通过室内急性暴露实验研究了翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)消化腺富集Cu及其MTLP (metallothionein like protein)水平随时间的变化规律.结果表明,2种Cu浓度暴露条件下(12.7 μg/L和63.5 μg/L),贻贝消化腺内Cu的平均吸收速率分别为2.045和7.028 μg·(g·d)-1,富集系数分别为2 074和1 619.实验测定了所有样本的溶解态Cu与总Cu含量,2个暴露组二者的比值随时间呈现出不同的变化趋势,低浓度组先降低随后上升到与对照样本几乎相同的水平,而高浓度组一直呈下降趋势,表明不同污染程度生物体内金属消化机制进程存在差异.利用Brdicka极谱法测定了贻贝消化腺内MTLP的含量,对照组贻贝消化腺的MTLP平均含量为(0.551±0.037)mg/g;12.7 μg/L Cu暴露组MTLP含量随时间的变化范围是0.407~0.699 mg/g,而63.5 μg/L Cu暴露组在暴露初始MTLP水平就显著增加(p<0.001),变化范围由初始0.942 mg/g降至0.826 mg/g.分析结果表明贻贝消化腺内的MTLP水平随着水体及生物体内的金属含量升高而增加,并与体内Cu浓度成明显的负指数增长关系(p<0.000 1).  相似文献

Fungi and their symbionts can alleviate heavy metal stress by exuding soluble proteins and enzymes. This study examined the role of soluble protein and acid phosphatase (APase) exuded by Xerocomus chrysenteron, an ectomycorrhizal fungus, and the seedlings of its symbiont, Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis), under conditions of excessive Cu and Cd. The growth type showed that this poorly studied ectomycorrhizal fungus was capable of tolerating high concentrations of Cu, and may be useful in phytoremediation. X. chrysenteron grew well at 80 mg/L Cu, and the EC50 for Cd was 17.82 mg/L. X. chrysenteron also showed enhanced exudation of soluble protein in both isolated and inoculated cultivations under the influence of Cu and Cd. Soluble protein exudation, however, di ered under Cu and Cd stress in isolates. In mediums containing Cu, soluble protein exudation increased with concentration, but in mediums containing Cd the content of soluble protein increased to a comparable level at all concentrations. This study demonstrated that soluble protein was related to heavy metal tolerance, although the di erent ions played di erent roles. While APase activity in exudates of fungi and seedlings decreased under Cu and Cd stress in comparison to the control, the APase activity in seedlings was maintained by inoculation. Thus, X. chrysenteron facilitated the ability of plant to maintain a normal nutrient uptake, and therefore to protect it from heavy metal toxicity.  相似文献

The interaction between zinc and cadmium was investigated in tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum). Ten-day-old seedlings were treated with 10 mol/L CdCl2 associated to di erent concentrations of ZnCl2 (10, 50, 100, and 150 mol/L). Zn supply clearly reduced Cd accumulation in leaves and simultaneously increased Zn concentration. Cd induced oxidative stress in leaves as indicated by an increase in thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) level and chlorophyll breakdown. Furthermore, compared with control, Cdtreated plants had significantly higher activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1), whereas, catalase (CAT, EC 1.111.1.6), ascorbate peroxidase (APX, EC 1.11.1.11), and glutathione reductase (GR, EC 1.6.4.2) activities were significantly suppressed by Cd addition. Zn supplementation, at low level, restored and enhanced the functional activity of these enzymes (SOD, CAT, APX and GR) as compared to Cd-alone-treated plants. The beneficial e ect of adequate Zn level on Cd toxicity was confirmed by a significant decrease in TBARS level and restoration of chlorophyll content. However, when Zn was added at high level in combination with Cd there was an accumulation of oxidative stress, which was higher than that for Cd or excess Zn alone treatments. These results suggested that higher Zn concentrations and Cd are synergistic in their e ect on plant growth parameters and oxidative stress.  相似文献

