The bioremediation of a long-term contaminated soil through biostimulation and surfactant addition was evaluated. The concentrations of 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethane(DDT) and its metabolites 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl) ethane(DDD) and1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl) ethylene(DDE) were monitored during an 8-week remediation process. Physicochemical characterization of the treated soil was performed before and after the bioremediation process. The isolation and identification of predominant microorganisms during the remediation process were also carried out. The efficiency of detoxification was evaluated after each bioremediation protocol. Humidity and p H and the heterotrophic microorganism count were monitored weekly. The DDT concentration was reduced by 79% after 8 weeks via biostimulation with surfactant addition(B + S) and 94.3%via biostimulation alone(B). Likewise, the concentrations of the metabolites DDE and DDD were reduced to levels below the quantification limits. The microorganisms isolated during bioremediation were identified as Bacillus thuringiensis, Flavobacterium sp., Cuprivadius sp.,Variovorax soli, Phenylobacterium sp. and Lysobacter sp., among others. Analysis with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) allowed visualization of the colonization patterns of soil particles. The toxicity of the soil before and after bioremediation was evaluated using Vibrio fischeri as a bioluminescent sensor. A decrease in the toxic potential of the soil was verified by the increase of the concentration/effect relationship EC50 to 26.9% and 27.2% for B + S and B, respectively, compared to 0.4% obtained for the soil before treatment and 2.5%by natural attenuation after 8 weeks of treatment.  相似文献

The application of electron donor and electron shuttle substances has a vital influence on electron transfer,thus may affect the reductive dechlorination of 1,1,1-trichoro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethane(DDT) in anaerobic reaction systems.To evaluate the roles of citric acid and anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate(AQDS) in accelerating the reductive dechlorination of DDT in Hydragric Acrisols that contain abundant iron oxide,a batch anaerobic incubation experiment was conducted in a slurry system with four treatments of(1) control,(2) citric acid,(3) AQDS,and(4) citric acid + AQDS.Results showed that DDT residues decreased by 78.93%–92.11% of the initial quantities after 20 days of incubation,and 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-ethane(DDD) was the dominant metabolite.The application of citric acid accelerated DDT dechlorination slightly in the first 8 days,while the methanogenesis rate increased quickly,and then the acceleration effect improved after the 8th day while the methanogenesis rate decreased.The amendment by AQDS decreased the Eh value of the reaction system and accelerated microbial reduction of Fe(III) oxides to generate Fe(II),which was an efficient electron donor,thus enhancing the reductive dechlorination rate of DDT.The addition of citric acid + AQDS was most efficient in stimulating DDT dechlorination,but no significant interaction between citric acid and AQDS on DDT dechlorination was observed.The results will be of great significance for developing an efficient in situ remediation strategy for DDT-contaminated sites.  相似文献

The spatial variability in the concentrations of 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) and 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethane (DDT) in surface soils was studied on the basis of the analysis of 131 soil samples collected from the surface layer (0-20 cm depth) of the alluvial region of Beijing, China. The concentrations of total HCHs (including α-, β-, γ-, and δ-isomers) and total DDTs (i ncluding p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDD, p,p'-DDE, and o,p'-DDT) in the surface soils tested were in the range from nondetectable to 31.72 μg/kg dry soil, with a mean value of 0.91, and from nondetectable to 5910.83 μg/kg dry soil, with a mean value of 32.13,respectively. It was observed that concentrations of HCHs in all soil samples and concentrations of DDTs in 112 soil samples were much lower than the first grade (50 μg/kg) permitted in "Environment quality standard for soils in China (GB15618-1995)". This suggests that the pollution due to organochlorine pesticides was generally not significant in the farmland soils in the Beijing alluvial region. In this study, the spatial distribution and trend of HCHs and DDTs were analyzed using Geostatistical Analyst and GS (513).Spatial distribution indicated how these pesticides had been applied in the past. Trend analysis showed that the concentrations of HCHs,DDTs, and their related metabolites followed an obvious distribution trend in the surface soils from the alluvial region of Beijing.  相似文献

