为了研究不同材质供水管道内壁生物膜中抗生素抗性基因分布特征和水平转移潜力,利用宏基因组测序对304、316 L不锈钢管和PPR、PE塑料管内壁生物膜进行了分析.结果表明,4种管材内壁生物膜中共检出17类146种抗生素抗性基因.多药类抗性基因在不同管材生物膜中的丰度最高且差别较大,是不同管材生物膜抗生素抗性基因差异的主要原因.不同管材生物膜中可移动遗传元件的总丰度水平较高,但整体上和抗生素抗性基因共存的比例较低,其中整合酶基因表现出和抗生素抗性基因更加密切的关系,可能在抗生素抗性基因的水平转移上发挥重要作用.不同的抗性基因拥有不同种类的潜在宿主,水杆菌属(Aquabacterium)、慢生根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)等高丰度宿主是多药类抗性基因大量存在的基础.不同管材管壁生物膜中抗生素抗性的首要影响因素是细菌群落组成,其次是可移动遗传元件介导的基因水平转移;物种组成和可移动遗传元件共同塑造了抗性基因的分布特征.  相似文献

鉴于紫色土高垦殖丘陵区土壤中抗生素抗性基因的潜在生态环境风险,本研究采用高通量荧光定量PCR技术,分析了抗生素抗性基因在不同类型畜禽养殖场(养猪场、养鸡场和养牛场)土壤中的丰度和多样性.结果表明,3种养殖场土壤中共检出79种抗生素抗性基因和5种可移动基因元件,其中多重耐药类基因是养殖场土壤中丰度最高的耐药基因.不同养殖场土壤中抗生素抗性基因的丰度和多样性均表现为养鸡场和养猪场样品高于养牛场土壤,且3种养殖场土壤样品中的抗性基因表现出不同的类别分布特征.养殖场土壤中较高的可移动基因元件丰度,及其与抗生素抗性基因丰度显著的相关性(P0. 05)说明,可移动基因元件可能促进了抗生素抗性基因在养殖场土壤中的迁移和扩散.  相似文献

The actinides, plutonium, americium and curium, are being produced in increasing quantities as the nuclear programme is expanded. As these alpha-particle-emitting elements are hazardous to man there is considerable concern about the movement of these elements through the environment. The uptake of these elements from soil into plants is low, as is the gastrointestinal concentration factor. Although there are complexing agents in the environment which have been shown to complex these elements there is no evidence that these complexing agents might bring about a concentration of actinides in the food chain of man.  相似文献

Both exposures to toxic metals, as well as deficiencies in essential metals, during pregnancy has been linked to a variety of negative reproductive outcomes. The exact etiologies of such outcomes and the effects of fetal exposure to these metals are largely unknown. Therefore, the ability to assess levels of these elements is critical to determining the underlying causes of such conditions and the effects that both essential and nonessential metals have on fetal development. Thus, using cell-free fetal RNA from amniotic fluid, we set out to measure the association between amniotic fluid levels of toxic and essential metals and fetal gene expression. We find that arsenic was associated with increased expression of 3 genes known to play roles in both birth-related and reproductive effects. The results highlight the potential for detrimental health effects of prenatal metals exposure and the potential to identify biomarkers of environmental exposure during this critical developmental period.  相似文献

Paddy soils are potential hotspots of combined contamination with arsenic (As) and antibiotics, which may induce co-selection of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) and As biotransformation genes (ABGs), resulting in dissemination of antimicrobial resistance and modification in As biogeochemical cycling. So far, little information is available for these co-selection processes and specific patterns between ABGs and ARGs in paddy soils. Here, the 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and high-throughput quantitative PCR and network analysis were employed to investigate the dynamic response of ABGs and ARGs to As stress and manure application. The results showed that As stress increased the abundance of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs), resulting in dissemination risk of antimicrobial resistance. Manure amendment increased the abundance of ABGs, enhanced As mobilization and methylation in paddy soil, posing risk to food safety. The frequency of the co-occurrence between ABGs and ARGs, the host bacteria carrying both ARGs and ABGs were increased by As or manure treatment, and remarkably boosted in soils amended with both As and manure. Multidrug resistance genes were found to have the preference to be co-selected with ABGs, which was one of the dominant co-occurring ARGs in all treatments, and manure amendment increased the frequency of Macrolide-Lincosamide-Streptogramin B resistance (MLSB) to co-occur with ABGs. Bacillus and Clostridium of Firmicutes are the dominant host bacteria carrying both ABGs and ARGs in paddy soils. This study would extend our understanding on the co-selection between genes for antibiotics and metals, also unveil the hidden environmental effects of combined pollution.  相似文献

