介绍了饮用水中有机物的组成及其去除评价指标,并指出了各类有机污染物对饮用水水质的影响。重点探讨了水中各类有机污染物的去除方法:强化混凝、颗粒活性碳、膜过滤、光催化氧化、臭氧一生物活性炭及生物预处理技术等。最后总结了各种处理方法的优缺点,为选择合适的去除有机污染物工艺提供参考。  相似文献

天然有机质(OM)广泛存在于各类水体,含有丰富的碳、氮、磷等生源要素,其形成、转化、归宿及其相伴随的营养盐再生过程是水生态系统营养盐生物地球化学循环的重要环节,在湖泊蓝藻水华暴发过程中势必也扮演着非常重要的营养盐供给者的角色.本研究于2015年2月和5月分别在太湖北部湖区采集了17个样品,利用POM-DOM PARAFAC三维荧光模型解析春、冬季节颗粒态有机质(POM)和溶解态有机质(DOM)的荧光特征及来源,并探讨POM和DOM各荧光组分之间及其与叶绿素a(Chla)的关系.结果表明,春、冬季节太湖北部湖区POM和DOM的荧光峰、荧光中心位置和荧光强度均存在明显的差别;POM有着比DOM更复杂的组分构成.综合POM和DOM的荧光强度和荧光指数可知,春、冬季节太湖北部湖区POM和DOM均以自生源为主,河口区受陆源贡献较大.POM(C1p~C5p)和DOM(C1d~C5d)有5种荧光组分,分别是类色氨酸(C1和C2)、类腐殖质(C3和C4)及类酪氨酸(C5).POM和DOM的荧光组分特征存在明显的差别;春、冬季节POM均以类腐殖质荧光C3为主,荧光组分高值区分别集中在梅梁湾区域和湖心区;而DOM均以类蛋白组分C2、C1和C5为主,荧光组分高值区均分布在竺山湾区域.相关分析结果显示,春季C1d与C2d(P0.01)、C3d与C4d(P0.01)、C1p与C4p(P0.05)、C2p与C5p(P0.01)均具有较强的相关性.值得注意的是,C3d(P0.01)、C4d(P0.05)与C3p均具有较好的相关关系,表明POM与DOM在组分、来源上具有某种联系.与春季类似,冬季荧光组分C1d与C2d、C3d与C4d、C1p与C2p、C1d与C2p亦具有极好的相关性(P0.01).春季C5d与Chla之间存在正相关关系(P0.01),而C2d(P0.05)、C3p(P0.01)与Chla之间具有负相关关系;冬季C4d与Chla之间也存在负相关关系(P0.05).  相似文献

以疏水性有机物——芘为代表,考察了臭氧预氧化处理对高稳定性有机污染物在天然有机物(NOM)中分配行为的影响.结果表明,芘在不同性质NOM中分配系数(Koc)的大小与NOM中芳香结构和疏水基团含量有关,芘在液相、吸附相NOM中的分配行为受NOM自身特性、吸附性能及吸附剂表面有机碳覆盖率(foc)大小的影响.臭氧预氧化能够破坏NOM中的芳香结构和疏水结构,削弱NOM与芘之间的相互作用,降低芘的Koc,臭氧预氧化对吸附相NOM疏水结构的破坏是造成芘在吸附相NOM中分配能力降低的主要原因.  相似文献

Dissolved organic matter (DOM) concentrations have been measured in the waters of a semiarid freshwater wetland, the Tablas de Daimiel, Spain, when the system-characterised by variable hydroperiodicity conditions, was completely flooded (February 2011). Fluxes of DOM from the wetland soils to the overlying waters were measured by using a passive diffusion sampler (peeper). Not only dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations were measured but refractory organic matter (ROM, usually known as humic substances) was also quantified using a novel voltammetric method. Fluorescence spectra were recorded to help in selecting the appropriate standard for ROM quantification, test the homogeneity of DOM in the waters and get an indication of their source. The results obtained show a 7-fold increase in measured ROM concentrations from the Gigu¨ela River to the outlet, which points to a net exportation of ROM from the wetland and to the existence of an internal source of ROM in the system, probably diffusion from the wetland soils. This hypothesis is confirmed by the flux of ROM from the soils to the water column measured with the peeper and by the common fluorescence characteristics of column and interstitial waters. The smaller increase in DOC concentrations along the wetland, in spite of the higher DOC fluxes from soils, suggests that there is significant turnover of organic carbon (OC) in the water column. The system acts as a major carbon sink but, when flooded, exports OC as DOM.  相似文献

