双阳离子有机膨润土对菲的吸附性能及机理研究   总被引:19,自引:1,他引:18  
用长碳链季铵盐溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)与短碳链阳离子表面活性剂(TMAB)按不同配比改性膨润土。制得一系列双阳离子有机膨润土。研究了双阳离子有机膨润土吸附水中菲的适宜条件、性能及机理,结果表明,双阳离子有机膨润土的层间距、有机碳含晡对菲的吸附性能与改性时表面活性剂的加入量成正相关;菲等温吸附曲线呈线性,是菲在水-双阳离子有机膨润土之间分配作用的结果。  相似文献

本文研究了苯蒸气在溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)系列单阳离子有机膨润土上的吸附动力学过程。结果表明,苯蒸气在有机膨润土上的吸附符合一级动力学方程,即:r=KvCo;在12h内,吸附反应均可达到平衡,吸附速率常数(Kv)与温度(T)成正相关,吸附反应的活化能在9.50-17.92kJ.mol^-1之间。  相似文献

试验研究了泥炭和堆肥对铜污染土壤盆栽黑麦草生物量的影响。结果表明,在未添加有机物质的情况下,随着污染土壤铜含量的增加,黑麦草生物量呈明显减少的趋势(呈显著负相关),地下部分对铜毒害的反应比地上部分更敏感;导致黑麦草生物量减产20%的土壤铜含量在200~400 mg/kg之间。添加有机物质能显著促进黑麦草尤其是其地下部分的生长,使中度、重度铜污染土壤上的三茬黑麦草生物量平均增加80%~200%,并提高了导致黑麦草严重减产的土壤铜临界浓度。堆肥的增产效果好于泥炭。在试验的9个月内,有机物质仍能维持对受铜污染的土壤上的黑麦草生长的促进作用。  相似文献

本文以美国DIONEX公司Omni Pac PAX-100为分离柱,氢氧化钠为淋洗液,甲醇为有机改进剂,梯度淋洗分离多聚磷酸盐(正磷酸盐PO^3-4,焦磷酸盐P2O^4-7,三聚磷酸盐P3O^5-10)。研究了分离机理和流动相的选择、色谱条件的最佳化、降低基线噪音的方法和多聚磷酸盐的稳定性。建立了同时测定ppb级(μg/l)多聚磷酸盐的离子色谱新方法。对样品的测定结果回收率均在97.49%—106  相似文献

凋落物水溶性组分流失是森林凋落物降解最为前端的过程,水溶性组分的动态变化可以在一定程度上指示森林物质循环过程,其研究对于认识天然林转变为次生林和人工林后结构和功能的改变以及不同经营模式的森林管理具有一定的科学意义.以中亚热带典型米槠(Castanopsis carlesii)人工林、米槠次生林和米槠天然林为研究对象,分析凋落叶水溶性组分以及氮磷养分含量特征.结果显示:天然林凋落叶水溶性有机碳含量及其占总有机碳的比例显著高于人工林和次生林(P <0.05),而10、11月和6月人工林凋落叶水溶性氮含量及其占总氮的比例显著高于天然林和次生林(P <0.05),3-8月人工林凋落叶的水溶性碳氮比和水溶性碳磷比则低于天然林和次生林.12月至次年8月,人工林的总碳、总氮和总磷含量显著高于天然林和次生林,并且这一时期凋落叶的总碳氮比、总碳磷比和总氮磷比表现为次生林>天然林>人工林.此外,米槠凋落叶水溶性有机碳和水溶性氮含量在10-11月出现峰值,7-8月相对较低,并与降雨量和气温呈显著负相关关系.总的来说,天然林凋落叶较高的水溶性有机碳含量有利于凋落叶早期降解和以其为载体的...  相似文献

基于可逆络合反应的萃取分离方法极性有机物稀溶液具有高效性和高选择性,本文系统进行了磷酸三丁酯(TBP)对苯酚稀溶液的络合萃取的实验研究,负载有机相的红外谱图分析表明,TBP与苯酚通过氢键缔合形成萃合物,以TBP-煤油为萃取剂对工业含酚废水进行了萃取平衡和错流萃取实验,讨论了其应用的可能性及开发新的有效的络合萃取剂的途径。  相似文献