采用酶学和组织学方法,研究了镉(Cd)对背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)消化腺和斧足组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和组织形态结构的影响.Cd浓度设置为4.22、8.43、16.86、33.72和67.45 mg·L-1,处理时间为24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h.结果显示,与对照组相比,同一时间随着Cd浓度的增加,消化腺中SOD和CAT活性,在24 h呈现升高的趋势;96 h消化腺中SOD活性逐渐升高,差异极显著(p0.01);48 h和72 h呈现先升后降的趋势.斧足中SOD和CAT在72 h和96 h时活性升高明显,差异显著或极显著(p0.01,p0.05).Cd浓度67.45 mg·L-1处理24 h,消化腺组织细胞结构变化不明显;在48 h以后,消化管间结缔组织松散,腺体结构损伤严重,上皮细胞形态结构异常,细胞界限模糊,甚至消失;细胞膜肿胀、变形;有的细胞核碎裂、明显肿胀甚至消失,上皮细胞部分与基膜分离、脱落;斧足组织未出现显著变化和损伤.研究表明,消化腺在酶活性和组织结构上对镉的反应较快且更具规律性,而且具有明显的时间和剂量效应关系.但是,斧足对镉的胁迫反应与消化腺相比较为迟缓,说明组织之间对重金属的敏感性具有差异性.  相似文献

The 25 road-deposited sediments were collected from five di erent land-use zones (industrial, residential, commercial, park, and countryside) in Hangzhou, China. The concentrations of metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn) in these samples were determined using ICP-AES after digestion with the mixture of HNO3-HF-HCl (aqua regia), and chemically fractionated according to the modified BCR (the European Community Bureau of Reference) sequential extraction procedure. The high metal concentration levels were detected in the sample from industrial zone and commercial zone having heavy tra c. While the low metal levels were noted in the street dust sample from residential zone, park, and countryside zone. The mobility sequence based on the sum of the BCR sequential extraction stages was: Zn (80.28%), Pb (78.68%), Cd (77.66%) > Cu (73.34%) > Mn (67.92%) > Co (41.66%) > Ni (30.36%) > Cr (21.56%), Fe (20.86%). Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were applied to the data matrix to evaluate the analytical results and to identify the possible pollution sources of metals. Factor analysis showed that these areas were mainly contaminated by three sources, namely lithology, tra c, and industry.  相似文献

为探讨石灰石沟-潜流堆肥湿地系统处理酸性矿山废水(AMD)的效果及影响因素,进行了6个月模拟试验,测定出水水质和植物生长等相关的影响因素.结果表明,石灰石沟可有效提高AMD的pH值,降低其酸度与重金属含量,但随着石灰石沟中氢氧化物的积累,后期处理性能下降;堆肥湿地可显著降低AMD的酸度与重金属,出水酸度随时间持续降低,出水的Cd、Pb在检测限以下,Zn、Cu平均浓度分别为1.8mg/L, 2.6μg/L,均达到农业灌溉水标准,而无前置堆肥的普通湿地后期Cd、Zn、Cu偏高;东南景天在湿地系统也能正常富积Cd/Zn;狭叶香蒲使堆肥湿地的产碱过程受到抑制,出水酸度升高,但其对堆肥湿地的重金属去除没有产生显著影响.  相似文献

模拟不同镉锌污染与有机肥(猪厩肥)施用水平,进行春小麦盆栽试验,采用Tessier法测试土壤中重金属形态.结果表明,复合污染时在同水平Cd(Zn)污染下,外源Zn(Cd)含量的增加使土壤中有效态Cd(Zn)的含量提高,小麦籽粒中Cd(Zn)含量增加(降低),而小麦籽粒产量均下降,差异极显著.施入猪厩肥降低了土壤中有效态Cd、铁锰氧化物结合态Cd的含量提高了土壤中有效态Zn、碳酸盐态Zn含量;降低了铁锰氧化物结合态Zn的含量.小麦籽粒中Zn含量并没有完全随土壤中有效态Zn增加而增加,在Zn/Cd为100~1000的处理中,施用猪厩肥反而降低了小麦籽粒中Zn含量;除Zn/Cd为100~10的处理中小麦籽粒中Cd含量有所下降外,其余处理中,施用猪厩肥小麦籽粒中Cd含量均有所增加.猪厩肥的施用能显著提高Cd、Zn污染土壤中小麦籽粒产量.  相似文献

纯培养条件下研究菌根真菌对重金属耐性的前提是选择合适的培养方式且保持重金属的有效性,比较了液体静置、液体摇床和琼脂固体培养3种方式下Cd对点柄粘盖牛肝菌(Suillus granulatus)生长的影响,筛选后确定液体静置培养是一种比较合适的方法,运用液体静置培养方法,研究了重金属Zn、Cd和Pb对点柄粘盖牛肝菌和卷缘桩菇(Paxillus involutus)生长的影响,并利用EC50值评价真菌对Zn、Cd和Pb的耐性。结果表明卷缘桩菇的CdEC50值低于点柄粘盖牛肝菌,但Zn和Pb的EC50值均高于点柄粘盖牛肝菌,表明卷缘桩菇比点柄粘盖牛肝菌更耐Zn和Ph,对Cd却比较敏感。  相似文献

