本文根据1985~1989年佛山市主要纳污河流汾江河涌底质重金属的调查结果,分析了底质重金属含量的时空分布、重金属在底质中的累积及其相互关系。表明河涌底质重金属含量沿河分布的差异与工业排污位置有关;底质对重金属的单位累积量基本稳定,对不同重金属累积能力有明显差异;底质中亲铜元素(除Cd)相互关系较密切。提出三角洲河网区支涌底质评价标准和评价方法,并利用此方法评价了汾江河涌底质重金属污染状况,表明目前底质处于轻污染状态。  相似文献

以三亚河红树林自然保护区为研究区,在分析沉积物重金属污染及红树植物对重金属富集转运差异的基础上,探讨了保护区水环境、沉积物重金属和红树植物重金属间的联系及重金属污染来源。结果表明:(1)沉积物中Hg为极强污染,Pb、Zn和Cu为中等污染,其他重金属无污染;研究区整体的潜在生态风险指数为中等,其中Hg为主要贡献者。(2)保护区河段雨季水体污染物浓度明显高于干季,雨、干季水质总体均表现出中上段(A段)中间段(B段)出口段(C段);(3)3种红树植物对Cd均表现出强富集,对Pb表现为弱富集能力;(4)沉积物重金属和水质参数之间有显著的相关性,红树植物会影响沉积物中重金属形态,并通过主动运输方式富集和转移重金属。(5)研究区上游农业生产活动及市区交通和工厂企业综合排污是重金属的主要污染来源。  相似文献

黄河兰州段、白银段重金属污染的磁学指标初探   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对黄河兰州段、白银段的水样及沉积物样进行了环境磁学研究,并对部分样品进行了重金属含量分析.结果表明,污水的输入对河水的磁化率产生影响,且磁化率变化因污染源而异;亚铁磁性矿物主导了沉积物的磁性特征.重金属含量与磁参数的相关性均不显著,但在黄河白银段东大沟以下河段,重金属含量与非磁滞剩磁(ARM)、ARM/SIRM(SIRM为饱和等温剩磁)、频率磁化率(Xfd%)等磁参数有同步增强趋势,可能与细磁性晶粒对重金属的吸附作用有关.综合分析磁参数与重金属含量变化发现,河水Xfd%和ARM/SIRM可作为衡量部分重金属污染程度的参数.  相似文献

研究了杭州西湖景区PM_(2.5)中12种重金属元素的污染特征、来源及健康风险。结果表明,2018年杭州西湖景区PM_(2.5)年均质量浓度为36.40μg/m~3,其中V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Nb、Ag、Sn、Pb的年均质量浓度分别为3.16、3.61、22.68、304.84、2.58、9.69、96.38、5.26、197.45、3.89、5.65、27.85ng/m~3,12种重金属元素合计占PM_(2.5)的质量分数为1.88%,总体上冬春季高于夏秋季。Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Pb主要来源于机动车尾气和交通二次扬尘,Sn主要来源于工业排放,V和Ni主要来源燃油,Nb和Ag来源未知。健康风险评价显示,杭州西湖景区PM_(2.5)中重金属的非致癌健康风险和致癌健康风险均处在安全范围内,表现出冬春季高于夏秋季的特征。  相似文献

对锅炉煤渣、高炉煤渣、流化床焚烧渣和炉排焚烧渣4种炉渣样品进行了分级,研究炉渣典型重金属(Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、Pb)含量,以及基于水平振荡浸出程序(HVEP)和毒性特性浸出程序(TCLP)浸取程序的重金属浸出特性,为炉渣的资源化利用模式提供科学依据。结果表明,2种浸取程序下,4种炉渣的重金属浸出浓度远低于浸出毒性限值,其中,炉排焚烧渣中典型重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd)浸出量最大,高炉煤渣最小;HVEP方法下,2 mm粒级炉渣对重金属浸出总量的贡献较大,TCLP方法下则为2~6 mm粒径段;高炉煤渣和流化床焚烧渣可作为基质应用于潜流园林湿地污水处理系统,但不适宜于酸雨区。  相似文献

将两种有机肥料黄腐酸钾和紫云英(Astragalus sinensis)分别与重金属超积累植物东南景天(Sedum alfredii)联用修复重金属污染土壤,研究有机肥料对污染土壤重金属生物有效性、形态以及东南景天重金属积累量的影响。结果显示,修复0~4个月,施加有机肥料对土壤重金属生物有效性均有一定的促进作用;而修复4~8个月,土壤重金属向可氧化态和残渣态转化,生物有效性受到抑制。从东南景天地上部重金属积累量看,修复0~4个月,施加0.3%(质量分数)黄腐酸钾促进东南景天对锌、镉的吸收积累,锌、镉积累量分别比对照提高了280.37%、265.44%;而修复4~8个月,东南景天地上部重金属积累量相较对照均下降。由此可见,提升重金属污染土壤的植物修复效果,还需考虑修复周期的影响。  相似文献

