Pd/CeO2-Al2O3对烟气中多环芳烃的催化氧化性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用浸渍法制备了不同负载量及不同钯铈比(Pd:Ce)的Pd/CeO2-Al2O3催化剂,并结合XRD、BET、SEM、O2-TPD和H2-TPR等方法对催化剂的性质进行了表征,研究了所制备的催化剂对燃煤烟气中多环芳烃(PAHs)的催化转化效率.XRD和SEM结果表明,Ce和Pd在Al2O3表面呈高度分散状态,有利于PAHs的催化氧化.BET测试表明,Ce的引入改变了催化剂表面孔径结构,提高其比表面积.O2-TPD和H2-TPR测试表明,适当钯铈比条件下制备的催化剂有较强的储氧能力和活性.催化氧化实验结果表明,所制备的Pd/CeO2-Al2O3催化剂对PAHs具有较高的转化效率,其平均转化率均在80%以上,且PAHs的毒性当量显著降低,钯铈比对PAHs的催化氧化性能影响较大,当催化剂的钯铈比为1:1时,PAHs的转化率最高,可达90%以上.  相似文献

研究等离子体对柠檬酸络合法制备的Cu0.05Ce0.95-CA催化剂表面结构和物种的强化效应. TPO、H2-TPR、O2-TPD、XRD、BET和XPS等测试结果表明,催化剂处于等离子放电区时,其氧化碳烟燃烧的活性显著增强.在介质阻挡放电电压为9kV时,起燃温度为243.1℃,比无等离子的情况降低了65.1℃;燃烧峰值温度为302.8℃,降低92.7℃.在等离子体存在下,Cu0.05Ce0.95-CA催化剂有着更大的比表面积和更小的晶粒粒径;等离子体可以提高催化剂表面游离态的CuO的分散度,并使得更多的Cu2+进入CeO2晶格,形成更多的Cuy2+Ce1-y4+O2-y2-□y固熔体,催化剂储氧容量增大,在催化剂表面生成更多的活性氧物种,其流动、迁移和转化促进催化剂产生更多的氧空穴,如此循环,持续促进碳烟催化燃烧.  相似文献

以Ti O2、γ-Al2O3及Ti O2-γ-Al2O3复合氧化物为载体,以In-Ag-O基为活性组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列In/Ag催化剂,通过XRD、BET、SEM、H2-TPR等技术手段对催化剂表面形态进行分析,并考察了催化剂对CO选择性还原NO的反应活性和载体中Ti O2含量对催化性能的影响.结果表明,Ti O2的添加促进了活性组分铟和银物种的分散,当Ti O2的含量为载体的15%时制备的催化剂活性最高,合适的Ti O2与γ-Al2O3配比使活性组分与载体之间发生了强烈的相互作用,由此提高了CO选择性还原NO的活性.  相似文献

合成了铈插层的Laponite黏土材料(Ce-Lap),并以此材料为载体,分别负载质量分数为3%、5%、8%、10%的Fe制备Fe/Ce-Lap催化剂,通过XRD、氮气吸脱附曲线、XRF、TG、FT-IR、O2-TPD、H2-TPR、XPS等手段,对催化剂的物理化学性质进行了表征测试,并考察了催化剂在H2S选择性催化氧化反应过程中的活性.结果表明,5%的Fe/Ce-Lap在180℃时表现出最好的催化活性,能达到96%的硫产率,这归因于Fe与Ce之间的相互作用,改善了Fe3+的氧化还原能力.此外,较高的氧吸附能力及铁物种的高分散度促进了氧化反应的进行.  相似文献

钙钛矿LaMnO3负载贵金属在催化氧化碳烟中的作用   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
采用共沉淀法制备钙钛矿LaMnO3,并用浸渍法在LaMnO3上负载不同的贵金属得到系列催化剂.利用程序升温氧化反应对催化剂催化氧化碳烟的性能进行了测试.程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、BET、XRD、SEM和FY-IR等表征手段对催化荆进行了表征.结果表明,当Pd的负载量在0.5%时,催化剂Pd/LaMnO3的催化性能最好,和单独的LaMnO3相比,最高燃烧速率温度降低了40℃.当负载量较小和较多时,碳烟起燃温度反而会比LaMnO3高.在5种贵金属负载的催化剂中,其中Pd催化性能最好,依次为Au、Ru、Pt和Rh.TPR测试表明贵金属的负载有助于钙钛矿中 Mn4 的还原,对高温时Mn3 的还原作用不大.XRD衍射角向低角度出现了少许偏移,显示负载在表面的贵金属部分进入钙钛矿LaMnO3的晶格结构中,使其晶粒增大;BET和SEM结果表明催化剂在反应后出现了轻微团聚现象.IR图谱显示反应前后,主要特征红外吸收带没有明显变化,表明催化剂具有较好的结构稳定性.适量的贵金属在钙钛矿LaMnO3上负载,能够有效地提高催化燃烧碳烟的活性.  相似文献