为研究陕西省某工业园区春季大气降尘中重金属元素污染特征,于2013年3月21日-6月7日使用降尘缸被动采样方法收集大气降尘样品,并利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Ni、Cr等重金属元素的质量分数,运用ArcGIS 9.3研究其空间分布特征,并使用Igeo(地累积指数)法评价大气降尘重金属污染水平.结果表明:研究区大气降尘中w(Cu)、w(Pb)、w(Zn)、w(Cd)、w(Ni)、w(Cr)的平均值分别为131.1、2 630.5、4 449.3、65.5、21.7、79.5 mg/kg,分别为陕西省表层土壤元素背景值的6.1、122.9、64.1、696.8、0.8、1.3倍.工业园区重金属元素质量分数高值区集中分布在西北-东南一带,Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd等重金属质量分数高值区位于园区中部,临近冶炼厂,Ni、Cr等质量分数高值区位于火电厂附近;重金属元素(Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Ni和Cr)质量分数水平方向高值区分布在以冶炼厂为中心0~2 km范围内,并随与冶炼厂距离的增加而逐渐降低.重金属元素相关分析表明,Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd四种元素之间及Ni与Cr之间存在极显著相关关系.聚类分析结果显示,Pb-Zn-Cu-Cd为一类,Ni-Cr为一类;结合空间分布变化特征,初步判断工业园区Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd重金属污染主要受金属冶炼和交通运输影响,影响Ni和Cr主要因素为燃煤.Igeo评价结果表明,工业园区春季大气降尘中Cd达极强污染,Pb、Zn达强-极强污染,Cu为中度污染,Cr、Ni基本无污染.   相似文献

研究了不同Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb负荷对5种土壤(油黄泥土、棕红壤、红壤、石砂土和紫砂土)中的重金属形态的影响,分析了不同土壤对重金属的缓冲作用及其影响因素.结果表明,未污染土壤中的重金属主要以残余态为主,占土壤重金属总量的51%以上.随着土壤重金属负荷的提高,土壤中交换态重金属的比例增大,残余态比例下降,有效性提高,对重金属的缓冲作用下降.由于Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb本身的特性不同,土壤中各组分与Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb的结合方式及程度不同.当外源重金属进入土壤后,土壤对重金属的缓冲性为:Pb>Cu>Zn Cd,酸性土壤和砂质土壤的缓冲能力较低.当重金属加入量较低时,重金属优先向氧化物结合态和有机质结合态转化;而当加入量较高时,向交换态和碳酸盐结合态转化的比例增加.土壤pH下降可使交换态Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb的比例递增,降低土壤对重金属的缓冲性,增加了重金属对环境影响的风险.   相似文献

Earthworms have the ability to accumulate of heavy metals,however,there was few studies that addressed the metals in earthworm at subcellular levels in fields.The distributions of metals(Cd,Cu,Zn,and Pb) in subcellular fractions(cytosol,debris,and granules) of earthworm Metaphire californica were investigated.The relationship between soil metals and earthworms were analyzed to explain its high plasticity to inhabit in situ contaminated soil of Hunan Province,south China.The concentration of Cd in subcellular compartments showed the same pattern as Cu in the order of cytosol debris granules.The distribution of Zn and Pb in earthworms indicated a similar propensity for different subcellular fractions that ranked as granules debris cytosol for Zn,and granules cytosol debris for Pb.The internal metal concentrations in earthworms increased with the soil metals(p 0.05).Significant positive correlations were found between soil Cd and Cd concentrations in cytosol and debris(p 0.01).Moreover,the soil Pb concentration significantly influenced the Pb concentrations in cytosol and debris(p 0.01),similar to that of Cd.The soil Cu concentrations was only associated with the Cu in granules(p 0.05).Soil Zn concentrations correlated with the Zn concentrations in each subcellular fraction(p 0.05).Our results provide insights into the variations of metals partitioning in earthworms at subcellular levels and the relationships of soil metals,which could be one of the detoxification strategies to adapt the long-term contaminated environment.  相似文献