本文研究了运河(杭州段)的水介质环境及其与水体中铁锰含量的关系,研究结果表明,运河(杭州段)中的铁锰含量明显地受水介质环境的控制。水体中的离子总量直接影响铁锰的溶解度;较高的耗氧量使水介质具还原性,从而使铁锰离子呈低价态稳定地存在于水中;另外,悬浮物和水温也与运河(杭州段)中铁锰含量超过饮用水标准有一定的联系。  相似文献

本文从两方面论述了底质重金属对海水污染问题:(1)从五里河口经潮间带至海湾剖面线上,沉积物中铅、锌、镉地球化学相的分布规律及垂直方向的变化,并把沉积物间隙水重金属形态与沉积物重金属地球化学相联系起来分析铅、锌、镉被释放出来污染上覆海水的可能性;(2)阐述了间隙水水文地质条件,推导了水动力扩散数学模型,用实测资料求出水动力扩散系数 D_L=3.72×10~(-2)cm~2/sec,求得扩散迁移通量:J_(pb)=0.0421mg/m~2·h,Jzn=0.7787mg/m~2·h,Jcd=0.799mg/m~2·h,得出锦州湾潮间带是不可忽视的海水“二次污染源”的结论。  相似文献

Non-point sources play an important role in metal emissions into surface waters. One of the most important non-point sources is automobile traffic. Recent studies determining traffic related heavy metals in surface waters have concentrated mainly on worst case scenarios by analyzing heavy metal loads in waters and sediments close to storm-water overflow inlets. The present study aims at identifying traffic related heavy metals in moderately polluted sites, as they occur in highly urbanized regions. Therefore, the concentrations of eight traffic related metals (Pt, Sb, Mo, Cd, Pb, Cu, Cr and Zn) were determined in sediment and crustacean samples from eight different aquatic habitats in the Ruhr district, Germany. Traffic related heavy metals could be identified in sediment and biota samples as a combination of heavy metals (Pt, Sb, Cd, Pb for sediments and Pt and Sb for crustacean samples). Pt concentrations received special attention due to the relatively recent occurrence of anthropogenically emitted Pt in the environment. At six sampling sites, Pt was detected in sediment and/or biota samples. The uptake of Pt compared to other traffic related heavy metals by Asellus aquaticus and Gammarus pulex is relatively high and can be compared with the uptake rates of essential metals like Zn.  相似文献

巢湖表层沉积物中重金属的分布特征及其污染评价   总被引:14,自引:1,他引:13  
以巢湖表层沉积物为研究对象,利用BCR连续提取法研究了沉积物中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Cd、Zn、V和Pb等8种重金属元素的分布特征,同时运用潜在风险指数法和地累积指数法综合评价了巢湖沉积物中重金属的生态风险。结果表明,巢湖沉积物中的重金属含量在空间上表现出东西高、中间低的分布特征。巢湖表层沉积物中Cr、Co、Ni、V和Cu 5种重金属都主要以残渣态为主,Zn和Cd主要以弱酸提取态为主,Pb以可还原态为主,同时,Co和Cu 2种元素的可交换态及可还原态含量占有较高比例,具有潜在危害性。相关性分析显示,Cr、Cu、Pb、Ni、Zn和Cd 6种重金属元素的来源和分布可能具有相似性,Co和V 2种重金属元素具有相似的地球化学行为且其主要来源可能与其他几种重金属不同。潜在生态风险指数评价结果表明,巢湖表层沉积物中8种重金属元素构成的生态危害顺序为:Cd>Pb>Co>Cu>Ni>Zn>V>Cr,Cd具有高的生态危害等级,其他7种重金属元素均为低生态危害等级。地累积指数法评价结果表明:巢湖沉积物重金属元素的富集程度为Cd>Zn>Pb>Co>Cu>V>Ni>Cr,Cr属于清洁级别,Co、Cu、V和Ni处于轻度污染水平,Zn和Pb处于偏中度污染,Cd达到了重污染水平。  相似文献

Interactive toxic effects between heavy metals were investigated using a sea urchin (Anthocidaris crassispina) bioassay. An effluent from an abandoned mine showed significant inhibitory effects on embryo development as well as producing specific malformations. The effects on the embryos were reproduced by synthetic polluted seawater consisting of eight metals (manganese, lead, cadmium, nickel, zinc, chromium, iron, and copper) at the concentrations detected in the mine effluent. This indicated that the heavy metals were responsible for the effects observed. Five heavy metals were ranked in decreasing order of toxicity as follows: Cu>Zn>Pb>Fe>Mn. Among these, zinc and manganese could cause malformation of the embryos. From bioassay results using 27 combinations of heavy metals, 16 combinations including zinc could produce specific malformations, such as radialized, exo-gastrulal, and spaceship Apollo-like gastrulal embryos. Zinc was one of the elements responsible for causing malformations and its effects were intensified by the presence of the other metals, such as manganese, lead, iron, and copper.  相似文献