应用三维荧光光谱技术(3D-EEM),研究了两个典型水库型湖泊(长寿湖和大洪海)水体中溶解性有机质(DOM)的荧光光谱特征,结合沿岸生态系统差异,讨论其对两个湖泊中DOM性质及来源的影响.结果表明,沿岸生态系统的差异性(尤其是人为干扰)是导致两个水体DOM地球化学特征存在明显差异的重要原因.两湖水体中DOM均存在4个荧光峰,且长寿湖样本中类蛋白物质含量更高;而大洪海水体中腐殖化程度较高的组分(C峰)含量较高.相关性分析表明,两湖DOM样本中类蛋白和类腐殖组分来源不同,而A、C峰代表的类腐殖组分存在共源性.通过荧光参数分析显示,沿岸以森林系统为主的大洪海水体DOM陆源性更强,腐殖化程度高;而长寿湖受两岸农田、果园的输入以及人为排放影响,其水体DOM具有明显的自生源特征,新生DOM含量较高,其荧光特征也反映了该区域水体受人为干扰较大.与其他不同湖泊对比,进一步表明沿岸生态系统类型及人为土地利用是决定水体DOM来源和特性的关键因素.  相似文献

For effective wastewater reclamation and water recovery, the treatment of natural and effluent organic matters (NOM and EfOM), toxic anions, and micropollutants was considered in this work. Two different NOM (humic acid of the Suwannee River, and NOM of US and Youngsan River, Korea), and one EfOM from the Damyang wastewater treatment plant, Korea, were selected for investigating the removal efficiencies of tight nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membranes with different properties. Nitrate, bromate, and perchlorate were selected as target toxic anions due to their well known high toxicities. Tri-(2-chloroethyl)-phosphate (TCEP), oxybenzone, and caffeine, due to their different K ow and pK a values, were selected as target micropollutants. As expected, the NF membranes provided high removal efficiencies in terms of all the tested contaminants, and the UF membrane provided fairly high removal efficiencies for anions (except for nitrate) and the relatively hydrophobic micropollutant, oxybenzon. Through the wetlands, nitrate was successfully removed. Therefore, a fair process of combining membranes with an engineered wetland could be proposed for sustainable wastewater reclamation and optimum control of contaminats.  相似文献

Municipal wastewater reclamation is becoming of increasing importance in the world to solve the problem of water scarcity. A better understanding of the molecular composition of effluent organic matter(Ef OM) in the treated effluents of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) is crucial for ensuring the safety of water reuse. In this study, the molecular composition of Ef OM in the secondary effluent of a WWTP in Beijing and the reclaimed water further treated with a coagulation–sedimentation–ozonation process were characterized using a non-target Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS) method and compared to that of natural organic matter(NOM) in the local source water from a reservoir. It was found that the molecular composition of Ef OM in the secondary effluent and reclaimed water was dominated by CHOS formulas, while NOM in the source water was dominated by CHO formulas. The CHO formulas of the three samples had similar origins. Anthropogenic surfactants were responsible for the CHOS formulas in Ef OM of the secondary effluent and were not well removed by the coagulation-sedimentation-ozonation treatment process adopted.  相似文献

Understanding the complexity of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in stormwater has drawn a lot of interest,since DOM from stormwater causes not only environmental impacts,but also worsens downstream aquatic quality associated with water supply and treatability.This study introduced and employed high-performance size exclusion chromatography(HPSEC)coupled with an ultraviolet–visible(UV–vis)diode array detector to assess changes in stormwater-associated DOM characteristics.Stormwater DOM was also analysed in relation to storm event characteristics,water quality and spectroscopic analysis.Statistical tools were used to determine the correlations within DOM and water quality measurements.Results showed that dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and UV absorbance at 254 nm(UV_(254))as conventional DOM parameters were found to be correlated well to the changes in stormwater quality during each of the three storm events studied.Both detector wavelengths(210and 254 nm)and their ratio(A_(210)/A_(254))were found to provide additional information on the physiochemical properties of stormwater-associated DOM.This study indicated that A_(210)/A_(254) is an important parameter which could be used to estimate the DOM proportions of functional groups and conjugated carbon species.This study provided also an understanding of stormwater quality constituents through assessing variability and sensitivity for various parameters,and the additional information of rainfall characteristics on runoff quality data for a better understanding of parameter correlations and influences.  相似文献

