危险废物的焚烧处置是按化学当量与氧发生燃烧反应。组合式焚烧炉(回转窑、二燃室和炉排炉)能够将各种危险废物进行焚烧处置。危险废物先在回转窑内经过缺氧、热解干馏,生成的可燃气体和废渣分别在二燃室内和炉排上进行高温燃烧和持续燃烧,使焚烧残渣的热灼减率、燃烧效率和有机物的焚毁去除率等技术性能指标达到国家标准的要求。高温燃烧可以将烟气中的有毒有害物质分解,持续燃烧可使废渣燃尽烧透。在对危险废物进行元素成分分析的基础上,进行焚烧工艺设计、技术参数计算,并举例说明。 相似文献

In a landscape of fragmented private ownership, the need to coordinate game management across large areas presents challenges for landowners and public agencies alike. This paper describes how a recent reorganization of moose management in Norway achieves landscape-level planning while maintaining a tradition of local management by hunting teams. These two seemingly contradictory imperatives – coordinating wildlife management across large areas while keeping benefits and control in the hands of local resource users – are resolved through a nesting of management institutions, wherein the state serves a regulatory function and mid-level government (the county) serves to facilitate inter-local cooperation. This paper documents how the system is structured and describes the balance of incentives that enable the system to work. Information was gathered via interviews with staff at the Norwegian Directorate for Nature Management (now called the Norwegian Environment Agency), with wildlife management officials at the municipal level, with hunters, and from the most recent regulatory documents. 相似文献

Olive tree cultivation is spreading worldwide as a consequence of beneficial effects of olive oil consumption. Olive oil production process and table olive industries are the major sources of olive stones. Currently, this by-product is used in direct combustion to produce energy as electricity or heat. However, there are other possibilities for taking full advantage of a renewable source of interesting compounds. In this work the techno-economic and environmental assessment of two biorefinery schemes and its comparison with the direct combustion (base case) of this residue are presented. The first biorefinery scheme describes the integrated production of xylitol, furfural, ethanol and poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB). The second biorefinery scheme considers the production of xylitol, furfural, ethanol and PHB integrated to a cogeneration system for producing bioenergy from the solid residues resulting from the mentioned processes. The results showed that in the first biorefinery scheme, the net profit margin is approximately 53%, while the second present a net profit margin of 6%. 相似文献
