Ammonia volatilization loss and 15N balance were studied in a rice field at three different stages after urea application in Taihu Lake area with a micrometeorological technique. Factors such as climate and the NH4+-N concentration in the field floodwater affecting ammonia loss were also investigated. Results show that the ammonia loss by volatilization accounted for 18.6%-38.7% of urea applied at different stages, the greatest loss took place when urea was applied at the tillering stage, the smallest at the ear bearing stage, and the intermediate loss at the basal stage. The greatest loss took place within 7 d following the fertilizer application. Ammonia volatilization losses at three fertilization stages were significantly correlated with the ammonium concentration in the field floodwater after the fertilizer was applied. 15N balance experiment indicated that the use efficiency of urea by rice plants ranged between 24.4% and 28.1%. At the early stage of rice growth, the fertilizer nitrogen use efficiency was rather low, only about 12%. The total amount of nitrogen lost from different fertilization stages in the rice field was 44.1%-54.4%, and the ammonia volatilization loss was 25.4%-33.3%. Reducing ammonia loss is an important treatment for improving N use efficiency.  相似文献

将水生植物材料(凤眼莲叶和茎、大薸叶)作为新型吸油材料,与传统植物材料(水稻秸秆、夏威夷坚果壳、甘蔗渣)的吸油性能进行比较。通过研究各材料的表面结构特征、表面基团特征、吸油能力和表面疏水性,来对比各材料的吸油性能。结果表明:水生植物材料具有较大吸油容量,且其叶子部分疏水性很强,适合作为水上浮油原位处理的吸附剂;水稻秸秆疏水性稍弱,但也是一种良好的水上浮油吸附剂;凤眼莲茎吸水性较强,与夏威夷坚果壳、甘蔗渣一样具有浮力较小、疏水性较弱的特点,但对正己烷的吸附速率非常快,可考虑作为填充滤料处理含油废水。  相似文献

为最大限度地利用土地处理猪粪,减少养殖废弃物的排放和化肥的使用,采用大田试验方法,研究亚热带地区水稻田对猪粪的最大消纳能力.对水稻田施以4组不同水平猪粪处理——MNK1(猪粪7454kg/hm2、尿素55kg/hm2、钾肥36kg/hm2)、MNK2(猪粪14911kg/hm2、尿素110kg/hm2、钾肥71kg/hm2)、MNK3(猪粪19381kg/hm2、尿素143kg/hm2、钾肥92kg/hm2)和MNK4(猪粪23854kg/hm2、尿素176kg/hm2、钾肥113kg/hm2),检测施粪过程中降雨径流ρ(CODCr)、ρ(TN)、ρ(TP)、ρ(NH4+-N)等的变化规律,结合水稻产量和各组施肥方式下土壤养分的累积,分析了亚热带地区水稻种植过程猪粪的最佳使用量和土壤承载力. 结果表明:①猪粪增施60%,则每hm2水稻增产180kg. ②MNK2处理的稻田土壤实际产生径流中的TN、TP流失量较MNK3处理分别少32%、39%;MNK2处理稻田土壤的w(TN)、w(TP)、w(TK)比MNK3处理分别减少9%、17%、26%;与全部施入化肥相比,水稻按MNK2水平进行施肥能减少氮、磷流失量6%、13%左右. 在保证经济效益和生态环境效益的同时,单季水稻田最大能消纳猪粪14911kg/hm2,每hm2水稻产量保持在6193kg水平上.   相似文献

运用密闭气室通气法测定了太湖地区典型水稻田lysimeter实验中肥料施用后的稻季氨挥发动态变化和总损失量,并使用Jayaweera-Mikkelsen氨挥发模型验证了测定结果.田间测定结果表明,施用普通尿素和控释尿素后的氨挥发显著不同,在水稻生育期普通尿素的氨挥发损失达施入N量的29%~35%,不同施N水平间差异显著;而不同用量的控释尿素的氨挥发损失则相对一致,仅为施入N量的5%.模型高估了生育期的氨挥发总量,特别是在普通尿素高挥发时期造成了较大偏差.对尿素处理,模型预测值与实测值的比率为2.95~4.19;对控释尿素处理,预测值对实测值有正负偏差,比率为1.19~1.40.运用预测值与实测值的级数商评价了模型的实用性.通过灵敏度分析,对模型中的参数NH 4-N的浓度进行了修正,引入了限制条件.修正后的模型能够很好地满足对高挥发量的预测,模拟结果比率为1.12~1.28.实测田面水中的NH 4-N浓度不能代表模型中参与计算的实际浓度,可能原因是藻类活动对NH 4-N浓度和氨挥发过程产生的影响.  相似文献