Combined pollution of 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis (4-chlorophenyl) ethane (DDT) and cadmium (Cd) in agricultural soils is of great concern because they present serious risk to food security and human health.In order to develop a cost-effective and safe method for the removal of DDTs and Cd in soil,combined remediation of DDTs and Cd in soil by Sphingobacterium sp.D-6 and the hyperaccumulator,Sedum alfredii Hance was investigated.After treatment for 210 days,the degradation half-lives of DDTs in soils treated by strain D-6 decreased by 8.1% to 68.0% compared with those in the controls.The inoculation of strain D-6 into soil decreased the uptake of DDTs by pak choi and S.alfredii.The shoots/roots ratios of S.alfredii for the Cd accumulation ranged from 12.32 to 21.75.The Cd concentration in soil decreased to 65.8%-71.8% for S.alfredii treatment and 14.1%-58.2% for S.alfredii and strain D-6 combined treatment,respectively,compared with that in the control.The population size of the DDTs-degrading strain,Simpson index (1/D) and soil respiratory rate decreased in the early stage of treatment and then gradually increased,ultimately recovering to or exceeding the initial level.The results indicated that synchronous incorporation of strain D-6 and S.alfredii into soil was found to significantly (p 0.05) enhance the degradation of DDTs in soil and the hyperaccumulation of Cd in S.alfredii.It was concluded that strain D-6 and S.alfredii could be used successfully to control DDTs and Cd in contaminated soil.  相似文献

为了筛选DDTs(包括DDT及其衍生物——DDE、DDD)高污染土壤无害化处理的机械化学球磨试剂,以某退役DDT生产场地高污染土壤为研究对象,将不添加任何球磨试剂处理作为对照,分析添加不同球磨主剂(CaO、CaO2和Fe粉)、球磨助剂(SiO2、Al2O3)组合以及双金属(Fe-Ni、Fe-Zn)试剂对土壤中DDTs的去除效果. 结果表明:①对照处理下土壤w(DDTs)随球磨时间的延长而不断降低,8 h后降至404.0 mg/kg,仍远超过GB 5085.6—2007《危险废物鉴别标准 毒性物质含量鉴别》标准限值〔w(DDTs)为50 mg/kg〕;单一添加CaO2处理球磨8 h后,土壤及球磨剂混合物中w(DDTs)仍为118.0 mg/kg;而单一添加CaO和Fe粉处理分别于球磨4和6 h后,土壤及球磨剂混合物中w(DDTs)低于GB 5085.6—2007标准,因此,CaO和Fe粉是较好的DDTs机械化学球磨主剂. ②与单一添加CaO处理相比,在CaO中加入球磨助剂SiO2或Al2O3球磨4 h后,土壤及球磨剂混合物中 w(DDTs)由28.55 mg/kg分别显著降至18.70或17.57 mg/kg,DDTs去除率由99.16%升至99.45%或99.48%. 与单一添加Fe粉处理相比,在Fe粉中加入SiO2或Al2O3球磨4 h后,土壤及球磨剂混合物中w(DDTs)由193.0 mg/kg分别显著降至54.25或69.98 mg/kg,虽然仍略超过GB 5085.6—2007标准限值,但却显示出SiO2或Al2O3对机械化学去除土壤DDTs具有显著的促进作用. ③Fe-Ni和Fe-Zn双金属球磨处理4 h后,土壤及球磨剂混合物中w(DDTs)分别为27.00和4.00 mg/kg,DDTs去除率分别达到99.21%和99.88%. 因此,Fe-Zn双金属作为去除土壤DDTs的机械化学球磨试剂,具有潜在的应用前景.   相似文献

以TiO2P25(TIO-P25)及Fe(NO3)3为前驱物制备TiO2负载Fe3+多相催化剂Fe/TIO-P25,研究Fe/TIO-P25可见光催化H2O2降解扑草净的协同效应.XRD、XPS、EDS及SEM结果表明,Fe元素以Fe2O3形式高度分散于TiO2表面,负载量约1.5%(wt%),未对TIO-P25的粒径及形貌产生明显影响,Fe/TIO-P25的粒径约20~40nm;光催化结果表明,Fe/TIO-P25能可见光催化H2O2降解扑草净,反应30min降解率达100%,远大于TIO-P25的催化活性,负载Fe与TIO-P25之间存在明显的协同效应;通过对反应体系的荧光光谱分析显示,扑草净的降解涉及较单纯羟基自由基(·OH)过程更为复杂的反应机理.  相似文献

