The growth, cellular total lipids, bioaccumulation amount, and bioaccumulation factors (BAFs) of 2,4,4 ′ -tribromodiphenyl ether (BDE28), 2,2 ′ ,4,4 ′ -tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE47), and 2,2 ′ ,4,4 ′ ,5-pentabromodiphenyl ether (BDE99) in a semi-continuous culture of Prorocentrum donghaiense were studied in relation to nitrate (0, 128, and 512 μmol/L) and phosphate (0, 8, and 32 μmol/L) concentrations. The BDE28, BDE47, and BDE99 content per cell under 0 μmol N/L were 3.77 × 10 6 , 3.95 × 10 6 , and 4.32 × 10 6 ng/cell, respectively, which were significantly higher than those under 128 and 512 μmol N/L. A nearly 5-fold increase in polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) content per algal cell was found between 0 and 8 μmol P/L and between 8 and 32 μmol P/L. With increasing N and P concentrations, the PBDE content per volume of algal culture and the accumulation percentage of available PBDEs declined slightly. The BAFs for the PBDEs based on lipids showed that the logBAF lip under 0 μmol N/L was higher than those under 128 and 512 μmol N/L. The logBAF lip under 0 μmol P/L was higher than that under 8 μmol P/L but lower than that under 32 μmol P/L. Correlation analysis indicated a significant negative correlation between nutrient concentration and cellular total lipids, as well as the PBDE content per cell. The results indicate that different N and P concentrations change the total lipids content of P. donghaiense, thereby resulting in varying PBDE accumulation.  相似文献

The visible light photo-Fenton-like catalytic performance of BiFeO3 nanoparticles was investigated using Methyl Violet (MV), Rhodamine B (RhB) and phenol as probes. Under optimum conditions, the pseudo first-order rate constant (k) was determined to be 2.21×10-2, 5.56×10-2 and 2.01×10-2 min-1 for the degradation of MV (30 μmol/L), RhB (10 μmol/L) and phenol (3 mmol/L), respectively, in the BiFeO3-H2O2-visible light (Vis) system. The introduction of visible light irradiation increased the k values of MV, RhB and phenol degradation 3.47, 1.95 and 2.07 times in comparison with those in dark. Generally, the k values in the BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system were accelerated by increasing BiFeO3 load and H2O2 concentration, but decreased with increasing initial pollutant concentration. To further enhance the degradation of pollutants at high concentrations, BiFeO3 was modified with the addition of surface modifiers. The addition of ethylenediamineteraacetic acid (EDTA, 0.4 mmol/L) increased the k value of MV degradation (60 μmol/L) from 1.01×10-2 min-1 in the BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system to 1.30 min-1 in the EDTA-BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system by a factor of 128. This suggests that in situ surface modification can enable BiFeO3 nano-particles to be a promising visible light photo-Fenton-like catalyst for the degradation of organic pollutants.  相似文献

为探讨BAF(曝气生物滤池)最佳反冲洗强度及其选择依据,以某处理石化二级出水的强化除磷BAF为研究对象,采取不同的反冲洗强度进行气-水联合反冲洗,探讨反冲洗过程中出水污泥量峰值出现时间、污泥的SOUR(比好氧呼吸速率)变化、反冲洗前后微生物量和微生物脱氢酶活性(DHA)的变化以及反冲洗后的恢复效果,并对反冲洗强度参数的选择进行了优化. 结果表明:在该研究条件下,采用气洗〔强度为12 L/(m2·s)〕4 min,气-水联合洗〔气洗强度为12 L/(m2·s),水洗强度为6 L/(m2·s)〕5 min,最后用清水漂洗9 min的反冲洗方式,排水中污泥的ρ(SS)可在最短时间(3 min)达到峰值;反冲洗排水中污泥的SOUR较低,平均值为0.5 mg/(mg·h);距离底端进水口1.3和2.2 m处的滤料层微生物的量损失较小,分别为4.4%和5.3%,其相应微生物的活性有所增加. 研究显示,该条件下反冲洗可有效清除滤料颗粒间所截留及滤料表面脱落的老化生物膜,并可保留适量活性较高的生物膜,强化了传质条件,反冲洗后对污染物的处理能力能恢复迅速.   相似文献

