A field study was conducted at Kentucky State University (KSU) Research Farm. The soil in five plots was mixed with sewage sludge, five plots were mixed with yard waste compost, five plots were mixed with laying hen manure each at 15 t acre?1, and five unamended plots that never received soil amendments were used for comparison purposes. Plots were planted with onion, Allium cepa L. var. Super Star-F1. The objectives of this investigation were to: 1) determine the concentrations of two organosulfur compounds (dipropyl disulfide and dipropyl trisulfide) in onion bulbs and 2) investigate the effect of mixing soil with three amendments (sewage sludge, yard waste, and chicken manure) on the concentration of dipropyl disulfide and dipropyl trisulfide in onion bulbs. Gas chromatographic/mass spectrometric (GC/MS) analyses of onion oil in chloroform extracts revealed the presence of two major fragment ions that correspond to dipropyl disulfide and – trisulfide. Concentration of these two organic sulfur compounds was greatest (1.5 and 0.8 mg 100 g?1 fresh weight, respectively) in onion bulbs of plants grown in chicken manure and lowest (0.4 and 0.07 mg 100 g?1 fresh weight, respectively) in onion bulbs of plants grown in yard waste compost treatments. 以猪粪、牛粪和鸡粪3种畜禽粪便为原料制备水热炭,研究了温度对畜禽粪便水热炭产率及其特性的影响,着重分析了不同温度(140~220 ℃)下水热炭的产率、元素组成、碳保留量、官能团及重金属含量的变化。结果表明:畜禽粪便水热炭产率为48.8%~74.2%,且随着温度的升高其产率逐渐降低;此外,49.6%~82.1%的碳被保留在水热炭中,低温利于碳的保留。水热炭的H/C随着温度的升高而逐渐降低,但—OH峰逐渐减弱。畜禽粪便经过水热炭化后,其重金属含量均有不同程度的增加,其中Cu、Zn和Cd的含量超标。重金属元素的相对富集系数<1,由此可见,重金属除了部分保留在水热炭中外,还有部分重金属进入到热解液态产物中。  相似文献

养殖固体废物掺杂磷肥工艺中养殖固体废物与酸的反应直接影响其有机组成。以鸡粪为研究对象,采用L16(45)正交试验研究了鸡粪粒径、酸浓度、鸡粪与酸溶液质量比、反应温度和反应时间对鸡粪在硝酸和磷酸溶液中水解过程的影响。结果表明,硝酸溶液中影响因素显著性依次为鸡粪与硝酸质量比、反应时间、硝酸浓度、鸡粪粒径、反应温度,最优工艺条件为鸡粪粒径0.20mm、硝酸质量分数15%、鸡粪与硝酸质量比0.2∶1.0、反应温度95℃、反应时间4h;在磷酸溶液中影响因素显著性依次为鸡粪与磷酸质量比、反应温度、鸡粪粒径、磷酸浓度、反应时间,鸡粪水解率与反应温度间呈正相关关系,最优工艺条件为鸡粪粒径0.40mm、磷酸质量分数60%、鸡粪与磷酸质量比0.1∶1.0、反应温度95℃、反应时间8h。鸡粪比表面积及其单位质量耗酸量、美拉德反应是制约鸡粪在硝酸和磷酸中水解反应的内因。研究结果为养殖固体废物掺杂有机磷肥的研发和推广提供了理论基础。  相似文献

The persistence and fate of chlorpyrifos and its two metabolites, chlorpyrifos-oxon and the 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridinol (TCP) break-down product were investigated on kale and collard leaves under field conditions. A simultaneous extraction and quantification procedure was developed for chrorpyrifos and its two main metabolites. Residues of chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos oxon, and TCP were determined using a gas chromatograph (GC) equipped with an electron capture detector (GC/ECD). Chlorpyrifos metabolites were detectable up to 23 days following application. Residues were confirmed using a GC equipped with a mass selective detector (GC/MSD) in total ion mode. Initial residues of chlorpyrifos were greater on collard (14.5 µg g?1) than kale (8.2 µg g?1) corresponding to half-lives (T1/2) values of 7.4 and 2.2 days, respectively. TCP, the hydrolysis product, was more persistent on collards with an estimated T1/2 of 6.5 days compared to kale (T1/2 of 1.9 days).  相似文献

