利用含铁材料为阳极,铜为阴极,NaOH溶液为电解液,于隔膜电解槽中电解制备高铁酸钠.探索了该工艺所必需的各种参数和反应条件,确定了隔膜材料,并对Na2FeO4浓度和电流效率的非一致性变化作出了解释.研究结果表明:在阳极距离为1.3 cm(极距2.3 cm)、阳极电解液浓度为14 mol/L,阴极电解液浓度为4 mol/L、温度为35℃、电压为8~9 V时,电解2 h后得到的Na2FeO4浓度为18.7g/L,电流效率为20%.  相似文献

In toxicokinetics studies, interactions between chemicals in mixtures has been largely neglected. This study examines a mixture of perchlorate and arsenate because (1) they have the potential to co-occur in contaminated aquatic habitats, and (2) a previous study by the authors found possible toxicological interactive effects. In the present study, zebrafish (Danio rerio) were exposed to two concentrations of sodium perchlorate (10 and 100 mg l(-1)), sodium arsenate (1 and 10 mg l(-1)), and the mixture-sodium perchlorate+sodium arsenate (10+1 mg l(-1) and 100+10 mg l(-1) Na(2)HAsO(4)-high mixture) for 90 d. Their uptake and accumulation by zebrafish was evaluated at 10, 30, 60, and 90 d. In addition, depuration was examined at 1, 3, and 5d after cessation of the exposure. The uptake of either chemical was concentration-dependent, with significantly higher uptake at high concentrations at either exposure interval. In contrast, there was no significant difference in whole body residue between single chemicals and the corresponding mixture except for 100 mg l(-1) sodium arsenate at 90 d. However, there was increasing accumulation over time at the high concentration of either chemical alone and their mixture, and this increasing trend was more pronounced in the single chemical exposures than in the mixture. At the concentrations tested in the current study, both chemicals reduced the uptake but enhanced the depuration of the other chemical from the zebrafish. This study represents the first examination of the interaction of two anions-perchlorate and arsenate with respect to toxicokinetics.  相似文献

Concentrations of size fractionated particulate sodium and potassium were measured in both marine and urban air. Marine air sampling was conducted during a cruise on R/V Hakuho-maru in the northwestern North Pacific in the summer of 1998. Urban air sampling was performed in the central part of Tokyo in 1997 and 1998. The fine sodium concentration (D<1.1 μm) in “Urban” air (180 ng m−3) was 3 times higher than that in “Marine” air (56 ng m−3). In the urban air samples, the size distributions of sodium and potassium showed bimodal peaks in the fine particle range (D<1.1 μm) and in the coarse particle range (D>1.1 μm). The existence of anthropogenic sodium in the fine particle range was detected in the urban air. The K/Na weight ratios in the fine particle range of the urban air (1.8–2.7) was 50–75 times higher than that in seawater (0.036). Potassium in the urban air is thought to be derived largely from anthropogenic sources. In the urban air samples, a high correlation between fine sodium and fine potassium concentrations suggests that they have the same anthropogenic source. Reevaluating the K/Na ratios in marine air to be relatively higher than that in seawater, we can estimate that several percents of anthropogenic sodium can be transported from land to remote marine air.  相似文献

采用次氯酸钠对PPCPs(药品和个人护理用品)类污染物水杨酸(SA)的氧化消除及动力学规律进行研究,考察了p H值、温度、Br-浓度以及水体中常见有机物等各因素对降解效果的影响。结果表明,次氯酸钠对SA的氧化降解过程符合二级反应动力学;p H值对该降解反应影响较大,随着p H值的降低,反应速率增大;温度对该降解反应的影响明显且符合Van’t Hoff规则,提高反应温度,有利于降解进行。向体系中加入Br-,可以加快次氯酸钠对SA的氧化降解,并随着Br-浓度的增加,SA降解的速率逐渐增加。水体中有腐殖酸和表面活性剂存在时,对水杨酸的氧化反应也会产生一定的影响。  相似文献

Sorption of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates by soils and sediments is an important process that may affect their fate, transport, toxicity and their application in remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. In this study, batch experiments were conducted to elucidate the sorption of a widely used anionic surfactant, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), by montmorillonite. It was observed that: (i) SDBS was sorbed significantly by montmorillonite saturated with Ca(2+), but little by Na-saturated montmorillonite; (ii) the amount of SDBS sorbed by Ca(2+)-montmorillonite was enhanced by NaCl; and (iii) no significant intercalation of SDBS into Ca(2+)-montmorillonite was observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. These results indicate that the removal of SDBS by Ca(2+)-montmorillonite was primarily attributed to the precipitation between DBS(-) and Ca(2+) in solution which was released from montmorillonite via cation exchange. These results will help us to understand the sorption behavior and environmental effects of anionic surfactants.  相似文献