利用有机阳离子表面活性剂对凹凸棒石表面进行改性,研究改性凹凸棒石吸附去除模拟含酚水中苯酚的机理,同时对影响吸附去除苯酚的因素进行探讨.结果表明,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)和溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)等有机阳离子对天然凹凸棒石进行改性后能大大提高对苯酚的吸附去除率;HDTMA和CPB改性土对苯酚的吸附机制主要是其有机相对苯酚的分配作用;HDTMA和CPB改性土对苯酚的吸附等温线呈线性,L型吸附等温方程更适合该吸附过程.在pH>10时,HDTMA改性土除通过分配作用以外还可通过静电吸附增强对苯酚的吸附;随着HDTMA改性剂用量的增加,HDTMA改性土对苯酚的吸附去除率也逐渐增加并达到最大值.  相似文献

合污染物产生的累积与毒性相互作用具有潜在的环境与健康风险。以6种吡啶类离子液体(IL):丁基溴化吡啶([Bpy]Br)、己基溴化吡啶([Hpy]Br)、辛基溴化吡啶([Opy]Br)、丁基氯化吡啶([Bpy]Cl)、己基氯化吡啶([Opy]Cl)和辛基氯化吡啶([Opy]Cl)为混合物组分,应用直接均分射线法(EquRay)和均匀设计射线法(UD-Ray)分别设计4组二元IL混合物和2组三元混合物,每组混合物包括5条具有不同浓度配比的混合物射线。应用微板毒性分析法测定6种IL及其30条混合物射线对青海弧菌Q67的发光抑制毒性,以浓度加和(CA)为加和参考模型分析混合物毒性相互作用。结果表明,Logit函数能有效地拟合6种吡啶IL及其30条混合物射线的浓度-效应数据。若以半数效应浓度的负对数(pEC50)为毒性指标,6个吡啶IL对Q67的毒性与烷基链上碳原子数目正相关,且每增加2个碳原子,其毒性约增加1。IL的阴离子(Br-或Cl-)对毒性没有影响。除己基氯化吡啶([Hpy]Cl)和辛基氯化吡啶([Opy]Cl)的二元混合物呈现明显拮抗作用外,其他二元及三元混合物都为加和作用。  相似文献

凹叶厚朴是四川省人工栽种的一种用途广泛的常用中药.在发现凹叶厚朴乙醇提取物具有较强的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性基础上,通过活性跟踪,对该提取物进行了分离,发现其中的生物碱显示了较强的抑制活性.通过溶剂萃取、树脂吸附和反复硅胶柱层析等分离方法从凹叶厚朴乙醇提取物中分离得到6个生物碱.用质谱和核磁共振等波谱方法分别鉴定为木兰箭毒碱,木兰花碱,鹅掌楸碱,蕃荔枝碱,罗默碱和Lysicamine,并应用小肠α-葡萄糖苷酶模型测定了它们对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用.其中,番荔枝碱和木兰箭毒碱的抑制活性较好,分别为60%和62%;其它4个生物碱成分活性几乎相当,鹅掌楸碱为46%,罗默碱为51%,Lysicamine为49%,木兰花碱为51%.图2参10  相似文献

The protandric simultaneous hermaphrodite shrimp Lysmata wurdemanni (Gibbes 1850) has a pure searching mating system, i.e., males are continually searching for receptive females and copulation is brief. To examine whether size-based advantage in male–male competition occurs and whether the mating ability of male-phase (M) shrimp equals that of euhermaphrodite-phase shrimp serving as males (Em), mating performance, including mating frequency and precopulatory behavior, of M and Em shrimp was compared using two M:Em ratios. Two experiments were carried out from March 2004 to August 2004 at Florida Institute of Technology’s Vero Beach Marine Laboratory using laboratory-cultured shrimp that originated from Port Aransas, TX, USA. In the two experiments, one parturial euhermaphrodite-phase shrimp acting as a female (Ef) was maintained with one M and two Em shrimp (one with and one without an egg mass), and two M and two Em shrimp, respectively. The M shrimp used were always smaller than the Em shrimp. Experiment 1 showed that there was no significant difference in mating ability between Em with and without egg mass. In both experiments, the M shrimp gained mating partners more frequently than the Em shrimp did. In the experiment with two M and two Em shrimp, mating frequencies of the small M and large M shrimp were similar. Precopulatory behaviors of the M shrimp were more active than those of the Em shrimp. Mating between the small M and larger Ef shrimp was sometimes successful even when the size difference was 20.0 mm total length (TL). Mating between a larger M shrimp and smaller Ef shrimp sometimes failed when the size difference was only 13.0 mm TL. Mating frequency of M shrimp over that of Em shrimp with Ef shrimp increased significantly with increasing density and operational sex ratio. The advantage of M over Em shrimp in obtaining mating partners is probably a result of sexual selection and adaptation, and may partially explain the observed delayed sex change in some L. wurdemanni, i.e., some male-phase shrimp grow very large and never become hermaphrodites.  相似文献

