Protective ant–plant interactions provide valuable model systems to study mutualisms. Here, we summarise our recent research on chemical and physiological adaptations that contribute to the stabilisation of the mutualism between Mesoamerican Acacia host plants and their Pseudomyrmex ant inhabitants against exploiters, that is, species using host-derived rewards without rendering a service. Acacia hosts produce food bodies (FBs) and extrafloral nectar (EFN). Both types of reward are chemically adapted to their specific function as ant food and protected from different exploiters. FBs contained higher amounts of specific proteins than the leaves from which they originate. EFN possessed amino acids making it attractive for the mutualist ants and an invertase making its carbohydrate composition nutritionally suitable for the mutualists but unattractive for generalists. Moreover, pathogenesis-related proteins such as glucanases, chitinases and peroxidases were found in EFN, which likely serve as protection from microorganisms. Digestive adaptations were found that make workers of the ant mutualists dependent on the host-derived food sources, a mechanism that likely counteracts the evolution of cheaters. The ants also possessed a high diversity of bacterial associates, several of which appeared involved in nitrogen fixation, thus contributing to the nutrition of these ‘vegetarian’ ants. By contrast, a non-defending ant species that parasitises the host plants appeared physiologically less adapted to the host-derived food rewards; this species, thus, likely is competitively inferior when colony growth is limited by plant-derived rewards. In summary, several physiological adaptations of both host plants and ants stabilise the Acacia–Pseudomyrmex mutualism against exploitation. 相似文献

Chemical composition of the slippery epicuticular wax blooms on Macaranga (Euphorbiaceae) ant-plants

Summary. The stems of many Macaranga ant-plants (Euphorbiaceae) are covered by epicuticular wax crystals rendering the surface very slippery for most insects.
These wax blooms act as selective barriers protecting the symbiotic ant partners, which are specialized “wax-runners”, against
the competition of other ants. Glaucous stems occur almost exclusively among the ant-plants of the genus Macaranga (). We analyzed the cuticular lipids of 16 Macaranga species by GC-MS and investigated the wax crystal morphology using SEM. Presence of crystalline wax blooms was strongly correlated
with high concentrations (52%–88%) of triterpenoids. In contrast epicuticular waxes of glossy Macaranga surfaces contained only 0% to 36% of these dominant components. Therefore we conclude that triterpenoids are responsible
for the formation of the thread-like Macaranga wax crystals. In all Macaranga ant-plants investigated, the principal components were epitaraxerol and taraxerone accompanied by smaller portions of taraxerol,
β-amyrin and friedelin. Only in the case of the non-myrmecophytic M. tanarius did β-amyrin predominate. Moreover, we found that only in M. tanarius, the dense wax crystal lacework is torn into large mosaic-like pieces in the course of secondary stem diameter growth. Both
chemical and macroscopic differences may contribute to a reduced slipperiness of M. tanarius stems and appear to be functionally important. The distribution of wax crystals and their composition amongst different sections
of the genus suggests that glaucousness is a polyphyletic character within Macaranga.

Summary. Cotesia plutellae is a specialist parasitoid of Plutella xylostella. This specificity is potentially under the control of several factors before and after oviposition. Thereby, the stimuli
that lead female parasitoids to host locations and to oviposition, might be at the basis of the specificity. We explore here
the response of C. plutellae females exposed to host cuticular lipids. A total cuticular lipid extract of host caterpillars was fractionated into a hydrocarbon
fraction and a non-hydrocarbon fraction. Neither fraction alone had any effect on oviposition behaviour in C. plutellae but the hydrocarbon fraction alone did seem to have a positive effect on the rate of antennal contact by the females. To
induce oviposition behaviour, both fractions were necessary and reflect cooperation between at least one compound in each
fraction. Identification of cuticular lipids shows that hydrocarbons were dominant (77%). Non-hydrocarbon compounds were mainly
represented by 15-nonacosanone (18% of the total lipid extract). This ketone is rare in insect cuticle lipids and is thought
to originate from the cabbage epicuticle where it is dominant with n-C29 and 14- and 15-nonacosanol also found among the cuticular lipids of the host caterpillar. 相似文献