本文选择昌九、昌樟、温厚三条高速公路为研究对象,采集了路面灰尘和路旁表层土壤,测定了其中锰、锌、铜、铅、锑和镉的浓度。通过分析重金属之间的相关性、重金属含量与车流量之间的关系,比较本研究与国内外相关文献,希望能说明锰、锌、铜、铅、锑和镉这几种重金属的来源,并对这几种重金属的污染状况进行了评价。研究结果表明,交通活动释放的锌主要来源于轮胎磨损;铜和锑主要来源于制动板的磨损;虽然汽油中禁止添加铅,汽车轮轴轴承摩擦、制动衬面摩擦还会释放出铅;轮胎、润滑油和金属表面都会释放出镉;虽然汽油中添加的锰基抗爆剂会向环境中释放锰,但交通环境路面灰尘和土壤中的锰仍主要来源于自然环境。路面灰尘和土壤中重金属含量与车流量之间显著正相关,其浓度从高到低呈现了相似的规律:Zn > Cu、Pb > Sb、Cd。路面灰尘中重金属单项污染指数:Cd≫Zn、Cu > Sb > Pb。土壤中重金属单项污染指数从高到低依次为:Cd > Sb > Cu > Zn > Pb。公路旁环境介质中重金属污染风险等级:Cd≫Cu > Pb > Zn。汽车尾气、制动板和轮胎磨损是交通源污染物的主要来源,而非尾气排放源是交通环境重金属污染物的主要来源。  相似文献

移殖生物因子相同、遗传质量稳定和污染本底值低的“标准化”背角无齿蚌至太湖五里湖,并以仍养殖在未受污染的中国水产科学研究院淡水渔业研究中心南泉基地的同批蚌作为对照,每3个月回收蚌样,应用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)研究了重金属Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Mo、Ag、Cd、Ba、Tl和Pb的含量变化.结果表明,“标准化”背角无齿蚌对重金属的积累与特定的季节/时间密切相关,在夏季的含量明显低于春季.移殖五里湖3个月蚌样中Mo和Tl的含量显著高于相应的对照组(P<0.05),而前者Ba的含量显著低于后者(P<0.05).移殖五里湖6个月蚌样中As的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).综合重金属污染指数(MPI)和我国及国际上的相关限量标准评价显示,五里湖和南泉基地水体中重金属的含量处于相同水平,重金属污染均不明显.  相似文献

Concentrations of 8 heavy metals:cadmium(Cd),copper (Cu),zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),nickel(Ni),chromium (Cr),antimony (Sb) and tin(Sn)were examined in 3 species of bivalves (Perna viridis,Crassostrea rivularis and Ruditapes philippinarum)collected from 25 sites along the Pearl River Delta coastal waters in the South China Sea from July to August 1996.In general,Cd,Cu,Zn and Sn concentrations in the three bivalve species collected from the Estuarine Zone were significantly higher than those collected from the Western and Eastern Zones of the Pearl River Delta,which are related to the existence of various anthropogenic activities in the catchment of the Pearl River Delta.The Western Estuarine Zone is mainly impacted by Cr,Ni and Cu contamination.In Victoria Harbor,heavy metal contamination is mainly due to Cu and Pb.Cd,Cu and Zn concentrations in oysters were significantly higher than those in mussels and clams.This could be explained by the fact that oysters live mainly in the Estuarine Zone of the Pearl River Delta which receives most of the polluting discharges from the catchment of the Delta.During turbid condition,heavy metals(soluble or adsorbed on suspended particulates)discharged from the Delta are filtered from the water column and subsequently accumulated into the soft body tissues of oysters.Heavy metal concentrations in the three bivalve species were compared with the maximum permissible levels of heavy metals in seafood regulated by the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance,Laws of Hong Kong, and it was revealed that Cd and Cr concentrations in the three bivalve species exceeded the upper limits.At certain hotspots in the Delta, the maximum acceptable daily load for Cd was also exceeded.  相似文献

沉积物重金属污染是影响湖泊等水体环境质量与健康的主要因素之一.通过对程海9个沉积短岩芯中10种金属元素含量的分析,在~(210)Pb与~(137)Cs定年的基础上,研究了沉积物中重金属含量与污染的时空变化特征;采用潜在生态风险指数法与沉积物质量基准法、并参考重金属污染水平,评估了表层沉积物重金属的潜在生态风险.结果表明,各岩芯不同年代沉积物中,除了Cd含量变化较大之外(变异系数为0.59),其余各金属元素含量变化均较小(变异系数小于0.20);空间上,各岩芯之间每一种金属的平均含量差异较小,最大值与最小值的比值为1.2~1.8,显示了不同湖区重金属较为相似的富集规律.沉积物中主要污染元素为Cd、Pb和Hg,其中Cd和Pb污染始于20世纪80年代中期;近十年来Cd污染程度稍有下降,但仍呈中等污染水平,而Pb污染程度持续增加,属于弱污染水平;Hg污染始于20世纪90年代末期,呈弱污染水平;而As、Cu和Zn仅在部分近表层沉积物呈现较弱污染.空间上,沉积物中重金属污染水平并未表现出明显的趋势.除了大气沉降(主要为有色金属冶炼释放)输入之外,程海沉积物重金属污染还可能受到农业面源与生活污水排放的影响.表层沉积物中As、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn具有较低的潜在生态风险,Hg和Cd具有中-高潜在生态风险.  相似文献