梅花鹿养殖是近年来我国南方地区出现的新兴养殖业.为探究梅花鹿养殖对养殖环境抗生素抗性基因的影响,采用高通量荧光定量PCR研究了抗生素抗性基因在养殖场区对照土壤、梅花鹿新鲜粪便、梅花鹿粪便堆肥产物和施用堆肥菜地土壤中的分布、丰度和多样性.结果表明,抗性基因的绝对丰度梅花鹿粪便堆肥产物梅花鹿新鲜粪便施用堆肥菜地土壤养殖场区对照土壤,抗生素抗性基因在4种环境样品中具有不同分布格局;梅花鹿养殖场环境中抗性基因丰度与可移动基因元件丰度显著相关(P0.05),表明可移动基因元件可能加快了抗性基因的水平转移过程,促进了抗性基因的迁移、传播和富集,加剧了养殖环境抗生素抗性基因污染.  相似文献

荒漠绿洲农田生态系统是干旱区环境下人类活动显著的复合生态系统.土壤微生物抗生素抗性与人类健康和生态平衡关系密切.研究荒漠绿洲环境不同土地利用类型模式下土壤抗生素抗性基因的多样性、分布特征和影响因素,对于评估干旱区土壤环境健康风险,促进绿洲农业生态的发展具有重要意义.采用高通量测序和高通量定量PCR技术对荒漠绿洲土壤微生物的群落结构和抗生素抗性基因多样性开展了研究,旨在探究干旱区土壤抗性基因的分布特征及其驱动机制.结果表明,从沙漠边缘到绿洲,荒漠沙生植物土壤、棉花地土壤、玉米地土壤、芦苇地土壤和湖泊沉积物中抗生素抗性的种类和丰度显著增加,与土地利用变化关系密切,农田土壤是抗性基因的重要存储库;荒漠绿洲土壤微生物群落与抗生素抗性基因显著相关,硫杆菌属(Thiobacillus)、沙漠细菌属(Pontibacter)、诺卡氏菌属(Nocardioides)、耐盐微杆菌属(Salinimicrobium)、土壤红杆菌属(Solirubrobacter)和链霉菌属(Streptomyces)等是各类抗性基因重要的潜在携带者;干旱区土壤中重(类)金属元素和可移动基因元件,与微生物群落共同塑造了抗生...  相似文献

采集280多个来自中国4城市粗细颗粒物样品,用X一荧光光谱法分析了其中的42种元素报道了空气颗粒物中元素的组成特征,并对元素进行聚类分析,结果表明,主要可分成地壳元素及燃煤或燃油污染元素两大类污染点颗粒物中污染元素的浓度比对照点的要高,而且,这些污染元素在细颗粒物中的富集因子比在粗颗粒物中的富集因子要高出许多倍但城市内污染元素的富集团子在污染点与对照点之间的差别不如同一种元素在两城市间的差别明显  相似文献

本文根据四个杂岩体中主要矿物的化学成分和全岩主要元素资料,利用T·L·Wright(1984)提供的质量平衡计算程序来模拟它们的成因,然后再用微量元素来检验和完善上述模式。定量模拟结果表明,分离结晶作用是造成这些杂岩体在岩石学和地球化学上分异的主要原因,并可用斜长石,角闪石、黑云母、磷灰石和榍石的分步分离来解释各杂岩体的成分变化,但对每一个杂岩体来说矿物分离比例可大不相同。微量元素的检验结果和主要元素的模拟趋势基本一致,但分离矿物的绝对值可不完全相同。  相似文献

This paper presents a method to facilitate the decision-making process in selecting sustainable floors (elements) for buildings in Sri Lanka, taking into consideration environmental, economic and social assessments of materials used for these elements. Two types of elements are selected for this study, namely, tile and vinyl tile. Environmental burdens associated with these elements are analyzed in terms of embodied energy and environmental impacts that are relevant to Sri Lanka, such as global warming, acidification and nutrient enrichment. Economic analysis is based on market prices and affordability of materials. Factors considered for the social analysis are thermal comfort, good interior (aesthetics), ability to construct fast, strength and durability. It was found that tile elements are superior to vinyl tile elements on environmental scores if processes of complete life cycle of these elements are taken into account. On social score also, tile elements (104.8) are better than vinyl tile elements (51.15). But on economic score, vinyl tile elements are better. These scores are presented in a matrix which will help in selecting sustainable floor coverings for buildings.  相似文献