The protective effect of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3), a urine modifier, to alleviate murine ochratoxicosis was investigated. The study included two trials. Urinary pH was altered before oral administration of ochratoxin A (OA) in Trial 1, and animals were given combined doses of OA and ethyl biscoumacetate (Eb) in Trial 2. Acute toxicity of OA as measured by LD50 values was reduced by 23% and 20% in rats treated with NaHCO3 for Trials 1 and 2 respectively. Bicarbonate-treated rats dosed with 20 mg/kg OA or with a combination dose of OA at 17 mg/kg and Eb at 50 mg/kg, had a lower frequency of histological lesions in kidneys, liver, lung, spleen and heart. Two types of heart lesions found in the present study are described.  相似文献

肝素钠废水含有高浓度无机盐和大量有机污染物,对环境具有潜在的毒性且难以处理,已经受到环境工作者的关注。为了了解废水的主要成分和处理此类废水,本实验用GC-MS对废水进行了分析,并且利用芬顿试剂对其进行了处理,结果发现废水中有机物有26种,其中脂肪酸和芳香衍生物占有较大比例,处理后,有机成分只有3种;讨论了影响处理效果的因素和最佳的工艺条件,发现当pH 值为6.66,硫酸亚铁和过氧化氢的量分别为2.5 g/L和2.8‰ (v/v),搅拌速度为2 000 r/min, 搅拌时间为15 min时,COD的去除率可达到94.50%。  相似文献

探究了次氯酸钠(Na Cl O)对萘普生(NPX)的氧化降解效果。分析了次氯酸钠投加量对NPX去除率和体系总有机碳(TOC)的影响,同时分析了此过程中次氯酸钠投加量与次氯酸钠利用效率之间的关系。结果表明,NPX的降解率随着次氯酸钠投加量增加而增加,直至NPX的降解率达100%。溶液中TOC去除率随Na Cl O与NPX摩尔比的增大先增加后趋于平缓,最后溶液中TOC去除率稳定在22.5%左右。次氯酸钠的利用效率会随Na Cl O与NPX摩尔比的增大先增后减,在Na Cl O与NPX摩尔比为7.5∶1时,次氯酸钠的利用效率达最大值。同时研究了不同pH对NPX氧化降解反应的影响,实验显示,溶液处于较低的pH更有利于NPX被氧化降解。最后通过对比实验,研究了医用萘普生胶囊中所添加辅料对NPX的氧化反应的影响,结果表明,萘普生医用药品中所添加成分对NPX的氧化降解有一定的抑制作用。  相似文献

Field measurements have shown that organic surfactants are significant components of atmospheric aerosols. While fatty acids, among other surfactants, are prevalent in the atmosphere, the influence of these species on the chemical and physical properties of atmospheric aerosols remains not fully characterized. In order to assess the phase in which particles may exist, a detailed study of the deliquescence of a model surfactant aerosol has been carried out. Sodium oleate was chosen as a surfactant proxy relevant in atmospheric aerosol. Sodium oleate micelle aerosol particles were generated nebulizing a sodium oleate aqueous solution. In this study, the water uptake and phase transition of sodium oleate aerosol particles have been studied in a room temperature aerosol flow tube system (AFT) using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Aerosol morphology and elemental composition were also analysed using scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM/EDX) techniques. The particles are homogeneously distributed as ellipsoidal-shape aggregates of micelles particles with an average size of ∼1.1 μm. The deliquescence by the sodium oleate aerosol particles was monitored by infrared extinction spectroscopy, where the dried aerosol particles were exposed to increasing relative humidity as they passed through the AFT. Observations of the infrared absorption features of condensed phase liquid water enable to determine the sodium oleate deliquescence phase transition at 88±2%.  相似文献

