固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定水中多环芳烃   总被引:22,自引:2,他引:22  
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用测定水中多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法.优化了固相萃取条件。结果表明,固相萃取效率高、萃取时间短,采用MS的选择离子检测方式对实际水样中PAHs进行定性定量分析,平均回收率在80.4%~115%之间,相对标准偏差为7.03%~18.5%,方法的检出限在0.010~0.020μg/L之间。通过实际样品中PAHs的分析表明,该法快速,溶剂用量少,能满足痕量分析的要求。  相似文献

采用单液滴微萃取-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法建立了检测水中多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法,研究了萃取溶剂种类、萃取时间、搅拌速度对萃取效率的影响,确定了最佳单液滴微萃取条件,该法用于水中PAHs的检测,16种PAHs的线性范围为0.2~7.0μg/mL,相关系数≥0.9784,检出限为0.002~0.190μg/mL,相对标准偏差为7.1%~15.1%,加标回收率在81%~122%.  相似文献

探讨了一种再生水中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的测定方法——固相萃取—气相色谱—质谱,检测了相关再生水标准中涉及的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)两类物质。在质量浓度为20~1 000μg/L时,两类物质的回归方程的相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别是0.060、0.002μg/L,DBP、DEHP的相对标准偏差分别为4.1%~7.4%、5.1%~6.1%。利用固相萃取技术进行预处理,平均加标回收率为96.6%、89.6%。检测了北京市4座再生水厂出水中DBP和DEHP含量,其中,DBP在1.74~5.59μg/L,低于《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T 18921—2002)规定的限值(不超过0.1mg/L),但高于《城市污水再生利用地下水回灌水质》(GB/T 19772—2005)规定的限值(不超过3μg/L);DEHP在0.42~4.93μg/L,满足GB/T 19772—2005要求(不超过8μg/L)。  相似文献

超声波萃取-GC/MS法测定橡胶轮胎中的多环芳烃   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
建立了超声波萃取-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用测定轮胎制品中多环芳(PAHs)的分析方法.优化了超声波萃取条件,采用MS的选择离子检测方式对PAHs进行定性定量分析.结果表明,16种PAHs的平均加标回收率为75.4%~88.0%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.66%~11.90%,方法检出限在1.0~4.0 ng/mL.  相似文献

针对新国标背景下饮用水不同异味类型致嗅物的同时检测需求,建立了基于顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱联用的内标法同时测定9种关键致嗅物的分析方法。分析了萃取纤维类型、盐浓度、萃取温度、萃取和解析时间等条件对萃取效果的影响,优化后的测试条件为:使用CAR/PDMS-85 μm萃取纤维,氯化钠投加量为3 g,内标浓度为100 ng·L−1,将10 mL水样于65 ℃条件下萃取30 min,250 ℃条件下解析300 s。该方法9种嗅味物质的标准曲线具有良好的线性 (R2 >0.995) ,检出限为0.2~1.5 ng·L−1,在超纯水、自来水和水源水中的加标回收率分别为84.0%~115% (10 ng·L−1) 、80.5%~112% (50 ng·L−1) 、88.8%~111% (250 ng·L−1) ,相对标准偏差小于16%,满足样品定量分析要求。采用优化后的方法测定南方某水库水样,二甲基二硫醚 (12.1~41.6 ng·L−1) 、二甲基三硫醚 (9.9~11.6 ng·L−1) 、β-环柠檬醛 (5.8~13.1 ng·L−1) 、2-甲基异莰醇 (11.1~25.3 ng·L−1) 和土臭素 (5.6~8.7 ng·L−1) 均有检出。  相似文献

大多数自来水厂现仍使用液氯处理作为饮用水消毒的主要技术之一,但在处理过程中会产生有致癌性的三卤甲烷,如氯仿、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷和溴仿。为了对饮用水中的三卤甲烷进行研究,采用固相微萃取—气相色谱方法检测分析。研究了搅拌速度、萃取时间、萃取温度、盐含量(NaCl质量分数)和pH对萃取效果的影响,得出最佳优化条件:搅拌速度240r/min,萃取时间15min,萃取温度20℃,NaCl质量分数为20%~30%,pH=6。同时,对分析参数如线性相关性、相对标准偏差、最低检出限及保留时间进行了评价。结果表明,采用固相微萃取—气相色谱方法,拟合曲线得出,在三卤甲烷质量浓度为0.05~2.00、2.00~40.00μg/L时相关系数分别为0.9908~0.9997、0.9907~0.9971;在三卤甲烷质量浓度为5.00、20.00μg/L时,相对标准偏差分别为3.5%~7.6%、1.9%~7.3%,最低检出限为0.005~0.010μg/L;经固相微萃取后,三卤甲烷在气相色谱中的保留时间最短,在6min内。  相似文献

污水处理厂各工艺阶段多环芳烃变化规律研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用固相萃取-气相色谱/氢火焰离子化检测器联用技术(SPE-GC/FID),对西安市某污水处理厂不同工艺段水体中的16种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量进行了长期监测。结果表明,原水中有13种PAHs检出,按浓度从大到小排序分别为:萘、菲、芴、芘、艹屈、二氢苊、苊、蒽、苯并(a)蒽、荧蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(k)荧蒽、苯并(a)芘;原水中PAHs的总量在477.1~3 067.7 ng/L之间,平均值为1 833.1 ng/L,同国内外报道的结果相比,可认为西安市生活污水中PAHs的含量处于中等水平;二级处理工艺对PAHs有较好的去除效果,平均去除率为79%,其中,生物处理单元的贡献最大,去除率达到68%。  相似文献