以TiO2为载体,采用浸渍法制备V-M/TiO2(M=Cu、Cr、Ce、Mn、Mo)双金属氧化物催化剂,考察其催化燃烧氯苯、二氯甲烷等含氯有机废气(CVOCs)的性能,并通过XRD、BET、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,V-Mo/TiO2催化剂比表面积最大,催化剂表面活性组分的高分散性和良好的酸性分布使得V-Mo/TiO2能够在260oC将氯苯完全转化为CO2和HCl.而V-Mn/TiO2则具有丰富的活性氧,可显著提高催化剂深度氧化二氯甲烷的能力,在380℃时二氯甲烷即可完全燃烧,并且反应对CO2有着很高的选择性.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了系列V2O5/CeO2催化剂,用于低温NH3选择性催化还原(NH3-SCR)NO.同时,考察了催化剂中V2O5负载量和煅烧温度对催化活性的影响,并运用SEM,BET和XRD物理化学技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,V2O5/CeO2催化剂对模拟烟气中的NO转化呈现出较高的活性,但是V2O5负载量和催化剂的催化活性并不呈线性递增的关系.当V2O5负载量超过10%时,催化剂的催化活性开始下降.随着煅烧温度的升高,由于钒酸铈的生成,催化剂的催化活性下降.400℃为最佳煅烧温度.  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同Zr含量的ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体和Pd/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂,利用连续流动微反装置考察了Pd/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫(HDS)性能,并运用程序升温还原(TPR),程序升温脱附(H2-TPD,NH3-TPD)和N2物理吸附等技术对载体及催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体中Zr含量对Pd基催化剂的HDS性能有较大影响,加入适量Zr可增大Pd/Al2O3催化剂的分散度及H2吸附量和酸量,减弱活性组分与载体的相互作用,使活性中心和噻吩吸附位增多以及活化能降低,从而有利于Pd基催化剂HDS反应活性的提高,w(Zr)为9%时Pd/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂的活性最好.  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍法制备了γ-Al2O3负载的Ni金属催化剂和Ni-Fe双金属催化剂,采用BET、XRD、H2-TPR等手段对催化剂进行了表征,利用固定床反应装置考察了催化剂的合成气甲烷化的催化活性,研究了常压下不同负载量的镍铁双金属催化剂在不同空速下及不同温度下的催化活性。结果表明:反应空速为30 000 m L/(g·h),反应原料气体积分数为N2:20%、H2:60%、CO:20%的反应条件下,Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂表现出高的甲烷化活性,CO的转化率接近100%,CH4的选择性可达90%以上。得到在Ni和Fe的负载量均在15%的情况下,催化剂催化效果达到最佳,BET、XRD及H2-TPR分析表明,在这样的比例下,Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂中Ni、Fe之间产生了明显的相互作用,在还原后的催化剂中以Ni-Fe合金形式存在,铁助剂的添加可以使催化剂的还原温度降低,利于活性组分被还原。镍、铁之间的相互作用有利于产生电子效应,并使得Ni O的分散度有所提高,催化剂能够充分地被还原,从而提高催化剂活性。  相似文献

Toxic effects of two agrochemicals on nifH gene in agricultural black soil were investigated using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and sequencing approaches in a microcosm experiment. Changes of soil nifH gene diversity and composition were examined following the application of acetochlor, methamidophos and their combination. Acetochlor reduced the nifH gene diversity (both in gene richness and diversity index values) and caused changes in the nifH gene composition. The effects of acetochlor on nifH gene were strengthened as the concentration of acetochlor increased. Cluster analysis of DGGE banding patterns showed that nifH gene composition which had been affected by low concentration of acetochlor (50 mg/kg) recovered firstly. Methamidophos reduced nifH gene richness that except at 4 weeks. The medium concentration of methamidophos (150 mg/kg) caused the most apparent changes in nifH gene diversity at the first week while the high concentration of methamidophos (250 mg/kg) produced prominent effects on nifH gene diversity in the following weeks. Cluster analysis showed that minimal changes of nifH gene composition were found at 1 week and maximal changes at 4 weeks. Toxic effects of acetochlor and methamidophos combination on nifH gene were also apparent. Different nifH genes (bands) responded differently to the impact of agrochemicals: four individual bands were eliminated by the application of the agrochemicals, five bands became predominant by the stimulation of the agrochemicals, and four bands showed strong resistance to the influence of the agrochemicals. Fifteen prominent bands were partially sequenced, yielding 15 different nifH sequences, which were used for phylogenetic reconstructions. All sequences were affiliated with the alpha- and beta-proteobacteria, showing higher similarity to eight different diazotrophic genera.  相似文献

