常规的COD测定方法存在汞污染问题。氯耗氧光度曲线法,可采用比浊光度法快速测定水样氯离子浓度,并可换算出耗氧量氯COD。经过改进的回流法,可以不加硫酸汞,而采用硫酸的二次加入法,来测定表观COD,再对氯COD进行扣除,从而得到真实的COD值,该法操作简便,实现了无汞测定。恒温微沸腾消解技术的应用,又使低浓度COD分析精准度得到了保证。  相似文献

Maps of the annual average of the NO2 concentration in an urban area are generally built from temporary seasonal measurements, as in 2001 at Mulhouse (France). To improve the precision of the estimation, auxiliary information about the environment can be used. Instead of kriging the average of the two seasonal measurements (in “winter” and in “summer”), cokriging these seasonal values guarantees the consistency of seasonal and annual estimations. Even more, cokriging allows the use of “incomplete series” at the sites measured during only one season. Based on cokriging, an optimization of the sampling is studied, while alternating the seasonal measurements on a part of the sites.Using the linear model of coregionalization, the fitting of simple and cross-variograms reveals a remarkable spatial decomposition of the seasonal concentrations. The different spatial components are interpreted in terms of physico-chemical processes of production, transformation or destruction of the NO2 in urban atmosphere.  相似文献

The emissions from five commonly used building products were studied in small-scale test chambers over a period of 50 days. The odor intensity was assessed by a sensory panel and the concentrations of selected volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of concern for the indoor air quality were measured. The building products were three floor coverings: PVC, floor varnish on beechwood parquet and nylon carpet on a latex foam backing; an acrylic sealant, and a waterborne wall paint on gypsum board. The impacts of the VOC concentration in the air and the air velocity over the building products on the odor intensity and on the emission rate of VOCs were studied. The emission from each building product was studied under two or three different area-specific ventilation rates, i.e. different ratios of ventilation rate of the test chamber and building product area in the test chamber. The air velocity over the building product samples was adjusted to different levels between 0.1 and 0.3 m s-1. The origin of the emitted VOCs was assessed in order to distinguish between primary and secondary emissions. The results show that it is reasonable after an initial period of up to 14 days to consider the emission rate of VOCs of primary origin from most building products as being independent of the concentration and of the air velocity. However, if the building product surface is sensitive to oxidative degradation, increased air velocity may result in increased secondary emissions. The odor intensity of the emissions from the building products only decayed modestly over time. Consequently, it is recommended to use building products which have a low impact on the perceived air quality from the moment they are applied. The odor indices (i.e. concentration divided by odor threshold) of primary VOCs decayed markedly faster than the corresponding odor intensities. This indicates that the secondary emissions rather than the primary emissions, are likely to affect the perceived air quality in the long run. Some of the building products continued to affect the perceived air quality despite the concentrations of the selected VOCs resulted in odor indices less than 0.1. Therefore, odor indices less than 0.1 as an accept criterion cannot guarantee that a building product has no impact on the perceived air quality.  相似文献

广州市夏、冬季室内外PM2.5质量浓度的特征   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
2004年7月2日至8月13日和2004年11月29日至2005年1月6日分别在广州市3种类型区域(一般城市区域、道路旁、工业源附近)9个居民住宅的室内和室外同步采集了PM2.5颗粒.采用标准称重法测定PM2.5质量浓度,得到广州市夏季住宅室内外PM2.5平均质量浓度分别为67.7、74.5 μg/m3,冬季室内外PM2.5平均质量浓度分别为109.9、123.7 μg/m3.广州市PM2.5平均质量浓度,与美国PM2.5标准相比,与国内PM10标准基础上假设的PM2.5限值相比,与其他一些国内、亚洲和欧美城市的文献记录相比,结果均显示广州市PM2.5处于相当严重污染状态.广州市PM2.5质量浓度呈现明显的空间分布特征和季节变化特征;PM2.5室内质量浓度并不总是低于室外质量浓度,反映了室内空气污染的存在.  相似文献

铬渣水泥固化时要加入硫酸亚铁和添加剂矿渣、粉煤灰 ,硫酸亚铁可以部分地把六价铬还原为三价铬 ,能把得到的固化体六价铬浸出毒性降到低于国家标准 ,抗压强度可达 30MPa以上 ,可综合利用。与此同时 ,本文考虑日晒、振荡时间和固化体粒度对浸出毒性的影响以及固化体表面浸出率、模拟酸雨淋溶对固化体性能的影响。  相似文献

