在实验室条件下,将第四纪红壤进行淋洗试验,旨在研究第四纪红壤中阴离子态养分的含量及其淋失特征。结果表明,第四纪红壤中各种可溶发生 阴离子态养分含量除NO^-3和Cl^-外,其它都是很低的,6种阴离子在第四纪红壤中的淋失强弱顺序是:Cl^-〉NO^-3〉H2BO^-3〉SO^2-4〉mOo^2-4?〉h2po^-4,而土壤对它们的固定或吸附能力则相反。  相似文献

研究红壤对SO4(2-)和H_2PO(4-)的吸附与竞争吸附机理.实验结果表明,红壤吸附H2PO4-的量远远大于SO4(2-),前者几乎是后者的2倍.在两种阴离子共存体系中,H2PO4-使SO4(2-)吸附量明显减少,在浓度低时甚至出现负吸附;SO4(2-)对H2PO4-吸附量的影响很小.说明土壤对H2PO4-的吸持力较强,为高强度专性吸附,不易于被其它阴离子解吸;土壤对SO4(2-)的吸持力则较弱,为低强度专性吸附或非专性物理吸附,能够被吸持力更强的阴离子完全解吸.  相似文献

本试验比较了三种不同N/K2O的有机无机复肥和进口复肥在赤红壤茶园上的施用效果.结果表明,施用有机无机复肥能促进茶树生长,增大茶芽密度.提高茶叶产量,增加茶叶的茶多酚和氨基酸含量;且能增加土壤有机质含量,平衡土壤养分.有机无机复肥中的N/K2O对其肥效的发挥有重要作用,N/k2O值以4.5为宜.  相似文献

本文研究了湘南第四纪红粘土及其发育地旱地和水田表层土壤对SO^2-4的吸附,结果表明这三种土壤吸附SO^2-4的顺序为:红粘土>旱地红壤>红壤性水稻土,而且随介质PH的升高,SO^2-4吸附量减少,吸附机理也发生改变,当介质PH<ZPC时,以置换水合基(-OH2)的方式进行,PH在3.5-6.5之间时,以置换羟基(-OH)的方式为主,PH>6.5以后,解吸占优势。  相似文献

研究了砖红壤、赤红壤、红壤、黄壤等土壤的B层对SO的吸附特点,并分析其与有关土壤性质的关系。这些土壤的可浸提态SO含量在0.1g/kg至0.5g/kg间,对外加SO的吸附潜力仅为0.05g/kg至0.1g/kg.用含25mg/L的SO的溶液持续通过土壤时,它们对SO的吸附表现为对数曲线方程。降低处理液的pH值可大大减少土壤对SO的吸附量。土壤经草酸铵处理后,几乎丧失SO吸附能力.统计表明,土壤中可浸提态SO含量及SO吸附容量与土壤的<2μm粘粘含量、Fed含量、速效磷含量等有显著的相关关系。  相似文献

(1)赤红壤的贮水总量和有效水量的分布有明显的规律性.2—9月占全年的70%左右,10月—翌年1月占30%左右.(2)赤红壤的有效水量占总贮水量的31%—44%,土壤肥力高的耕作赤红壤,其有效水量占总贮水量的36%以上.在年降雨量小于1600mm、蒸发量大于1100mm的条件下.表土层有效贮水量低于萎蔫含水量出现的时间与土壤熟化程度有关,熟化度高的出现在12月—翌年1月,熟化度低的往往出现在10月—翌年1月.历时3—4个月.(3)赤红壤0—100cm土体的贮水量及有效贮水量低于红壤而高于砖红壤.  相似文献

研究了有机质和CaCO3。对发育于花岗岩和第四纪红色粘土母质上的红壤的交换性铝的影响。结果表明,在用H2O2去除土壤中的有机质后,交换性铝的含量随有机质的降低而降低,但降低的速度不均匀,由慢到快似有一个“突跃”。而在向土壤中添加有机质的研究结果则表明,交换性铝的含量随有机质的增加而增加;在增加的过程中由快到慢,达到极点后,有机质含量再增加,交换性铝反而下降。在相同的土壤环境中,由于作物品种不同,施用等量的CaCO3(或石灰粉)对土壤交换性铝的含量及作物产量的影响不同,而且差异显著。  相似文献

28个土壤样品的养分测定和吸附试验以及8个田间肥效试验表明,闽东南旱地土壤的N、P、K、B是花生的普遍养分限制因子.部分土壤还缺乏Zn和Mg等养分.赤砂土的肥料三要素最佳用量分别为N54kg/hm2、P2O555kg/hm2、K2O87kg/hm2;红壤性水稻土为N52kg/hm2、P2O563kg/hm2、K2O92kg/hm2;海砂土为N94kg/hm2、P2O542kg/hm2、K2O85kg/hm2.10个对比试验表明,花生平衡施肥比群众常规施肥平均增产471kg/hm2,增产率为14.9%,每hm2净增收2053元.  相似文献