为了解猪粪堆肥过程中各种有机物的变化特征,并为判断猪粪堆肥腐熟度提供参考指标,进行42d的高温好氧堆肥.结果表明,堆体中的有机质含量呈下降趋势;水溶性有机碳(DOC)含量在第10d达到最大值,之后呈下降趋势;易分解有机质含量呈下降趋势,但在高温开始阶段呈上升趋势;腐殖质含量呈上升趋势.说明堆肥过程中有机物不断向腐殖化方向转化.在研究H/F变化时发现,它与判断堆肥腐熟度常用的化学指标(有机质、DOC)呈一定的相关性,而且与易分解有机质和腐殖质也有较好的相关性.  相似文献

Algal blooms and wastewater effluents can introduce algal organic matter (AOM) and effluent organic matter (EfOM) into surface waters, respectively. In this study, the impact of bromide and iodide on the formation of halogenated disinfection byproducts (DBPs) during chlorination and chloramination from various types of dissolved organic matter (DOM, e.g., natural organic matter (NOM), AOM, and EfOM) were investigated based on the data collected from literature. In general, higher formation of trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs) was observed in NOM than AOM and EfOM, indicating high reactivities of phenolic moieties with both chlorine and monochloramine. The formation of haloacetaldehydes (HALs), haloacetonitriles (HANs) and haloacetamides (HAMs) was much lower than THMs and HAAs. Increasing initial bromide concentrations increased the formation of THMs, HAAs, HANs, and HAMs, but not HALs. Bromine substitution factor (BSF) values of DBPs formed in chlorination decreased as specific ultraviolet absorbance (SUVA) increased. AOM favored the formation of iodinated THMs (I-THMs) during chloramination using preformed chloramines and chlorination-chloramination processes. Increasing prechlorination time can reduce the I-THM concentrations because of the conversion of iodide to iodate, but this increased the formation of chlorinated and brominated DBPs. In an analogous way, iodine substitution factor (ISF) values of I-THMs formed in chloramination decreased as SUVA values of DOM increased. Compared to chlorination, the formation of noniodinated DBPs is low in chloramination.  相似文献

东江流域水环境中颗粒态和胶体态金属元素的分布和来源   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
运用连续流离心机和切面流超滤分离技术,从东江流域的水库、河流、河口3种水体中分离了大量的悬浮颗粒物(0.45μm)和胶体(1 nm~0.45μm),并用元素分析仪和电感耦合等离子体/质谱(ICP-MS)对有机碳和金属进行了表征.通过对比3种水体中颗粒态金属的含量(μg·g-1)和浓度(ng·L-1)发现,水库颗粒物有更高的重金属含量,与其在有机碳上的富集有关;河流颗粒物有更高的金属浓度,与地表径流和人为排放有关.另外,随着有机质含量的增加,湖泊水体中多种重金属的含量呈现先增加后降低的关系,显示了生物富集和生物稀释的双重作用.从东江中游到河口样品,Mg、Ti、Co、Ni等元素在颗粒物中的含量依次升高,Cu、As、Cd、Sn、Sb等元素则依次降低,这与海水的稀释作用以及与盐度变化引起的絮凝沉降有关.河流中胶体态金属的含量与浓度均大于水库,显示了河流受到更多的人类活动影响.虽然重金属主要分布在颗粒物中,但对比各种重金属的含量在颗粒态和胶体态中的顺序变化,发现地表径流带来的地壳元素倾向于分布在颗粒态中,而人为排放来源的金属倾向于分布在胶体态中.  相似文献