以浮选法从脱硫渣中回收的石墨为原料,采用HUMMERS法制备氧化石墨烯,并以阳离子艳红为目标污染物对氧化石墨烯的吸附性能进行研究。研究表明从脱硫渣中回收的石墨为鳞片石墨,与天然鳞片石墨在晶体结构、形貌等方面无明显差异。2种石墨经氧化后均形成了含有C-OH、-COOH和C-O-C等官能团的氧化石墨烯。氧化石墨烯对阳离子艳红的吸附速率非常快,在5 min后能达到吸附平衡,理论最大吸附量为714 mg·g-1,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温式。  相似文献

Urine contains about 50 % of the phosphorus (P) and about 90 % of the nitrogen (N) excreted by humans and is therefore an interesting substrate for nutrient recovery. Source-separated urine can be used to precipitate struvite or, through a newly developed technology, nitrified urine fertilizer (NUF). In this study, we prepared 33P radioisotope- and stable 15N isotope-labeled synthetic NUF (SNUF) and struvite using synthetic urine and determined P and N uptake by greenhouse-grown ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum var. Gemini) fertilized with these products. The P and N in the urine-based fertilizers were as readily plant-available in a slightly acidic soil as the P and N in reference mineral fertilizers. The ryegrass crop recovered 26 % of P applied with both urine-based fertilizers and 72 and 75 % of N applied as struvite and SNUF, respectively. Thus, NUF and urine-derived struvite are valuable N and P recycling fertilizers.  相似文献

Soil redox potential (Eh), concentrations of oxygen (O2) and three greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4, and N2O) were measured in the soil profile of a coastal forest at ridge, transition, and swamp across a hydrological gradient. The results delineated a distinct boundary in soil Eh and O2 concentration between the ridge and swamp with essentially no overlap between the two locations. Critical soil Eh to initiate significant CH4 production under this field conditions was about +300 mV, much higher than in the homogenous soils (about -150 mV). The strength of CH4 source to the atmosphere was strong for the swamp, minor for the transition, and negligible or even negative (consumption) for the ridge. Maximum N2O concentration in the soils was found at about Eh +250 mV, and the soil N2O emission was estimated to account for less than 4% for the ridge and transition, and almost negligible for the swamp in the cumulative global warming potential (GWP) of these three gases. The dynamic nature of this study site in response to water table fluctuations across a hydrological gradient makes it an ideal model of impact of future sea level rise to coastal ecosystems. Soil carbon (C) sequestration potential due to increasing soil water content upon sea level rise and subsidence in this coastal forest was likely limited and temporal, and at the expense of increasing soil CH4 production and emission.  相似文献

试验结果表明,EDTA能够有效地萃取土壤重金属,由于其价格较贵和不易被降解等特点,限制了它的广泛运用.在运用MINTEQA2模型对萃取液中重金属离子形态分析的基础上,选用Na2S沉淀法将重金属从EDTA萃取液中有效分离.同时将回收的EDTA连续进行萃取土壤重金属,由于回收EDTA浓度下降的原因,其效果比新鲜EDTA的要稍微差一点,但从经济和效率上来说,仍旧可以用来治理重金属污染的土壤.  相似文献

为了评价进口再生塑料颗粒中主要重金属经口摄入的潜在健康风险,选取了5类典型进口再生塑料颗粒,基于美国环保署(US EPA)人体健康风险评估框架,通过检测其在食物模拟液中Hg、Pb、Cr、Cd、Mn和Cu的浸出浓度,对其饮食摄入途径下的致癌/非致癌风险进行量化评价,并采用靶器官毒性剂量(TTD)法对非致癌风险指数进行修正。结果表明,参照我国饮用水标准,Hg、Pb、Cr、Cd和Mn浸出浓度超标倍数分别高达1 243.04、50.06、38.27、3.27和2.96倍,而Cu未超标,总体上存在严重健康风险。致癌风险结果显示,在所有模拟场景下,5种进口再生塑料颗粒中重金属致癌风险指数平均超过可能致癌水平上限70.28倍。非致癌风险结果显示,在所有模拟场景下,5种进口再生塑料颗粒中重金属传统非致癌风险指数和靶器官毒性剂量修正的非致癌风险指数分别平均超过最高上限15.26倍和23.71倍,其中肠胃道、血液、肾脏和神经系统存在不可接受非致癌风险,睾丸、心血管和肝脏不存在非致癌风险。这表明进口再生塑料颗粒所带来潜在健康风险仍需持续关注。  相似文献