Tyrosinase (TYR, EC 1.14.18.1) was physically adsorbed onto a carbon felt (CF) together with acridine orange (AO). Coadsorption of AO was essential to prevent the denaturation of the TYR at the CF surface. The resulting TYR and AO-coadsorbed CF (TYR/AO-CF) was successfully utilized as a detection unit of novel and highly sensitive amperometric flow-biosensor for toxic chlorophenol compounds. Standard solutions of phenolic compounds (200 μL) were injected, and the cathodic peak currents due to the reduction current of o-quinones produced by the TYR-catalyzed oxidation (phenolase activity) were detected at the applied potential of ?50 mV vs. Ag/AgCl. In this reaction, the electrochemically generated catechol compounds from o-quinones are re-oxidized repeatedly by catecholase activity of the TYR, leading to a sufficient amplified signal. The TYR/AO-CF exhibited much higher selectivity toward p-chlorophenol as compared with other chlorophenol compounds. When 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) was used as a carrier at flow rate of 3.0 mL/min, cathodic peaks for p-chlorophenol was linear in the concentration range between 0.1 and 10 [xmol/L (sensitivity: 1.41(mA-L)/mmol) with sampling rate (30 samples/h), and the detection limit ofp-chlorophenol was found to be 2.13 ? 108 mol/L (S/N = 3. The ratio of signal and noise is 3). The TYR/AO-CF kept more than 80% of original activity after the storage in 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) containing 0.2 mmol/L AO at 4°C.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive electroanalytical method was presented for the determination of 4-n-octylphenol (OP) based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). OP was directly oxidized on the MWCNTs/GCE, and the electrochemical oxidation mechanism was demonstrated by a one-electron and one-proton process in the reaction. The oxidation peak current of OP was significantly enhanced by the use of MWCNTs/GCE compared with those of bare glassy carbon electrode, suggesting that the modified electrode can remarkably improve the performance for OP determination. Factors influencing the detection processes were optimized. Under these optimal conditions, a linear relationship between concentration of OP and current response was obtained in the range of 5×10-8 to 1×10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.5×10-8 mol/L and correlation coefficient 0.9986. The modified electrode showed good selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility and high stability.  相似文献

Size distributions of aerosol particles in the radius range of 0.006–0.53 μm were measured over the Pacific Ocean along the 150° longitude from about 20°N to 55°S. Throughout the tropical trade wind region, the size distribution of fine particles was relatively stable and exhibited a double-peaked characteristic with one peak at about 0.1 μm and the other in the 0.02–0.04 μm region, separated by a minimum at about 0.06 μm. The total concentrations of particles were in the 150–300 cm−3 range with 60–150 cm−3 residing in the accumulation mode (0.06<r<0.5 μm). South of the trade wind region, the measured size distributions and meteorological conditions were more diverse. Periods with very low concentrations in the accumulation mode were associated with regions of large-scale precipitation. Large increases in the number of nucleation mode particles were found in air masses with low concentrations of particles in the accumulation mode.  相似文献

The effects of different aluminium chloride concentrations together with varying calciumchloride concentrations on root growth, cell division and nucleoli in root tip cells of Allium cepa werestudied. The concentrations used for aluminium chloride were 10-4, 10-3 and 10-2 mol/L ; and for calcium chloride were 10-5 , 10-4 , 10-3 and 10-2 mol/L, respectively. The results showed that after thetreatments with 10-2 to 10-3 mol/L Al3+ , root growth was severely inhibited , a large nurnber of thecells with c-mitosis were induced and the nucleolar material was extruded from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. However , the treatments with 10-2 to 10-3 mol/L of Al3+ together with 10-2)to 10-5 mol/LCa2+ suggested that Ca2+ gave the obviously protective effects against Al3+ poisoning in root growth.cell division and nucleoli of the root tip cells in A. cepa. The possible mechanism of these protective effects of Ca2+) is also briefly discussed.  相似文献