利用大流量主动采样器,选择深圳市13个有代表性采样点,于2009年12月~2010年1月和2010年6月,分2个采样时期对深圳市大气中有机氯农药(OCPs)进行监测.结果显示,深圳市冬、夏大气中,13个点位总有机氯农药浓度变化范围分别为742~3522 pg/m3(平均值1769pg/m3)和507~2197pg/m3(平均值1163pg/m3).冬季大气中有机氯农药主要是DDTs、林丹、七氯、氯丹、六氯苯,占有机氯农药总量的87%;夏季大气中有机氯农药主要为DDTs、氯丹、林丹,三者总量占有机氯农药的89%.研究表明,深圳市大气中存在“新”DDT的输入,认为工业DDT是其主要来源,而γ-HCH以及氯丹的高检出与林丹和用于杀灭白蚁的氯丹的继续使用有关.  相似文献

Pt supported on mesoporous silica SBA-15 was investigated as a catalyst for low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO by C 3 H 6 in the presence of excess oxygen.The prepared catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,BET surface area,TEM,NO-TPD,NO/C 3 H 6-TPO,NH 3-TPD,XPS and 27 Al MAS NMR.The effects of Pt loading amount,O 2 /C 3 H 6 concentration,and incorporation of Al into SBA-15 have been studied.It was found that the removal efficiency increased significantly after Pt loading,but an optimal loading amount was observed.In particular,under an atmosphere of 150 ppm NO,150 ppm C 3 H 6,and 18 vol.% O 2,0.5% Pt/SBA-15 showed remarkably high catalytic performance giving 80.1% NOx reduction and 87.04% C 3 H 6 conversion simultaneously at 140°C.The enhanced SCR activity of Pt/SBA-15 is associated with its outstanding oxidation activities of NO to NO 2 and C 3 H 6 to CO 2 in low temperature range.The research results also suggested that higher concentration of O 2 and higher concentration of C 3 H 6 favored NO removal.The incorporation of Al into SBA-15 improved catalytic performance,which could be ascribed to the enhancement of catalyst surface acidity caused by tetrahedrally coordinated AlO 4.Moreover,the catalysts could be easily reused and possessed good stability.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of nano-sized or submicro Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 on the bioreduction of hexavalent chromium(Cr(VI)) and to evaluate the effects of nano-sized Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 on the microbial communities from the anaerobic flooding soil.The results indicated that the net decreases upon Cr(VI) concentration from biotic soil samples amended with nano-sized Fe_2O_3(317.1 ± 2.1 mg/L) and Fe_3O_4(324.0 ± 22.2 mg/L) within21 days,which were approximately 2-fold of Cr(VI) concentration released from blank control assays(117.1 ± 5.6 mg/L).Furthermore,the results of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) and high-throughput sequencing indicated a greater variety of microbes within the microbial community in amendments with nano-sized Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 than the control assays.Especially,Proteobacteria occupied a predominant status on the phylum level within the indigenous microbial communities from chromium-contaminated soils.Besides,some partial decrease of soluble Cr(VI) in abiotic nano-sized Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 amendments was responsible for the adsorption of nano-sized Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 to soluble Cr(VI).Hence,the presence of nano-sized Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 could largely facilitate the mobilization and biotransformation of Cr(VI) from flooding soils by adsorption and bio-mediated processes.  相似文献

为研究土壤中DDTs(滴滴涕)的电动迁移去除特性,以重庆市某废弃DDTs生产企业污染土壤为研究对象,采用GC-ECD分析了该土壤中DDTs的质量分数、电动迁移效果、电动去除率及试验过程中土壤理化性质改变等.结果表明:该污染场地土壤中w(p,p′-DDT)最高,w(o,p′-DDE)和w(p,p′-DDD)次之,三者分别占w(DDTs)的53.02%、23.46%和12.77%;DDTs迁移效果在192 h时基本稳定,并在3 V/cm电压梯度时迁移效果最佳,其中DDT和DDD向阳极迁移而DDE向阴极迁移,o,p′-DDE富集量最大,其c/c0〔标准化浓度,c0、c分别为电动试验前、后污染土壤中w(DDTs)〕为4.70;DDTs去除率在电动时间为192 h、电压梯度为3 V/cm时达到相对稳定,其中p,p′-DDT去除率较高,为49.7%;阴极土壤pH随电动试验时间的增加而增大,其最大值为11.63,阳极土壤表现相反,其最小值为-1.71;电流和土壤温度随电动试验时间的增加呈先增后减的趋势,其峰值均出现在第8小时.研究显示,不同DDTs异构体在电动力学作用下的迁移去除效果存在差异,并且电动过程会引起土壤理化性质改变.   相似文献