A low cost and eco-friendly technology to bioremediate toxic metals associated with fly ash dumps that contaminate ground and surface water in and around fly ash settling ponds, was investigated. The impact of augmentation of fly ash tolerant bacterial strains, isolated from Typha latifolia growing naturally on fly ash dumps, was studied for metal extractability. It was observed that most of the bacterial strains either induced the bioavailability of Fe, Zn and Ni or immobilized Pb, Cr, Cu, Cd in the fly ash. However, there were few exceptions also. In case of Ni, eight strains enhanced metal mobility, while others caused metal immobilization. The findings also suggest that metal solublization and immobilization are specific to bacterial strains. While induced bioavailability of metals by bacteria may be used to accelerate the phytoextraction of metals from fly ash by hyper accumulator plants, immobilization of metals can check their migration to water reservoirs and reduce the human suffering in affected areas. Thus, bacteria serve the dual purpose and may result in the microbe- assisted phytoremediation of contaminated sites.  相似文献

The concentrations of eight metals (Al, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb) in snow from the island of Montréal were determined in quantities of nanogram per gram using an atomic absorption graphite furnace. An overall precision of 10% was achieved for all elements. Enrichment factors calculated indicated that Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb are most probably anthropogenically derived.  相似文献

Trace metals are one of the groups of pollutants that reduce genetic variability in natural populations, causing the phenomenon known as “genetic erosion”. In this study we evaluate the relationship between trace metals contamination (Hg, Cd and Cu) and genetic variability, assessed using fluorescent Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats (fISSRs). We used eight populations of a well-established biomonitor of trace metals on sandy beaches: the amphipod Talitrus saltator. The trace metals analysis confirmed the ability of sandhoppers to accumulate Hg, Cd and Cu. Moreover, populations from sites with high Hg availability had the lowest values of genetic diversity. Our results validate the use of fISSR markers in genetic studies in sandhoppers and support the “genetic erosion” hypothesis by showing the negative influence of Hg contamination on sandhopper genetic diversity. Therefore, genetic variability assessed with fISSR markers could be successfully employed as a biomarker of Hg exposure.  相似文献

The concentrations of four macroelements (C, N, P, S) and eight trace metals (Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) were measured in the leaves and roots of the emergent plant, Phragmites communis Trin., and in the shoots and roots of the submersed Najas marina L., taken from Lake Averno (Naples, Italy). Phragmites communis leaves showed higher concentrations of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus than roots, while the roots exhibited significantly higher concentrations of sulphur and trace metals. Najas marina roots also showed higher concentrations of sulphur and trace metals than shoots, but these differences were less marked than in Phragmites communis except for sulphur. Sulphur was the only macronutrient to show the highest concentrations in the roots. Phragmites communis roots had higher values of Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn and Ni than Najas marina roots. By contrast, Cd, Cr, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn concentrations were higher in Najas marina shoots than in Phragmites communis leaves. Phragmites communis, available through the year, showing high capability to accumulate trace metals in the roots, appears a good monitor of lake contamination, better than Najas marina.  相似文献

Mangrove and halophytic plants occur along the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu, south India and these plants have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Heavy metals are known to pose a potential threat to terrestrial and aquatic biota. However, little is known on the toxic levels of heavy metals found in mangrove and halophytic plants that are used in traditional medicine in India. To understand heavy metal toxicity, we investigated the bioconcentration factors (BCF) of heavy metals in leaves collected from eight mangroves and five halophytes in the protected Pichavaram mangrove forest reserve in Tamil Nadu State, south India. Data presented in this paper describe the impact of essential (Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn and Zn) and non-essential/environmentally toxic trace metals (Hg, Pb and Sn) in mangrove and halophytic medicinal plants. The concentrations of Pb among 13 plant species were higher than the normal range of contamination reported for plants. The average concentration of Hg in the halophytic plants (0.43+/-0.37mug/g) was seven times higher than mangrove plants (0.06+/-0.03mug/g) and it indicated pollutants from industrial sources affecting halophytes more than mangroves.  相似文献

Concentrations of nickel and copper, two principal metal pollutants of the 'Severonikel' smelter at Monchegorsk, NW Russia, were measured in unwashed leaves of mountain birch, Betula pubescens subsp. czerepanovii, collected in eight study sites along the pollution gradient during 1991-2003. In spite of significant decline in metal emissions, concentrations of foliar metals in most of the study sites did not decrease, indicating that soil contamination remains extremely high. Multiyear mean values peaked at 6.6 km S of the smelter, where they were 20-25 times higher than in the most distant study site. Concentrations of both metals demonstrated pronounced annual variation, which was explained by the meteorological conditions of early summer: higher precipitation in May increased foliar concentrations of both metals, whereas higher precipitation in June resulted in lower foliar concentrations of nickel. These data suggest that ecotoxicological situation in metal-contaminated areas can be modified by the expected climate change. In heavily polluted sites individual birch trees generally retained their ranks in terms of metal contamination during 1995-2003, demonstrating that the use of the same set of trees can significantly increase the accuracy of the monitoring data.  相似文献