通过体内和体外试验分别研究了镉对肾皮质微粒体谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)及游离肾近曲小管细胞中葡萄糖醛酸(GA)结合反应的影响.结果表明:(1)体外试验中,在10~(-7)—10~(-3)mol/L浓度范围内,镉可抑制肾皮质微粒休GST活力;(2)体内腹腔注射CdCl_2(2.4mg/kg,连续3天)后,大鼠肾皮质GST活力无明显改变;(3)按同样方式腹腔注射CdCl_2后,可降低游离肾近曲小管细胞中GA和7-羟基香豆素(7-HC)的结合反应;(4)体外试验中,低浓度镉(10~(-7)mol/L)可使肾皮质细胞中GA和7-HC的结合反应增强,而在10~(-6)—10~(-2)mol/L浓度范围内,镉可降低GA和7-HC的结合反应.  相似文献

The effects of different concentrations of Zn2+ion on root growth,cell division,and nucleoli of Allium cepa were studied. The test Zn2+ ion concentration was made up from zinc sulphate (ZnSO4. 7H2O) ranging from 10-7 to 10-2 mol/L. The solutions were prepared in tap water (pH =6. 5).The results indicated that Zn2+ could obviously inhibit root growth at concentrations from 10-4)to 10-2 mol/L.Roots treated with zinc sulphate showed the presence of c-mitosis, anaphase bridges,including sticky and fluidized bridges (at 10-3 to 10-2 mol/L) , chromosome stickiness, irregularly shaped nuclei, broken nuclei and micronuclei. A toxicity effect was also observed on the nucleoli using silver staining technique after 48h of treatment with 10-4to 10-2 mol/L Zn2+, e. g,the nucleolar particulate material scattered around the nucleoli in the nucleus of root tip cells.  相似文献

文章将纳米金与钴氢氧化物膜的催化作用有效结合,制备了GNPs/CoOOH复合修饰电极,该修饰电极在碱性条件下对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚具有较强的电催化活性。考察了支持电解质酸度及纳米金沉积时间对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚电化学响应的影响,选取0.1 mol/L PBS(pH 10.0)作为支持电解质,纳米金的最佳沉积时间为4 min。在优化的实验条件下,利用差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚进行选择性检测:当两者浓度同时改变时,对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在7~100μmol/L和6~100μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,对应的检出限分别为0.9、0.8μmol/L(S/N=3)。该复合修饰电极具有较好的重现性、稳定性及较强的抗干扰能力。  相似文献

A hemin [iron-Fe(III) protoporphyrin IX chloride] was adsorbed onto a carbon-felt (CF), which is a microelectrode ensemble of micro carbon fiber (ca. 7 μm diameter). The resulting hemin-adsorbed-CF (hemin-CF) showed a well-defined redox wave based on the hemin-Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox process with the formal potential of -0.225 V vs. Ag/AgCl in deoxygenated phosphate/citrate buffer solution (0.1 mol/L, pH 5.0). The apparent heterogenous electron transfer rate constant was estimated to be 8.6 sec-1. In air-saturated electrolyte solution, the hemin-CF exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of dioxygen (O2). This activity was reversibly inhibited by respiratory toxins such as cyanide and azide, which bind sixth coordination position of iron active center of hemin. The electrocatalytic O2 reduction current at the hemin-CF was modulated by the toxins in a concentration-depending manner. Based on the relationship between the inhibition and the toxin concentration, apparent inhibition constants of cyanide and azide were evaluated to be 4.52 and 1.98 μmol/L, respectively. When the hemin-CF was used as a working electrode unit of the CF-based electrochemical flow-through detector with air-saturated carrier, the injection of the azide induced peak-shape current responses, which allowed rapid and continuous flow-amperometric determination of azide with high sensitivity.  相似文献

