In this paper, the oxidation of tert-butyl formate (TBF) in aqueous solution by an ozone/UV process was described. The oxidation process was investigated experimentally in a semibatch reactor. The results of the study indicated that the ozone/UV process was very effective in oxidizing TBF. tert-Butyl alcohol (TBA), hydroxy-iso-butyraldehyde (HiBA), acetone, formaldehyde, and formic acid were identified as major primary intermediates during the oxidation of TBF. About 90% organic carbon balance was obtained indicating that most reaction intermediates have been identified and quantified. Some of the primary intermediates were also oxidized in the ozone/UV system. Accordingly, HiBA, acetone, formaldehyde, and formic acid were the primary intermediates of TBA oxidation. The oxidation of acetone in the ozone/UV system generated formaldehyde, pyruvaldehyde, acetic acid, formic acid as primary intermediates. It was also observed that the reaction intermediates formed during the oxidation of TBF react well in the ozone/UV system and complete mineralization could be achieved by the process.  相似文献

This paper presents an exploratory study of pulp mill bleaching effluent treatment by a biological-photocatalytic coupled system. A fungus, Trametes pubescens, immobilized on polyurethane foam was used to inoculate the biological pre-treatment system. The pretreated effluent was then exposed to a photocatalytic treatment in which two catalysts (TiO2 and ZnO) and two supports (aluminum foil and Luffa cylindrica) were tested. Catalyst characterization was carried out by means of X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Information about crystalline structure, chemical composition, morphology, homogeneity and distribution on the support surface area was obtained. The overall biological-photocatalytic coupled system achieved degradation of 96% of initial total organic carbon (TOC), 97% of 2-chlorophenol (2-CP), 90% of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-CP) and 99% of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP). This approach of synergistic coupling of T. pubescens and a semiconductor photocatalyst appears to be a viable alternative for the treatment of these non-biodegradable effluents.  相似文献

Stomatal closure and biosynthesis of antioxidant molecules are two fundamental components of the physiological machinery that lead to stress adaptation during plant's exposure to salinity. Since high stomatal resistance may also contribute in counteracting O3 damages, we hypothesized that soil salinization may increase O3 tolerance of crops. An experiment was performed with alfalfa grown in filtered (AOT40 = 0 in both years) and non-filtered (AOT40 = 9.7 in 2005 and 6.9 ppm h in 2006) open-top chambers. Alfalfa yield was reduced by O3 (−33%) only in plants irrigated with salt-free water, while the increasing levels of soil salinity until 1.06 dS m−1 reduced both stomatal conductance and plant O3 uptake, thus linearly reducing O3 effects on yield. Therefore a reliable flux-based model for assessing the effects of O3 on crop yield should take into account soil salinity.  相似文献

Phenogenetic response of silver birch populations and half-sib families to separate and combined elevated ozone (O3) concentrations and ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation dozes was studied at juvenile age in the climatic chambers. Significant population and family effects were found for seedling height, lamina width, and leaf damage. The exposure to UV-B radiation decreased genetic variation at the stage of seed germination. Complex exposure to UV-B and O3 caused an increase of genetic variation at the stage of intensive seedling growth: seedling height genetic variation in separate treatments increased from 23.7–38.6 to 33.7–65.7%, the increase for lamina width was from 10.2–13.9 to 13.6–31.8%. Different populations and families demonstrated differing response to elevated complex UV-B and O3 exposure. Changes of genetic intra-population variation were population-specific. Such changes in genetic variation under the impact of stressors can alter adaptation, stability, and competitive ability of regenerating populations in a hardly predictive way.  相似文献

In field O3-enrichment experiments increased herbivore densities have been reported, which could be due to negatively affected host location behavior of natural enemies. We addressed the impact of doubling background O3 on the host location of the parasitoid Cotesia plutellae by conducting 24-h trials in an open-air O3-fumigation system during two consecutive years. Two circles (radii 1.40 and 4.00 m) of Plutella xylostella-infested potted cabbage plants were placed in the O3 and ambient plots. Female wasps were released into each plot from the center, and observed 5 times over a 24-h period to assess their host location capability. Thereafter, plants were kept in laboratory conditions until larvae pupation to determine parasitism rates. No significant differences were detected between ambient and O3-enriched environments either in the number of wasps found in the field, or in the percentages of parasitized larvae. This suggests that moderately elevated O3 will not affect the behavior of this parasitoid.  相似文献

