The biodegradation conducted by microorganisms on herbicide glyphosate (N-phosphonomethylglycine) was investigated. Five strains of filamentous fungi belonging to the Fusarium genre were grown on Czapeck medium without phosphorous and supplemented with the addition of glyphosate. The assays were conducted to determine the ability of use as a phosphorous source, the inhibition caused by presence of herbicide, and the biodegradation in shaker and bioreactor by Fusarium strains. It was observed that the herbicide did not show any negative effect on microrganisms by quantity of the biomass. Among the strains tested, no inhibition was noted by the addition of glyphosate even at a high concentration. All strains studied were able to biodegrade it and use the herbicide as a phosphorous source. The formation of consortium was not better than the strains tested in pure culture. The biodegradation in the bioreactor was better than in the shaker. However, there wasn't any influence on biodegradation rate by changing the amount of oxygen in the system.  相似文献

研究了稻草秆粉介质中白腐菌对吲哚和吡啶的降解.实验结果表明,质量浓度分别为200、80 mg/L左右的吲哚可被白腐菌去除99%以上,质量浓度为74 mg/L吡啶的去除率为61.5%;白腐菌在稻草秆粉培养体系中对吲哚和吡啶的降解,符合零级反应动力学,其中反应速率常数K(高浓度吲哚)>K(低浓度吲哚)>K(吡啶);高低浓度吲哚和吡啶3个降解体系的漆酶活力在第6天达到最大;漆酶在吲哚和吡啶降解过程中起着较重要的作用,但酶活的变化与吲哚和吡啶的相对去除率不呈线性相关,稻草秆粉培养基中的介质和培养环境在降解过程中可能也起着重要作用.  相似文献

Abstract

Biodegradation of chlorpyrifos was studied in liquid culture media amended with either single or combined eight different plant pathogenic fungi isolated from the continuous cropping wheat fields. The average recovery of chlorpyrifos from the liquid media was found to be 86.1%. The detection limit of chlorpyrifos by the analytical method used was 19 ppb. Data showed that the growth of mixed fungi at concentrations up to 200 ppm of chlorpyrifos was higher than in the control treatment. Chlorpyrifos concentrations declined in the medium of combined fungi more than it did in the medium of any single fungus with increase in the incubation period. The amount of chlorpyrifos recovered was 79.8 ppm (39.9%) in the combined fungal cultures after 21 days. However, those recovered from the media of Fusarium graminearum, F. oxysporum, Rhizoctonia solani, Cladosporhim cladosporiodes, Cephalosporium sp., Trichoderma viridi, Alternaria alternata, and Cladorrhinum brunnescens, ranged from 48.0 to 74.8%. The half‐life value (T1/2) for chlorpynfos was 15.8 day in the medium amended with mixed fungi. However, for the single cultures it ranged from 19.3 to 33.0 day.  相似文献

采用Fenton氧化-序批式膜生物反应器(SBMBR)组合工艺处理干法腈纶废水。结果表明,在废水初始pH值为3.0,H2O2投加量为90.0 mmol/L,Fe2+投加量为20.0 mmol/L,反应时间为2.0 h的条件下,Fenton氧化预处理对腈纶生产废水的COD去除率达到47.0%以上,COD由1 091 mg/L降至560 mg/L,废水的BOD5/COD由0.32升至0.69,废水的可生化性得到显著提高。Fenton处理出水与丙烯腈废水等比例混合后,采用SBMBR进行生化处理,在水力停留时间为24 h,90 min缺氧/150 min好氧交替运行的条件下,COD、NH4+-N和TN的平均去除率分别为71.7%、97.2%和47.4%,碳源不足是限制TN去除效果的主要影响因素。在无外加碳源的条件下,组合工艺处理后出水COD和NH4+-N浓度分别为117 mg/L和1.7 mg/L,出水水质可以稳定达到国家一级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。  相似文献

The white rot fungus Stereum hirsutum was used to degrade methoxychlor [2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethane] in culture and the degraded products were extensively determined. The estrogenic activity of the degraded products of methoxychlor was examined using cell proliferation and pS2 gene expression assays in MCF-7 cells. S. hirsutum showed high resistance to methoxychlor 100 ppm, and the mycelial growth was fully completed within 8 days of incubation at 30°C. Methoxychlor in liquid culture medium was gradually converted into 2,2-dichloro-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethane, 2,2-dichloro-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylene, 2-chloro-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl) ethane, 2-chloro-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl) ethylene, and 1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylene, indicating that methoxychlor is dominantly degraded by dechlorination and dehydrogenation. MCF-7 cells were demonstrated to proliferate actively at the 10?5 M concentration of methoxychlor. However, cell proliferation was significantly inhibited by the incubation with methoxychlor culture media containing S. hirsutum. In addition, the expression level of pS2 mRNA was increased at the concentration (10?5 M) of methoxychlor. The reductive effect of S. hirsutum for methoxychlor was clear but not significant as in the proliferation assay.  相似文献

