高铁酸钾对菠菜中3种有机磷农药残留降解的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
菠菜(Spinaciao leracea L.)是我国出口的重要蔬菜品种之一,其农药残留是制约我国菠菜出口的重要"技术壁垒".在露地栽培条件下,研究了叶面喷施高铁酸钾水溶液对菠菜中有机磷农药的降解作用,并探讨了高铁酸钾对菠菜相关酶活、MDA含量及品质指标的影响.结果表明,叶面喷施不同浓度的高铁酸钾(200、400、600mg·L-1)可有效降低菠菜中敌敌畏、毒死蜱和乐果等有机磷农药的残留量.随着高铁酸钾喷施浓度的增大,菠菜中敌敌畏、毒死蜱和乐果残留量显著降低;试验浓度下以600mg·L-1高铁酸钾处理的降解效果最好,可使菠菜中敌敌畏、毒死蜱和乐果的降解率达到72.43%、87.15%和75.45%.叶面喷施高铁酸钾对菠菜过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、MDA含量以及品质指标没有明显影响.试验表明高铁酸钾具有降解有机磷农药残留的作用,在菠菜生产中将高铁酸钾作为有机磷农药残留降解制剂是可行的.  相似文献

以玉米为供试植物 ,研究了砂培条件下不同丛枝菌根真菌 (Acaulosporalaevis,Glomuscaledonium ,Glomusmanihotis)与不同浓度重金属 (铜和镉 )的相互作用对菌根侵染率、孢子数、根际微生物数量和磷酸酶活性的影响 .在不同浓度的铜和镉中 ,G .caledonium的侵染率均最高 ,且随重金属浓度的增加而变化较小 ,而它的孢子数在这 3种接种处理中最低 .低量的铜 (0 .0 5mg/kg)可显著地减少不接种、接种A .laevis和G .manihotis的细菌数量 ,却能显著地增加接种处理的真菌数量 .当溶液中铜的浓度大于 0 .2mg/kg时 ,接种处理的真菌数量小于不接种处理的真菌数量 .铜或镉的浓度不同时放线菌数量均有接种远大于不接种 ,其中接种之间放线菌数量相差不大 ,且随重金属浓度增大而变化较小 .无论是不同浓度的铜还是不同浓度的镉的接种处理常有利于增加磷酸酶活性 .重金属浓度低时 ,细菌和真菌数量、磷酸酶活性变化较大 ,高浓度时变化较小 .图 7参 15  相似文献

为了初步探讨重金属镉(Cd)和锌(Zn)对水生生物的联合毒性效应,以大型蚤(Daphnia magna)为研究对象,以蚤体内的金属硫蛋白(MT)含量为毒性指标,研究了重金属Cd和Zn对大型蚤的联合毒性作用.结果表明:Cd和Zn单独暴露下,大型蚤体内MT含量随水体中重金属浓度升高而升高,呈幂函数关系;Cd和Zn联合暴露下,蚤体内MT含量随联合浓度的升高呈先上升后下降趋势;在较低浓度时Cd、Zn表现为协同作用,在中等浓度时表现为相加作用,在较高浓度时表现为拮抗作用;MT可作为Cd、Zn联合毒性评价的敏感指标.  相似文献

通过筛选敌敌畏、马拉硫磷和对硫磷3种有机磷农药对水生生物的急性毒性数据和乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制效应数据,构建物种敏感度分布曲线进行了比较分析。结果表明,敌敌畏对水生生物的急性毒性和乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制效应的大小顺序为:酶体内抑制效应酶体外抑制效应急性毒性;马拉硫磷和对硫磷的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制效应数据不足但趋势相似,顺序为:酶体内抑制效应急性毒性酶体外抑制效应。敌敌畏的急性毒性和酶体外抑制效应的5%危害浓度(HC5)分别为2.07μg·L~(-1)和1.53μg·L~(-1),两者相差1.4倍。在水质基准推导中,乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制效应数据对有机磷农药的水生生物基准具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

