基于氧化/吹扫捕集-冷原子荧光光谱法,建立了准确测定海水中痕量总汞的方法.采用硫酸和过硫酸钾体系氧化海水样品,盐酸羟胺预还原,再经氯化亚锡将全部的汞离子还原为单质汞,原位吹扫和金汞齐捕集,在波长253.7 nm处原子荧光光谱法分析测定.结果表明:该方法回收率为94%—104%,精密度相对标准偏差为2.1%—3.6%,方法检出限为0.1 ng·L-1,测定下限为0.4 ng·L-1,与现行国标方法相比,该方法增加了原位吹扫捕集的前处理步骤,因而灵敏度更高,检出限更低,也具有很好的稳定性.用不同海区实际海水样品进行验证,结果显示,该方法满足实际样品的分析需求,建议在海水水质的汞监测领域能够拓展应用.  相似文献

本文就柘溪水库库区梯级桔园生草覆盖的生态效益进行了分析。结果表明,梯级桔园生草覆盖有效地控制了水土流失,改善了土壤理化性能,达到了保土保水保肥的目的;还可调节桔园小气候,为桔园生产创造了良好的生态环境,有利于柑桔的稳产高产。  相似文献

本文采用造孔剂法制备了以埃洛石(HAL)为添加剂的硅藻土(DE)基多孔陶瓷,并以该多孔陶瓷为载体,通过原位生长法制备了锰基硅藻土多孔陶瓷催化剂.探究了造孔剂的种类和含量对多孔陶瓷结构与形貌以及对催化剂脱硝性能的影响.采用XRD、SEM、XPS等方法对多孔陶瓷以及催化剂的理化性质进行了表征,结果表明,造孔剂的种类与含量影响多孔陶瓷的结构与形貌,更粗糙的表面和更高的孔隙率为MnOx提供了更多的附着位点.此外,选取适当的造孔剂可以促进所制备样品表面原子价态分布,提升表面酸性位点含量,并增强其氧化还原能力,增强催化剂的脱硝性能.  相似文献

我国是碳酸钡生产大国,其生产过程中产生了大量的钡渣,属于危险固体废物.该文通过对国内外钡渣生产的污染现状和理化特性的介绍,结合文献资料,对有关钡渣处理利用的无害化处理、资源化利用、综合减量化等3个方面进行综述,并对其优缺点进行了分析.基于此,该研究以“以废治废”为思路,提出以废物协同处理为主要手段的未来综合发展方向,实现钡渣资源利用的环境效益和经济效益最大化,有效避免环境污染和资源浪费问题,以期为我国钡化合物环保、循环、绿色的处理处置技术应用提供参考.  相似文献

假单胞菌L-11菌体与其胞外产物可以作为一种很好的防蜡剂,对L-11的发酵条件进行了优化,确定了最适发酵培养基的配方,发酵培养基以葡萄糖、蛋白胨为其最适碳、氮源,防蜡剂生产的发酵条件为:前16h的发酵温度为35℃,后期将温度降至20℃,发酵液的pH=4.5为发酵终点,此时发酵液在内条件下的防蜡率为78%,将上述所得菌液在大庆油田做了防蜡实验,结果表明,注入L-11的油井洗井周期有所延长,实验证明了L-11的发酵液可以作为一种经济、有效的蜡剂。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Food system activities have modified 40% of the Earth’s terrestrial surface. These activities affect the sustainability of food systems – and their ability to provide agroecosystem services. Here, we compare three food systems in Bolivia. One is agro-industrial (soybean), one is indigenous to a Guarani community (maize and beans), and one is an agroecological, horticulture-based food system. We use the Agroecosystem Service Capacity (ASC) approach, which is based on a list of 23 agroecosystem services that allow the ASC index of farm-based agroecosystems to be estimated. Our findings show that agroecological (ASC = 2.57) and indigenous (ASC = 2.43) farm-based agroecosystems have a higher capacity to provide farm-based agroecosystem services than the agro-industrial (ASC = 0.82). This capacity differs because farmers in the agroecological and indigenous farm-based agroecosystems achieve a higher structural diversity and know how to use more agroecosystem services. These results could promote more sustainable food systems by fostering agricultural landscapes that provide a diversity of farm-based agroecosystem services.  相似文献

Understanding the biophysical foundation of agroecosystems is critical to achieve sustainable results. This paper focuses on the efficient flow of materials within an agroecosystem from cropping to livestock-raising and endeavours to establish a functional model of the relationship between motive power and resistance with efficiency measured in terms of material flow within the system. An efficiency constant (K) was created by modeling five integrated factors in the cultivation–husbandry system: single-harvest yield, multiple crop index, waste of forage, feed conversion ratio and circulation volume. Results of a test modeling of K at three sites in north China indicate that small scale agroecosystems are sensitive to material flows and the resulting pressure such flows place on system efficiency.  相似文献

The dwindling forests of the Central Himalaya are suffering from serious losses, threatening the subsistence population of the region. This study analyses the rate of consumption of fodder and firewood in a Central Himalayan catchment and estimates the carrying capacity of the catchment for these resources. Estimates indicate that the carrying capacity of the natural ecosystems and agroecosystems, in terms of availability of fodder and fuelwood resources, has already been exceeded.  相似文献