The lipid composition of tropical marine reef fishes is poorly known, despite their use as food by local human populations
and recent interest in health-related benefits of fish lipids. We examined the composition of lipids from epaxial muscle,
liver, and two storage sites [mesenteries surrounding the gut (intraperitoneal fat, IPFs) and retroperitoneal fat bodies (FBs)
posterior to the peritoneal cavity] in three species of surgeonfishes from Ishigaki Island, Japan: Naso lituratus (Bloch and Schneider, 1801), Acanthurus lineatus (Linnaeus, 1758), and A. bariene (Lesson, 1830). Triacylglycerols dominated all samples of neutral lipid and constituted ≥ 99% of FBs and IPFs. Polar lipids
generally contained large fractions of phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine. Quantified fatty acids ranged in
length from C14 to C24. C16 fatty acids prevailed (>35% of neutral fatty acids, >23% of polar fatty acids), although C18 (>16 and >14%, respectively) and C20 acids (>8 and >19%, respectively) were also common. Saturated fatty acids, dominated by palmitic acid (16:0), comprised 38.7
to 50.7% of acids from neutral lipids and 30.8 to 41.1% from polar lipids. The most common monounsaturated acids were 18:1n9 and 20:1n9. Polyunsaturated acids were prevalent in polar lipids (especially 20:4n6, 20:5n3, 22:2n3, 22:5n3, 22:5n6 and 22:6n3). Common polyunsaturated acids of neutral lipids were 18:2n6, 18:4n3, several n-3 and n-6 C20 acids, 22:2n3 and 22:5n3. IPF and FB were almost identical across species, and lipids of fat bodies (IPFs, FBs) were more similar to those of muscle
than those of liver for all three species. The FBs appear to constitute an accessory storage site, which overcomes constraints
on lipid storage imposed by a small, inflexible abdominal cavity that contains both viscera and consistently voluminous gut
contents. Fatty acid signatures indicate that largely overlooked epiphytic or epilithic diatoms contribute significantly to
lipid acquisition. The combination of large quantities of both saturated and n-3 and other polyunsaturated fatty acids in surgeonfishes, in contrast to low saturates and high polyunsaturated acids in lipids
of commercially important cool-water fishes, suggests that a study of dietary effects of fish lipids on human inhabitants
of the tropics may be instructive insofar as human health and nutrition are concerned.

Insect societies are often confronted with choices among several options such as food sources of different richness or potential nest sites with different qualities. The mechanisms by which a colony as a whole evaluates these situations and takes the appropriate decision are of crucial importance for its survival. Here we studied how collective decisions arise from individual behaviors when a group of workers of the ant Messor barbarus is given a choice between two aggregation sites. Two hundred ants were introduced into an arena and given a choice between two tubes connected to the arena. The tubes had different physical properties: dry and transparent (termed as dry), humid and transparent (termed as humid), or dry and dark (termed as dark). After 30 min, most ants were found to be aggregated in a humid tube when paired with a dry tube, or in a dark tube when paired with a humid one. When two humid tubes were in competition, ants aggregate more in one of the sites. The choice of ants was consistent throughout experiments. An analysis of individual behaviors shows that the probability of an ant recruiting and the intensity of its trail-laying behavior strongly depend on the quality of the tubes. Our study suggests that the selection of an aggregation site does not require that individual ants directly compare sites, but rather relies on the synergy between amplification processes involving recruitment by chemical trails, and a modulation of the individual resting time in a site as a function of its population.Communicated by L. Summary. Anting, the plumage-dipping behavior to which ants (mostly formicines) are commonly subjected by birds (mostly passerines),
is shown in tests with hand-raised Blue Jays (Cyanocitta cristata) and the ant Formica exsectoides to be instinctive: the birds displayed typical renditions of the behavior on the first occasion that they encountered ants.
Evidence is presented supportive of the view that anting is a strategy by which birds render ants fit for ingestion. Formicine
ants are ordinarily protected by their formic acid-containing spray. Being wiped into the bird’s plumage causes them to discharge
that spray, without harm to the bird, to the point of almost total emptying of the glandular sac in which the secretion is
stored. The ants are therefore essentially secretion-free by the time they are swallowed. Further evidence indicates that
it is the ant’s possession of the acid sac that triggers the anting behavior in the bird. If F. exsectoides are surgically deprived of their acid sac, they are eaten by the birds without first being subjected to anting. Data are
also presented indicating that the ant’s crop, which is especially capacious in formicines (its contents may amount to over
30% of the formicine’s mass), and which appears to survive the anting procedure intact, constitutes, at least when laden,
a valuable component of the trophic package that the bird accesses by anting. 相似文献

