采用浸渍法制备一系列Mo掺杂MnOx/凹土催化剂(Mo-Mn-ATP),并经负载Mo/MnOx后冻干-焙烧变温致孔处理。采用比表面、孔径分析仪测定催化剂的比表面积、N2吸附-脱附等温线分析和孔径分布;X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)对催化剂成分进行分析。在固定床汞吸附实验台上,进行了凹土负载催化剂脱除模拟烟气中Hg0的实验研究和理论分析。结果表明,制得的Mo/Mn摩尔比1:3的Mo-Mn-ATP催化剂,在保持凹土原有晶体结构的基础上,随着Mo/MnOx负载量的增加,材料的比表面积和孔容减小。10%负载量,反应温度120℃的条件下,含Mo催化剂对Hg0的脱除性能最佳。  相似文献

以酚醛泡沫作为基体材料,选择对硝基苯酚和硝酸作为改性剂,制备改性酚醛泡沫PF-12%NO2 和PF-HNO3-5,并研究其对模拟烟气中Hg0的脱除能力。通过红外和热重表征发现,2种改性剂均可在样品表面引入硝基,且硝酸改性样品PF-HNO3-5的热解温度更低,可能是由于其表面产生了大量羰基。脱汞实验发现,未改性样品PF-0的汞吸附量仅有0.46 μg/g,而PF-12%NO2的汞吸附量为1.45 μg/g,PF-HNO3-5的汞吸附量为14.63 μg/g,表明硝基和羰基确实可以提升吸附剂对烟气中Hg0的吸附能力。PF-12%NO2和PF-HNO3-5的汞吸附曲线均符合颗粒内扩散模型及Bangham模型。  相似文献

通过活性炭负载CuO和CeO2来制备吸附剂,采用固定床吸附方式,在不同反应条件下对吸附剂的吸附性能进行测试,筛选出去除效率最好的吸附剂,并通过BET和XRD对吸附剂的理化性质进行分析。结果表明,CuO和CeO2的加入大大改变了原活性炭的比表面积和孔结构,改善了活性炭的吸附性能。CuO-CeO2/AC中CuO和CeO2质量比不同,对汞的去除效率也不同,在1∶2时去除效率最好;CuO-CeO2/AC中所负载的CuO和CeO的总量为5%时,能大大促进汞的吸附效率,增长有效吸附时间;CuO-CeO2/AC对汞的吸附性能随反应温度的增加呈先增加后减小的趋势,在80℃时达到最大值。  相似文献

采用非平衡等离子体诱导γ-Al2O3催化剂吸附单质汞,分析了等离子体与催化剂之间的相互作用。结果表明,在放电区域填充催化剂和在气流中加入单质汞均可降低放电的起始放电电压,这是因为放电区域填充催化剂使气体空间放电转变成表面的微放电。催化剂表面可以被等离子放电直接活化,使本身不能吸附单质汞的催化剂产生很强的吸附单质汞的能力。在放电能量密度约为19 J·L-1时,等离子体诱导催化剂吸附单质汞的效率可达94.1%。O2对等离子体诱导催化剂吸附Hg0有促进作用,随着O2浓度的提高,吸附效率随之提高。当气流中含有5% O2时,单质汞的吸附效率可达到98.5%,这是因为气流中存在O2时,经放电生成的等离子体中含有活性氧物种O3和O等,这些活性物质因具有氧化单质汞的能力而增强了单质汞的吸附。此外,催化剂表面O3的分解过程也是强化单质汞的吸附的原因。  相似文献

The removal mechanism of elementary mercury (Hg(0)) by non-thermal plasma (NTP) has been investigated, where dielectric barrier discharge and O(3) injection methods as oxidation techniques are employed, together with the analysis of mercury species deposited on the reactor surface using temperature-programmed desorption and dissociation (TPDD) and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy. The removal of Hg(0) by NTP is found to be time-dependent and proceed through three domains; the Hg(0) concentration just slightly decreases as soon as NTP is initiated and then becomes constant for several minutes (Region 1), thereafter starts to decrease rapidly for 1h (Region 2) and, after passing fall-off region, very slowly decreases for about 4h (Region 3). The deposited mercury species on the reactor surface were conglomerated like islands, rather than dispersed uniformly, and their ratio of Hg(0) to O composition is observed to be 1:2. Additionally, the new peak in TPDD spectra observed in the region of 260-380°C is proposed as HgO(3). These results lead us to conclude that the deposited mercury species by NTP have extra O atoms to oxidize the adsorbed Hg(0), resulting in the acceleration of removal rate as the oxidation of Hg(0) proceeds.  相似文献

