基于贝叶斯网络模型的船舶搁浅事故分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
根据海上交通安全事故统计数据显示,船舶搁浅事故是主要的海上交通安全事故之一。为了研究船舶搁浅事故的发生机理,收集了我国东部海域部分海事局辖区的船舶搁浅事故样本。首先从人为因素、环境因素和船舶因素三方面分析导致船舶搁浅事故的原因,确定网络节点。然后找出每起搁浅事故的事故链,并建立船舶搁浅事故贝叶斯网络模型。再对建立的贝叶斯网络模型进行仿真,选取21起船舶搁浅事故对建立的模型进行验证,确定模型的有效性。最后,利用HUGIN软件找出船舶搁浅事故各影响因素的致因概率,得到导致船舶搁浅事故的致因链。在人为因素方面,瞭望不当和不熟悉航道情况占据的比例最高;在船舶因素方面,舵机设备故障对船舶搁浅事故影响最大;在环境因素方面,风/浪/流对船舶搁浅事故影响最大。 相似文献

The scope of this study covers events resulting from improper functioning of machine control systems. An accident model providing a basis for formulating a checklist for accident analysis has been developed. Data about 700 accidents were collected. An analysis has proved that in the group of accidents caused by improper functioning of machine control systems, serious accidents happened much more frequently as compared to the group of accidents with no relation to the control system. The reasons for the majority of incidents caused by improper performance of safety functions consist in the errors made by designers. In view of that, incorrect behaviour of a worker should be treated as a normal event instead of a deviation causing an accident. 相似文献

利用我国现有尾矿库溃坝事故统计资料,对事故发生趋势进行了分析,并从概率分析角度出发,基于贝叶斯估计方法对我国尾矿库溃坝事故风险进行定量分析,建立了尾矿库溃坝事故发生概率模型,对未来49 a内的可能的溃坝事故发生年数进行了预测.分析认为,我国尾矿库溃坝事故多年发生概率比较低,但年内发生次数却呈现上升趋势.因此,需加大矿山安全管理力度,对中小型和废弃尾矿库加强监管,以减小未来发生尾矿库溃坝事故的概率. 相似文献

This article follows an earlier one in which four criteria and four bases for the development of an indirect-cost calculation model adapted to the accuracy requirements and time constraints of workplace decision-makers were established. A two-level model for calculating indirect costs using process mapping of the organizational response to a workplace accident is presented. The model is based on data collected in interviews with those employees in charge of occupational health and safety in 10 companies of various sizes in different industry sectors. This model is the first to use process mapping to establish the indirect costs of workplace accidents. The approach allows easy identification of the duration and frequency of actions taken by stakeholders when a workplace accident occurs, facilitates the collection of the information needed to calculate indirect costs and yields a usable, precise result. A simple graphic representation of an organization's accident processes helps the user understand each accident's cost components, allowing the identification and reduction of inefficiencies in the overall process. Impact on Industry: By facilitating data collection and shortening the time needed to assess indirect costs of workplace accidents, this indirect cost calculation tool is better suited for workplace use than those currently available. 相似文献

Each day thousands of workers suffer occupational accidents of varying degrees of severity. Accidents at work render workers incapable of carrying out their day to day activities, either temporarily or permanently, and they also have detrimental effects on family life, the company, and the general public. In order to reduce the occupational accident rate, it is necessary to determine the causes of those accidents. Although there are many different types of accidents, they generally stem from poor working conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of working conditions on occupational accidents from data gathered in the VI National Survey of Working Conditions (VI NSWCs) in 2007. This survey utilized a random sample of the active population of Spain. The sample comprised 11,054 people (5917 males and 5137 females). In order to carry out the study, a probabilistic model was built using Bayesian networks. The model included the following variables: hygiene conditions, ergonomic conditions, job demands, physical symptoms, psychological symptoms, and occupational accidents. The study demonstrated that there were strong relationships between hygiene conditions and occupational accidents; it has been shown that poor hygienic conditions duplicate the probability of accident. Physical symptoms increased almost 50% due to poor ergonomic conditions. And finally, high job demands almost duplicated the psychological symptoms. The investigation also showed a high degree of interdependence between physical and psychological symptomatologies and the relationship between these and occupational accidents. 相似文献

Among the various techniques used for safety analysis of process systems, bow-tie (BT) analysis is becoming a popular technique as it represents an accident scenario from causes to effects. However, the BT application in the dynamic safety analysis is limited due to the static nature of its components, i.e. fault tree and event tree. It is therefore difficult in BT to take accident precursors into account to update the probability of events and the consequent risk. Also, BT is unable to represent conditional dependency. Event dependency is common among primary events and safety barriers. The current paper illustrates how Bayesian network (BN) helps to overcome these limitations. It has also been shown that BN can be used in dynamic safety analysis of a wide range of accident scenarios due to its flexible structure. This paper also introduces the application of probability adapting in dynamic safety analysis rather than probability updating. A case study from the U.S. Chemical Safety Board has been used to illustrate the application of both BT and BN techniques, with a comparison of the results from each technique. 相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was to compare commercial roofers and residential roofers in terms of their behaviors, beliefs, working conditions, and attitudes toward the use of fall protection devices, which could lead to fall accidents.Methods
A cross-sectional sample of 252 roofers participated in the survey in the Midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Iowa).Results
Residential roofers were more likely to fall (adjusted prevalence ratio = 1.57, 95% CI = 0.86, 2.27) than commercial roofers. Existence of fall protection programs, enforcement of fall protection device use, actual use of fall protection devices, work type, company size, and race/ethnicity were significantly associated with fall accidents.Impact on industry