In high-velocity open channel flows, free-surface aeration is commonly observed. The effects of surface waves on the air–water flow properties are tested herein. The study simulates the air–water flow past a fixed-location phase-detection probe by introducing random fluctuations of the flow depth. The present model yields results that are close to experimental observations in terms of void fraction, bubble count rate and bubble/droplet chord size distributions. The results show that the surface waves have relatively little impact on the void fraction profiles, but that the bubble count rate profiles and the distributions of bubble and chord sizes are affected by the presence of surface waves.  相似文献

采用MnO2/H2SO4溶液作为吸收液,以Fe3+作为催化剂在自制的鼓泡反应器内,对模拟烟气进行同时脱硫脱硝的实验研究,主要考察MnO2浓度、Fe3+浓度、pH值、反应温度、NO浓度、SO2浓度、氧含量、烟气流量等因素对SO2和NO脱除效率的影响.实验结果表明,MnO2浓度、Fe3+浓度、烟气流量、反应温度、NO浓度、SO2浓度对脱硝率影响显著,pH值、氧含量对脱硝率影响不大.在整个实验范围内脱硫效率总是保持在98%以上,脱硝效率最高达到70.9%.  相似文献

采用序批式反应器对不同泥龄下污泥絮体的化学性状(胞外聚合物成分及含量)、物理性状(表面电荷)、形态性状(粒度分布、分形维数)等进行了对比研究.结果表明:泥龄对胞外聚合物总量及各组分含量的影响规律并不明显;多糖/蛋白质愈大,污泥絮体表面电负性愈强;污泥絮体的平均粒径随泥龄的延长呈逐渐减小的趋势,且粒度分布愈来愈均匀;不同泥龄下,污泥絮体形态结构亦不相同,泥龄短时,絮体表面粗糙,结构开放疏松;泥龄长时,絮体表面平滑,结构紧凑;随着泥龄的增大,絮体分形维数逐渐增加.由于不同泥龄下所表现出的污泥絮体性状的差异,直接影响了污泥的絮凝和沉降性能.  相似文献

● A novel nonpolar super-aligned carbon nanotube (SACNT) membrane was prepared. ● SACNT membranes achieved smoother and more uniform structures. ● SACNT membranes have inert chemistry and unique nonpolar wetting feature. ● SACNT membranes exhibit superior separation and antifouling capabilities. ● SACNT membranes achieved superior oil/water separation efficiency. Membrane separation technology has made great progress in various practical applications, but the unsatisfactory separation performance of prevailing membrane materials hampers its further sustainable growth. This study proposed a novel nonpolar super-aligned carbon nanotube (SACNT) membrane, which was prepared with a layer-by-layer cross-stacking method. Through controlling the number of stacked SACNT layers, three kinds of SACNT membranes (SACNT_200, SACNT_300, and SACNT_400) were prepared. Systematic characterizations and filtration tests were performed to investigate their physico-chemical properties, surface wetting behavior, and filtration performance. Compared with two commercial membranes (Com_0.22 and Com_0.45), all the SACNT membranes achieved smoother and more uniform structures. Due to the hexagonal graphene structure of CNTs, the surface chemistry of the SACNT membranes is simple and inert, thereby potentially eliminating the covalent-bonding-induced membrane fouling. Besides, the SACNT membranes exhibited a typical nonpolar wetting behavior, with high contact angles for polar liquids (water: ~124.9°–126.5°; formamide: ~80.0°–83.9°) but low contact angles for nonpolar diiodomethane (~18.8°–20.9°). This unique nonpolar feature potentially leads to weak interactions with polar substances. Furthermore, compared with the commercial membranes, the SACNT membranes obtained a significantly higher selectivity while achieving a comparable or higher permeability (depending on the number of stacked layers). Moreover, the SACNT membranes exhibited superior separation performance in various application scenarios, including municipal wastewater treatment (> 2.3 times higher cleaning efficiency), electro-assistant fouling inhibition (or even self-cleaning), and oil/water separation (> 99.2 % of separation efficiency), suggesting promising application prospects in various fields.  相似文献