淮北煤中12种有害微量元素在煤及其灰中的分布特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了解有害微量元素在各煤层中的分布与变化规律,以及在煤燃烧后的煤灰中所发生的迁移与富集情况,采集了淮北煤田不同煤层、不同深度的15个煤样,采用中子活化法对其原煤及灰分中的12 种微量元素(Ag, As,Ba, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Sb, Th, U, V)进行了测试。结果显示:绝大部分有害微量元素的含量都处于n×10 6到n×10 5数量级范围内,不同煤层或同一煤层不同部位中微量元素的含量分布不同;与全国和华北煤中有害微量元素的(平均)含量相比,除Mn低于全国和华北的平均值外,As、Co、Mo、Sb、Th、U与之相近,而Ag、Ba、Cr、Cu、V高于全国和华北煤中的平均值;12种微量元素均在灰分中有所富集,而且富集能力序列为:Cu>Cr>Mn>Mo>Co>Ba>V>Th>As>U>Sb。  相似文献

饮用水水源地中抗生素抗性基因会威胁生态安全和人类健康.为了探究抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic Resistance Genes,ARGs)在金泽水源型水库中的赋存特征,以及水库净化措施对抗生素抗性基因的净化作用,选择微生物活性较高的夏季时期采集水样,采用高通量荧光定量PCR和16S rRNA实时荧光定量PCR进行研究.结果表明,该水库检出62种ARGs;多重抗药类、氨基糖苷类和磺胺类ARGs为水库内占主导的抗性基因.抗生素抗性基因绝对丰度从水库的预处理区至生态净化区,再至输水区呈逐渐降低的趋势,表明水库净化措施对削减ARGs含量有一定作用.抗性基因丰度与可移动基因元件(Mobile Genetic Elements,MGEs)丰度存在显著相关性(p0.05),表明MGEs对ARGs的水平转移、传播和富集具有重要作用.  相似文献

以福建省A层土壤元素背景值作为参考背景值,以Ti作为参考元素,应用富集因子分析方法对龙岩市内6种PM10主要排放源(道路尘、扬尘、钢铁厂尘、水泥厂尘、机动车尾气尘、燃煤尘)的污染元素进行了分析。分析结果表明,龙岩市各PM10排放源均存在着不同程度的污染元素富集污染现象,这些元素的富集污染程度易受人类活动的影响,并经过长时间的积累在城区内富集,使得城区内PM10的污染现象突出。研究结果为龙岩市大气环境治理提供了科学依据,有利于区域大气环境质量的改善。  相似文献

Based on the determination of several trace elements in coal particulate of different specific gravity, three-variables regression equations relate the contents of trace elements Be, Cd, Co, Pb, Cu, Ni, As and three species of sulfur in coal were well established. For elements Cd, Co, Pb, Cu and Ni, the regression equations were successfully used for prediction of these trace elements in individual part of coal with different specific gravity. Factor analysis was also used to analyze the data sets. The results showed that a three factor model can interpret the data sets reasonably. Trace elements Cd, Co, Pb, Cu, Ni, inorganic sulfide and total sulfur in coal are high correlated with the first factor. Trace elements Be, sulfate and organic sulfide are high correlated with the second factor and trace elements Cr and As are high correlated with the third factor. The factors can be interpreted by the chemical properties of these elements.  相似文献

微生物通过多种功能代谢过程主导着因气候变暖裸露的冰川前缘地土壤元素的地球化学循环.以青藏高原的海洋型冰川、亚大陆型冰川和极大陆型冰川的前缘地土壤为研究对象,分析不同类型冰川前缘地土壤的微生物功能特征.依次选择玉龙冰川、天山乌鲁木齐1号冰川和老虎沟12号冰川作为三类冰川的典型代表,采用高通量功能基因芯片(QMEC)检测土壤微生物的功能基因特征.结果表明,在三类冰川前缘地土壤中,半纤维素降解基因和还原型乙酰辅酶A途径相关的碳固定基因丰度最高,三者主要的氮功能基因和氨化作用有关,磷、硫功能基因则主要与有机磷矿化过程和硫氧化过程相关.其中,水热条件较好的海洋型冰川的微生物功能基因的种类与丰度最高,其次为环境较为干燥的极大陆型冰川.三类冰川前缘地土壤的微生物功能基因结构的显著差异,证实了地理环境差异对微生物功能特征的影响,也为不同类型冰川前缘地土壤微生物的功能及其介导的元素地球化学循环研究提供了基础.  相似文献

利用等离子体发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、X射线光谱法等研究了厦门、漳州两市的9个土壤剖面样品中的Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Ni、Hg和As共8个重金属元素在剖面上的分布特征,以及Cu、Pb、Zn三种元素的全量与有效态含量在剖面上的变化特征,探讨了重金属元素垂向变化的环境意义。结果表明部分重金属元素在土壤表层有富集现象和相似的迁移和富集规律;Cu、Pb、Zn三元素的有效态与全量的相关性随着深度而变小,这表明Cu、Pb、Zn三元素的全量与有效态含量间的相关性与人类的活动关系较为密切。  相似文献