针对道路交通事故的形成机理进行定性、定量研究,根据我国道路交通事故记录数据特征,应用贝叶斯网对事故发生概率进行定量分析.引入"驾驶员紧张度"和"道路线形合理度"两个隐节点,建立了事故分析的贝叶斯网多层隐类模型,采用最大似然估计方法确定了模型的边缘概率和条件概率.将贝叶斯网模型应用于国道104二级公路(K1310+000~K1330+000)的事故分析中,运用贝叶斯网分析软件包Netica对其历史事故记录数据进行分析.结果表明: 贝叶斯网不仅可以定量计算某种道路交通状态下的事故发生概率,而且可以找出影响事故概率的关键原因和最不利状态组合(事故概率最大时的道路交通状态). 相似文献

以危险品航空运输事故树为基础,建立了贝叶斯网络(BN).运用贝叶斯原理以及推理计算,找出了危险品航空运输事故的主要致因,并分析了改进措施对危险品航空运输系统的影响程度.结果表明,引进改进措施后,事故一发生就已经超出可控范围的后验概率最大,将成为预防危险品航空运输事故的工作重点.研究表明,风险评价领域中的贝叶斯网络分析法是对事故树方法的有益改进. 相似文献

针对农药运输过程中发生翻车泄漏事故造成的河流污染,结合SMS软件中的二维有限元水动力模块RMA2及美国环境保护署推出的WASP软件进行模拟研究.利用RMA2模拟水在河流系统中的物理运动,通过一定的转换规则将RMA2输出的结果转变为WASP所需要的形式,运行WASP得到污染物浓度在空间和时间上的变化规律并加以分析.模拟结果表明:在泄漏事故后不久,污染物还没有完全扩散到泄漏点对岸;在一段时间后,在横向扩散的作用下,污染物开始整个横断面上蔓延,断面横向浓度梯度不断减小,但还没有达到完全混合;断面浓度最大值开始从泄漏一侧向河流中心迁移.最后,针对研究案例提出与模拟结果相应的预警分析和应急措施. 相似文献

This study deals with deaths during the period 2004 to 2009 that occurred during the use of a vehicle known as pat-pat, which is an unusual vehicle, similar to a tractor-trailer used in agricultural production and transportation The records of crime scene investigation and autopsies of 28 cases of death due to pat-pat-related crushes were evaluated. Of all cases, 60.7 percent were drivers and the remaining 39.3% were passengers. The most common cause of death (in 39.3% of cases) was brain-spinal cord injury due to blunt trauma of the head and neck. Implementing legislation regarding safety measures or limitation of the use for transportation should be performed for pat-pats, of which thousands are currently in use. 相似文献

Introduction
This study describes a method for reducing the number of variables frequently considered in modeling the severity of traffic accidents. The method's efficiency is assessed by constructing Bayesian networks (BN).Method
It is based on a two stage selection process. Several variable selection algorithms, commonly used in data mining, are applied in order to select subsets of variables. BNs are built using the selected subsets and their performance is compared with the original BN (with all the variables) using five indicators. The BNs that improve the indicators’ values are further analyzed for identifying the most significant variables (accident type, age, atmospheric factors, gender, lighting, number of injured, and occupant involved). A new BN is built using these variables, where the results of the indicators indicate, in most of the cases, a statistically significant improvement with respect to the original BN.Conclusions
It is possible to reduce the number of variables used to model traffic accidents injury severity through BNs without reducing the performance of the model.Impact on Industry
The study provides the safety analysts a methodology that could be used to minimize the number of variables used in order to determine efficiently the injury severity of traffic accidents without reducing the performance of the model. 相似文献15.

Retractable type fall arresters are part of the equipment used for protecting people against falls from a height. They are an intermediate part between full body harness worn by a man and the structural anchor at the worksite. The most important task of retractable type fall arresters is to arrest people's falls and to reduce their harmful consequences. Information received from users as well as laboratories testing protective equipment indicates that the performance of such equipment is incorrect under specific conditions. The paper is concerned with an analysis of the conditions in which retractable type fall arresters demonstrate intermittent performance and with an explanation of that phenomenon. The results of tests investigating anchor devices and the performance of retractable type fall arresters are presented. External and internal factors contributing to intermittent performance have been determined and guidelines for safer use of these devices have been developed. 相似文献

This paper provides a cost-benefit analysis of a participatory ergonomics program conducted at the beginning of the 1990s to reduce back-related disorders among packers at a warehouse of the Société des Alcools du Québec in Quebec City. After evaluating the costs of the program, we present a rigorous econometric analysis to assess how many accidents have been prevented by the program so as to compute the direct and indirect costs avoided as a result of such accident reduction. Workplace accidents still occur with distressing frequency, particularly in construction. Industrialized countries have become increasingly aware of this situation and have adopted policies to attempt to deal with this issue. Such policies have led to the development of new laws and regulations with a view to improving workplace conditions.This paper first analyzes policies regarding accident prevention in the European Union, as initially stipulated in the European Framework Directive 89/391/EEC, and more specifically in Directive 92/57/EEC, on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites, concentrating on prevention through design. Whilst designers previously had some responsibilities for reducing risk under common law provisions in many countries, this directive was the first explicit legislation to enforce particular duties upon them. The adaptation of the provisions in this directive to the national legislation of EU member countries is also studied.The second section of the paper analyzes the incidence rate of workplace accidents in the construction sector in each country from the year when these regulations came into force until the present time. Based on the evolution of these accident rates, the paper postulates the extent to which European policies have contributed to accident prevention in construction.