采用杭嘉湖地区典型的小粉土和青紫泥土壤,进行水稻盆栽试验,研究新型硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)对稻田田面水氮素转化及径流流失潜能的影响.结果表明,小粉土和青紫泥土壤稻田应用添加DMPP抑制剂的尿素,与常规尿素处理相比,田面水中铵态氮的浓度增加24.8%和16.7%,硝态氮浓度降低47.7%和70.9%,亚硝态氮浓度降低90.6%和88.9%,总无机氮浓度下降13.5%与23.1%,能显著减轻农田氮素流失对水环境存在的污染;DMPP可使田面水的电导率下降,降低盐基离子随农田排水或暴雨径流所导致的流失风险,有助于保护河流水体等地表水环境.  相似文献

1990~1992年连续3a,对北京和南京具有代表性稻田进行了甲烷排放通量测定。结果表明,甲烷排放日变化规律受土壤理化性质、农业管理措施、气候变化等影响而变化,在下午15:00~18:00出现高峰值 ̄(1-6),甲烷排放季节变化规律在分蘖期和孕穗期两次出现高峰。采取不同的农业管理措施对稻田甲烷排放的影响显著:间歇灌溉对烤田后的稻田能降低甲烷排放又可增加水稻产量;南方地区垅作栽培有利于减少冬水田甲烷排放,北方地区旱种可减少甲烷排放;有机肥能促进甲烷排放,稻田分蘖期和孕穗期施用硫酸铵和尿素能抑制甲烷排放。   相似文献

A field experiment located in Taihu Lake Basin of China was conducted,by application of urea or a mixture of urea with manure, to elucidate the interception of nitrogen(N)export in a typical rice field through"zero-drainage water management"combined with sound irrigation,rainfall forecasting and field drying,N concentrations in floodwater rapidly declined before the first event of field drying after three split fertilizations,and subsequently tended to retum to the background level.Before the first field drying,total particulate nitrogen(TPN)was the predominant N form in floodwater of plots with no N input,dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)on plots that received urea only,and dissolved organic nitrogen(DON)on plots treated with the mixture of urea and manure.Thereafter TPN became the major form.No N export was found from the rice field,but total nitrogen(TN)of 15.8 kg/hm~2 was remained,mainly due to soil N sorption.The results recommended the zero-drainage water management for full-scale areas for minimizing N export.  相似文献

The application of NH4+-based fertilizers is a common practice in rice production. The immediate effect of a late season urea application on the processes involved in CH4 emission from a rice field was investigated on sandy loam located in the valley of River Po at Vercelli, northern Italy, and planted with rice (Oryza sativa, type japonica, variety Koral). Urea, applied at a rate of 50 kg N ha−1 on the 75th day after flooding, significantly stimulated both CH4 production and CH4 oxidation. During the following 9 days, the rates of CH4 production and CH4 oxidation in the 0–3 cm soil layer increased by 24–52 and 18–41%, respectively, of the fertilized plot compared to the unfertilized control plot. Methane oxidation on roots was also stimulated by urea, indicated by shorter lag times. Porewater concentrations of CH4 in the 0–6 cm soil layer increased with time and soil depth, but were not affected by fertilization with urea. Urea application also exhibited little impact on CH4 emission. During the 7 days following fertilization, urea only slightly reduced the CH4 flux. Ammonium originating from urea hydrolysis was completely depleted from the porewater within 3 days, mainly due to plant uptake. Fertilizer application did also not affect the contribution of CH4 oxidation to the net flux of CH4, determined by measuring δ13CH4 and by inhibition of CH4 oxidation. The absence of any effect of urea on net CH4 emission in this study was presumably caused by the rapid depletion of urea, the counterbalance between the increase of CH4 production and the increase of CH4 oxidation after fertilization, and methanogenesis in deeper soil layers.  相似文献

采用 OTC- 1型开顶式气室研究臭氧对不同生育时期水稻叶片膜脂过氧化和抗氧化系统的影响 .实验结果表明 ,随着臭氧浓度增加 ,水稻叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素 a/b值下降 ,膜相对透性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量上升 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性逐渐上升 ,过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性开始被诱导上升 ,当浓度达到 200 nl· L-1时反而下降 .叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b值与 MDA含量呈显著负相关 ,膜透性与 MDA含量呈显著正相关 ,叶绿素含量与 POD活性呈负相关 .臭氧造成活性氧的产生和清除之间的失衡 ,加剧了膜脂过氧化作用 ,对水稻的膜系统产生了危害 ,降解叶绿素 ,加速叶片的老化 .  相似文献