府河和白洋淀沉积物中DDTs的分布特征和风险评估   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测了府河和白洋淀共计19个表层沉积物样品中的w(DDTs)及其分布特征. 结果表明,w(DDTs)为1.74~51.33 ng/g (以干质量计),平均值为11.01 ng/g,其分布特征呈现从府河到白洋淀逐渐递减的趋势. 与国内其他地区沉积物相比,府河和白洋淀地区DDTs的污染处于中等偏低的水平. 在所有沉积物样品中,p,p′-DDT所占比例较大,是最主要的异构体. 大部分样品中w(DDD)/w(DDE)大于1,而w(DDT)/w(DDE+DDD)小于1,说明研究区DDT处于厌氧环境条件,且没有新的DDT输入. 该地区DDTs主要来源于农田土壤侵蚀及工业废水排放. 潜在风险评估表明,府河和白洋淀的表层沉积物中DDTs对周围环境具有一定的影响,应引起相关部门的重视.   相似文献

The Yellow River Delta (YRD) is a typical agricultural and petrochemical industrial area of China. To assess the current status of soil dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) residues, topsoil samples (0-15 cm) (n = 82) were collected in Bincheng District, at the geographic center of the YRD. The total concentrations of six DDT homologues were within 3.3-3819 μg/kg, with a mean concentration of 191 μg/kg, showing significant increase along urban-rural gradient. Soil concentrations of seven indicator PCBs in the area ranged from non-detectable to 87.0 μg/kg, dominated by heavily chlorinated PCBs (PCB-101 and -118). Soil PCBs concentrations were significantly greater in urban than suburban and rural areas. Principal component and multiple linear regression analysis suggest that 86.4% of soil DDTs originate from past DDT usage, and 13.6% originate from dicofol application. Soil PCBs most likely originate from the petrochemical industry (77.1%), municipal solid waste disposal (16.5%), local commercial PCB homologues usage (5.2%), and long-range atmospheric deposition (1.2%). In general, soil DDTs pollution was classified as low level, and mean PCBs concentrations were below the severe contamination classification range. Because PCB-118 is a dioxin-like congener, monitoring and remediation is advised to assess and reduce negative environmental and human health effects from soil DDTs and dioxin-like congeners in the study area.  相似文献

以化学氧化法制备的聚吡咯(PPY)包覆Fe3O4复合材料为磁核,用水热反应法(170℃, pH=7±0.2)在其表面负载了纳米Ti02,制成壳/壳/核结构的磁载二氧化钛光催化剂.并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外分光光度计(FT-IR)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、Zeta电位仪对催化剂的物相组成、形貌、表面性质、磁学性质以及磁核的表面电位进行了表征分析.以初始浓度为25mg/L的苯酚溶液为模拟污染物, 对其进行光催化降解以考察其催化活性;并以自制的磁回收装置考察其磁回收率.结果表明,所制备的Ti02粒径在4~7nm,具有混晶结构,其中锐钛矿占95.2%,金红石占4.8%;PPY对Ti02在磁核表面的负载具有促进作用,TiO2在PPY/Fe3O4表面负载牢固;催化剂TPF(nTiO2:n PPY:nFe3O4 =30:2.1:1)具有良好的壳/壳/核结构,其磁感应强度为40emu/g,具有超顺磁性;所制备的催化剂光催化降解苯酚符合假一级反应动力学方程,其中纯TiO2、P25、TPF反应速率常数K值分别为0.0279、0.0264、0.0252,TPF循环使用5次后K值为0.020,催化活性略有降低,循环使用平均回收率可达到90.35%. 该法制备的磁载Ti02光催化剂具有优良的催化活性和磁回收性能,具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

A 0.5 wt.% Pt/TiO2 catalyst was prepared and used for the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO with C3 H6 in the presence of excess oxygen.The effects of Pt loading and O2 concentration on Pt/TiO2 catalytic performance for low-temperature SCR were investigated.It was found that optimal Pt loading was 0.5 wt.% and excess O2 favored low-temperature SCR of NOx.The mechanism of low-temperature SCR of NO with C3 H6 was investigated with respect to the behavior of adsorbed species over Pt/TiO2 at 150°C using in situ DRIFTS.The results indicated that surface nitrosyl species(Pt δ+-NO and Ti 3+-NO) and Pt 2+-CO are main reaction intermediates during the interactions of NO,C3 H6 and O2.A simplified NO decomposition mechanism for the low-temperature SCR of NO with C3 H6 was proposed.  相似文献