A previously proposed technology incorporating TiO2 into common household fluorescent lighting was further tested for its Hg0 removal capability in a simulated flue-gas system. The flue gas is simulated by the addition of O2, SO2, HCl, NO, H2O, and Hg0, which are frequently found in combustion facilities such as waste incinerators and coal-fired power plants. In the O2 + N2 + Hg0 environment, a Hg0 removal efficiency (ηHg) greater than 95% was achieved. Despite the tendency for ηHg to decrease with increasing SO2 and HCl, no significant drop was observed at the tested level (SO2: 5–300 ppmv, HCl: 30–120 ppmv). In terms of NO and moisture, a significant negative effect on ηHg was observed for both factors. NO eliminated the OH radical on the TiO2 surface, whereas water vapor caused either the occupation of active sites available to Hg0 or the reduction of Hg0 by free electron. However, the negative effect of NO was minimized (ηHg > 90%) by increasing the residence time in the photochemical reactor. The moisture effect can be avoided by installing a water trap before the flue gas enters the Hg0 removal system.

Implications: This paper reports a novel technology for a removal of gas-phase elemental mercury (Hg0) from a simulated flue gas using TiO2-coated glass beads under a low-cost, easily maintainable household fluorescent light instead of ultraviolet (UV) light. In this study, the effects of individual chemical species (O2, SO2, HCl, NO, and water vapor) on the performance of the proposed technology for Hg0 removal are investigated. The result suggests that the proposed technology can be highly effective, even in real combustion environments such as waste incinerators and coal-fired power plants.  相似文献

采用P25纳米TiO2为催化剂,对NOx浓度360 mg/m3的模拟烟气进行了光催化氧化实验研究,以期为此种方法在电厂烟气脱硝方面的应用提供依据。经SEM、XRD等表征手段,探讨了催化剂晶型尺寸对光催化的作用。实验考察了光催化反应过程规律以及负载量、光照度、NO初始浓度、O2含量、相对湿度和停留时间对光催化氧化效率的影响。结果表明,光催化反应是瞬态到稳态的过程,其催化效率与上述影响因子有密切关系。实验最优条件下NOx的脱除率为46%,但只需适当提高氧化效能,便能达到理想的效果。  相似文献

以运用超声辅助浸渍法制备的V2O5-WO3/TiO2系列催化剂样品作为研究参考,在150 ~ 400℃,分别考察了某燃煤电厂新鲜的及已运行长达26 000 h的商用SCR脱硝催化剂对模拟烟气中单质汞(Hg0)的氧化性能,并利用SEM、BET、XRD等手段对样品的理化性质进行了表征.结果表明,电厂商用SCR催化剂对于燃煤烟气中的Hg0具有一定的催化氧化作用,但在250℃最佳反应温度时,最大汞氧化效率在50%以下,相同实验条件下,自制的1%V205-9% WO3/TiO2(V1W9Ti)能够获得68.18%的最大汞氧化效率;通过考察NO、NH3、SO2和水蒸气对汞的氧化的影响发现,在低浓度NO以及5%02存在时,NO能够促进汞的氧化;SO2对汞的氧化有明显的抑制作用,而且其毒害作用具有一定的不可逆性;NH3在催化剂表面能够与Hg0发生竞争吸附,从而抑制了汞的氧化;水蒸气的存在容易导致催化剂的失活.此外,对催化剂氧化Hg0的机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

为研究来源于生物质的椰壳活性炭对单质汞的脱除性能, 采用化学浸渍法对椰壳活性炭进行化学改性处理,并在小型实验台架上考察了椰壳碳基吸附剂的脱汞性能.并对改性前后的样品进行了BET和SEM表征分析以研究改性前后椰壳活性炭的变化规律.结果表明,改性后椰壳活性炭具有较强的脱汞能力,特别是在140℃、180℃时的脱汞效率仍保持在95%以上.改性后椰壳活性炭具有更多的利于脱汞的官能团,其主要靠化学吸附脱汞.烟气中低浓度的SO2与NO对汞的脱除有一定的抑制作用,而HCl有一定的促进作用.  相似文献