Peppers, a significant component of the human diet in many regions of the world, provide vitamins A (β-carotene) and C, and are also a source of many other antioxidants such as capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and phenols. Enhancing the concentration of antioxidants in plants grown in soil amended with recycled waste has not been completely investigated. Changes in pepper antioxidant content in relation to soil amendments and fruit development were investigated. The main objectives of this investigation were to: (i) quantify concentrations of capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, β-carotene, ascorbic acid, phenols, and soluble sugars in the fruits of Capsicum annuum L. (cv. Xcatic) grown under four soil management practices: yard waste (YW), sewage sludge (SS), chicken manure (CM), and no-much (NM) bare soil and (ii) monitor antioxidant concentrations in fruits of plants grown under these practices and during fruit ripening from green into red mature fruits. Total marketable pepper yield was increased by 34% and 15% in SS and CM treatments, respectively, compared to NM bare soil; whereas, the number of culls (fruits that fail to meet the requirements of foregoing grades) was lower in YW compared to SS and CM treatments. Regardless of fruit color, pepper fruits from YW amended soil contained the greatest concentrations of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin. When different colored pepper fruits (green, yellow, orange, and red) were analyzed, orange and red contained the greatest β-carotene and sugar contents; whereas, green fruits contained the greatest concentrations of total phenols and ascorbic acid.  相似文献

The main objective of this investigation was to monitor concentrations of seven metals (Cd, Pb, Ni, Mo, Cu, Zn, and Cr) in the fruits, leaves, stem, and roots of Capsicum annuum L. (cv. Xcatic) plants grown under four soil management practices: yard waste (YW), sewage sludge (SS), chicken manure (CM), and no-much (NM) bare soil. Elemental analyses were conducted using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Pb and Cd concentrations in soil amended with YW, SS, and CM were not significantly different (P < 0.05) compared to NM soil, whereas Mo and Cu concentrations were significantly greater in YW compared to SS, CM, and NM treatments. Concentrations of Cd in the fruits of plants grown in NM soil were greater compared to the fruits of plants grown in other treatments. Total Ni concentration (sum of Ni in all plant parts) in plants grown in NM bare soil was greater than in plants grown in SS-, YW-, and CM-amended soils. Values of the bioaccumulation factor indicated that pepper fruits of plants grown in YW, SS, and CM did not show any tendency to accumulate Pb, Cr, and Ni in their edible fruits.  相似文献

Composting and land application of municipal sewage sludge (SS) and yard waste (YW) compost are increasingly popular ways for using organic waste as a source of organic matter, while decreasing the amount of waste being diverted into landfills. Researchers have largely ignored the effect of SS and SS mixed with YW (SS+YW) compost on the antioxidant contents of vegetables grown under this practice. Accordingly, the main objective of this investigation was to monitor the impact of SS and SS+YW on the nutritional composition of pepper and melon fruits at harvest. Total phenols and ascorbic acid contents of pepper and melons (determined by the Folin-Ciocalteau and the dichlorophenol–indophenol methods, respectively) were greater in pepper than melon fruits. Soil amended with SS or SS+YW significantly elevated the concentrations of ascorbic acid and total phenols in melon fruits compared to no-mulch native soil. The application of SS did not modify the concentration of β-carotene in melon fruits at three harvests. Regardless of soil treatments, ascorbic acid and total phenols concentrations were greater in melon fruits collected at the first harvest compared to harvest three. Pepper fruits collected at harvest three contained the greatest concentrations of ascorbic acid and total phenols; whereas, pepper fruits collected at the second harvest contained the greatest concentrations of soluble sugars.  相似文献