Summary. Dufour glands of Paratrechina longicornis were analyzed chemically using GC-MS techniques. The glands contained twelve alkanes between C9 and C20 chain length with undecane and tridecane as the main components, six alkenes (1- and 4-undecene, 1-, 4-, and 6- tridecene,
and heptadecadiene), two alkyl formates (C11 and C13), and saturated and polyunsaturated acids. Many of the alkanes and alkenes were behaviorally active causing a short lasting
attraction of ants with different intensity. Detection of the major gland compound undecane in recruitment trails by in vivo
SPME sampling provided evidence for its use as a recruitment pheromone. Both poison gland (formic acid) and Dufour gland (undecane)
contents were detected on SPME fibers which had been attacked by the ants. 相似文献

High effective multiple queen mating is a rare but taxonomically widespread phenomenon in eusocial Hymenoptera that has arisen convergently in several taxa. In ants, high effective mating frequencies have been confirmed in only two clades: the higher leaf-cutters (Atta, Acromyrmex) and the
Pogonomyrmex seed harvesters. We analysed polyandry in
Pogonomyrmex badius, which has a life-history unique within the genus, and report the highest numerical mating frequencies thus far recorded in ants. We also show that P. badius is characterized by one of the highest effective mating frequencies hitherto found in ants. It is now clear that all major sub-clades of
Pogonomyrmex sensu stricto exhibit high levels of polyandry. Therefore, multiple mating must have arisen early in the evolution of the genus, and may have constituted a mechanism to increase offspring variability for queens that were confronted with increasingly complex levels of organization. Too few congeners have been investigated by the same method to be certain that polyandry in P. badius is really higher than in the rest of the genus. If so, research should concentrate on a possible link between high queen mating frequency and the distinct caste system found in P. badius.Communicated by L. Keller 相似文献

Lipids of the Arctic ctenophore Mertensia ovum, collected from Kongsfjorden (Svalbard) in 2001, were analysed to investigate seasonal variability and fate of dietary lipids.
Total lipids, lipid classes and fatty acid and alcohol compositions were determined in animals, which were selected according
to age-group and season. Changes in lipids of age-group 0 animals were followed during growth from spring to autumn. Total
lipids increased from May to September. Lipids as percentage of dry mass were lowest in August indicating their use for reproduction.
Higher values occurred in September, which may be due to lipid storage for overwintering. Wax esters were the major lipid
class accounting for about 50% of total lipids in age-group 0 animals from July and August. Phospholipids were the second
largest lipid fraction with up to 46% in this age-group. The principal fatty acids of M. ovum from all age-groups were 22:6(n-3), 20:5(n-3) and 16:0. Wax ester fatty alcohols were dominated by 22:1(n-11) and 20:1(n-9)
followed by moderate proportions of 16:0. The unique feature of M. ovum lipids was the high amount of free fatty alcohols originating probably from the dietary wax esters. In May, free alcohols
exhibited the highest mean proportion with 14.6% in age-group 0 animals. We present the first data describing a detailed free
fatty alcohol composition in zooplankton. This composition was very different from the alcohol composition of M. ovum wax esters because of the predominance of the long-chain monounsaturated 22:1(n-11) alcohol accounting for almost 100% of
total free alcohols in some samples. The detailed lipid composition clearly reflected feeding of M. ovum on the herbivorous calanoid species, Calanus glacialis and C. finmarchicus, the abundant members of the zooplankton community in Kongsfjorden. Other copepod species or prey items seem to be less important