病原微生物对公共卫生及生态系统产生了极大威胁,为研究紫外/过氧乙酸体系(UV/PAA)的消毒效能,以大肠杆菌为目标微生物,考察了PAA和UV投加剂量、不同背景物质对大肠杆菌灭活的影响,检测了体系中生成的活性物种并观察了反应过程中细胞形态变化。结果表明:在PAA浓度为60 μmol·L−1和UV光强为2.25×10−7 Einstein·(s·L)−1的条件下反应3 min后,大肠杆菌的灭活率能达到4.71 log,相较单独PAA体系和单独UV体系分别提高了2.76 log和0.82 log,且灭活率随PAA浓度和UV辐射剂量增加而提高。NH4+和Cl对于UV/PAA体系灭活大肠杆菌有轻微的抑制作用,而腐殖酸(HA)对于体系有较强的抑制作用。自由基淬灭实验和电子顺磁共振检测结果表明,UV/PAA体系灭活大肠杆菌的主要活性物质为羟基自由基(HO·)和有机自由基(RO·)。激光共聚焦显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察的结果表明,UV/PAA体系灭活大肠杆菌时,会引起细胞膜轻微破损,但并不会导致严重的裂解。反应溶液中溶解性成分的荧光光谱分析表明大肠杆菌灭活时释放的有机物会随着细胞膜破损而增加,但释放的类蛋白大分子物质最终可被氧化为类腐殖酸小分子有机物。  相似文献

The amount of struvite (MgNH4PO4·6H2O) produced by Myxococcus xanthus as well as the culture parameter values (pH, total phosphorus, total Kjeldahl nitrogen) were dependent on the culture medium used. Struvite formation started during the exponential phase and the maximum concentration was observed at the beginning of stationary growth phase. The addition of each medium component to the liquid culture influenced the amount of crystal produced. This amount did not depend on the pH increase during the culture period. The moment of the bacterial growth phase, at which each medium component was added, influenced the struvite formation.  相似文献

分别采用黄菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus L.)、狭叶香蒲(Typha angustifolia L.)和铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)共生培养的实验方法研究了不同质量浓度黄菖蒲、狭叶香蒲对铜绿微囊藻的化感作用。结果表明,黄菖蒲在质量浓度大于10 g/L时对初始密度为1.0×107 ind/mL的铜绿微囊藻具有较好的抑制作用,表现为黄菖蒲质量浓度为10、20和40 g/L时,第15天对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率分别为30.1%、51.8%和84.0%;狭叶香蒲在质量浓度大于20 g/L时对铜绿微囊藻有明显的抑制作用,表现为狭叶香蒲质量浓度为20 g/L和40 g/L时,第15天对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率分别为34.2%和77.7%,实验过程中,铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a含量逐渐减少,而藻密度、SOD活性及MDA含量先增加后逐渐降低,表明经过一段时间持续地化感胁迫,黄菖蒲和狭叶香蒲可以诱导铜绿微囊藻产生氧化胁迫,导致细胞结构严重损伤和叶绿素大量分解,从而强烈抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长。  相似文献

以大肠杆菌为对象,研究了再生水水质变化对紫外消毒效果和光复活的影响。结果表明,紫外对大肠杆菌有很强的灭活作用,在紫外剂量为4mJ/cm^2时,大肠杆菌的灭活率达到了4.41个对数级。腐殖酸、铁和2种再生水水体中其他溶解性物质会影响光吸收和紫外透射率,但对紫外消毒动力学无影响。在颗粒物浓度为0~200mg/L的范围内,外源高岭土和活性污泥等颗粒物的投加对紫外消毒效果影响较小,而再生水水样W1中原有的2.61/1:g/L的颗粒物则会极大地影响消毒效果,使UV对细菌的灭活出现明显的拖尾现象。腐殖酸会增强紫外损伤大肠杆菌的光复活能力,但2种再生水中细菌的光复活能力相对磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中减弱,减弱程度在不同水样中有所不同。  相似文献

为了提高人工湿地在寒冷季节的运行效率,对2种非夏季植物作为湿地植物处理生活污水的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,在本实验条件下2种植物对N、P元素都具有很好的去除效果,对COD的去除也达到45%~50%。通过单一植物系统和复合植物系统的处理效果比较,发现石龙芮酸模复合植物系统对污水中的P元素和COD的去除率更高。研究表明,石龙芮和酸模作为人工湿地植物具有可行性,与常规植物互补使用能在一定程度上延长人工湿地的运行时间。  相似文献

利用螺旋藻、由真菌和螺旋藻组成的菌-藻共生系统处理啤酒废水,旨在为啤酒废水的资源化利用提供一条可行的途径。由螺旋藻和真菌形成的菌丝球组成菌-藻共生系统处理啤酒废水,与螺旋藻单独处理废水作对比,比较两者的废水净化效果以及螺旋藻的生长情况。从2组实验对比情况来看,菌-藻共生系统对啤酒废水的处理效果更好。螺旋藻和菌-藻共生系统对啤酒废水中几种主要污染物的去除率分别为:COD 70.59%和77.81%,TN 70.17%和84.28%,TP 37.99%和50.88%。螺旋藻在废水中生长积累的蛋白质含量最高可达49.71%,明显高于在Zarrouk培养基中的螺旋藻蛋白含量(38.57%)。研究结果表明,螺旋藻及菌-藻共生系统对啤酒废水有较好的净化作用,所得螺旋藻生物质可用于加工饲料、饵料、色素的提取等。  相似文献