以鸡粪和玉米秸秆为堆肥原材料,进行了露天堆肥和反应器堆肥对比实验。结果表明,反应器堆肥(堆体P2)较露天堆肥(堆体P1)升温快,堆体P2达到了《粪便无害化卫生标准(GB7959—87)》的要求,堆体P1未达到;在整个堆肥过程中,堆体P1的水分总损失量(26.5%)大于堆体P2的水分总损失量(20.6%);堆体P1和P2的有机质降解主要发生在堆肥前期0~21d,分别完成了81.4%和84.5%的有机质降解量;堆体P1和P2的C/N比在堆肥过程中均呈下降趋势,最终C/N比分别为18.3和14.8;种子发芽指数GI_P1〈GI_P2,表明采用堆体P2的堆肥产品的植物毒性较堆体P1更小。各指标实测数据表明,反应器堆肥的堆肥产品的稳定性和腐熟程度较露天堆肥更好。  相似文献

研究了玉米秸与鸡粪在不同混合比例条件下的厌氧消化产气性能和协同作用效果。设计了9种玉米秸与鸡粪的混合比例(1∶0、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4、2∶1、3∶1、4∶1、0∶1),每种比例分别在3个不同负荷(50、65和80 g/L)下进行混合厌氧消化。结果表明,与未预处理玉米秸与鸡粪混合厌氧消化相比,NaOH预处理玉米秸与鸡粪混合厌氧消化的单位TS产气量提高了5.5%~62%。当预处理玉米秸与鸡粪的混合比例为1∶2、上料负荷为50 g/L时消化产气性能最好,此时的累积甲烷产量达到19 488 mL,比相同负荷下单一玉米秸厌氧消化的累积甲烷产量高出32.6%,比单一鸡粪厌氧消化的累积甲烷产量高出11.4%。混合厌氧消化协同作用的贡献率达到7.1%~17.7%,其中玉米秸与鸡粪的比例为1∶2时,其贡献率与其他比例相比高出25%~150%。可以为粪草混合原料厌氧消化提供设计和运行依据。  相似文献

选用赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia fetida)协同EM菌和硝化细菌直接进行室外条件下的鲜鸡粪处理实验,以菌剂接种量、缓冲层厚度、投放密度等为主要筛选参数,并对经蚯蚓消化处理前后的鸡粪冲淋水中氮磷的变化进行了取样检测。实验结果表明,室外条件下蚯蚓借助于微生物的协同作用可直接处理鲜鸡粪。当鲜鸡粪负荷为15 g/d时,在接种EM菌剂和硝化菌剂各10 mL,铺设4 cm厚度凹土缓冲层,蚯蚓投放密度为12条的条件下,鲜鸡粪被降解的效果最好。经过蚯蚓消化降解后的鸡粪水中TN浓度降低了20.34%,TN中无机氮含量增多,NH4+-N和NO3--N所占TN比例分别增加了18.79%和37.96%;TP浓度降低了14.40%。  相似文献

Fipronil is a broad-spectrum insecticide that has a good control effect on pests of commercial poultry. Although many studies have reported the environmental fate of fipronil, the influence of residual fipronil in poultry waste on biogas production has not been further explored yet. In this article, an experimental comparative study on anaerobic digestion (AD) of chicken manure (CM) and corn straw (CS) with different fipronil concentrations (FCs) was carried at 8% of total solid (TS) and mid-temperature (35?±?1)°C. The results showed that fipronil had a significant effect on biogas production during AD of CM and CS. When the FC is at a low level (≤10?mg·kg?1), the biogas production rate is increased and the digestion period was shortened, while higher FC (≥ 20?mg·kg?1) showed an inhibitory effect. During the monitoring of enzyme activity, low FC showed no significant effect on cellulase and saccharase, but the urease activity increased in the early stage. High FC showed inhibition of activity of cellulase and urease, but the saccharase activity was significantly inhibited until FC reached 40?mg·kg?1. This study also confirms that the environment in anaerobic digester is favorable for the degradation of fipronil, and its half-life is about 15.83?days.  相似文献

