使用有限元方法研究了在制造某特大型真空容器时厚板料的双曲率模冲压过程.对双曲率模冲压后板料的回弹规律进行了模拟,得出了不同的板宽和板厚对板料冲压后回弹量的影响规律,从而为确定冲模修正量的大小提供了依据.同时,也得出了厚板料双曲率模冲压的变形的发生和发展过程,从而为采取措施,避免方板冲压时的屈曲和起皱,使变形过程按照合理的路线进行提供了理论根据.所得结果具有普遍的规律.  相似文献

鉴于居民能源消费的间接回弹效应影响广泛但现有研究不充分,使用碳排放量结合再分配模型和20部门环境投入产出表,测算了2002年、2007年、2012年和2017年中国居民能源消费的间接回弹效应。实证结果显示:间接回弹效应在3.90%~12.88%之间;间接回弹效应在时间上呈倒“U”型,在空间上城镇大于农村。针对双碳目标可能导致三种重要因素的变化进行模拟,分析得出间接回弹效应受居民单位碳排放的能源支出提升而增大的幅度最大,随后向关联系数降低而减小的幅度次之,受城镇化影响的变动最小;在一般政策情景和长期低碳转型情景中,2030年的间接回弹效应均>13%,2060年的间接回弹效应在一般政策情景高达46.55%,在长期低碳转型情景为11.77%。持续推进能源结构和整个经济系统的低碳化转型以及促进居民消费低碳化,应是在双碳目标下降低间接回弹效应的关键对策。  相似文献

对氟橡胶密封材料进行了热氧加速老化试验,对老化试验前后材料压缩永久变形量与红外光谱进行了分析,结果表明,老化引起材料内部的分子结构变化。建立了该材料在贮存温度下的压缩永久变形与贮存时间的老化动力学方程,预测了25℃下氟橡胶密封材料的贮存寿命,结果表明,氟橡胶在热氧条件下,失效机理为分子断裂和交联;非正常老化因素引起的变形对氟橡胶密封圈的性能影响很大;氟橡胶密封件在25℃下的贮存寿命为13.8 a。  相似文献

板料成形后的回弹对精度影响较大,在数值模拟时对回弹进行精确预测显得非常重要。分析比较了几种计算板料回弹方法的优缺点,提出了用静态隐式算法计算回弹较为合适,以MARC为平台建立了计算板料回弹的系统。计算了二维弯曲成形后的回弹,并通过与实验结果相比较两者结果的一致性验证了计算的可靠性。  相似文献

Press brake bending is a commonly used process for sheet metal part fabrication. It has been observed that the final bend angle, which is the angle achieved upon removal of the punch, is smaller than the initial bend angle. This springback is due to the elastic recovery of the sheet metal. Various theoretical models have been proposed to predict the springback using the tooling geometry and the known properties of the sheet metal. However, in a production environment, the actual properties of any given workpiece may vary from the nominal properties of the lot. This variation causes the actual springback to deviate from the theoretical predictions. This paper presents a practical incremental bending methodology to control punch displacement to achieve more accurate final bend angles. In the proposed approach, workpiece properties are estimated from measured loaded and unloaded bend angles. The estimated properties are used to determine the final punch position required to obtain the desired bend angle after springback. A series of bending experiments was performed. It was found that the proposed method can better predict springback and effectively control the bend angle variation in a production environment.  相似文献

In this paper, an experimental investigation of the curved surface-straight edge hemming process is presented. Because hemming is the last stage of automotive panel forming operations, it directly influences the product surface, fitting, and joining qualities. Dimensional accuracy and precision in shape are two major concerns of hemmed parts, and these concerns are usually influenced by a large number of material, geometrical, and process factors. Planned experiments have been carried out according to a fractional factorial design method. Through regression analysis of the experimental results, the hemming quality indices, such as creepage, recoil, and radial springback, as well as hemming loads, can be expressed as a weighted sum of the input variable effects. In addition, the magnitude of each effect can be ranked from the most to the least significant. Using this information, hemming design guidelines can be developed for the optimization of hemming processes.  相似文献