以有机磷农药-草甘膦为目标污染物,利用光电芬顿方法对其进行降解研究。研究汇总考察了电流强度、初始pH、Fe2+浓度、草甘膦初始浓度、光种类及通入背景气体种类对草甘膦降解效果的影响。实验结果表明:电流强度越大,草甘膦初始浓度越低,草甘膦降解效果越好;草甘膦在pH=2.0~3.0的酸性体系中降解效果最好;Fe2+浓度升高,草甘膦降解效果增强。在电流为0.36 A、初始pH=3.0、Fe2+浓度为1.0 mmol·L-1、通入100 mL·min-1 O2条件下,以365 nm紫外光照射的光电芬顿反应降解初始浓度为84.5 mg·L-1的草甘膦溶液,处理360 min后溶液矿化率可达64.5%。  相似文献

利用草甘膦生产废水中接近饱和的NaC1与丙醇形成的双水相体系分离富集废水中部分残留的草甘膦铵盐,达到了资源循环利用和资源的高效回收.通过分析表面活性剂种类及用量,pH,丙醇质量分数和NaC1质量分数4个因素确定了最佳萃取条件.最后对该方案进行仿真验证,表明利用该方案对实际废水的处理比较理想,实现了90.7%的高回收率,完全符合工业化要求.  相似文献

采集内蒙霍林河煤矿褐煤样品,加工成粒径0.38~0.83 mm作为吸附剂,对模拟草甘膦废水进行动态吸附实验。考察了吸附柱高(3、5和10 cm)、草甘膦初始浓度(0.5%、0.75%和1.0%)、流速(1、2和3 mL/min)、pH(9、11和13)和离子强度(IS, 0.001、0.01和0.1 mol/L)对草甘膦的吸附穿透曲线和传质区长度的影响。实验结果表明,降低柱高、增大初始浓度、提高流速、增加离子强度均会使穿透时间提前,pH变化对穿透时间影响很小;柱高、初始浓度、流速、IS和pH引起的传质区长度的平均变化率绝对值分别为0.675、6.300、1.625、47.727和0.263,可见,与柱高、初始浓度和流速相比,IS对传质区长度的影响较大,pH影响较小。低浓度条件下,吸附穿透曲线的实验数据符合BDST模型拟合条件(R2 >0.99),在仅改变柱高或流速时,穿透时间理论值与实测值的最大误差均为5.71%,运用该模型能够准确地预测褐煤吸附柱的操作时间。  相似文献

研究白洋淀表层水(白洋淀原水)、无机盐培养基、无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水中双酚A在白腐真菌作用下的生物降解规律,同时考察了细菌及pH等因素对降解率的影响.实验结果表明,白洋淀原水中双酚A在白腐真菌作用下的降解率很高.甚至高于最适营养条件(无机盐培养基)下双酚A的降解率.在6 d达到完全降解.但是无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水抑制了白腐真菌对双酚A的降解;当细菌存在时.白腐真菌与细菌对碳源和能源等形成了竞争关系,抑制了白腐真菌的生长.不利于白腐真菌对双酚A的降解;无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水在初始pH-6.00时双酚A的降解率高于初始pH=7.00时双酚A的降解率.通过气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析.白腐真菌降解双酚A的中间产物包括2-对羟苯基-2-酮基-1-乙醇、2-羟基苯乙酸和丙二酸等小分子酸.  相似文献

针对生猪养殖废水处理过程中普遍存在的脱氮效果不佳,工艺流程较长等问题,采用中试规模序批式膜生物反应器(SMBR)处理生猪养殖废水,并与猪场现有废水处理A2/O工艺进行了比较。结果表明:SMBR在运行温度逐步降低的情况下,可以取得较好的污染物去除效果,氨氮平均出水浓度为10 mg·L−1,去除率达到98.6%;总氮平均出水浓度为31 mg·L−1,去除率达到96.5%;COD为332 mg·L−1,去除率达到96.5%。猪场现有A2/O工艺对氨氮、总氮和耗氧有机物的去除率分别为99%、88%和97%。高通量测序和OUT分类结果表明,SMBR中主要的AOB为Nitrosomonas,NOB主要为Nitrospira、NitrobacterNitrolancea。AOB是SMBR主要的硝化细菌,NOB是A2/O工艺中主要的硝化细菌,并且反硝化细菌在SMBR中的菌群丰度高于A2/O工艺中的反硝化菌群丰度。综上所述,与A2/O工艺相比,SMBR具有短流程和脱氮效果较好等优势,这可使其具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

The effect of six glyphosate concentrations on growth rate and aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) production by Aspergillus section Flavi strains under different water activity (aW) on maize-based medium was investigated. In general, the lag phase decreased as glyphosate concentration increased and all the strains showed the same behavior at the different conditions tested. The glyphosate increased significantly the growth of all Aspergillus section Flavi strains in different percentages with respect to control depending on pesticide concentration. At 5.0 and 10 mM this fact was more evident; however significant differences between both concentrations were not observed in most strains. Aflatoxin B1 production did not show noticeable differences among different pesticide concentrations assayed at all aW in both strains. This study has shown that these Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus strains are able to grow effectively and produce aflatoxins in high nutrient status media over a range of glyphosate concentrations under different water activity conditions.  相似文献