为研究猪粪堆肥中铜锌与腐殖质组分的结合竞争,以猪粪和秸秆为堆腐原料,进行了为期36 d的好氧堆肥实验,研究猪粪堆肥过程中腐殖质组分(胡敏酸和富里酸)、胡敏酸结合态铜锌、富里酸结合态铜锌含量的变化。结果表明,堆肥结束后,腐殖化程度提高,胡敏酸碳含量增加394.4%,富里酸碳含量降低64.9%,腐殖化指数从0.24增加到3.33;随着堆肥的进行,胡敏酸结合态铜锌含量分别增加394.3%和56%,而富里酸结合态铜锌含量分别下降17.5%和28.4%;相关分析表明,胡敏酸结合态铜、富里酸结合态锌与胡敏酸、富里酸碳含量及腐殖化指数均成显著相关(P<0.01);堆肥过程中,胡敏酸结合态铜与富里酸结合态铜之比大于1,而胡敏酸结合态锌与富里酸结合态锌小于1,另外,胡敏酸中的Cu/Zn大于1,而富里酸中的Cu/Zn小于1,表明在腐殖质中铜主要与胡敏酸结合,而锌主要与富里酸结合。研究揭示了猪粪堆肥中重金属铜锌与不同腐殖质组分的结合竞争关系,为畜禽粪便堆肥土地利用的风险评估和风险控制提供科学依据。  相似文献

研究采用猪粪与城市污水厂脱水污泥以5种不同VS比例(1:0,2:1,1:1,1:2和0:1)进行中温厌氧消化实验,以研究反应器在不同配比下的产甲烷特性,同时结合16S rRNA扩增子测序技术分析了消化过程中微生物组成的多样性变化。实验结果表明,添加猪粪能明显提升消化效率,当猪粪与污泥以2:1混合消化时甲烷累计产量最高可达684 L·kg-1VS,比污泥单独消化提升了120%。2:1组的VS去除率可达63.1%,且运行稳定,没有出现明显的酸抑制现象。随着猪粪的添加,优势菌种演替为Bacteroides、Clostridium、Methanosaeta和Methanosarcina。冗余分析结果表明共消化组中甲烷产生主要以氢营养型途径为主。添加猪粪参与共消化能明显提高微生物群落多样性,促进菌种间的协同作用,从而提升有机质转化效率。  相似文献

In recent years, sludge generated in sewage treatment plants (STPs) and solid waste from livestock being utilized is useful for circulation of nourishment in farmlands as recycled organic manure (ROM). In this study, we determined the residue levels and patterns of 12 pharmaceutical products generated by human activity in the ROMs produced from human waste sludge (HWS), sewage sludge (SS), cattle manure (CM), poultry manure (PM), swine manure (SM) and horse manure (HM).The kind and number of pharmaceutical products detected in ROMs were different. Fluoroquinolones (FQs) were detected at high levels in HWS and SS samples. In addition, the detection frequency and concentration levels of sulfonamides (SAs) in PM and SM were high. Moreover, high concentrations of chlortetracycline (CTC) were found in only SM. These differences reflect specific adherence adsorption of the pharmaceutical products to different livestock and humans. Moreover, it was found that the concentrations of pharmaceutical products and fermentation levels of ROMs had significant positive correlation (r = 0.41, p = 0.024).When the fermentation test of ROM was conducted in a rotary fermentor in a lab scale test, the residue levels of pharmaceutical products decreased effectively except carbamazepine (CBZ). The rates of decrease were in the case of tetracyclines (TCs): 85-92%, FQs: 81-100%, erythromycine: 67%, SAs: 79-95%, trimethoprim: 86% and CBZ: 37% by 30 d. Pharmaceutical products that can be decomposed by fermentation process at the lowest impact of residual antibiotic activities may therefore be considered as environmentally friendly medicines.  相似文献