采用逐点增量弯曲的方法对网格式带筋整体壁板进行了试验研究,并进行了有限元模拟。研究表明:采用增量压弯成形工艺可以成形出具有一定曲率外形的整体壁板;压弯过程中蒙皮始终处于弹性变形阶段,筋条既有弹性变形产生,又有塑性变形产生;压下量达到一定值时,塑性变形的比率急剧增加。  相似文献

Creepage, a typical phenomenon in the hemming process, can be defined as undesired roll-in of the panel at the bending line. Creepage also reduces the final panel width and makes the hemming radius larger. In this study, experimental observations are reported, and a finite element model, based on the LS-DYNA® two dimensional plane strain solid formulation, is utilized to study the mechanics of how the hem flange bends and folds during the hemming process. A novel hemming process incorporating a counteraction force is proposed in order to prevent the creepage phenomenon during the hemming process. An experimental hemming tool was designed according to this concept, and optimization of the tooling geometry was carried out utilizing the finite element model. An experimental study was conducted to confirm that the new hemming process can prevent creep be employed to help retain a sharp radius during flanging operation.  相似文献

Single-point diamond turning (SPDT) experiments conducted on single-crystal 6-H silicon carbide (SiC) have shown chip formation similar to that seen in the machining of metals. The ductile nature of SiC is believed to be the result of a high-pressure phase transformation (HPPT), which generates a plastic zone of material that behaves in a metallic manner. This metallic behavior is the basis for using AdvantEdge, a metal machining simulation software, for comparison to experimental results.Simulations (2D) were carried out by matching the SPDT experimental conditions, which were conducted at nanometer (nm) depths of cut and varying tool rake angles. The experiments were performed by machining the circumference of the single-crystal wafer, thereby conforming to a 2D orthogonal cut (plunge cuts, or an infeed, achieved the depth of cut, and no cross feed was incorporated).The cutting and thrust forces generated from the experiments under ductile cutting conditions compared favorably with the simulation. As the depth of cut is decreased (250 nm, 100 nm, and 50 nm), the experimental conditions transition from a brittle to ductile behavior, with the 50 nm cuts being dominated by the ductile regime. Thus, the forces from the experiment and the simulations are in much better agreement for the smaller depths of cut, that is, below the critical depth of cut that establishes the ductile-to-brittle transition, as ductile conditions exist in both the simulation and experiments. The differences in the results that do arise are assumed to be primarily due to a springback of the material leading to increased rubbing on the flank face.  相似文献

Product panels are presented as a promising method to find solutions for environmental problems arising from specific product groups. These panels consist of representatives of manufacturers, retail, research, environmental and consumer administration, recycling, and various other stakeholders who work together in the panel to draft plans of action aiming at improvements in the environmental characteristics of products and services, and promotion for environmentally sound products and services in the various markets.The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors that promote successful panel work as based on the experiences from the Danish and Finnish product panels. In addition, we aim at finding several indicators in panel work that can help lead to successful results already in the early phase and, on the other hand, help to recognize panels that will be ineffective from the viewpoint of environmental policy. We also describe how the findings from the Danish and Finnish textile panels were applied to a new product panel in Finland dealing with furniture and how this panel has started its work.The paper is based on existing material about the three panels, including reports and websites of the Danish product panels and the Finnish Furniture panel. In addition, unpublished memos of the meetings of the three panels have been studied. An evaluation report of the Danish panels was very useful for the discussion of the findings. The authors have also participated in the furniture panel as a member and a secretary.Experiences from the Danish textile panel and some early results of the Finnish furniture panel indicate that, under the right conditions, gathering stakeholders from the whole product chain and administration into a panel can be an efficient way to promote the market for greener products and thus, can serve as a tool for integrated product policy. Key success factors include the basic idea, committed people and openness of the product panels. It is also important that the initiator give some guidance in the form of schedule, action plan and some preset objectives.  相似文献