 Mycotoxin-producing fungi were isolated from contaminated grains of rice, pulses and oilseeds sold in the local markets of Calcutta for human consumption. It was found that aflatoxin B1 was produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, aflatoxin G1 by A. flavus, ochratoxin by Aspergillus ochraceous, sterigmatocystin by Aspergillus japonicus and citrinin by Penicillium citrinum. 鉴于氮肥施用对农田CH4排放的影响还有很大不确定性,室外盆栽试验于2002年在南京农业大学实施.选取3个供试土壤,各土壤设置对照和低、中、高3个不同氮肥水平,施入尿素量分别为0 g/盆钵(对照) ,0.64g/盆钵,(低氮水平) ,1.28g/盆钵(中氮水平) ,1.93g/盆钵(高氮水平) .结果表明在水稻生长季,不同氮肥(尿素)施用量对稻田土壤CH4排放影响表现为不同土壤之间,及不同氮肥水平之间CH4排放均存在显著差异.无氮肥施入的情况下,3种土壤的CH4季节性累积排放量存在显著差异,分别为6.7g/m2,12.6g/m2 和8.3g/m2.施加氮肥后,3种土壤的CH4排放量随氮肥施入量的增加,均表现为降低趋势,不同土壤CH4排放量存在差异,土壤背景氮含量最高的F(江苏溧水)土壤的CH4排放都比相应氮肥水平下的G(江苏涟水)和H(江苏农科院)土壤的CH4排放低1倍左右.更进一步发现从低氮到中氮水平,3种土壤CH4排放量随氮肥用量的增加降低幅度最大,而此时各土壤的NH4-N含量随氮肥用量增加明显提高,推断造成CH4排放降低的主要可能原因是各土壤的氨态氮含量的增加所致.从中氮到高氮水平3种土壤的CH4排放量的变化不尽相同,G和H土壤的CH4排放量随氮肥用量的增加而降低,而F土壤在中氮和高氮水平下的CH4排放量没有明显变化,值分别为30g/m2.  相似文献

Anaerobic digestion has become increasing popular for managing biowastes in rural China as it has the advantage of generating biogas, a renewable energy. A new challenge, however, is minimizing the environmental pollution resulting from the anaerobically digested slurry (ADS). The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of using a paddy field to remediate ADS while simultaneously cultivating rice. A field experiment was trialed using six treatments based on varying nitrogen loadings over the period of a rice-growing season. These treatments were adjusted to the content of the N within the ADS and had loadings of 270, 405, 540 and 1080 kg N ha−1. These treatments were compared to a negative control (no fertilizer) and a positive control (chemical fertilizer) that consisted of urea applied at 270 kg N ha−1. The effects of these N sources and slurry remediation were monitored using standard methods to measure water quality, soil properties and changes in rice production. Rice grain yields were generally higher for all ADS treatments than for the urea N treatment. Standing water quality in the field could reach national discharge standards for all treatments within 7-8 days after each ADS irrigation. Groundwater quality and heavy metal concentrations in both soil and the rice grain were not affected by the ADS treatments. We suggest that the quantities of ADS irrigated in 867-1734 m3 ha−1 was not only safe for food quality (rice grain) and the receiving environment (water and soil), but also beneficial to soil fertility and rice grain yield.  相似文献

城市生活有机垃圾各组分的厌氧消化产甲烷能力   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
通过生化产甲烷能力(BMP)测定实验确定了葡萄糖、大米、蔬菜、纸张、动物油、植物油和瘦肉等7种城市生活有机垃圾(BOFMSW)组分的生化产甲烷能力,并研究了抑制动物油、植物油和瘦肉厌氧消化过程的影响因素.实验结果表明,葡萄糖、大米、蔬菜和纸张在发酵过程中没有消化抑制发生,4种原料的生化产甲烷能力分别为241、210、147和244mL·g-1,相应地占理论产甲烷能力的64.5%、56.3%、32.6%和67.9%.瘦肉的厌氧消化过程停止产气后,消化液的总挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)浓度为15800mg·L-1,其中丙酸浓度为2509mg·L-1;消化液中氨氮浓度为13892mg.L-1;较高的VFAs和氨氮浓度共同作用形成消化过程的"抑制型稳态",抑制了产甲烷菌的产甲烷代谢,导致酸化率较高而生物气转化率却很低.猪油和花生油等脂类原料的厌氧消化,由于水解和酸化细菌受到长链脂肪酸(LCFAs)的抑制而影响了原料的降解和酸化,酸化率仅分别为11.5%和10.O%.  相似文献