The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus (Glomus mosseae) and phosphorus (P) addition (100 mg/kg soil) on arsenic (As) uptake by maize plants (Zea mays L.) from an As-contaminated soil were examined in a glasshouse experiment.Non-mycorrhizal and zero-P addition controls were included.Plant biomass and concentrations and uptake of As,P,and other nutrients,AM colonization,root lengths,and hyphal length densities were determined.The results indicated that addition of P significantly inhibited root colonization and development of extraradical mycelium.Root length and dry weight both increased markedly with mycorrhizal colonization under the zero-P treatments,but shoot and root biomass of AM plants was depressed by P application.AM fungal inoculation decreased shoot As concentrations when no P was added,and shoot and root As concentrations of AM plants increased 2.6 and 1.4 times with P addition,respectively.Shoot and root uptake of P,Mn,Cu,and Zn increased,but shoot Fe uptake decreased by 44.6%,with inoculation, when P was added.P addition reduced shoot P,Fe,Mn,Cu,and Zn uptake of AM plants,but increased root Fe and Mn uptake of the nonmycorrhizal ones.AM colonization therefore appeared to enhance plant tolerance to As in low P soil,and have some potential for the phytostabilization of As-contaminated soil,however,P application may introduce additional environmental risk by increasing soil As mobility.  相似文献

In this study an effort has been made to use plant polyphenol oxidases; potato (Solanum tuberosum) and brinjal (Solanum melongena), for the treatment of various important dyes used in textile and other industries. The ammonium sulphate fractionated enzyme preparations were used to treat a number of dyes under various experimental conditions. Majority of the treated dyes were maximally decolorized at pH 3.0. Some of the dyes were quickly decolorized whereas others were marginally decolorized. The initial first hour was sufficient for the maximum decolorization of dyes. The rate of decolorization was quite slow on long treatment of dyes. Enhancement in the dye decolorization was noticed on increasing the concentration of enzymes. The complex mixtures of dyes were treated with both preparations of polyphenol oxidases in the buffers of varying pH values. Potato polyphenol oxidase was significantly more effective in decolorizing the dyes to higher extent as compared to the enzyme obtained from brinjal polyphenol oxidase. Decolorization of dyes and their mixtures, followed by the formation of an insoluble precipitate, which could be easily removed simply by centrifugation.  相似文献

Single and joint effects of pesticides and mercury on soil urease   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3  
The influence of two pesticides including chlorimuron-ethyl and furadan and mercury (Hg) on urease activity in 4 soils (meadow burozem and phaeozem) was investigated. The soils were exposed to various concentrations of the two pesticides and Hg individually and simultaneously. Results showed that there was a close relationship between urease activity and organic matter content in soil. Chlorimuron-ethyl and furadan could both activate urease in the 4 soils. The maximum increment of urease activity by chlorimuronethyl was up to 14%-18%. There was almost an equal increase (up to 13%-21%) in the urease activity by furadan. On the contrary, Hg markedly inhibited soil urease activity. A logarithmic equation was used to describe the relationship (P〈0.05) between the concentration of Hg and the activity of soil urease in the 4 tested soils. Semi-effect dose (ED50) values by the stress of Hg based on the inhibition of soil urease in the 4 soils were 88, 5.5, 24 and 20 mg/kg, respectively, according to the calculation of the corresponding equations. The interactive effect of chlorimuron-ethyl or furadan with metal Hg on soil urease was mainly synergic at the highest tested concentrations.  相似文献

A study was conducted to compare the diversity of 2-, 3-, and 4-chlorobenzoate degraders in two pristine soils and one contaminated sewage sludge. These samples contained strikingly different populations of mono-chlorobenzoate degraders. Although fewer cultures were isolated in the uncontaminated soils than contaminated one, the ability of microbial populations to mineralize chlorobenzoate was widespread. The 3- and 4-chlorobenzoate degraders were more diverse than the 2-chlorobenzoate degraders. One of the strains isolated from the sewage sludge was obtained. Based on its phenotype, chemotaxonomic properties and 16S rRNA gene, the organism S-7 was classified as Rhodococcus erythropolis. The strain can grow at temperature from 4 to 37℃. It can utilize several (halo)aromatic compounds. Moreover, strain S-7 can grow and use 3-chlorobenzoate as sole carbon source in a temperatures range of 10-30℃ with stoichiometric release of chloride ions. The psychrotolerant ability was significant for bioremediation in low temperature regions. Catechol and chlorocatechol 1,2-dioxygenase activities were present in cell free extracts of the strain, but no (chloro)catechol 2,3- dioxygenase activities was detected. Spectral conversion assays with extracts from R. erythropolis S-7 showed accumulation of a compound with a similar UV spectrum as chloro-cis,cis-muconate from 3-chlorobenzoate. On the basis of these results, we proposed that S-7 degraded 3-chlorobenzoate through the modified ortho-cleave pathway.  相似文献