不同氮形态对龙葵镉积累、抗氧化系统和氮同化的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以镉超积累植物龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)为材料研究了不同氮形态对其镉(Cd)积累的影响及其生理响应机制,为今后利用龙葵进行植物冶金和镉污染土壤修复提供理论依据。采用龙葵室内盆栽控制试验,采用不同浓度3种氮形态[铵态氮NH_4_2SO_4、硝态氮NaNO_3、硝态-铵态氮NH_4NO_3]处理,以植株生长为重要参考,研究其对镉积累、抗氧化系统和氮同化的影响。结果表明,(1)镉(10~160 mg·kg~(-1))显著影响龙葵生长,降低生物量积累;外施3种形态氮均能缓解40 mg·kg~(-1)镉毒害,提高地上部生物量、叶绿素含量和镉累积量,且铵态氮对生物量增产与镉累积效果优于其他形态氮肥,其中400mg·kg~(-1)的NH_4_2SO_4最为明显。(2)植株叶片过氧化氢(H_2O_2)水平随施铵态氮和铵态-硝态氮量增加而降低,随施硝态氮量增加而先降后升。(3)过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)随施硝态氮与硝态-铵态氮浓度增加而减低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随施硝态氮量增加先升后降;POD活性随施加铵态氮浓度增加而逐渐升高,显示铵态氮能显著提升幼苗抗氧化能力。(4)随硝态氮施加量增加,硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性先升后降;而GS活性在铵态氮施加量为100 mg·kg~(-1)时达到最大,随后逐渐降低。同时,谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性随着3种不同形态氮施加量的增加逐渐降低。从植物修复角度出发,铵态氮对龙葵的强化修复效果优于硝态氮与硝态-铵态氮,尤其是400 mg·kg~(-1)的NH_4~+为龙葵镉修复的最佳浓度。  相似文献

报道了土壤中施入不同浓度有机磷杀虫剂甲胺磷(methamidophos)后对土壤磷酸酶和脱氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:甲胺磷对脱氢酶和3种磷酸酶的活性均有不同程度的抑制。其抑制强度和作用时间随浓度升高而加剧和延长,但随着时间的推移,这种抑制作用逐渐消失,并产生微弱的刺激效应。甲胺磷对土壤酸性磷酸酶活性的影响大于中性和碱性磷酸酶。初步讨论了酶活性与微生物生长的变化情况。  相似文献

敌敌畏是使用最为广泛的有机磷农药之一,具有较高的水溶性,对水生动物的危害较大.为初步探讨水体中敌敌畏降解菌对中毒鱼类的解毒作用,测定了敌敌畏对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)幼鱼的急性毒性,调查了一株敌敌畏高效降解菌——类球红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)的解毒作用.结果表明:敌敌畏对鲫鱼幼鱼48、72、96h的LC50分别为45.1、30.4、23.3mg·L-1,安全浓度为2.3mg·L-1,属低毒农药.在不同敌敌畏暴露浓度的养鱼水中添加类球红细菌(5×107CFU·mL-1)可以显著降低鲫鱼的死亡率,20mg·L-1和35mg·L-1敌敌畏暴露浓度下,鲫鱼96h死亡率分别由40%和100%降低至0和15%;利用液相色谱检测了敌敌畏在添加和不添加类球红细菌的养鱼水中的降解规律,发现类球红细菌的解毒作用主要是对水中敌敌畏的快速降解,降解过程中没有积累有毒代谢产物.  相似文献

敌敌畏是广泛使用的有机磷农药之一,具有较高的水溶性,对水生动物的危害较大.为探讨敌敌畏降解菌对水体中中毒鱼类的降毒效果,测定了敌敌畏对斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio)的急性毒性,研究了一株敌敌畏高效降解菌--类球红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)的解毒作用.结果显示:敌敌畏对斑马鱼24、48、72、96h的LC50分别为42.9、37.5、30.7、25.6mg L-1,安全浓度为2.6mg L-1,属低毒农药;在不同敌敌畏暴露浓度的养鱼水中添加类球红细菌(5×107CFU mL-1)可以显著降低斑马鱼的死亡率,28.3mg L-1和33.6mg L-1敌敌畏暴露浓度下,斑马鱼96h死亡率分别由对照组(不添加类球红细菌)的63.3%和96.7%降低到0;利用液相色谱检测了敌敌畏在添加和不添加类球红细菌的养鱼水中的降解规律,结果表明类球红细菌对斑马鱼的保护作用主要是快速降解水中的敌敌畏,并且没有产生对鱼有毒的降解产物.本研究获得了敌敌畏对斑马鱼的基础毒理学数据,同时为微生物降解水体中的农药残留提供了科学依据.  相似文献