采用实时控制序批式膜生物反应器(sequencing batch membrane bioreactor,SMBR)工艺处理某种猪场的养殖粪尿污水,通过pH实时曲线上的"氨谷点"对曝气时间进行实时控制实现短程硝化。小试反应器10个月的连续运行结果表明,利用曝气时间实时控制实现了稳定的亚硝态氮累积。短程硝化启动后,SMBR对COD和TN的平均去除率分别达到95.5%和92.4%,亚硝态氮积累率可维持在85%以上。高通量测序与OTU分类的结果表明,实时控制下SMBR内NOB逐渐被淘洗,而AOB得到了富集。从反应器启动初期到获得稳定短程硝化(反应器运行200 d),AOB丰度提高了55倍,而对应的NOB丰度降低了2倍。此外,AOB的绝对数量与DO呈显著负相关(r=-0.846,0.01 p 4+-N浓度呈显著正相关(r=0.45,0.01p 4+-N的积累有利于AOB的富集。因此,利用曝气时间实时控制实现短程硝化是一种面向群落结构优化的控制方法,有利于短程硝化系统长期稳定的运行,具有实际应用价值和工程意义。  相似文献

This study investigated the biodegradation of the phthalate esters (PAEs) di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in sludge and sludge-amended soil. DBP (100 mg kg?1) and DEHP (100 mg kg?1) were added to sewage sludge, which was subsequently added to soil. The results showed that sewage sludge can degrade PAEs and the addition of sewage sludge to soil enhanced PAE degradation. Sludge samples were separated into fractions with various particle size ranges, which spanned 0.1–0.45 μm to 500–2000 μm. The sludge fractions with smaller particle sizes demonstrated higher PAE degradation rates. However, when the different sludge fractions were added to soil, particle size had no significant effect on the rate of PAE degradation. The results from this study showed that microbial strains F4 (Rhodococcus sp.) and F8 (Microbacterium sp.) were constantly dominant in the mixtures of soil and sludge.  相似文献

In terms of food safety, species of the Fusarium, Aspergillus and Penicillium genera are considered the most significant because they produce the great majority of known mycotoxins. Developing resistance against commonly used fungicides have become a critical problem in area such as agriculture, the storage and production of food and even in human medicines. The need for research and development of new alternative antifungal treatment based on natural antifungal substances is obvious. Here, the antifungal efficacy of 21 phenolic components of essential oils and plant substances were tested against these filamentous fungi with respect to their different molecular structures. Minimum inhibitory concentration values MIC50 and MIC100 were successfully estimated for 15 substances by means of probit analysis. Thymol and carvacrol were evaluated as the most effective. The MIC50 values for thymol ranged from 30 to 52 μg mL−1. The MIC100 values for thymol ranged from 76 to 255 μg mL−1, respectively. For carvacrol, the MIC50 values ranged from 37 to 76 μg mL−1, and the MIC100 ranged from 131 to 262 μg mL−1. The results also revealed differences in the efficacy of phenols depending on molecular structures and different inter-species sensitivity.  相似文献

采用模拟膜生物反应器构建的滤袋式膜生物反应器处理二甲苯废气,并初步探讨了其净化性能。实验结果表明:在4~9℃的低温条件下,二甲苯的去除能力随着停留时间、进气负荷的增大而提高,最大去除能力可达到74.3 g/(m3·h),与一般生物滴滤塔的运行性能相当。微生物主要附着在滤袋表面,且生长良好。根据本实验中滤袋式膜生物反应器的结构特点,可进一步增加滤袋比表面积以提高其去除能力。  相似文献

The survival of autochthonous fungi in soil treated with 1mM aqueous solution of glyphosate was investigated. Significant differences in the total number of fungi in the studied objects were observed, and additionally significant qualitative changes were encountered. The dominating group of fungi belonged to genus Fusarium: Fusarium solani H30, Fusarium solani H50 and Fusarium oxysporum H80. Interactions between the isolated strains of fungi and varying concentrations of glyphosate were determined. The studied strains possessed high tolerance against the applied doses of glyphosate (0.5-2.0 mM). In the presence of glyphosate (as a sole source of phosphorus) applied in concentrations of 1.0-1.5 mM the increase in dry mass of the tested fungi was highly significant. In the presence of glyphosate the phenotypic changes of studied strains were observed as was shown as the presence of colorants being indicators of such changes. Thus, their color and intensity depended on the age, pH and species present in the culture. The degradation of glyphosate by studied fungi was determined by means of TLC. Two types of compounds were formed. One of them (Rf=0.21-0.35) contained free amino group but was not either glycine nor AMPA. Survival of Fusarium in soil environment is potentially dangerous.  相似文献