Labile soil C and N play vital roles in soil–plant nutrient dynamics, especially in the low input cropping system and are vulnerable to perturbation. Surface (0–0.15 m) soils from three land clearing methods (slash and burn, bulldozed non-windrowed and bulldozed windrowed) and each with two cropping systems (5-and 4-year cropping/2-year cassava fallow) were collected in the humid forest ecosystem of Nigeria.The soils were analysed for total C and N, microbial biomass C and N (SMB C and N), particulate organic matter C and N (POM C and N), water-soluble C, potentially mineralizable N (PMN) and mineral N. The size of the labile C and N and their relative contributions to the organic C and total N differed significantly among land clearing methods, irrespective of the cropping system. Soils under slash and burn had a significantly (p > 0.05) higher particulate organic matter C, N (10.80 and 0.16 g kg−1, respectively) and microbial biomass C and N (1.07 and 0.12 g kg−1) compared to the bulldozed windrow, regardless of the cropping system. Four years cropping/2-year cassava fallow resulted in a significant higher labile C and N, relative to 5-year cropped plots across the land clearing methods. Effect of the treatments on the concentration of PMN and mineral N mirrored the SMB N and POM N. However, the quantity of most of the labile C and N pool and crop yield obtained from the slash and burn and bulldozed non-windrowed treatment did not differ significantly. Hence, bulldozed non-windrowed clearing could be a viable alternative to slash and burn in the case of large-scale farming in ensuring reduced losses of soil organic matter and nutrient during land clearing in the humid tropics.  相似文献

在以膜微滤为主的组合工艺对二级出水的处理过程中,二级出水水质可能对于微滤过程中膜污染的发展有较强影响.为此考察了2座污水处理厂及1个中试处理设施的二级出水水质,包括常规水质指标、水中颗粒物粒径分布及树脂吸附分离后不同有机物部分的荧光光谱所表征的有机物组分等对于死端微滤中TMP发展变化的影响.研究结果表明:①颗粒物浓度和颗粒物粒径分布对于微滤过程中的可逆污染有较大贡献;②二级出水中的有机物,尤其是其中的腐殖质部分,对于微滤过程中的不可逆污染有较大贡献.  相似文献

利用紫外-可见光谱与三维荧光光谱,结合拉格朗日混合单粒子轨道模型及火点图,研究了重庆2013年夏、冬两季雨水DOM光谱特征,并对其来源进行解析.结果表明,雨水DOM与水体、土壤DOM具有类似性质光谱特征,证明降雨DOM也是陆地及水环境中DOM地化特征的重要贡献者.雨水DOM中DOC含量为0.88~12.80 mg·L-1,CDOM含量在3.17~21.11m-1之间,夏、冬两季降雨DOM差异明显(P0.05).与夏季相比,冬季降雨DOM分子量较小,芳香性程度较低,腐殖化程度也更低,输入主要以本地和短距离输送为主;而夏季DOM来源较分散.尽管吸收和荧光光谱可用于解析雨水DOM组成和来源,但在光谱特征的解析和来源识别上与其他来源DOM有所区别,传统"内、外源区分"并不适用于雨水DOM.  相似文献

选取缙云山阳坡同一海拔处亚热带常绿阔叶林(以下简称林地)、果园、坡耕地和撂荒地这4种不同土地利用类型,在0~60 cm深度内每隔10 cm采集一个土样,测定土壤轻组有机碳氮(LFOC、LFON)和颗粒态有机碳氮(POC、PON)含量,并计算其分配比例和碳氮比.结果表明,在0~60 cm土壤深度范围内,林地转变为坡耕地后,LFOC及LFON含量分别降低了71.42%和38.46%(P0.05),转变为果园后变化不明显,坡耕地撂荒后其含量分别升高了3.77倍和1.38倍(P0.05);林地转变为坡耕地或果园后,POC及PON含量均无明显变化,而坡耕地撂荒后其含量分别增加了4.12和1.25倍(P0.05).林地转变为坡耕地后土壤LFOC及LFON分配比例显著降低,转变为果园后则明显升高,而POC及PON分配比例变化均不明显;坡耕地撂荒后,LFOC、LFON、POC、PON分配比例均显著增加.土壤SOC/TN为撂荒地(12.93)林地(8.53)果园(7.52)坡耕地(4.40),LFOC/LFON为撂荒地(16.32)林地(14.29)果园(11.32)坡耕地(7.60),POC/PON为撂荒地(23.41)坡耕地(13.85)林地(10.30)果园(9.64).以上研究结果表明林地开垦为果园或坡耕地后容易导致土壤轻组有机碳氮的损失,而坡耕地撂荒则有利于土壤活性有机碳氮的积累;林地转变为坡耕地减弱了土壤有机碳氮的活性,而林地转变为果园以及坡耕地撂荒均使土壤有机碳氮活性增强;林地转变为坡耕地和果园加剧了土壤有机质的矿化,相对而言,坡耕地撂荒后有利于土壤有机质的固定.  相似文献