通过分析中温厌氧消化+机械脱水以及热水解预处理+高温厌氧消化工艺过程中重金属含量与形态的变化,研究了中温厌氧消化与高温厌氧消化工艺对污泥重金属风险、形态及稳定性的影响.结果表明,中温厌氧消化工艺增加了污泥中Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni和Zn的含量,重金属污染等级和潜在生态风险增强.高温厌氧消化工艺降低了污泥Cd和Cr的含量,重金属污染等级和潜在生态风险降低.其中,N厂污泥主要致污染金属为Cd和Zn,S厂污泥主要致污染金属为Cd;Cd是6种重金属风险系数最高的,是污泥潜在生态危害的最大贡献者.中温厌氧消化后,污泥中Cd、Ni、Pb和Zn的可还原态和可氧化态所占质量分数之和降低;Cd、Cr、Cu和Ni的残渣态所占质量分数降低.可见,中温厌氧消化后,污泥重金属的潜在毒性和稳定态向直接毒性转化.高温厌氧消化后,污泥Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb和Zn的可交换态所占质量分数降低;Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn的残渣态所占质量分数亦降低,可见,高温厌氧消化后,重金属的直接毒性和稳定态向潜在毒性转化.  相似文献

采用水稻盆栽实验研究不同含量外源Zn对模拟Cd中度污染和重度污染土壤中水稻低累积品种湘晚籼12和高累积品种威优46水稻各部位累积Cd的影响.结果表明,在Cd中度污染水平,外源Zn分别增大2种水稻各部位Cd含量,湘晚籼12和威优46糙米Cd含量分别增加125.0%~275.0%和6.6%~91.2%,但各处理糙米Cd含量不高于0.2 mg·kg~(-1);在Cd重度污染水平,外源Zn有降低水稻各部位中Cd含量的作用,湘晚籼12和威优46糙米Cd含量相应降低了16.6%~63.5%和15.6%~74.4%,且威优46糙米Cd含量随外源Zn施用含量的增大而逐渐降低,使得糙米中Cd含量低于0.2 mg·kg~(-1).水稻糙米累积Cd含量与土壤中Cd、Zn交换态含量的相关关系,因Cd污染程度和水稻品种的不同而不同.在Cd中度污染水平,湘晚籼12水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Zn含量正线性相关,而威优46水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Cd和Zn含量正线性相关;在Cd重度污染水平,威优46水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Cd和Zn含量为负线性相关.在不造成土壤Zn污染的前提下,可向Cd重度污染土壤施用一定量的Zn肥,以降低糙米Cd含量,提高糙米品质.  相似文献

运用地统计学方法对湘潭市锰矿红旗矿区雨水径流中重金属含量及污染水平的空间结构特征进行了分析研究.结果表明,锰矿区雨水径流中Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb含量的最大值与最小值之间差异较大,Ni、Cu、Cd、Pb的变异系数在0.7~1.0之间,表现出中等变异性,Mn和Zn的变异系数大于1.0,表现出强变异性.空间结构分析表明,除Cd外,Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb的拟合效果均比较理想,6种元素的拟合模型的决定系数R2介于0.540~0.895之间,块金值与基台值的比值C0/(C0+C)均小于0.4,具有较强的空间相关性.空间分布图表明,元素Mn、Ni、Cd、Pb的分布较相似,元素Cu和Zn的分布很相似且以某块区域为中心向四周逐步递减.污染指数及其空间分析表明,矿区内大部分区域的雨水径流中存在中度重金属污染,东部沿线区域的存在着严重的重金属污染,仅少量地方不存在重金属污染,重金属污染从低到高的顺序为Zn、Ni、Cu、Pb、Mn、Cd.从环境风险和人体健康的角度来看,应将Cd元素作为需要优先治理和控制的重金属.  相似文献