The recovery of ecosystem C and N dynamics after disturbance can be a slow process. Chronosequence approaches offer unique opportunities to use space-for-time substitution to quantify the recovery of ecosystem C and N stocks and estimate the potential of restoration practices for C sequestration. We studied the distribution of C and N stocks in two chronosequences that included long-term cultivated lands, 3- to 26-year-old prairie restorations, and remnant prairie on two related soil series. Results from the two chronosequences did not vary significantly and were combined. Based on modeling predictions, the recovery rates of different ecosystem components varied greatly. Overall, C stocks recovered faster than N stocks, but both C and N stocks recovered more rapidly for aboveground vegetation than for any other ecosystem component. Aboveground C and N reached 95% of remnant levels in only 13 years and 21 years, respectively, after planting to native vegetation. Belowground plant C and N recovered several decades later, while microbial biomass C, soil organic C (SOC), and total soil N recovered on a century timescale. In the cultivated fields, SOC concentrations were depleted within the surface 25 cm, coinciding with the depth of plowing, but cultivation apparently led to redistribution of soil C, increasing SOC stocks deeper in the soil profile. The restoration of prairie vegetation was effective at rebuilding soil organic matter (SOM) in the surface soil. Accrual rates were maintained at 43 g C x m(-2) x yr(-1) and 3 g N x m(-2) x yr(-1) in the surface 0.16 Mg/m2 soil mass during the first 26 years of restoration and were predicted to reach 50% of their storage potential (3500 g C/m2) in the first 100 years. We conclude that restoration of tallgrass prairie vegetation can restore SOM lost through cultivation and has the potential to sequester relatively large amounts of SOC over a sustained period of time. Whether restored prairies can retain the C apparently transferred to the subsoil by cultivation practices remains to be seen.  相似文献

Sodium arsenate (Na2HAsO4.7H2O) is a potent inhibitor of mungbean seed germination and seedling growth. Germination is totally stopped at or above 50 microM Na2HAsO4.7H2O. Inhibition of seedling elongation started at a lower concentration of 5 microM As(V) and was drastically reduced at 20 microM As(V). Nutrients like salts of macroelements viz., NaH2PO4.2H2O, KH2PO4, K2SO4, MgSO4.7H2O, CaCl2.2H2O, (NH4)2SO4 NH4NO3 solutions at a concentration of 10mM and microelements viz., ZnSO4, CuSO4.5H2O, Na2MoO4.2H2O, MnCl2.4H2O, CoCl2.6H2O, FeSO4.7H2O solutions at a concentration of 1mM could help to ameliorate the toxic effects of As(V) to different degrees. Amelioration of As(V) toxicity was possible only when the mungbean seeds were pretreated with the above mentioned nutrients for 24 hr and then transferred to sodium arsenate. Simultaneous treatment of nutrients with As(V) or using nutrient solutions following As(V) treatment were of no help to reverse the toxic effects of sodium arsenate.  相似文献

在调查分析长江上游现有坡耕地植物篱的配置方式、生长状况和室内分析植物篱-坡耕地系统中土壤养分含量和颗粒组成的基础上,对3种坡耕地-植物篱系统中土壤养分含量及其分布特征进行了研究,结果表明:在坡耕地-植物篱系统中,植物篱能显著改善和提高植物篱带内表层土壤的养分含量,不同植物篱带内土壤有机质、全氮、水解氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾平均质量分数比带间坡耕地土壤分别提高了59.1%、83.5%、56.2%、83.3%、149.6%、14.0%、153.1%,植物篱带内土壤阳离子交换量比带间坡耕地土壤提高了21.6%。植物篱带内比带间坡耕地土壤沙粒质量分数减小了9.4%,粘粒质量分数增加了21.6%,在植物篱系统中土壤粘粒质量分数与土壤养分含量在3种植物篱系统内表现出一致的规律性,自篱间坡耕地至植物篱带呈增加的趋势,至植物篱带下土壤粘粒和土壤养分含量减小。  相似文献

本文以硝酸根离子选择电极为参比电极,低阻pH玻璃电极为指示电极,研究了红壤和高岭石体系Cu^2+吸附过程中pH的变化情况,并通过红壤和高岭石的酸碱滴定曲线求得了不同反应时间H^+释放的绝对量,即H^+释放动力学。结果表明,Cu^2+吸附过程中H+释放大部分在反应刚开始时进行,反应进行5min后,两种Cu^2+起始反应浓度的高岭石和红壤体系H+分别释放了92%和82%以上。Cu^2+起始反应浓度愈大  相似文献