Anaerobic lagoon profile studies were undertaken in perspex columns which were either unaerated (A), or aerated to a depth of 8 (B), 20 (C) or 40 cm (D). The dissolved oxygen level in the aerated columns was maintained at approximately 70% of saturation and all columns were loaded at the rate of 50–55 g BOD5 m?3 day?1. Temperature was maintained at about 20°C and the retention time averaged 128 days. The untreated waste had total solids (TS) and 5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) levels of 26.4 and 6.0 g l?1, respectively. The average volatility of the TS was 79.0%.The results of the study indicated that all treatments removed at least 77 and 90% of the incoming TS and BOD5, respectively. The treatment efficiencies of the unaerated and shallow aerated systems (8 and 20 cm) were similar and higher than treatment D. Oxygen uptake rates (mg O2 l?1 h?1) in treatments B, C and D were 16.8, 7.8 and 11.4, respectively. Nitrate-nitrogen levels in aerated treatments were <23 mg l?1. Faecal coliform (FC) and faecal streptococci (FS) levels in the effluents were less than the influent levels which were approximately 1.5 × 106 ml?1 for FC and 1.7 × 106 ml?1 for FS. The average percentage reductions, which were least for treatment D, were greater than 99% for FC and greater than 96% for FS. Soluble P release during soil organic matter decomposition was measured under fluctuating seasonal temperatures in several of Florida's organic soils. Natural soil profiles obtained from seven locations in central and south Florida were used in the study. Soil columns were leached once every 25 days, followed by applying a suction of 100 cm. Soil columns were flooded for 25 days in the months of July and August (between 14 and 21 weeks after initiation of the study for central Florida organic soils and between 11 and 18 weeks for south Florida organic soils) to simulate normal agronomic practice.The amounts of P released into effluent from Florida's organic soils were in the range of 2.9–26.2 μg P/cm3 of soil per year (16–168 kg P ha?1 year?1). This represents 2.2–20% of the total soil P for central Florida organic soils and 0.75–1.1% of total soil P for south Florida organic soils. Soluble ortho-P accounted for about 70–89% of total effluent P for central Florida organic soils and 54–57% of effluent P for south Florida organic soils. Estimated soil P mineralization during organic matter decomposition was about 38–185 kg P ha?1 year?1 for central Florida organic soils and 16–23 kg P ha?1 year?1 for south Florida organic soils. Seasonal temperature fluctuations had minimal influence on the P release into effluent. Flooding the organic soils, however, increased P release into drainage effluent by about 4–8 times, compared with drained conditions.  相似文献

Effects of 2-h exposures to 0–1 μmol mol−1 SO2, NO2 and (1:1) SO2 + NO2 on CO2 uptake by standardized snap bean leaves were studied. Interactions resulting from pollutant-induced changes in leaf conductance were evaluated. Minimum exposure concentrations required to depress CO2 exchange rates (CER) under the test conditions were:0.17 μmol mol−1 SO2, 0.38 μmol mol−1 NO2, and 0.08 μmol mol−1 of each pollutant in the 1:1 mixture. Treatments with 1 μmol mol−1 NO2 reduced CER 10% without affecting leaf conductance. One μmol mol−1 SO2 depressed CER by 50%. Leaf conductances increased in SO2-treated leaves showing 30% inhibition of CER. Greater inhibition led to subsequent stomatal closure. Inhibition caused by the individual pollutants (applied singly) was linear over the range of concentrations investigated. The dual-pollutant mixture produced a synergistic response that was most pronounced at the lower pollutant concentrations. The potentiated effect was correlated with marked stomatal closure.Experimental plants for this study were grown under low moisture stress conditions to enhance stomatal opening in the plant stock material and reduce (damp) the potential for further SO2-induced stimulation of stomatal opening. The experiments were designed to obtain limiting data for the test conditions.  相似文献

The delafossite CuCrO2 elaborated by sol-gel from 40 nm diameter colloid is optically active in the visible region. It is characterized physically and photoelectrochemically. The microstructure is fairly homogenous with a mean crystallite size of ca. 2 μm. The optical gap (1.30 eV), determined from the diffuse reflectance, is well suited to the sunlight spectrum. The Mott Schottky plot is characteristic of P-type conductivity with a flat band potential of -0.26 VSCE. As application, the photoreduction of chromate is successfully achieved in air-equilibrated suspension CuCrO2/ZnO (1/1). CuCrO2 is photoactivated by visible light and the electrons in the conduction band (-1.34 VSCE) are injected to ZnO. In the presence of salicylic acid, a conversion of Cr(VI) to Cr(III) of 57% is obtained under optimal conditions (pH 3 at 25℃, 5×10-4 mol/L) because of the HCrO4- dark adsorption onto ZnO (4HCrO4- + 3C7H6O3 + 18O2 + 16H+ → 4Cr3+ + 21CO2 + 19H2O, ΔG0 = -557 kcal/mol). Prolonged illumination is accompanied by a deceleration in the photoactivity owing to the competitive water reduction, an issue of energetic concern. The hetero-system exhibits self sensitization for hydrogen production with an evolution rate of 149 μmol/(hr·g).  相似文献