2004年5月采集了湘江流域51个样品,用AES萃取技术,使用GC-MS方法测定了样品中的六氯苯(HCB)、滴滴涕(DDTs)、氯丹、艾氏剂、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂、七氯和灭蚁灵等有机氯农药(OCPs). 结果表明:HCB和DDTs的检出率为100%,氯丹和灭蚁灵的检出率较低,艾氏剂、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂和七氯未检出,说明HCB和DDTs曾在湘江流域广泛施用. w(OCPs)平均值为145.49 μg/kg,其中w(DDTs)占w(OCPs)的90.9%,且有些土壤样品中w(DDT)/w(DDE+DDD)较大,说明DDTs曾作为湘江流域的主要杀虫剂施用过,并且近期仍然有输入. 农药残留量与农药的施用量成正比,农药施用量高的衡阳地区,其土壤中的农药残留量最高. 不同使用功能的土壤中有机氯农药的残留量不同,表现为旱地中的残留量高于水稻地,蔬菜地中以辣椒地的残留量最高.   相似文献

碳源对工业污染场地土壤中HCHs和DDTs降解的促进作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
我国对有机氯农药的大量需求使得在农药生产、加工和分装等过程中造成了许多城镇中存在有机氯农药污染场地,限制了土地的后续开发利用.本研究选取3种类型的碳源组成有机修复剂A、B、C,添加到受有机氯工业污染场地土壤中进行微生物降解试验,并对比了3种修复剂的效果.试验过程中,反应体系水分含量为50%,添加零价金属调节氧化还原电位,采用好氧/厌氧交替循环方式进行生物降解.实验结果表明:3种修复剂对HCHs和DDTs的降解都有显著促进作用.与DDTs相比,HCHs较易降解.90 d内,添加修复剂(A、B、C)的处理中∑HCH的浓度分别从73.37~85.71 mg·kg-1降解到了15.88~38.21 mg·kg-1.与未添加修复剂的对照相比较,∑HCH的降解率提高了19%~52%,90 d内,ΣHCH的降解率最高可达81%.添加修复剂(A、B、C)的处理中ΣDDT的浓度分别从91.68~119.79 mg·kg-1降解到了45.1~60.7 mg·kg-1,相对未添加修复剂的对照试验,∑DDT的降解率提高了39%~45%,30 d内∑DDT的降解率最高可达到51%,但30 d后降解效率无明显增加.就不同类型碳源的促进作用来看,C/N最高,而含水率最低的修复剂B的效果最好,而C/N比最低而含水率最高的修复剂A效果最差.  相似文献

污染物浓度与土壤粒径对热脱附修复DDTs污染土壤的影响   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3  
采集2种不同性质的土壤(黑土和棕壤)作为供试土壤,自配不同污染浓度(棕壤)和不同粒径(黑土)的DDT及其同系物(即DDTs,包括p,p′-DDT,o,p′-DDT,p,p′-DDD和p,p′-DDE)污染土壤,采用热脱附方法,分别对300 ℃,5个停留时间(10,20,30,40和50 min)下的DDTs总去除率及热处理前后各组分的脱附情况进行研究.结果表明,不同污染水平〔w(DDTs)分别为290.17,498.69和718.69 mg/kg〕的污染土壤中,DDTs的总去除率差异不显著.此外,在整个热处理过程中,污染水平对4种DDT及其同系物在土壤中的去除率也没有显著影响.而土壤粒径(0.25~0.85 mm,0.15~<0.25 mm,<0.15 mm)对DDTs的去除率影响显著,粒径越大的土壤越有利于DDTs脱附.单因素方差结果显示,粒径对土壤中p,p′-DDT和p,p′-DDE的脱附和转化有显著影响.   相似文献

Photocatalytic degradation of paraquat using mesoporous-assembled Cu-TiO2/SBA15 under UV and visible light was investigated. The catalyst was synthesized by impregnation of Cu-TiO2 colloids onto SBA-15. The colloids of Cu-TiO2 were prepared via sol-gel method while the mesoporous support was prepared using hydrothermal technique. The catalyst was characterized using X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, transmission electron microscopy, UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, Zeta potential and X-ray adsorption spectroscopy. Results from characterizations showed that Cu doped TiO2 had a small crystalline size and was well-dispersed on SBA-15. The inclusion of SBA-15 significantly enhanced the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst. Among the three types of undoped catalyst in this study (P25, TiO2, TiO2/SBA-15), TiO2/SBA-15 yielded the highest degradation of paraquat for all pH under UV illumination. Meanwhile 2 wt.% Cu-TiO2/SBA-15 yielded the highest activity under visible light.  相似文献