研究了怀来盆地丘陵区弃耕地自然恢复过程中土壤养分的变化规律。采取空间代替时间的方法,确定了代表弃耕地初期阶段、草地阶段和灌丛地阶段的3种样地,通过分层取样测定了土壤有机质、全量养分和速效养分含量。结果表明,全量养分对生态系统恢复的响应与其相应的速效养分明显不同。随着弃耕地的恢复,土壤有机质有明显增加的趋势,P循环和K循环由物质控制向生物控制转换,但速效P在恢复初期增加缓慢。速效N由于耕种期施肥的影响表现出先降低而后增加的特点。全量养分中,只有全N在弃耕地自然恢复中有增加的趋势。灌丛可以在更深的层次上影响土壤养分。植被的恢复与土壤肥力的提高密切相关,这种作用随着植被的恢复而不断增强。  相似文献

Effects of basic oxygen furnace (BOF) slag, inorganic nutrients and H2S on the germination of resting cysts of two toxic dinoflagellates Alexandrium catenella/tamarense and Gymnodinium catenatum were studied in batch cultures. The germination rate of the test species has increased by 23-25%, when the concentration of NO3--N or H2S in culture medium has increased to 2.0 ppm. At the treatment of enriched NH4+-N and PO43--p, the germination of resting cyst was increased. Nevertheless, the increased range in germination rates was less than those of NO3--N and H2S. When BOF slag in culture medium increased to 50 mg/ml (or 500 g/m2), the cyst germination rate fell to less than 5%. At higher level of concentrations germination was completely inhibited. Adding BOF slag to the culture medium reduced the concentration of inorganic salts and H2S in seawater and sediments, resulting in the inhibition of cyst germination. These findings demonstrate the potential use of BOF slag on the sediments seed bank of red tide organism because it has an ability to inhibit resting cysts germination.  相似文献

Florasulam is a three azole and pyrimidine sulfonamide herbicide, mainly used for weeds prevention and control in winter wheat fields. The main purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different doses of Florasulam on soil residues and on the enzymatic activity of wheat cultivated in drylands, and to provide the theoretical basis for a scientific use of florasulam. Five doses (0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 mL/667 m2) of Florasulam were applied in order to detect differences in soil residue content and enzymatic activities. Soil residues and enzymatic activities (catalase, phosphatase, urease, dehydrogenase) were measured and analyzed after the 5 different doses of Florasulam were processed. The residual amount of Florasulam in the soils decreased gradually with the growth phase of wheat, and was lower than that of 0.01 mg/kg. The residual amount of Florasulam in different soil layers gradually decreased with the increase of soil thickness. The enzymatic activity of soils treated with Florasulam was basically T3 > T2 > T1 > CK > T4, where T3 was the highest, whereas T4 could inhibit the enzymatic activity. Under these experimental conditions, in order to decrease soil pollution and lower Florasulam residues, it is recommended to apply Florasulam at a concentration range of 30 to 45 mL/667 m2 © 2018 Science Press. Plant growth responses to resources may be an important mechanism that influences species' distributions, coexistence, and community structure. Irradiance is considered the most important resource for seedling growth in the understory of wet tropical forests, but multiple soil nutrients and species have yet to be examined simultaneously with irradiance under field conditions. To identify potentially limiting resources, we modeled tree seedling growth as a function of irradiance and soil nutrients across five sites, spanning a soil fertility gradient in old-growth, wet tropical forests at La Selva Biological Station, Costa Rica. We measured an array of soil nutrients including total nitrogen (total N), inorganic N (nitrate [NO3-] and ammonium [NH4+]), phosphate (PO4-), and sum of base cations (SBC; potassium, magnesium, and calcium). Shade in the forest understory did not preclude seedling growth correlations with soil nutrients. Irradiance was a significant predictor of growth in 52% of the species, inorganic N in 54% (NO3- in 32%; NH4+ in 34%), total N in 47%, SBC in 39%, and PO4- in 29%. Overall, growth was correlated with both irradiance and soil nutrients in 45% of species and with soil nutrients only in an additional 48%; rarely was irradiance alone correlated with growth. Contrary to expectations, the magnitudes of growth effects, assessed as the maximum growth response to significant resources for each species, were similar for irradiance and most soil nutrients. Among species whose growth correlated with soil nutrients, the rank importance of nutrient effects was SBC, followed by N (total N, NO3-, and/or NH4+) and PO4-. Species' growth responsiveness (i.e., magnitudes of effect) to irradiance and soil nutrients was negatively correlated with species' shade tolerance (survival under 1% full sun). In this broad survey of species and resources, the nearly ubiquitous effects of soil nutrients on seedling growth challenge the idea that soil nutrients are less important than irradiance in the light-limited understory of wet tropical forests.  相似文献