随着国民经济的发展,中国稻谷深加工企业在各地陆续涌现,稻谷加工业作为食品工业的基础性行业,与人们的生活密切相关,通过加大对稻谷副产品淀粉、米糠、稻壳等的深加工,既发展了粮油经济、延伸了产业链条,也增加了经济收益,但与此同时也存在着一定的环境问题,多集中在对环境空气的影响方面如稻壳灰污染周边环境等,因此应重视稻谷加工生产环节所带来的环境影响,以积极的治理措施去应对.以稻谷深加工典型工艺为例,对工艺环节中主要存在的大气环境问题及治理措施进行探讨,在发展稻谷深加工产业的同时应重视产生的环境影响并采取相应的治理措施,减少稻谷深加工产业发展带来负面的环境问题.  相似文献

建立田间原位试验,采用静态箱-气相色谱法,研究了常规尿素及其与硫包膜和聚氨酯包膜控释尿素配施(比例分别为30%∶70%、 50%∶50%和70%∶30%)对黄河故道沙性潮土玉米生长季氧化亚氮(N_2O)排放的影响.研究发现:常规尿素处理N_2O排放量(以N计,下同)为1.78 kg·hm~(-2),排放系数为0.38%;与之相比,配施30%、 50%和70%硫包膜尿素处理的N_2O排放量分别降低了1.12%、 22.5%和11.2%,排放系数下降2.63%~26.3%.相反,配施聚氨酯包膜尿素处理增加N_2O排放量0.02~0.41 kg·hm~(-2),其中70%聚氨酯包膜尿素处理增幅最大,达到23.0%.回归分析表明,各处理N_2O排放通量与10 cm处土温、土壤NH~+_4-N和NO~-_3-N含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01),而与土壤孔隙含水量和溶解性有机碳含量无显著关系.与常规尿素相比, 50%常规尿素+50%硫包膜控释尿素处理玉米产量略有增加,而30%常规尿素+70%硫包膜尿素处理稍微降低了玉米产量,但不显著(P0.05).因此,控释肥减缓土壤N_2O排放以及对作物产量的影响主要受控于包衣材料.  相似文献

The paper is focused on studying how to convert rice husk and sawdust into liquid fuel. Rice husk, sawdust and their mixture were pyrolyzed at the temperature between 420℃ and 540℃, and the main product of liquid fuel was obtained. The experimental result showed that the yield of liquid fuel heavily depended on the kind of feedstock and pyrolysis temperature. In the experiments, the maximum liquid yields for rice husk, sawdust and their mixture were 56% at 465 ℃, 61% at 490℃ and 60% at 475℃ respectively. Analysis with GC-MS and other apparatus indicated that the liquid fuel is a complicated organic compound with low caloric value and can be directly used as fuel oil without any up-grading. As a crude oil, the liquid fuel can be refined to be vehicle oil.  相似文献

巯基化凹凸棒石对水稻土中镉钝化效应的动态变化特征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了探究巯基化凹凸棒石作为钝化剂在土壤-水稻体系中对镉的钝化效应的动态特征规律,选取湖南和四川典型镉污染水稻土,分别以两个品种水稻为模式作物开展盆栽试验,在水稻生育期代表性阶段开展土壤-植物协同采样,并结合土壤培养实验,重点关注土壤理化性质和水稻各组织镉含量变化.研究发现,巯基化凹凸棒石以剂量1 mg·kg-1和2 mg·kg-1施用后,水稻分蘖期根茎叶镉含量明显降低40%以上,土壤有效态镉含量减少35.80%~55.08%.该快速显著的钝化效应,在水稻扬花期和成熟期维持稳定,收获时糙米镉含量最大降幅分别为76.65%和64.67%.巯基化凹凸棒石对土壤有效态镉的钝化过程符合二级动力学方程,钝化速率较快,高剂量组3 d可达到反应平衡.巯基化凹凸棒石对土壤pH无明显影响,可略微提高土壤氧化还原电位,增加土壤总硫和有效态硫含量,同时提升分蘖期水稻根系与根系表面铁和硫元素含量,降低分蘖期水稻根系对镉的生物富集系数和从根向茎的转运系数.综合土壤有效态镉含量和水稻吸收累积镉含量这两个核心因素,巯基化凹凸棒石在水稻-土壤体系中对镉具有快速且稳定的钝化效应.  相似文献