Diffusion mechanism of chloride ions in sodium montmorillonite   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
For safety assessment of geological disposal of HLW, it is necessary to understand the diffusion mechanism of radionuclides in compacted bentonite. In this study, the diffusion behavior of chloride ions in compacted montmorillonite was studied from the viewpoints of the activation energy for apparent diffusion and the basal spacing of the compacted montmorillonite. A unique change in the activation energy as a function of the dry density of the montmorillonite was found. The activation energy decreased from 17.4 to 13.5 kJ mol-1 as the dry density increased from 0.7 to 1.0 Mg m-3 and increased to 25.1 kJ mol-1 at dry densities above 1.0 Mg m-3. The basal spacing of 1.88 nm, corresponding to the three-water layer hydrate state, was not observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) until the dry density increased to 1.0 Mg m-3, where the minimum activation energy was obtained. On the other hand, a basal spacing of 1.56 nm, corresponding to the two-water layer hydrate state, was observed at the dry densities of 1.4 Mg m-3 and above, where the activation energies were more than 22 kJ mol-1. These experimental results suggest that there are at least two additional diffusion processes that can raise or reduce the activation energy and are affected by water in the region adjacent to the montmorillonite surfaces. If the "Grahame model" can be introduced to describe the electrical double layer, surface diffusion will be considered the possible predominant diffusion process, even for anions like chloride ions.  相似文献

A laboratory experiment was performed in order to evaluate the extent to which metam sodium (MS) applied at two different recommended rates and its degradation product, methyl isothiocyanate ( MITC ), affect soil respiration. Results suggest that MS degradation to MITC was complete within 4 hours and that MITC decomposed quickly in a few days, except in the soil containing high organic matter where it was still present after 15 days. Following the addition of MS, a lag phase appeared in CO2‐C evolution in the soil. It was longer for the higher dose of MS added and for the two soils with low organic C content. The dynamics of the process was described by the Bonde and Rosswall model and by the Gompertz RS E model for the untreated and the MS‐treated soils, respectively.  相似文献

The complete dechlorination of PCB liquid Delor 103 (42.6% Cl) to biphenyl has been effected in toluene with sodium dihydridobis(2-methoxyethoxo)aluminate (SDMA) in the presence of catalytic amounts of Ni(II) and Co(II) 2,4-pentanedionates at elevated temperatures. Changes in PCB congeners distribution during dechlorination were monitored by GC(ECD) and GC/MS, and the scheme of their transformation was proposed on the basis of site selectivity observed. 选择乙酸钠作为农家肥中羧酸类物质的代表,在确定其对铬污染土壤修复效果的基础上,通过化学分析和红外图谱研究,探索乙酸钠与土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)之间可能存在的5种作用方式,并对其有效作用方式的机制进行研究。结果表明:乙酸钠能显著降低铬污染土壤中的Cr(Ⅵ)含量,其有效作用方式是乙酸钠和土壤中有机组分的共同作用;乙酸钠的加入使土壤有机组分中的一些不溶于水的羧酸类物质进入液相,从而促进铬污染土壤的修复。  相似文献

研究了不同含盐梯度废水下好氧颗粒污泥的形成过程.在反应器 R1 中,其含盐量一直维持 1%,其颗粒成中空结构;在 R2、R3 中,其含盐量由 1%提高到 2.5%时,其颗粒发生膨胀破碎;在 R3 中,其含盐量由 2.5%提高到 5%时,其颗粒由疏松变为密实.另外,溶解氧消耗速率(SOUR)随着含盐量的增加而降低.在含盐量为 2.5%时,好氧颗粒污泥的耐盐菌与非耐盐菌均处于不利的生长环境,此时好氧颗粒污泥处于最不稳定的状态,容易发生解体.  相似文献

以阳离子交换树脂为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法以四氯化钛为原料制备TiO2微球,采用XRD,FTIR,SEM对样品进行了表征。微球中主要组分是锐钛矿型TiO2,同时掺杂有少量Na+,SO24-等离子,比TiO2粉末具有更好的光催化性能,具备重复使用的能力,使用寿命较长,可作为一种有实用价值的光催化剂。在300 W高压汞灯下采用二氧化钛微球催化降解腐植酸钠,分析了催化剂投加量和反应时间对降解率的影响。腐植酸钠的光催化降解实验结果表明:初始浓度为10 mg/L的腐植酸钠在碱性条件,催化剂投加量为2.5 g/L,反应时间为3 h时最为适宜,最大降解率可达到96.51%。  相似文献

应用Fenton高级氧化技术降解水溶液中抗生素磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠(SMMS),系统探讨了起始pH、CSMMS、CFe2+、CH2O2和温度等因素对SMMS降解效果的影响。结果表明:CSMMS=4.53 mg/L,pH=4.0,CH2O2=0.49 mmol/L,CFe2+=19.51μmol/L,T=25℃为最佳反应条件。在最佳条件下,87.4%的SMMS可以在120 min内降解。反应动力学研究表明Fenton氧化降解SMMS分为两个阶段,快速反应阶段和慢速反应阶段,并建立了两阶段动力学模型,模型拟合结果较好。研究结果为含有SMMS的污废水处理提供了基础数据和科学参考。  相似文献
