介绍了UASB-接触氧化-气浮工艺处理柠檬酸废水的工程应用.工程运行表明,柠檬酸废水在进水SS、COD和BOD5分别为3427 mg/L、18 853 mg/L和11778 mg/L的条件下,经该工艺处理后,外排废水SS、COD和BOD5浓度分别为147.5 mg/L、223 mg/L和51.9 mg/L.该工艺具有占地面积小、工程投资和运行费用低及处理效果稳定等特点,能广泛应用于柠檬酸废水的处理.  相似文献

采用Fe/C内电解法处理DDNP废水,研究了该方法在酸性和碱性条件下对DDNP废水的处理效果,并考察了pH值、反应时间及铁碳比对处理效果的影响。结果表明:Fe/C内电解法可有效去除DDNP废水中由硝基苯类物质引起的COD、S2-、SS和色度,在最佳酸性实验条件下,COD、S2-、SS和色度的去除率分别为85.65%、91.6%、100%和99.63%。在最佳碱性实验条件下,COD、S2-、SS和色度的去除率分别为90.13%、99.73%、100%和99.63%。  相似文献

针对养猪废水COD高、NH3-N高、SS高的特点.采用UASB/SBR/氧化塘作为主体处理工艺.UASB反应器采用消化污泥接种,SBR反应器采用好氧活性污泥接种,经过近2个月的运行,对COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS、TP的去除率分别达到93.7%、97.4%、92.4%、97.3%、96.4%,出水各项指标都达到<畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准>(GB 18596-2001).  相似文献

利用ClO2 氧化/TiO2 复合吸附剂协同体系对处理实际印染废水进行了实验研究.结果表明,对于COD为750 mg/L、色度为250倍、SS为100 mg/L的1 000 mL印染废水,当溶液pH为4.0、ClO2 用量20 mg/L、TiO2 复合吸附剂用量2.5 g、反应时间和吸附时间分别为2、8 min时,处理后的废水COD<100 mg/L、色度<40倍、SS<70 mg/L,达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-92)排放要求.并对两者的协同机理进行了理论上的探讨.  相似文献

为了提高高校优质中水的处理与回用率,提出了适用于高校优质中水的处理与回用系统,设计了中水原位处理设备,并进行了试验验证.结果表明,沉淀-SOBMR-过滤设备能够实现无动力、自动化运行,尤其适合于盥洗和洗浴废水的处理.沉淀单元对盥洗废水COD和SS去除率分别为23.8%和55.7%;SOBMR单元对盥洗废水COD和SS去除率分别为35.8%和27.9%;过滤单元能有效去除废水中绝大部分SS,且能耐受SS冲击负荷,对废水COD去除率先增后降,受水力负荷的影响,负荷越小,处理效果越好.整个系统出水水质满足杂用水对COD、SS和色度等要求,可用于冲厕和杂用.每套处理装置可节约水资源151.2 m3/a,设备投资回收期为2.01年,具有巨大的经济效益.  相似文献

采用催化氧化/两级生物滤池组合工艺,以生化处理后的有机胺废水为研究对象,重点考察该组合工艺对有机胺废水COD和氨氮的去除效果.结果表明,采用催化氧化预处理工艺,能有效降低废水中的抑制性物质,提高废水的BOD5/COD;末端采用两级串联生物滤池处理该废水,能有效降低废水中的COD和氨氮.当进水COD在700~900 mg/L、氨氮在250~370 mg/L时,出水水质能够达到当地环境保护的要求(COD≤300mg/L、氨氮≤35 mg/L);同时说明该工艺能够应用于高浓度有机胺废水的深度处理,为有机胺废水的达标处理提供了一条有效的途径.  相似文献

针对工业园区印染企业产生的印染废水和生活污水,采用独特的"常规组合工艺与‘植物稳定塘-人工湿地系统’联合工艺"对其进行集中统一处理,并考察了运行效果。数据结果表明,系统出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度、NH3-N和TP平均分别为63.2 mg/L、13.8 mg/L、5.0 mg/L、49倍、0.2 mg/L和0.4 mg/L,出水水质达到国家污水综合排放一级标准(GB8978-1996)。该工艺运行稳定,可有效去除废水中的COD、SS和色度,去除率均在90%以上。按日均处理量4×104m3计算,此工艺每年将削减COD排放近30万t。  相似文献

This paper documents the variation in pressure drop and collection efficiency for fiberglass/fly ash fabric filter systems caused by variations in cleaning intensity (reverse air and reverse pulse), air to cloth ratio, and dust loading. Reverse air rates greater than 2 fpm were required to produce stable pressure characteristics. Pulse jet pressure greater than 50 psi reduced collection efficiency. Increased air to cloth ratios produced decreased collection efficiency.  相似文献

Pulse-jet filter cleaning is ineffective to the extent that collected dust redeposits rather than falls to the hopper. Dust tracer techniques were used to measure the amount of redeposition in a pilot scale pulse-jet filter. A mathematical model based on experimental results was developed to describe dust transfer from bag to bag, redeposition on the pulsed bag itself, and migration to the dust hopper. Dust redeposition upon the pulsed bag increased markedly with increasing filtration velocity, whereas migration and redeposition on bags adjacent to the pulsed bag decreased. For high velocity pulse-jet filters to operate at lowest possible pressure drop, filter cake redeposition must be minimized.  相似文献

A study was made to determine the effect of production process variables on fiberglass filter life in an accelerated endurance test at high temperatures. Tests were conducted in a unit designed to provide conditions simulating those encountered in field use. Test variables investigated included filtering temperature, fabric finish, bag tension, and aging at elevated temperatures. Abstract

A study using two stack-sampling methodologies for collecting particulate matter (PM) emissions was conducted using a hot filter followed by a cold impinger sampling train and a dilution sampler. Samples were collected from ferrous iron metal casting processes that included pouring molten iron into a sand mold containing an organic binder, metal cooling, removal of the sand from the cooled casting (shakeout), and postshakeout cooling. The shakeout process contributed more to PM emissions than the metal pouring and cooling processes. Particulate matter less than 2.5 μm in aerodynamic diameter (PM2.5) mass emissions for the entire casting cycle ranged from 3.4 to 4.7 lb/t of metal for the hot filter/impinger method and from 0.8 to 1.8 lb/t of metal for the dilution method. Most of the difference was due to PM captured by the impingers, much of which was probably dissolved gases rather than condensable vapors. Of the PM fraction captured by the impingers, 96–98% was organic in nature. The impinger PM fraction contributed 32–38% to the total suspended particle mass and caused a factor of 2–4 positive bias for PM2.5 emissions. For the pouring and cooling processes only, the factor increased to over seven times.  相似文献

Factors which help minimize pressure drop at a given level of collection efficiency for a bed packed with roughly spherical collectors are studied here by using the quality factor, the ratio of the single collector collection efficiency to the force per unit area on the single collector. This analysis indicates that energy-efficient designs can be obtained as follows: choose a representative particle size; if impaction predominates, design for an impaction parameter near one; if interception predominates, design for the smallest packing diameters feasible; if gravitational settling predominates, design for the largest packing diameters possible; if diffusion predominates, design for collector Reynolds numbers near 102.