Summary. The pollen beetle, Meligethes aeneus, is an important pest of oilseed rape, Brassica napus. Larvae of this species feed only in the buds and flowers of Brassicaceae. One important natural enemy of this beetle is
the parasitoid Phradis morionellus that attacks larvae in buds and flowers and also feeds on the flowers. The preferences for odours of non-infested and infested
rape were tested for both starved and fed parasitoids in Y-tube olfactometer experiments. The volatile blend released from
pollen beetle-infested and non-infested flowering rape and from pollen beetle larvae was identified and quantified. Gas chromatography-electroantennodetection
analyses were performed with female P. morionellus. Parasitoids in both treatment groups preferred infested rape, but the proportion of responding female P. morionellus was significantly lower for the group that was starved. Six of the 20 volatiles identified were released at higher rates
from infested rape than from non-infested. None of these compounds was found in pollen beetle larvae headspace. P. morionellus antennae detected both major and minor components in the volatile blend. The volatiles released at a significantly higher
rate from infested rape and detected by P. morionellus antennae were (Z)-3-hexenylacetate, (Z)-3-hexenol, 3-butenyl isothiocyanate and (E,E)-α-farnesene. 相似文献

In this paper, we used the food-correlated search behavior observed in foraging ants returning to a previously rewarding site to study information transfer during recruitment in the ant Lasius niger. We hypothesized that, if information about the characteristics of the food is conveyed during recruitment, food-correlated search tactics should also be observed in recruited workers. Our results show that the characteristics of the trajectories of recruited workers are comparable to those of scout ants returning to a site or prior food find and depend more on the type (prey/sugar) than on the quality (sugar concentration) of the food discovered by the scouts. Independent of sugar concentration, workers recruited to a source of sugar search with a greater sinuosity than workers recruited to a prey. Experimental manipulation of the recruitment signals (chemical trail and contact between ants) shows that the trail pheromone laid down by recruiting ants does not play a role in the modification of trajectory sinuosity. This change appears to be most likely triggered by a direct perception of the residue of sugar smeared on the body of the recruiting workers coming back to the nest.Communicated by J. Heinze 相似文献

Summary. Females of both species start their pheromone-releasing activity on the second day after emergence at the beginning of the
photophase. During the present work, a peak of calling activity with close to 100% of active Ph. nigrescentella females was registered 1.5 hour after the light had been put on. The high pheromone release behaviour with 50% active females
lasted for 3 hours. The calling activity of the group of females was about 6 h/day. The beginning of a photophase under laboratory
conditions or an early morning in nature is a common period for sex pheromone release in the genus Phyllonorycter. (8Z,10E)-tetradecadien-1-yl acetate (8Z,10E-14:Ac), (8Z,10E)-tetradecadien-1-ol (8Z,10E-14:OH) and (8E,10Z)-tetradecadien-1-yl acetate (8E,10Z-14:Ac) in the ratio 96:4:traces as well as 8Z,10E-14:Ac and 8Z,10E-14:OH in the ratio 88:12 collected by Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) were found to be specific for the calling periods
of virgin Phyllonorycter insignitella and Ph. nigrescentella females respectively. Field trapping experiments demonstrated that all three compounds are important for the attraction of
Ph. insignitella males while only 8Z,10E-14:Ac is the essential sex pheromone component for Ph. nigrescentella. The pheromone activity of all three compounds is reported for the first time. Addition of either 8Z,10E-14:OH or 8E,10Z-14:Ac to 8Z,10E-14:Ac did not have a significant effect on the attraction of Ph. nigrescentella males, while the efficiency of the three component blend was 5 times lower as compared to that of 8Z,10E-14:Ac. Our data demonstrate that 8Z,10E-14:OH and 8E,10Z-14:Ac play a dual function, they are minor sex pheromone components of Ph. insignitella essential for attraction of conspecific males and show an allelochemical, antagonistic effect on Ph. nigrescentella males and, thus, ensuring specificity of the mate location signal in two related Phyllonorycter species. 相似文献

Lipid synthesis from acetate by the in vitro incubated ovaries of the penaeid shrimp Penaeus semisulcatus 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The present research was aimed at studying the synthesis of lipids from 14C-acetate in vitro by ovarian tissue in relation to oogenesis and at examining the binding of newly synthesized lipids to ovarian proteins. Lipid synthesis gradually increased during oogenesis. Fifty percent of the newly synthesized lipids was phosphatidyl choline; triacylglycerols reached 30 to 35%; diacylglycerol was a relatively important component of the synthesized neutral lipids in immature ovaries. Cholesterol was not synthesized. Only saturated (73%) and monounsaturated (26%) fatty acids were labeled. Polyunsaturated fatty acids were not synthesized. Bound lipids in developing ovaries were associated mainly with vitellin. Lipids were bound also to two other proteins in immature ovaries. Binding of lipids to vitellin was observed at the commencement of vitellogenesis. Up to a third of the newly synthesized lipids was bound to vitellin, with triacylglycerols and phosphatidyl choline as the main bound lipids. Garden black ants,Lasius niger L., in a laboratory colony, attacked three species of live ladybirds found near their nest, killing the smaller two species. A second colony was offered artificial diets containing crushed ladybirds of two species, and the ants' choice of feeding site noted. Both the diets were aversive compared to control, but that containing 7spot,Coccinella septempunctata L., was more aversive than the diet containing 2spot,Adalia bipunctata L. The implications of this lesser protection for 2spots in terms of the chemical defence of the species are discussed. 相似文献