洱海表层沉积物有机磷形态分布特征及其影响因素   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:7  
利用IVANOFF法,研究了洱海表层沉积物有机磷形态及其空间分布特征,探讨了有机质对各形态有机磷含量分布的影响. 结果表明:洱海北部和南部的浅水湖区沉积物w(OM)较高(2.50%~11.72%),而中部的深水湖区沉积物w(TP)较高(710.29~1 961.22 mg/kg);沉积物w(OP)为212.71~526.23 mg/kg,与w(TP)分布趋势一致;沉积物不同形态有机磷的含量为Residual-Po(残渣态有机磷)> Fulvic-P(富里酸结合态有机磷)> HCl-Po(酸提取态有机磷)>NaHCO3-Po(活性有机磷)>Humic-P(腐殖酸结合态有机磷). 沉积物w(OM)与w(OP)/w(TP),w(Fulvic-P)和w(Humic-P)之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与w(Residual-Po)呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与w(NaHCO3-Po)和w(HCl-Po)之间相关性不显著(P>0.05). 洱海沉积物有机磷主要以非活性有机磷(Residual-Po和Humic-P)为主(平均占58.74%),且w(Fulvic-P)占w(OP)的百分比均高于营养水平较高的湖泊,而w(HCl-Po)占w(OP)的百分比相对较低(除E7采样点外). 即洱海沉积物有机磷形态特征决定了其生物有效性较低. 沉积物有机磷赋存形态特征很可能是上覆水磷浓度相对较低的重要原因,而沉积物w(TOC)/w(OP)<200则意味着其有机磷的潜在释放风险较大.   相似文献

以渤海湾海域及黄河口外海域为研究区,采用GC/MS检测手段对两海域表层海水中溶解态有机质(0.7μm)及颗粒态有机质(0.7μm)的正构烷烃组分进行定性和定量分析,并分析其主要组成、分布、来源及输入方式,从而对正构烷烃类污染状况进行初步评价。定量分析的结果表明,渤海湾海域表层海水中正构烷烃含量为1570.9~1950.4 ng/L,黄河口外海域为353.1~672.7 ng/L;通过对研究区域表层海水中正构烷烃组成特征的分析得出,其主要来源是陆源高等植物、石油类产品和化石燃料燃烧产物,藻类对其贡献不能忽视;研究还表明,正构烷烃在溶解态和颗粒态有机质中分布是不同的,而且呈现某种规律。  相似文献

选择新都区的部分城市主干道两侧大气中VOCs(挥发性有机物)含量进行检测,了解新都区城区空气质量,分析车流量、降水、温度等条件对不同道路类型(相对宽阔型、高层峡谷型、交叉口道路)两侧空气中VOCs浓度的影响.车流量是影响VOCs浓度偏高的主要原因,一天不同时段的浓度变化呈双峰型,高浓度出现在早晨和傍晚.大气降水会使VOCs浓度降低,温度对其影响不大,温度的骤降通常伴随降水,使VOCs浓度下降,不同道路类型其下降的幅度存在差异,相对开阔型下降幅度最大.夏季,不同道路类型两侧空气中VOCs浓度的趋势相似,浓度差异大;在冬季三种道路类型两侧空气中VOCs浓度的趋势相同,浓度差异小.  相似文献

为了研究白洋淀沉积物中有机质释放对秋冬交替季节淀区水环境的影响.将白洋淀分为自然保护区、旅游区、村落密集区、淀中村区和出淀口区五部分,在20个代表性采样点采集沉积物样品,采用光谱学方法表征样品中有机质特性,并研究氮、磷的溶解释放特征.结果表明:①在自然保护区、淀中村区和出淀口区,沉积物中有机质的腐殖化和芳香化程度较高,主要为陆源可见光类腐殖酸组分(C1)、海源可见光类腐殖酸组分(C3)和紫外光类腐殖酸组分(C4);而在旅游区和村落密集区,有机质的腐殖化和芳香化程度较低,主要为类色氨酸组分(C2),表明这些区域受人为活动影响大.②紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱参数具有很好的相关性,可用于表征沉积物中有机质特征;类色氨酸组分的荧光强度与沉积物中w(TN)和w(TP)具有良好的正相关关系,显示出同源性特征.③与以类腐殖酸为主要成分的沉积物样品相比,氮、磷更易从以类蛋白为主要成分的沉积物中释放.研究显示,秋冬交替季节白洋淀沉积物中有机质以类蛋白和类腐殖酸为主,且类蛋白具有促进共存氮、磷溶解释放的作用.   相似文献
