients in soil amendments, such bioresidues are a source of nutrients for plants. Stabilization and sanitation of sewage sludge safely couple its recycling and disposal. This coupling becomes increasingly important as economic and environmental constraints make strategies for waste disposal more difficult to apply. The occurrence of viruses, bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and zooparasites in sewage sludge is reviewed in this article, and consequential epidemiologic concerns that arise from sewage sludge recycling is also addressed.  相似文献

This work showed that sewage sludge could be a strong candidate for biodiesel production. High lipid content (18–20%) with C16?18-carbon range was experimentally identified and measured. These lipids from sewage sludge were converted into biodiesel via the transesterification reaction with MgO–CaO/Al2O3 derived from magnesium slag, and biodiesel conversion was ~98%. The experimental work enabled explaining that temperature is the main driving force for the transesterification reaction, which can be enhanced in the presence of CO2. This also enables combination of esterification of free fatty acids and transesterification of triglycerides into a single process within 1 min in the temperature range of 350–500 °C. Sewage sludge residue after extracting lipids was also a good feedstock for recovering energy via thermo-chemical processes. The impact of CO2 co-feed on the pyrolysis/gasification process of SS residue was also investigated in this work. The CO2 injected into the thermo-chemical process remarkably increased the generation of CO by a factor of 2. Moreover, the introduction of CO2 into the pyrolysis/gasification process enabled reducing condensable hydrocarbons (tar) by expediting cracking; thus, utilizing CO2 as chemical feedstock for the gasification process not only leads to higher thermal efficiency but also has environmental benefits.  相似文献

对天津凌庄自来水厂的给水厂污泥和天津东郊污水处理厂的污水厂污泥的成分进行了分析,在此基础上根据焙烧陶粒的原理,设计了以2种污泥为原料焙烧陶粒的工艺流程。通过实验,研究了其工艺过程中的影响因素并确定了工艺参数。性能检验结果表明,添加量为30%的混合污泥陶粒,在1 140℃焙烧5 min,可得到强度标号为40 MPa的高强陶粒。因此,以2种污泥为原料烧制陶粒的处置方法可行,并能带来一定的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。得到的产品符合国标中高强陶粒的要求,可广泛应用于建筑行业中的承重结构。  相似文献