为探讨功能微生物对镉(Cd)胁迫下蒌蒿耐受性的影响,以成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)J2为对象,通过盆栽试验,研究不同Cd处理水平下J2菌对蒌蒿生长、生理、Cd富集转运与根际微生态的影响。结果表明:J2菌可显著促进蒌蒿株高、地上部干重、地下部干重、总生物量及根冠比的增加。在J2菌的作用下,蒌蒿叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显减少。J2菌可显著促进蒌蒿对Cd的富集转运,蒌蒿地上部、地下部与总Cd含量均显著增加,地上部生物富集系数(BCF)明显大于地下部,转运系数(TF)相比于对照增加了7.5%~37.4%。J2菌可显著增加蒌蒿根际土壤细菌、放线菌数量及微生物总量,明显减少真菌数量。研究表明成团泛菌J2对蒌蒿生长、生理、Cd富集转运与根际微生态可产生积极影响,在一定程度上可提高蒌蒿植株对Cd的耐受性。 相似文献

The parsnip webworm, Depressaria pastinacella, specializes on wild parsnip, Pastinaca sativa, and several species of Heracleum, hostplants rich in toxic furanocoumarins. Rates of furanocoumarin metabolism in this species are among the highest known
for any insect. Within its native range in Europe, webworms are heavily parasitized by the polyembryonic parasitoid wasp Copidosoma sosares. In this study, we determined whether these parasitoids are exposed to furanocoumarins in host hemolymph, whether they can
metabolize furanocoumarins, and whether parasitism influences the ability of webworms to detoxify furanocoumarins. Hemolymph
of webworms fed artificial diet containing 0.3 % fresh weight xanthotoxin, a furanocoumarin prevalent in wild parsnip hosts,
contained trace amounts of this toxin; as well, hemolymph of webworms consuming P. sativa flowers and fruits contained trace amounts of six of seven furanocoumarins present in the hostplant. Thus, parasitoids likely
encounter furanocoumarins in host hemolymph. Assays of xanthotoxin metabolism in C. sosares failed to show any ability to metabolize this compound. Parasitized webworms, collected from populations of Heracleum sphondylium in the Netherlands in 2004, were on average 55 % larger by weight than unparasitized individuals. This weight is inclusive
of host and parasitoid masses. Absolute rates of detoxification (nmoles min−1) of five different furanocoumarins were indistinguishable between parasitized and unparasitized ultimate instars, suggesting
that the intrinsic rates of metabolism are fixed. Thus, although parasitized larvae are larger, detoxification rates are not
commensurate with size; rates in parasitized larvae expressed per gram of larval mass were 25 % lower than in unparasitized

