连续流间歇曝气工艺是在对传统活性污泥法的改造中发展起来的一种工艺。本文针对该工艺的氮磷脱除功能进行了小试研究 ,由试验结果可看出 ,连续流间歇曝气工艺简便易行 ,去除有机物及氨氮的效果稳定 ,在碳源满足脱氮除磷要求的条件下 ,可达到良好的氮磷脱除效果  相似文献

AB法虽然是一种较好的污水处理工艺,但脱氮除磷的效果非常有限,为达到较好的脱氮除磷效果,结合水厂的实际情况,通过具体的试验,决定采用间歇曝气工艺对原AB工艺进行改进,并采用三池并联的间歇曝气反应器,使污水可以得到连续处理.  相似文献

为降低膜生物反应器(MBR)运行能耗和延缓膜污染,以厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-MBR工艺处理生活污水为例,采用间歇曝气和添加颗粒填料两种方式对工艺脱氮除磷运行条件和膜污染问题进行研究.结果表明,增大间歇曝气时间有利于提高氮磷的去除效果,对COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为91%、95%、84%和92%(工况4),而添加颗粒填料对氮磷的去除没有显著影响.双重好氧-缺氧交替环境强化了工艺对磷的去除.添加颗粒填料比间歇曝气更能有效延缓膜污染,同时改变了膜污染的形成过程,膜内部污染物含量显著增多,与泥饼层相比,多糖成为了膜污染的主要因素,不会对膜组件本身构成危害,增强了MBR反应器的实际应用性能.  相似文献

试验采用一种改进AB工艺 ,旨在提高传统AB工艺城市污水处理厂的氮、磷去除效果。平行对比试验的结果表明 :在不扩充池容的情况下 ,仅在传统AB工艺基础上进行简单的调整 ,改进AB工艺可以较好地缓解传统AB工艺在生物脱氮除磷过程中存在的碳源相对不足问题 ;在保持有机物高效去除的前提下 ,与传统AB工艺、间歇曝气工艺相比较 ,改进AB工艺的TN、TP去除率显著提高 ,分别达到 79 8%和 90 6 1% ,出水CODCr、TN和TP等各项污染指标均能实现达标排放。  相似文献

为了提高氧化沟工艺对城市污水的脱氮能力,对设置缺氧池和厌氧池的氧化沟工艺采用了鼓风曝气和水下搅拌的曝气方式和连续流间歇曝气的运行方式。研究结果表明:间歇鼓风曝气的运行方式能够提高氧化沟系统的脱氮率,可达43.29%~62.35%;同时提高了系统的脱磷效率,脱磷率达40.23%~76.67%;而曝气能耗比同等条件转刷曝气的能耗降低42.86%~57.14%。  相似文献

BC法是生物处理与化学处理相结合的污泥处理工艺,其最显著的特点是流程中投加化学絮凝剂,其余则与普通活性污泥法类似,本文在AB工艺基础上对BC法进行了新探讨的研究,经小试研究表明,具有曝气时间短,投药量少,活性污泥沉降性能好,泥龄短,处理效果好,除磷效果高等特点,具有比普通曝气法更优越的技术经济性。  相似文献

间歇曝气对人工垂直潜流湿地氮磷去除性能的影响   总被引:7,自引:2,他引:7  
采用页岩和香蒲(Typha latifolia)构建人工垂直潜流湿地处理津河富营养化水体,研究间歇曝气对潜流湿地氮磷去除效果的影响.设计水力负荷800 mm/d,气水比5∶1.试验期间(2006-06~2006-11),氮磷月平均去除率在8月份达到最大值.与无曝气系统相比,中部曝气使氨氮(NH 4-N)、总氮(TN)、可溶性活性磷(SRP)和总磷(TP)月平均去除率分别提高10.1%、4.7%、10.2%和8.8%,底部曝气则为25.1%、10.0%、7.7%和7.4%,间歇曝气能够有效提高人工潜流湿地氮磷去除效率.曝气产生的有氧环境不利于硝酸盐氮(NO-3-N)去除,试验期间底部曝气和中部曝气NO-3-N月平均去除率一直低于无曝气系统.试验结束后收割香蒲地上组织(茎和叶),测定地上组织生物量及茎、叶中的氮磷含量,结果表明,间歇曝气虽然抑制香蒲地上组织生物量的增加,但却能够有效提高茎、叶中氮磷含量.与无曝气系统相比,通过收割香蒲地上组织可使TN去除分别增加11.6g·m-2(中部曝气)和12.6 g·m-2(底部曝气).  相似文献