Callianassa australiensis (Dana) that survived 14 d acute lethality studies were analysed to determine the concentrations of zinc, cadmium and copper in the whole shrimp and in various parts of the body. Using regression analysis, the influence of each metal upon the uptake of the others was studied. Zinc and cadmium appeared to enhance the uptake of each other. In a mixture of zinc and copper, the uptake of zinc was enhanced and that of copper was inhibited. In a mixture of cadmium and copper, the uptake of copper was inhibited by the presence of cadmium, but cadmium uptake was unaffected in the presence of copper. In a mixture of all three metals, similar effects were observed except that zinc and copper, occurring together, appeared to have no effect upon cadmium uptake. Additional 14 d experiments with cadmium suggested that accumulation of this metal was a function of metal concentration in the water and of duration of exposure. The whole shrimp cadmium concentration also appeared to be a function of the size of the shrimp. The variation in concentration factors is described and the need for further research on the effects of combinations of metals on various organisms is emphasized.  相似文献

The effect of total cadmium and organic complexing on the rate of cadmium uptake by the brine shrimp, Artemia franciscana has been studied in chemically defined saltwater solutions. The uptake of cadmium from solution by the laboratory-reared brine shrimp displays saturable uptake kinetics. Uptake of cadmium is linear in time up to a total cadmium concentration of 200 moll-1 and saturates above 800 moll-1. Complexation of cadmium with organic ligands decreases the uptake of the metal by the brine shrimp. This is in agreement with the view that the availability of cadmium to aquatic organisms is related to the activity of the free cadmium ion in the solution. There is no evidence that the direct uptake of cadmium complexes is important in determining uptake of cadmium. Cadmium uptake is not, however, a mere function of the free cadmium ion activity in the solution, i.e., cadmium uptake rates may differ by an order of magnitude for the same free cadmium ion activity depending on the complexation conditions. In addition to controlling the free cadmium ion activity, the role of organic ligands in metal ion buffering and metal ion masking appear important factors in determining the availability of the metal to the organism.  相似文献

采用静态换水法研究了杀虫剂敌敌畏(dichlorvos,DDVP)对黑眶蟾蜍(Bufo melanostictus)蝌蚪的急性毒性和生长发育、生理活动的影响.结果表明,DDVP对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的96h半数致死浓度(LC50,96h)为51.61mg/L.暴露于2.24mg/L的DDVP溶液中10d和20d,蝌蚪的体长日增长率分别降低24.9%和9.5%,并引起黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪酯酶同工酶(EST)酶带数和强弱发生改变,抑制了蝌蚪的酯酶同工酶活性,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比活受到的影响相对较小.暴露于6.72mg/L的DDVP溶液中10d和20d,蝌蚪的体长日增长率分别降低27.0%和38.8%,酯酶同工酶(EST)酶带的强弱发生明显的改变,SOD酶比活明显低于对照组.说明杀虫剂敌敌畏对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪可造成一定的毒性影响.图2表4参22  相似文献

2,2’,4,4’-四溴二苯醚(BDE-47)在水体及各种水生生物(鱼类、海洋哺乳动物以及水生无脊椎动物)中被广泛检出,但BDE-47对水生无脊椎动物毒性效应的研究还处于起步阶段。以大型溞(Daphnia magna)为受试生物,通过急性(48h)和慢性(21d)毒性暴露实验,考察了BDE-47对大型溞活动抑制率、心率、产仔情况和酶活性等指标的影响。结果显示,BDE-47对大型溞活动抑制率的48h-EC50为112.5μg.L-1;高浓度(>100μg.L-1)BDE-47显著诱导提高大型溞的心率。21d慢性暴露实验中,8μg.L-1处理组中大型溞全部死亡;其他各浓度处理组(0.5、1、2、4μg.L-1)中,母溞第1胎产仔时间延后,第1胎子代数量减少,总产仔数量大幅减少,这表明大型溞的繁殖能力受到抑制。BDE-47在一定程度上抑制了母溞胆碱酯酶(ChE)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)的活性,大型溞体内的代谢机制没有被诱导,神经活性虽被抑制,但抑制率不高。BDE-47大幅诱导过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,并呈现一定的剂量效应关系,相对于ChE和GST,CAT对BDE-47暴露更为敏感,可作为BDE-47对大型溞慢性暴露毒性效应的潜在生物标志物。  相似文献