In this study, we analysed the indigenous practices of agro-biodiversity, changing patterns of cropping systems and conservation of agriculturally important natural resources of rice–wheat-based agroecosystems. The research was carried out in three villages of Azamgarh district, eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. Participatory approaches and personal interviews were combined to collect the data from 180 farmers. The results indicated that resource-poor (RP) farmers, by applying traditional practices of natural resource conservation, outperform their rich (RR) counterparts in conserving agro-biodiversity. Increase in irrigation facilities, adoption of improved crop varieties, commercialisation of farming and socio-economic changes have threatened the agro-biodiversity and related natural resources of these agroecosystems. For most of the crops, the RP farmers had better production stability as compared to the RR ones because the former tend to apply more sustainable and ecologically sound indigenous practices. A negative growth rate was observed in the area/numbers and production of legumes, livestock, pasture lands and community forestry. Women, who are the local custodians of conserving indigenous biodiversity (uncultivated species) and crop varieties through localised knowledge and sociocultural institutions, had significantly higher knowledge on agro-biodiversity than men. We concluded that integration of farmers’ eco-friendly practices with formal science and policy-making in a participatory mode may enhance sustainability of functions of agroecosystem leading to the strengthening of adaptive practices in changing climate and socio-economic scenario.  相似文献

Designing agroecosystems that are compatible with the conservation of biodiversity is a top conservation priority. However, the social variables that drive native biodiversity conservation in these systems are poorly understood. We devised a new approach to identify social–ecological linkages that affect conservation outcomes in agroecosystems and in social‐ecological systems more broadly. We focused on coastal agroforests in Fiji, which, like agroforests across other small Pacific Islands, are critical to food security, contain much of the country's remaining lowland forests, and have rapidly declining levels of native biodiversity. We tested the relationships among social variables and native tree species richness in agroforests with structural equation models. The models were built with data from ecological and social surveys in 100 agroforests and associated households. The agroforests hosted 95 native tree species of which almost one‐third were endemic. Fifty‐eight percent of farms had at least one species considered threatened at the national or international level. The best‐fit structural equation model (R2 = 47.8%) showed that social variables important for community resilience—local ecological knowledge, social network connectivity, and livelihood diversity—had direct and indirect positive effects on native tree species richness. Cash‐crop intensification, a driver of biodiversity loss elsewhere, did not negatively affect native tree richness within parcels. Joining efforts to build community resilience, specifically by increasing livelihood diversity, local ecological knowledge, and social network connectivity, may help conservation agencies conserve the rapidly declining biodiversity in the region.  相似文献

Strategies for conserving plant diversity in agroecosystems generally focus on either expanding land area in non-crop habitat or enhancing diversity within crop fields through changes in within-field management practices. In this study, we compare effects on landscape-scale species richness from such land-sharing or land-sparing strategies. We collected data in arable field, grassland, pasture, and forest habitat types (1.6 ha sampled per habitat type) across a 100-km2 region of farmland in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA. We fitted species-area relationships (SARs) for each habitat type and then combined extrapolations from the curves with estimates of community overlap to estimate richness in a 314.5-ha landscape. We then modified these baseline estimates by adjusting parameters in the SAR models to compare potential effects of land-sharing and land-sparing conservation practices on landscape richness. We found that species richness of the habitat types showed a strong inverse relationship to the relative land area of each type in the region, with 89 species in arable fields (66.5% of total land area), 153 in pastures (6.7%), 196 in forests (5.2%), and 213 in grasslands (2.9%). Relative to the baseline scenario, major changes in the richness of arable fields produced gains in landscape-scale richness comparable to a conversion of 3.1% of arable field area into grassland habitat. Sensitivity analysis of our model indicated that relative gains from land sparing would be greatest in landscapes with a low amount of non-crop habitat in the baseline scenario, but that in more complex landscapes land sharing would provide greater gains. These results indicate that the majority of plant species in agroecosystems are found in small fragments of non-crop habitat and suggest that, especially in landscapes with little non-crop habitat, richness can be more readily conserved through land-sparing approaches.  相似文献

运用土壤生物和养分指标讨论了不同农田土壤肥力可持续性指数。结果表明, 不同施肥处理对土壤肥力可持续性指数有很大影响。有机肥明显提高土壤碳、氮和生物管理指数。单施化肥促进土壤磷、钾管理指数的上升。厩肥比绿肥更有利于提高土壤肥力可持续性指数。与参比土壤相比, 化肥处理的土壤肥力可持续性指数平均每年都增长, 红壤为5 . 63 , 水稻土为5 . 8 , 潮土为4 . 83 ; 而对照处理的土壤肥力可持续性指数平均每年都下降, 红壤为5 . 6 , 水稻土为6 . 58 , 潮土为4 . 56 。不同施肥方式对土壤肥力可持续性指数的影响顺序为有机肥、有机肥配施化肥> 化肥> 参比土壤> 对照。  相似文献