实验研究了不同间歇条件下,间歇曝气生物接触氧化法对微污染水的处理效果,比较了其对比连续曝气生物接触氧化法的优越性.结果表明,在曝气强度为4 m3/(m2·h),停曝比为6∶4~9∶1的间歇曝气条件下,间歇曝气生物接触氧化法对氨氮和CODMn平均去除率分别达到69.49%~93.51%和21.12%~24.29%,生物填料上的生物量为265.53~938.63nmol/m3.在保障溶解氧大于4 mg/L的前提下,停曝比大于等于8∶2,间歇曝气生物接触氧化法处理效果好于连续曝气生物接触氧化法,且比连续曝气生物接触氧化法节省气量60%~80%.  相似文献

Biological nutrient removal grows into complicated scenario due to the microbial consortium shift and kinetic competition between phosphorus (P)-accumulating and nitrogen (N)-removing microorganisms. In this study, three sequential batch reactors with constant operational conditions except aeration patterns at 6 h cycle periods were tested. Intermittent aeration was applied to develop a robust nutrient removal system aimed to achieve high energy saving and removal efficiency. The results showed higher correspondence of P-uptake, polymeric substance synthesis and glycogen degradation in intermittent-aeration with longer interval periods compared to continuous-aeration. Increasing the intermittent-aeration duration from 25 to 50 min, resulted in higher process performance where the system exhibited approximately 30% higher nutrient removal. This study indicated that nutrient removal strongly depends on reaction phase configuration representing the importance of aeration pattern. The microbial community examined the variation in abundance of bacterial groups in suspended sludge, where the 50 min intermittent aeration, favored the growth of P-accumulating organisms and nitrogen removal microbial groups, indicating the complications related to nutrient removal systems. Successful intermittently aerated process with high capability of simple implementation to conventional systems by elemental retrofitting, is applicable for upgrading wastewater treatment plants. With aeration as a major operational cost, this process is a promising approach to potentially remove nutrients in high competence, in distinction to optimizing cost-efficacy of the system.  相似文献

对石油炼厂延迟焦化装置废水进行了催化曝气 微电解工艺 1m3/h中试现场试验研究。检验了催化曝气单元和微电解单元的现场效果和影响因素 ,通过与小试所得结果的比较 ,结合电化学、多相流原理对装置的放大效应进行了分析。中试工艺的S2 - 及CODCr总去除率分别达 90 %和 75%以上 ,表现了较强的废水适应性和良好处理效果。  相似文献

介绍了生物除磷机理、生物除磷系统的积磷细菌、生物除磷所需的环境条件。SBR法除磷的试验研究表明,应用SBR活性污泥系统进行除磷,需要一定的厌氧条件;且须在厌氧阶段进行充足的曝气。试验结果证明,SBR法在时间上控制的灵活性非常适合生物除磷的环境条件。厌氧与好氧相结合,能够提高磷的去除率或降低出水磷的浓度,磷的去除率可达90%左右。  相似文献

采用混凝-SBR法处理污泥发酵产生的沼液,研究了混凝-SBR法对污泥沼液的脱氮效果和影响因素。结果表明:SBR在进水C/N为1.5,曝气时间8 h,反硝化补充C/N(COD与总氮的比值)为0.25时,其总氮去除率可达78.8%。沼液经过混凝-SBR法处理后,总氮去除率大于80%,其出水ρ(TN)小于100 mg/L,可用于发酵料液的配制,实现污泥沼液脱氮回用的目的。  相似文献

A new airlift intermittent circulation integrated bioreactor was developed for simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal of wastewater, in which, circulation of mixed liquid between mixing zone and aeration zone was realized by aeration power, alternately anaerobic/anoxic bio-environment in mixing zone was realized by intermittent circulation and simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal was obtained through strengthened denitrifying phosphorus removal process. Removal performance of the reactor was investigated and pollutant removal and transfer mechanism in one operation circle was analyzed. The experiment results indicated that under the influent condition of chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration of 642.1 mg/L, total nitrogen (TN) of 87.4 mg/L and PO43?-P of 12.1 mg/L, average removal efficiencies of COD, TN and PO43?-P reached 96.4%, 83.2% and 90.5%, respectively, with the hydraulic residence time of 22 hr and operation circle time of 185 min. Track studies indicated that the separation of aeration and mixing zones and intermittent circulation of mixed liquid between the two zones provided distinct biological environments spatially and temporally, which ensured the occurrence of multifunctional microbial reactions.  相似文献