Summary We investigated the role of the iridoid glycoside, catalpol, as a deterrent to the predator,Camponotus floridanus. Four laboratory colonies of this ant were offered buckeye caterpillars (Junonia coenia: Nymphalidae) raised on diets with and without catalpol. The same colonies were offered sugar-water solutions containing varying concentrations of catalpol, in both no-choice and choice tests. Regardless of diet, buckeye caterpillars appeared to be morphologically protected from predation by the ants, possibly because of their large spines or tough cuticle. However, buckeyes raised on diets with catalpol had high concentrations of catalpol in their hemolymph; extracts of this high-catalpol hemolymph proved to be an effective deterrent to the ants. When starved ants were not given the choice of food items, they were more likely to consume sucrose solutions that contained 5 mg catalpol/ml or 10 mg catalpol/ml than they were to consume solutions with 20 mg catalpol/ml. When they were given a choice of sugar solution or a sugar solution containing catalpol, the ants avoided solutions with catalpol at any of these concentrations. A variety of social insects use visual cues for homing. In this study, we examine the possible factors affecting the learning
and retention of nest-associated visual cues by the Australian desert ant Melophorus bagoti and the manner in which such cues are encoded by foraging ants. We placed four prominent cylindrical landmarks around a nest
and trained foragers from that nest to a food source. Ants were tested with the landmark array in a distant testing field
after (1) a known number of exposures to the landmarks (1, 3, 7 or 15 trials, spread over a period of 1 day, 2 days or ≥3 days)
and (2) after a known period of delay (0, 24, 48, 96 or 192 h). The results show that a combination of an increase in training
trials and an increase in number of training days affected the acquisition of landmark memory. Moreover, once the landmarks
were learnt, they became a part of long-term memory and lasted throughout the ants’ foraging lifetime. To examine visual cue
encoding behaviour, ants trained under similar conditions for 4 days were tested with (1) an identical landmark array, (2)
landmarks of the same size used in training, but placed at twice the distance from each other, and (3) landmarks whose dimensions
were doubled and placed at twice the distance from each other. In conditions (1) and (3), the ants searched extensively at
the centre of the four landmarks, suggesting that, similar to the Saharan ant (genus Cataglyphis) and the honeybee, M. bagoti too uses a snapshot to match the view of the landmarks around the nest. But contrary to the snapshot model, in condition
(2), the ants did not search extensively at the centre of the landmarks, but searched primarily 0.5 m from the landmark, the
distance from each landmark to the nest during training. We discuss how various search models fare in accounting for these

两栖动物蝌蚪急性毒性试验是评价化学品急性毒性的一种方法。以毒死蜱、乙草胺、重铬酸钾和全氟辛烷磺酸盐(PFOS)为测试物,比较了我国本土黑斑蛙(Rana nigromaculata)与国际通用种非洲爪蟾(Xenopus laevis)在蝌蚪急性毒性试验中的敏感性。结果发现:2类蝌蚪分别进行的11次试验中,空白对照组黑斑蛙蝌蚪死亡率(0.9%)远低于非洲爪蟾蝌蚪的死亡率(5.8%);重铬酸钾和PFOS对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的96 h-LC50分别为34.0 mg·L-1和81.0 mg·L-1,而对非洲爪蟾蝌蚪的96 h-LC50分别为51.6 mg·L-1和92.1 mg·L-1,显示黑斑蛙蝌蚪对这2种化学品的敏感性略高于非洲爪蟾蝌蚪;毒死蜱和乙草胺对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的96 h-LC50分别为0.41 mg·L-1和4.1 mg·L-1,而对非洲爪蟾蝌蚪的96 h-LC50分别为0.12 mg·L-1和3.1 mg·L-1,显示黑斑蛙蝌蚪对这2种化学品的敏感性略低于非洲爪蟾。鉴于2类蝌蚪对化学品的敏感性存在差异,且黑斑蛙蝌蚪的自然死亡率低,材料更易获得,笔者认为黑斑蛙蝌蚪比非洲爪蟾更适合作为蝌蚪急性毒性试验的材料,用于我国化学品环境管理中的毒性评价。 相似文献

Summary. Doratomyces stemonitis (Hyphomycetales, Dematiaceae) is a saprotrophic fungus belonging to the mycobiota of the cereal rhizosphere. The fungus is
able to metabolize benzoxazolin-2-(3H)-one and a variety of its derivatives including higher plant detoxification products, microbial degradation products and
the chemically rather stable 2-amino-(3H)-phenoxazin-3-one. D. stemonitis can use all of these compounds as sole C-sources but their utilization, especially that of microbial degradation products
and 2-amino-(3H)-phenoxazin-3-one, seems to be highly energy consuming, resulting in slow mycelium growth and a change of colony morphology.
Benzoxazolin-2-(3H)-one derived compounds induce the synthesis of different isoforms of a glycosylated protein with sequence homologies to the
endo-1,3-β-glucanase Asp f2, an allergen from Aspergillus fumigatus and other Asp f2-like proteins e.g., from Verticillium dahliae or PRA1 antigen from Candida albicans. The induction of the protein is regarded as a stress response. 相似文献