Abstract

A saponification extraction method with gas chromatography pseudo-MRM (pMRM) mass spectrometry detection was developed for the determination of 50 total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (TPAH50, a combination of parent and alkylated homologues) in biota. The method was aimed at monitoring and identification of potential TPAH contaminants in bitumen impacted environments. Alkylated PAHs were determined by multi-level, quantitative calibration using parent PAHs. The developed and thoroughly validated method required only one injection for TPAH50 analysis which represents significant saving of time and expensive authentic alkylated standards. The current method was tested with certified reference mussel tissue NIST 1974c and performed well. In a comparison study, the method reached a limit of quantitation (LOQ) for the TPAH50 between 0.1 and 0.2?ng g?1, while the QuEChERs enhanced matrix removal – lipid (EMR) kit produced by Agilent showed an LOQ of 5–10?ng g?1. The current method relied on response factors (RF) for the quantitation of alkylated PAHs determined against parent PAHs. These RFs were shown to be stable and consistent over the course of 1 year, during which over 200 routine environmental biota monitoring samples were analyzed. The environmental biota monitoring samples analyzed include muscle, carcass and liver, with an average total PAH50 concentration of 13, 90 and 135?ng g?1, respectively. Results show significant differences in the distributions of 1 ringed, 2 ringed, 3 ringed, 4 ringed, and 5+ ringed TPAHs between the types of biota samples.  相似文献

The technique of thermal desorption (TD)–GC/MS was evaluated for measuring airborne, 4–6 ring polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) collected onto quartz filters. TD provides a more readily automated and sensitive alternative to traditional solvent extraction, decreasing the time/cost of analysis and reducing the risk of analyte loss or sample contamination. The developed method was successfully applied to the analysis of PAH standard solutions loaded on sorbent tubes packed with quartz wool and the graphitized carbon black sorbent Carbograph2. The optimized method showed high desorption efficiency over the whole range of target PAHs with good precision, linearity and sensitivity. The proposed method was verified on an urban dust Standard Reference Material (SRM 1649a); the experimentally determined concentrations agreed with the certified ranges (95% confidence limit) for all target compounds except benzo[a]anthracene, which fell just outside the narrow certified range. The desorption efficiency and the reproducibility of the method was evaluated by analysing pieces of real sample filters sampled from urban air for a period of 24 h. The results confirmed the homogeneity of the filter and showed high recovery efficiencies for all target PAHs.  相似文献

Quantum yields and rate constants in sunlight and at single wavelengths were measured and half-lives of the PAHs as a function of the time of year were calculated. Twenty-eight different tea samples sold in the United States were evaluated using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection (FLD) for their contamination with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Many PAHs exhibit carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic properties and have been related to several kinds of cancer in man and experimental animals. The presence of PAHs in environmental samples such as water, sediments, and particulate air has been extensively studied, but food samples have received little attention. Eighteen PAHs congeners were analyzed, with percentage recovery higher than 85%. Contamination expressed as the sum of the 18 analyzed PAHs was between 101 and 1337 μg/kg on dry mass and the average contents in all of the 28 examined samples was 300 μg/kg on dry mass. Seven of the congeners were found in all samples with wide ranges of concentrations as follows: fluorene (7–48 μg/kg), anthracene (1–31 μg/kg), pyrene (1–970 μg/kg), benzo(a)anthracene (1–18 μg/kg) chrysene (17–365 μg/kg), benzo(a)pyrene (1–29 μg/kg), and indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene (4–119 μg/kg). The two most toxic congeners benzo(a)pyrene and dibenzo(a,h)anthracene were found at high concentrations only in Earl Grey Twinnings, Earl Grey Harney& Sons Fine Teas, and Chai Ultra Spice Black Tea Twinnings. Six PAH congeners are considered as suspected carcinogens (U.S.EPA), formed the basis of the estimation of the toxic equivalent (TEQ), Chai Ultra-Spice Black Tea Twinnings had the highest TEQ (110.9) followed by two grey tea samples, Earl Grey Harney & Sons Fine Tea (57.7) and Earl Grey Twinnings (54.5). Decaffeinated grey teas had the lowest TEQs, decaffeinated Earl Grey Bigelow (9.4) and Green Tea Honey Lemon Decaffeinated Lipton (9.6).  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are suspected to be carcinogenic and mutagenic. This study describes the presence of PAHs in light, medium and dark roasted coffee including instant and decaffeinated brands. Total PAHs concentration was related to the degree of roasting with light roasted coffee showing the least and dark roasted coffee showing the highest level. Both instant and decaffeinated coffee brand showed lower levels of PAHs. Naphthalene, acenaphthylene, pyrene and chrysene were the most abundant individual isomers. The concentrations ranged from 0 to 561 ng g?1 for naphthalene, 0 to 512 ng g?1 for acenaphthylene, 60 to 459 ng g?1 for pyrene and 56 to 371 ng g?1 for chrysene. Thus, roasting conditions should be controlled to avoid the formation of PAHs due to their suspected carcinogenic and mutagenic properties.  相似文献

The microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from harbor sediment reference material EC-1, marine sediment reference material HS-2 and PAH-spiked river bed soil was conducted. The extraction conditions for EC-1 were carried out at 70 degrees C and 100 degrees C under pressure in closed vessels with cyclohexane acetone (1:1), cyclohexane-water (3:1), hexane acetone (1:1), and hexane-water (3:1) for 10 min. A comparison between MAE and a 16-h Soxhlet extraction (SX) method showed that both techniques gave comparable results with certified values. MAE has advantages over the currently used Soxhlet technique due to a faster extraction time and lower quantity of solvent used. The consumption of organic solvent of the microwave method was less than one-tenth compared to Soxhlet.  相似文献