A field study was conducted in the Taihu Lake region, China in 2004 to reveal the organochlorine pesticide concentrations in soils after the ban of these substances in the year 1983. Thirteen organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were analyzed in soils from paddy field, tree land and fallow land. Total organochlorine pesticide residues were higher in agricultural soils than in uncultivated fallow land soils. Among all the pesticides, ΣDDX (DDD, DDE and DDT) had the highest concentration for all the soil samples, ranging from 3.10 ng/g to 166.55 ng/g with a mean value of 57.04 ng/g and followed by ΣHCH, ranging from 0.73 ng/g to 60.97 ng/g with a mean value of 24.06 ng/g. Dieldrin, endrin, HCB and α-endosulfan were also found in soils with less than 15 ng/g. Ratios of p,p'-(DDD DDE)/DDT in soils under three land usages were: paddy field > tree land > fallow land, indicating that land usage inlfuenced the degradation of DDT in soils. Ratios of p,p'-(DDD DDE)/DDT >1, showing aged residues of DDTs in soils of the Taihu Lake region. The results were discussed with data from a former study that showed very low actual concentrations of HCH and DDT in soils in the Taihu Lake region, but according to the chemical half-lives and their concentrations in soils in 1980s, the concentration of DDT in soils seemed to be underestimated. In any case our data show that the ban on the use of HCH and DDT resulted in a tremendous reduction of these pesticide residues in soils, but there are still high amounts of pesticide residues in soils, which need more remediation processes.  相似文献

The contribution of aliphatic-rich plant biopolymer to sorption of hydrophobic organic compounds is significantly important because of their preservation and accumulation in the soil environment,but sorption mechanism is still not fully understood.In this study, sorption of 1-naphthol by plant cuticular fractions was examined to better understand the contributions of respective fraction.Toward this end,cuticular materials were isolated from the fruits of tomato by chemical method.The tomato cuticle sheet consisted of waxes (6.5 wt%),cuticular monomer (69.5 wt%),and polysaccharide (24.0 wt%).Isotherms of l-naphthol to the cuticular fractions were nonlinear (N value (0.82-0.90)) at the whole tested concentration ranges.The KodKow ratios for bulk cuticle (TC1),dewaxed cuticle (TC2),cutin (TC4),and desugared cuticle (TC5) were larger than unity,suggested that tomato bulk cuticle and cutin are much powerful solption medium.Sorption capability of cutin (TC4) was 2.4 times higher than the nonsaponifiable fraction (TC3).The 1-naphthol interactions with tomato cuticular materials were governed by both hydrophobic-type interactions and polar (H-bonding) interactions. Removal of the wax and polysaccharide materials from the bulk tomato cuticle caused a significant increase in the sorption ability of the cuticular material.There was a linear negative trend between K_(oc) values and the amount of polysaccharides or fraction's polarities ((N O)/C);while a linear positive relationship between K_(oc) values and the content of cutin monomer (linear R~2=0.993) was observed for present in the cuticular fractions.Predominant sorbent of the hydrophobic organic compounds (HOCs) in the plant cuticular fraction was the cutin monomer,contributing to 91.7% of the total sorption of tomato bulk cuticle.  相似文献

Common silver barb,Puntius gonionotus,exposed to the nominal concentration of 0.06 mg/L Cd for 60 d,were assessed for histopathological alterations(gills,liver and kidney),metal accumulation,and metallothionein(MT)mRNA expression.Fish exhibited pathological symptoms such as hypertrophy and hyperplasia of primary and secondary gill lamellae,vacuolization in hepatocytes,and prominent tubular and glomerular damage in the kidney.In addition,kidney accumulated the highest content of cadmium,more than gills and liver.Expression of MT mRNA was increased in both liver and kidney of treated fish.Hepatic MT levels remained high after fish were removed to Cd-free water.In contrast,MT expression in kidney was peaked after 28 d of treatment and drastically dropped when fish were removed to Cd-free water.The high concentrations of Cd in hepatic tissues indicated an accumulation site or permanent damage on this tissue.  相似文献

Seed induces and promotes the crystallization of calcium phosphate, and acts as carrier of the recovered phosphorus (P). In order to select suitable seed for P recovery from wastewater, three seeds including Apatite (AP), Juraperle (JP) and phosphate-modified Juraperle (M-JP) were tested and compared. Batch and fixed-bed column experiments of seeded crystallization of calcium phosphate were undertaken by using synthetic wastewater with 10 mg/L P phosphate. It shows that AP has bad enduring property in the crystallization process, while JP has better performance for multiple uses, and M-JP is a hopeful seed for P recovery by crystallization of calcium phosphate.  相似文献