对比研究了无机酸及超声对猪粪中重金属Cu、Zn和Mn的去除效果,并对处理前后猪粪中重金属形态变化进行分析。结果表明:无机酸浸提优化条件下Cu、Zn和Mn的浸出率分别为43.24%、76.28%和78.91%;超声协同无机酸浸提优化条件下Cu、Zn和Mn的浸出率分别为39.6%、76.3%和79.9%;2种浸提方式均能显著降低猪粪中重金属有机结合态含量。  相似文献

利用柠檬酸浸提猪粪中重金属,减少总量,再利用硫化钠钝化经柠檬酸浸提后的猪粪残渣,降低猪粪中剩余重金属的生物可利用性。柠檬酸浸提实验表明:0.2 moL·L-1柠檬酸与猪粪按固液比1:5混合,反应24 h,对猪粪中Cu、Zn、Mn的浸出率为18.10%、66.16%、43.85%;硫化钠投加量5%,钝化7 d,猪粪中离子交换态Cu、Zn、Mn的浓度由酸浸后的14.08、116、81.75 mg·kg-1降为8.77、12.04、21.02 mg·kg-1,硫化钠对酸浸后猪粪中Cu、Zn的钝化率为52.00%、63.72%,猪粪残渣中离子交换态Mn所占全量的比例由对照组的30.22%降到7.77%;柠檬酸酸浸和硫化钠钝化对猪粪中Cu、Zn、Mn总处理效率为73.00%、61.44%、29.90%。重金属分离技术和钝化技术联合处理猪粪中重金属,可以有效减少猪粪中Cu、Zn、Mn的总量并降低其生物可利用性。  相似文献

氨氮抑制是影响高含固厌氧消化推广应用的主要因素之一。通过批式实验,采用外源氨氮投加方式,考察了厌氧消化过程中不同氨氮浓度对鲜猪粪产甲烷效果和产甲烷菌群结构的影响。结果表明:氨氮添加量为2 000 mg·L-1(TAN≈3 596.7 mg·L-1)时,日产甲烷速率及累积产甲烷量均明显下降;添加量大于4 000 mg·L-1(TAN≈5 618.7 mg·L-1)时,氨氮抑制加剧,出现VFAs累积、产甲烷高峰期后移、丙酸降解失败。不同氨氮投加量下猪粪中挥发性固体(VS)产甲烷率分别为(369.0 ± 17.3)、(318.5 ± 7.6)、(234.7 ± 2.5)、(165.4 ± 19.4)mL·g-1,产甲烷效率较对照组分别下降14%、36%和55%。超过4 000 mg·L-1的外源氨氮投加促使产甲烷菌群结构发生显著变化,乙酸利用型产甲烷优势菌Methanosaeta 逐渐被Methanosarcina代替,而氢利用型产甲烷菌属中Methanospirillum的优势性逐渐被Methanoculleus和Methanomassiliicoccus取代,说明后者均有较强的氨氮耐受性。主成分分析和冗余分析表明,高浓度氨氮会促使产甲烷途径由乙酸利用型为主向氢利用型为主转变。  相似文献

探讨了柠檬酸对污泥中重金属形态的影响,并以柠檬酸为络合剂、以杭州七格污水处理厂城市污泥为研究对象,在0.8 mA·cm-2恒定电流密度条件下运行120 h,在5组柠檬酸浓度分别为 0.00、0.05、0.10、0.20和0.30 mol·L-1的条件下,采用自行设计的双层双阳极反应器对污泥中重金属进行电动去除和回收实验。结果显示,柠檬酸能促使污泥中大量的Zn由可还原态转化为酸可提取态,但对Cu的形态影响不大。电动处理实验中,添加柠檬酸后Zn和Cu的去除率都有明显提高,当柠檬酸浓度为0.20 mol·L-1时,Zn的去除率最大达58.3%,Cu的去除率为42.4%;当柠檬酸浓度为0.10 mol·L-1时,Cu的去除率最大为51.7%,Zn的去除率为46.4%。柠檬酸的最佳添加浓度为0.10~0.20 mol·L-1,当柠檬酸添加量超过0.20 mol·L-1,Zn和Cu的去除率反而会因为络合物在阳极区的沉淀而降低。  相似文献
