以2005年为基准年,根据统计数据和发展目标分析了“十一五”期间新疆能源消费领域的节能潜力.结果显示,新疆万元GDP、万元工业增加值能耗均远高于全国水平,能源消费领域节能潜力为4 557.33×10^4t标准煤;石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业,石油和天然气开采业,电力、热力的生产和供应业,黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业,非金属矿物制品业,建筑节能,化学原料及化学制品制造业是新疆节能潜力较大的领域,且节能潜力依次减小,总节能潜力达3 348.48×10^4t标准煤;上述这些行业和领域内能耗均较高,建筑节能在节约资源的同时减少城市大气污染,是节能的优先领域. 相似文献

绿色经济是一种既注重生产经济发展,又注重资源、能源节约利用和生态环境可持续发展的经济。我国矿山企业传统经济评价往往忽视或过度简化了环境保护、资源合理利用、节能指标的量化经济评价,亟待改进。以“费用一收益”经济分析思想为基础,从生产经济、环境保护、资源合理利用和节能降耗四个方面综合构建了矿山工业企业绿色经济评价指标体系,并提出了应用指标体系评价时应注意的问题。 相似文献

研究以能源消费模式为切入点,分析中原经济区能源消费总量、消费结构和利用效率的现状水平,并分析能源消费引起的大气环境压力状况。基于经济发展速度调控及节能减排力度的不同,设置2020年三种能源消费情景,使用区域能源消费总量优化模型模拟预测不同情景下的能源消费总量,并分析不同情景下的大气环境压力。结果表明,快速发展和适度发展Ⅰ情景下,2020年区域能源消费总量将比2012年增加4.2×10~8tce和2.4×10~8tce,煤炭消费总量将增加3.1×10~8tce和1.2×10~8tce,大气污染物排放压力增加30%和50%;适度发展Ⅱ情景下,能源消费总量将增加0.2×10~8tce,煤炭消费总量将下降0.3×10~8tce,大气污染物排放压力将降低20%。因此,要实现经济发展稳步增长(年均增长率7.7%)和大气污染物排放总量削减10%目标,重中之重是实现煤炭消费总量"零增长"或"负增长",同时力争能源消费总量控制在5×10~8~6×10~8tce,凭借煤炭占比大幅下降(降至65%左右)最大限度发挥能源供给领域节能效应,依靠产业结构升级节能效应和技术节能拓展能源消费领域节能空间,将能效水平提高至0.6tce/万元以下。 相似文献

根据2004—2009年珠三角地区各种工业结构、总产值以及工业“三废”排放量等数据,运用灰色关联分析研究了珠三角工业生产规模结构、轻重工业结构、行业结构、工业生产结构与不同环境污染物之间的关联程度。结果表明:珠三角3种生产规模的企业中与工业“三废”关联最大的是中型企业,其次是大型企业,小型企业最小;相对重工业,珠三角轻工业与工业“三废”的关联较大;珠三角工业主导行业与工业“三废”的关联度排序:采矿业〉制造业〉电力燃气及水的生产和供应;就产业结构来说,与污染物的灰色关联度依次是:第一产业、第二产业、第三产业。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Factual inputs which may be useful for completing first-order assessments to aid decision-making on the allocation of scarce water resources are compiled. Water needs of major manufacturing industry groups and of minerals industries show wide variations in several measures of water use intensity. The chemicals and allied products and primary metals industries dominate the total water intake and consumptive water use by manufacturing industries. Consumptive use per employee for the petroleum and coal products industry group is nearly 2.5 times higher than that for any other industry group. Estimates of the water requirements per unit energy output for energy-processing systems vary by as much as an order of magnitude. Agricultural water use is larger than that of any other industry but water use for irrigation is not expected to increase significantly by the year 2020. In California, the production of crop calories and proteins per unit of irrigation water applied may vary by more than an order of magnitude. Crops which offer larger monetary returns per acre are irrigated most frequently. 相似文献

This paper examines the long-term and short-term causal relationships between steel consumption and economic activity in Korea between 1975 and 2008 using vector error correction and vector autoregression models. This study disaggregates steel products and steel-consuming industries because the consumption of a specific steel product is closely linked to the output of the corresponding industry. This approach can provide a clear and reliable causal relationship between variable pairs. The results show that total steel consumption and GDP have a long-term equilibrium relationship, running from GDP to total steel consumption. However, a long-term bi-directional causal relationship exists between flat products consumption and the manufacturing GDP. Flat products consumption also demonstrates the long-term relationships between steel-consuming industries, such as automobile, shipbuilding, and fabricated metal product, but causal directions are mixed, depending on variable pairs. These results imply that the reciprocal growth between these industries has contributed to the robust competitiveness of Korean manufacturing. Because Korea has maintained its export-oriented industrial policy based on manufacturing, the steel and steel-consuming industries are expected to play a significant role in economic growth far into the future. 相似文献

产业振兴是乡村振兴的首要任务,优化产业布局是基础。以江西省上饶市铅山县永平镇为研究区域,运用空间分析方法分析了坡度、坡向和矿区等区位条件对三产布局的影响,以及产业布局现状和主要问题,并基于区位理论和研究结果调整永平镇产业空间布局。结果表明:①坡度、坡向和矿区等影响产业布局,且对第一产业的影响远高于第二、三产业。②矿业乡村三产发展水平差距较大、产业空间关联性弱,尚未形成以农业为核心的三产业融合发展格局。③结合区位分析结果,调整产业布局,形成“三区三轴一中心”新产业格局,以利于三产融合发展。 相似文献

Turkey's primary energy resources seem limited as indigenous energy production meets nearly 31 % of the total primary energy demand. But the growth of Turkey's industry gives rise to a substantial increase in energy demand. Final energy consumption grew from 52.6 Mtoe (million tons of oil equivalent) in the year 1990 to 78.4 Mtoe in the year 2002. Industrial demand accounts for about 41.6 % of the final energy demand in Turkey. Basic metal industries, non-metallic material products and chemical and petroleum products have the highest energy consumption in industrial sector. In this work, industrial energy consumption and energy consumption of different indsutrial subsectors in Turkey are investigated. 相似文献