HCl是城市垃圾焚烧产生的主要气体污染物之一。将一种新型脱氯剂TiO2引入到垃圾焚烧系统中,并与其他脱氯剂的性能进行比较。研究了不同脱氯剂使用量、不同反应温度和不同HCl气体浓度对TiO2、CaO和CaTiO3脱氯效果的影响。结果显示,TiO2能在高温(800~1 000℃)、高HCl浓度(1 303.6~1 629.5 mg/m3)下获得较好的脱氯效果。与传统的脱氯剂CaO相比,TiO2更适合于高温烟气脱氯,其在1 000℃时的氯容(36.3 mg HCl/g TiO2)几乎是相同情况下的CaO氯容(9.3 mg HCl/g CaO)的4倍。而CaTiO3的脱氯效果不但受到自身分解效率的影响,还受到TiO2和CaO脱氯效果的影响,其脱氯效果较差。  相似文献

The removal of elemental mercury (Hg(0)) with the reactive species produced from dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) was studied. The effects of the operating parameters, such as the applied voltage, residence time, initial concentration and co-existence of other pollutants, were investigated. The removal of Hg(0) was significantly promoted by an increase in the applied voltage of the DBD reactor system. The presence of NO gas decreased the Hg(0) removal efficiency within the range of input powers tested compared to the case of Hg(0)-only due to the competition for ozone between Hg(0) and NO gas in the DBD reactor.  相似文献

GOAL, SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Mercury (Hg) emission from combustion flue gas is a significant environmental concern due to its toxicity and high volatility. A number of the research efforts have been carried out in the past decade exploiting mercury emission, monitoring and control from combustion flue gases. Most recently, increasing activities are focused on evaluating the behavior of mercury in coal combustion systems and developing novel Hg control technologies. This is partly due to the new regulatory requirement on mercury emissions from coal-fired combustors to be enacted under the U.S. Title III of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The aim of this review work is to better understand the state-of-the-art technologies of flue gas mercury control and identify the gaps of knowledge hence areas for further opportunities in research and development. MAIN FEATURES: This paper examines mercury behaviors in combustion systems through a comprehensive review of the available literature. About 70 published papers and reports were cited and studied. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: This paper summarizes the mechanisms of formation of mercury containing compounds during combustion, its speciation and reaction in flue gas, as well as subsequent mobilization in the environment. It also provides a review of the current techniques designed for real-time, continuous emission monitoring (CEM) for mercury. Most importantly, current flue gas mercury control technologies are reviewed while activated carbon adsorption, a technology that offers the greatest potential for the control of gas-phase mercury emissions, is highlighted. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Although much progress has been achieved in the last decade, techniques developed for the monitoring and control of mercury from combustion flue gases are not yet mature and gaps in knowledge exist for further advancement. More R&D efforts are required for the effective control of Hg emissions and the main focuses are identified.  相似文献

针对燃煤电厂汞污染物排放控制的问题, 以尿素为前驱体, 通过直接热聚合法制得绒毛状石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4), 并用于低温条件下吸附脱除单质汞(Hg0)。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对吸附剂进行表征。结果表明:未改性g-C3N4具有良好的低温脱汞活性, 在120 ℃时其脱汞效率可达84.7%;CuCl2改性可以有效提高g-C3N4的脱汞性能, 其脱汞效率在40~200 ℃范围内均可达到97%以上; 温度对吸附剂脱汞效率的影响较小。XPS表征测试结果表明, 铜离子和共价态氯原子均参与了单质汞的吸附脱除反应, Hg0被Cu2+离子和共价态Cl原子氧化成了Hg2+离子, 再吸附于g-C3N4表面而脱除。CO2、SO2和水蒸气对吸附剂脱汞效率影响较小, 但水蒸气可提高汞吸附量。  相似文献

以NO和N2的混合气作模拟烟气,以酸性尿素溶液为吸收剂,在超重力机中进行了脱除模拟烟气中NO实验研究。实验考察了混合气中NO初始含量、进气流量、吸收液流量、超重力机转速对NO脱除率的影响,确定了在超重力中尿素吸收NO的适宜条件。实验结果表明,在常温常压下,N2体积流量为1.0 m3/h,控制NO初始浓度为3 300 mg/m3,吸收液流量为250 L/h,超重力机转速为650 r/min时,NO脱除率可达89.5%。  相似文献