为了开发新型廉价生物吸附剂,以高效吸附去除水体中全氟辛烷磺酸盐(PFOS),对小球藻提取生物柴油后的藻渣吸附酸性水体中的PFOS进行了吸附行为及机理的研究。小球藻提取生物质柴油后,比表面积、孔容、孔径几乎没有变化;等电点由3.3降低至2.7;蛋白质含量由51.45%提高到57.35%。在酸性条件下(pH≤3),小球藻和藻渣对PFOS的吸附率均达到99%以上;随着pH值增加至7,二者的吸附去除率迅速降低,但仍保持在22%~26%。小球藻和藻渣对PFOS的最大吸附容量分别为353.69 mg/g和444.83 mg/g。Freundlich模型能较好地拟合二者对PFOS的吸附数据,表明为多层吸附,即小球藻以静电吸引的形式吸附PFOS阴离子,并疏水分配至所含蛋白质中;而藻渣中含量较高的蛋白质对PFOS的疏水性分配作用是导致藻渣吸附量增高的主要原因。  相似文献

石油烃对翅碱蓬生理特性的影响及植物-微生物联合降解   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过盆栽实验,测定在低浓度石油烃浓度下翅碱蓬的生长生理指标及沉积物和翅碱蓬中石油烃含量的变化,研究石油烃对翅碱蓬生理特性和抗氧化酶系统的影响及植物-微生物联合修复效果。结果表明,翅碱蓬抗氧化酶能够快速提高活性来抵御逆境,植株还可通过增加其叶绿素含量等来适应或补偿逆境造成的损失。同时还发现,当植物处于石油烃污染沉积物时,它体内污染物的分布会与自然情况下有所不同,自然情况下分布为茎>叶>根,受污染时分布为根>茎>叶,该结果可以作为判断沉积物是否受到污染的依据。实验的不同处理(加植物加菌组、只加菌未种植物组、种植物未加菌组)去除率分别为70.87%、63.66%和60.26%,翅碱蓬-降解菌处理的沉积物中石油烃残留浓度最低、去除量最高,表明植物-微生物联合作用更有利于石油烃污染沉积物的修复。  相似文献

Ground-level ozone (O3) has gained awareness as an agent of climate change. In this respect, key results are comprehended from a unique 8-year free-air O3-fumigation experiment, conducted on adult beech (Fagus sylvatica) at Kranzberg Forest (Germany). A novel canopy O3 exposure methodology was employed that allowed whole-tree assessment in situ under twice-ambient O3 levels. Elevated O3 significantly weakened the C sink strength of the tree-soil system as evidenced by lowered photosynthesis and 44% reduction in whole-stem growth, but increased soil respiration. Associated effects in leaves and roots at the gene, cell and organ level varied from year to year, with drought being a crucial determinant of O3 responsiveness. Regarding adult individuals of a late-successional tree species, empirical proof is provided first time in relation to recent modelling predictions that enhanced ground-level O3 can substantially mitigate the C sequestration of forests in view of climate change.  相似文献

在室内受控模拟条件下开展实验,研究了在19、23、27、31、35℃5个水温梯度下鲴鱼对铜绿微囊藻和水质的影响。研究结果表明,在不同水温下,鲴鱼对铜绿微囊藻具有较强的控制作用,实验结束时铜绿微囊藻密度减少至初始密度的18%~30%,摄食率和消化率分别为6.83×104~8.32×104cells/(g·d)、93%~98%;叶绿素a的去除率为68%~88%;实验组TP、TN去除率分别为22%~25%、20%~38%,对照组的分别为80%~94%、28%~40%。对照组NH+4-N浓度变化很小(0.071~0.073 mg/L),而实验组氨氮浓度显著增大(2.222~3.645 mg/L),分别为初始值的31、34、42、51和46倍。  相似文献

采用生物淋滤法处理电子垃圾焚烧迹地重金属严重污染的土壤。所用氧化亚铁硫杆菌是从矿坑废水中通过一系列培养、分离和纯化得到。实验结果表明,生物淋滤法可以有效地去除土壤中重金属Cu、Pb和Zn,去除率的大小顺序为Zn>Cu>Pb;采用五步连续提取法分析处理前后土壤中重金属的存在形态,结果表明,通过氧化亚铁硫杆菌处理受重金属污染的土壤,可以促使易移动的重金属结合态的溶解(可交换态、碳酸盐结合态和Fe-Mn氧化物结合态),并使难移动的重金属结合态向易移动的重金属结合态转变。  相似文献

探讨利用越南伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia Vietnamiensis)降解微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)的可能性和降解机理。结果表明,在1 mg/L的MC-LR溶液中投加体积分数为5%菌株,初始pH为5,温度为30℃的好氧条件下,经过48 h培养后对MC-LR的降解效率达到97.6%。首先,降解溶液的液相色谱分析结果发现,MC-LR在238 nm的特征峰消失。其次,动力学研究发现降解过程符合一级动力学反应方程。最后,SEM、FTIR表征技术对菌株降解前后样品进行分析发现微生物形态和降解产物。因此,Burkholderia Vietnamiensis可能将水中的MC-LR作为碳、氮源利用从而将其降解,Burkholderia Vietnamiensis作为生物降解MC-LR的一种途径是有效的。  相似文献