Recent research has suggested that the adverse health effects caused by nanoparticles are associated with their surface area (SA) concentrations. In this study, SA was estimated in two ways using number and mass concentrations and compared with SA (SAmeas) measured using a diffusion charger (DC). Aerosol measurements were made twice: once starting in October 2002 and again starting in December 2002 in Mysore, India in residences that used kerosene or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for cooking. Mass, number, and SA concentrations and size distributions by number were measured in each residence. The first estimation method (SAPSD) used the size distribution by number to estimate SA. The second method (SAINV) used a simple inversion scheme that incorporated number and mass concentrations while assuming a lognormal size distribution with a known geometrical standard deviation. SAPSD was, on average, 2.4 times greater (range = 1.6–3.4) than SAmeas while SAINV was, on average, 6.0 times greater (range = 4.6–7.7) than SAmeas. The logarithms of SAPSD and SAINV were found to be statistically significant predictors of the logarithm of SAmeas. The study showed that particle number and mass concentration measurements can be used to estimate SA with a correction factor that ranges between 2 and 6.  相似文献

为了解决汾河公园景观水体因缺乏稳定充足的补水水源而导致的水景效果下降、水质逐渐变差的困境,考虑将再生水作为其主要的补水水源。使用EFDC—WASP水动力水质耦合模型对不同的再生水补水方案下汾河公园水质时空变化进行了模拟。结果显示,当公园采用人工湿地深度处理后的再生水联合水库水共同补水时,除TN指标浓度部分时段内出现超过V类标准限值50%的情况,其他TP、COD、NHf—N主要水质指标浓度均能有效地维持在地表水Ⅱ~Ⅲ类标准,并且叶绿色a浓度始终保持在较低水平。该结果表明,再生水经人工湿地深度处理后联合水库共同补水方案可以作为汾河公园景观水系的推荐补水方案。  相似文献

以油田油泥与基质沥青为实验原材料,采用高速剪切方法制备油田油泥改性沥青,通过针入度、软化点、延度、运动黏度和离析软化点差等表征方法,研究孤岛落地油泥对沥青高低温性能、加工性能和储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:活性中间体与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)添加量(质量分数)分别为15%与4%时,孤岛落地油泥改性沥青的针入度比基质沥青降低0.4 mm,软化点比基质沥青提高24 ℃,运动黏度为0.28 Pa·s,离析软化点差(165 ℃,48 h)为0.3 ℃,其各项指标均同时满足橡胶沥青评价指标要求和SBS沥青评价指标要求;加入适量的油泥可提高沥青的低温抗裂性能,改善加工性能,而对沥青储存稳定性无明显影响。  相似文献

通过电渗透脱水技术及自然风干技术两种预处理方式降低污泥含水率,当污泥初始含水率相近时,研究经两种方式处理后污泥的干燥特性曲线,并对电渗透脱水污泥干燥特性曲线的优势情况进行探讨。在40~120℃的低温条件下,研究电渗透脱水污泥(泥饼厚度为3.5 mm)的干燥特性曲线并分析其干燥特性。通过所得电渗透脱水污泥的干燥特性曲线,引入薄层污泥干燥模型进行数值分析。结果表明,在实验条件下,电渗透脱水污泥的干燥速率要优于自然风干污泥的干燥速率。随着温度的升高,电渗透脱水污泥的干燥速率随之升高,干燥到所需含水率的时间则随之减少。Logarithmic模型比其他模型更适合描述薄层电渗透脱水污泥在低温条件下的干燥特性。  相似文献

Composting and land application of municipal sewage sludge (SS) and yard waste (YW) compost are increasingly popular ways for using organic waste as a source of organic matter, while decreasing the amount of waste being diverted into landfills. Researchers have largely ignored the effect of SS and SS mixed with YW (SS+YW) compost on the antioxidant contents of vegetables grown under this practice. Accordingly, the main objective of this investigation was to monitor the impact of SS and SS+YW on the nutritional composition of pepper and melon fruits at harvest. Total phenols and ascorbic acid contents of pepper and melons (determined by the Folin-Ciocalteau and the dichlorophenol–indophenol methods, respectively) were greater in pepper than melon fruits. Soil amended with SS or SS+YW significantly elevated the concentrations of ascorbic acid and total phenols in melon fruits compared to no-mulch native soil. The application of SS did not modify the concentration of β-carotene in melon fruits at three harvests. Regardless of soil treatments, ascorbic acid and total phenols concentrations were greater in melon fruits collected at the first harvest compared to harvest three. Pepper fruits collected at harvest three contained the greatest concentrations of ascorbic acid and total phenols; whereas, pepper fruits collected at the second harvest contained the greatest concentrations of soluble sugars.  相似文献