Precise and sensitive methods for the simultaneous determination of different classes of antibiotics, including sulphonamides, fluoroquinolones, macrolides, tetracyclines, and trimethoprim in surface water, sediments, and fish muscles were developed. In water samples, drugs were extracted with solid-phase extraction (SPE) by passing 1000 mL of water through hydrophilic lipophilic balanced (HLB) SPE cartridges. Sediment samples were solvent-extracted, followed by tandem SPE (strong anion exchange (SAX) + HLB) clean-ups. Fish muscles were extracted by a mixture of acetonitrile and citric buffer (80:20, v/v) solution, and cleaned by SPE. Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection was employed to quantify all compounds. The recoveries for the antibiotics in the spiked water, sediment, and fish samples were 60.2%–95.8%, 48.1%–105.3%, and 59.8%–103.4%, respectively. The methods were applied to samples taken from Dianchi Lake, China. It showed that concentrations of the detected antibiotics ranged from limits of quantification (LOQ) to 713.6 ng·L-1 (ofloxacin) in surface water and from less than LOQ to 344.8 μg·kg-1 (sulphamethoxazole) in sediments. The number of detected antibiotics and the overall antibiotic concentrations were higher in the urban area than the rural area, indicating the probable role of livestock and human activities as important sources of antibiotic contamination. In fish muscles, the concentration of norfloxacin was the highest (up to 38.5 μg·kg-1), but tetracyclines and macrolides were relatively low. Results showed that the methods were rapid and sensitive, and capable of determining several classes of antibiotics from each of the water, sediment, and fish matrices in a single run.  相似文献

During daytime Plerogyra sinuosa Dana displays globular expandable tentacles (bubbles) which foster the photosynthetic ability of the coral. Adaptational responses of this coral to different depths (5–25 m) and light conditions were investigated by photosynthetic pigment analysis, insitu measurements of oxygen production, transplantation and shading experiments. Pigment concentrations per unit tissue dry weight were variable, but unrelated to depth. Pigment concentrations per zooxanthellae cell remained constant and bubble size increased with depth. Light intensity at 25 m was 20 to 25% of the 5-m value, but daily integrated rates of photosynthesis were 65% of the 5-m rates, indicating a higher light utilization efficiency in deeper corals. Coral heads transplanted from 25 to 5 m died within 20 d if not protected against UV-radiation, but corals transplanted from 5 to 25 m acclimatized to the new light condition. Photosynthetic oxygen production and bubble size increased in shaded, sun-adapted corals within 60 min and decreased in sun-exposed, shade-adapted corals. The variable bubble size is interpreted as an adaptational mechanism to optimize light exposure of zooxanthellae.  相似文献

Nanosized ZnO rods were synthesized using a microwave-assisted aqueous method. High molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol was used as a stabilizing agent. Size, surface morphology, and structure were investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). SEM and TEM images show that ZnO nanorods have diameters of about 50?nm and lengths of a few micrometers. The XRD pattern reveals that ZnO nanorods are of hexagonal wurtzite structure. The average crystallite size calculated from Scherrer's relation was found to be 40?nm. The effects of catalyst loading, pH value, and initial concentration of methyl orange on the photocatalytic degradation efficiency using ZnO nanorods as photocatalyst were discussed. The results revealed that ZnO nanorods with a diameter of 50?nm showed the highest photocatalytic activity at a surface density of 0.2?g?dm?3.  相似文献