The burrowing marine shrimp Callianassa australiensis (Dana) was collected from an uncontaminated area in Western Port, Victoria, Australia in 1977. The shrimp were exposed to cadmium-contaminated water and sediment for 8 wk. The concentrations ranged from 0.5 to 63 g Cd 1-1 for water and 0.5 to 63 g Cd g-1 for sediment. The shrimp accumulated cadmium from water at a rate commensurate with increases in the concentration of cadmium in water and the duration of the experiment. Although the cadmium concentration in the sediments was 103 times higher than that in water, it hat no effect on cadmium uptake by the shrimp. The concentration factors decreased with increasing concentration of cadmium in water but increased as the duration of exposure increased. The shrimp dry weight decreased with increasing concentration of cadmium in water and duration of exposure. As was the case with cadmium uptake by the shrimp, these two factors acted interactively on the shrimp dry weight, but the third factor, concentration of cadmium in sediment, had no effect.  相似文献

以仔猪睾丸支持细胞为实验模型,采用二步酶消化法分离支持细胞进行培养。探讨了0、10、20、40、80gmol·L^-1的氯化镉对支持细胞的毒性作用。结果表明:10gmol·L^-1以上的氯化镉有抑制支持细胞生长的作用,并能使支持细胞氧化酶活性下降,造成支持细胞DNA损伤。  相似文献

Adult grass shrimp (Palaemonetes pugio) were collected during July and August, 1973, and exposed for 48-h periods to a series of sublethal cadmium (Cd) concentrations: 0.1 and 0.56 mg l-1 for metabolic studies; and 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.56 mg l-1 for locomotor studies. Treatment effects were tested singly and in combination at selected dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations ranging from near saturation to 0.8 mgl-1. Shrimp not exposed to Cd exhibited metabolic regulation between 6.5 and, 4.6 mg DOl-1, with progressively lower O2 consumption rates at lower DO concentrations. Oxygen consumption of Cd-exposed shrimp was suppressed overall relative to the non-Cd treated shrimp, and with one exception, the magnitude of metabolic suppression directly corresponded to Cd concentration. Locomotor activity of non-Cd exposed shrimp was relatively independent of DO concentration down to 2.8 mg DO l-1 and became significantly suppressed at 1.8 mg DO l-1 and below. Significant suppression of locomotion was evident in shrimp exposed to 0.56 mg Cd l-1, but was not seen in treatment groups of 0.3 mg Cd l-1 or lower. No interaction on locomotor activity of shrimp was detected between Cd exposure and oxygen concentration. The reduction of locomotor activity and metabolism at 0.56 mg Cd l-1 exposure is similar to that occurring under reduced oxygen condition. It is hypothesized that Cd acts in some manner to suppress O2 availability to P. pugio, a suggestion consistent with literature reports on adverse effects of Cd on fish respiratory enzymes and gill tissue.Contribution No. 351 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Research Laboratory, Narragansett, Rhode Island. Experimental observations suggest that the gametogenic cycle of Mytilus edulis from Swansea Bay, South Wales (U.K.) is adversely modified by the combined effects of temperature, nutritive and sublethal metal-induced stress. During low temperature stress, oogenesis remained in the vegetative stage and vitellogenesis only commenced when temperatures were raised to ambient levels. Copper was the most toxic metal, although its uptake was slowest. A concentration of 0.05 mg l-1 of this metal proved lethal at ambient temperatures, although at low temperatures there was no mortality. Copper suppressed both the growth of young oocytes and vitellogenesis in larger oocytes. Zinc was less toxic than copper, although this also inhibited oocyte development and resulted in severe lysis of gametes. Cadmium was the least toxic of the three metals studied and suppressed gametogenesis only in the initial stages of gonad development. The low toxicity of cadmium to gametogenesis may be a result of its high solubility and its possible storage in the digestive gland.  相似文献
