白腐真菌对受喹啉污染模拟土壤的生物修复研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
通过引入白腐真菌对受喹啉污染的模拟土壤进行生物修复.结果表明,白腐真菌对受喹啉污染土壤的生物修复是可行的;土壤含水率升高,喹啉去除率提高;投菌量越大,喹啉的去除效果越显著;不同pH土壤中的白腐真菌对喹啉降解差异不大,添加木屑能为白腐真菌提供额外的营养源,对土壤中喹啉的降解起到了促进作用.  相似文献

研究白洋淀表层水(白洋淀原水)、无机盐培养基、无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水中双酚A在白腐真菌作用下的生物降解规律,同时考察了细菌及pH等因素对降解率的影响。实验结果表明,白洋淀原水中双酚A在白腐真菌作用下的降解率很高.甚至高于最适营养条件(无机盐培养基)下双酚A的降解率,在6d达到完全降解,但是无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水抑制了白腐真菌对双酚A的降解;当细菌存在时,白腐真菌与细菌对碳源和能源等形成了竞争关系,抑制了白腐真菌的生长,不利于白腐真菌对双酚A的降解;无机盐培养基强化的白洋淀原水在初始pH=6.00时双酚A的降解率高于初始pH=7.00时双酚A的降解率。通过气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析,白腐真菌降解双酚A的中间产物包括2-对羟苯基-2-酮基-1-乙醇、2-羟基苯乙酸和丙二酸等小分子酸。  相似文献

研究了固定化白腐真菌在含酚废水处理中的应用,培养和固定了能有效降解含酚废水的白腐真菌,并用固定化的白腐真菌处理了各种条件(载体、浓度、pH和温度)下的含酚废水。利用静态实验,分析了去除效果的影响因素,并初步探讨了其降解机理。实验结果表明,白腐真菌去除酚类化合物的最佳条件为以木屑为载体、含酚废水浓度为250 mg/L以下、pH=6.5、温度为30℃,去除率可达89.97%。  相似文献

本研究从我国生物资源中筛选出一株白腐真菌F1,确定了其生长条件 ,实现了扩大培养 ,并研究了F1与黄孢原毛平革菌对 4种难降解染料的脱色效果。试验结果表明 ,F1对中性深黄GRL、酸性媒介漂蓝B和刚果红的脱色效率都超过 90 % ;白腐真菌能在短时间内将有毒染料酸性媒介漂蓝B降低到较低浓度 ;白腐真菌对染料脱色的同时 ,自身能够繁殖生长。  相似文献

许多白腐真菌对染料具有广谱的脱色和降解能力 ,其脱色及降解作用可能主要是由于其在次生代谢阶段产生的木质素过氧化酶LiPs和锰过氧化酶MnPs所致。培养条件对白腐真菌脱色及降解活性有较大的影响 ,在培养基中加入藜芦醇和二价锰等能够显著提高木质素过氧化酶的产生 ;富氮培养基会抑制LiPs的生成 ;硫脲、叠氮化物、氰化物等均能明显地抑制白腐真菌的脱色及降解活性 ;缓冲液的选择对维持稳定的 pH值和菌丝的形态有一定作用 ,从而影响其脱色效果 ;富氧环境是一切白腐真菌对染料进行脱色和降解的必要条件 ;适度的搅拌混合有利于反应时的物质之间传递 ;一般地 ,在培养时间达到 3天以后白腐真菌才能达到较高的脱色与降解活性。染料分子大小和结构及其基团的位置对脱色及降解效果有明显影响。使用特殊填料极大地提高处理系统中的生物量以克服真菌生长速度相对较慢、提高处理能力是该技术今后的研究重点。  相似文献

A review of personal and portable particulate monitors and samplers for measuring and sampling airborne particulate matter is presented. These monitors and samplers are proving to be valuable tools for assessing individual exposure to environmental and occupationally generated particulates. The devices are characterized in terms of their sampling characteristics, their monitoring or measurement technique, their particle size separation (50% cut point) capabilities, their sampling flow rate, and their sampling duration per one battery charging cycle. All of the monitors and some of the samplers are commercially available. Commercial sources and originators (in the case of research devices) are made available.  相似文献

With increasing public concerns for agrochemicals and their potential movement in the ecosystem, very sensitive, selective and precise methods for the analysis of pesticides are needed. Because these substances are present usually at trace levels, the extraction and preconcentration steps are so far essential for their detection. Discoveries of novel nanomaterials with unique properties have significant impact on their use also in extraction techniques. This overview reports the recent application of carbon nanotubes in the analysis of pesticides. The largest numbers of reported applications of carbon nanotubes concern their role as a sorbent materials in solid-phase extraction and microextraction techniques.  相似文献

In the aquatic environment, pharmaceuticals have been widely found. Among them, carbamazepine and diclofenac were detected at the highest frequency. To evaluate the worldwide environmental impacts of both drugs, their global consumption volumes are estimated, based on the dose per capita. The metabolites of these pharmaceuticals are also of environmental concerns, especially trans-10,11-dihydro-10,11- dihydroxycarbamazepine (CBZ-diol) which probably has a similar concentration in water bodies to that of its parent drug. The removal efficiencies and mechanisms of both drugs in the wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are discussed with the actual state of knowledge. The occurrences of both drugs are examined in various water bodies including WWTP effluents, surface waters, groundwater and drinking water. Their chemical, physical and pharmacological properties are also addressed in context, which can largely influence their environmental behaviors. The ecotoxicological studies of both drugs imply that they do not easily cause acute toxic effects at their environmental concentrations. However their chronic effects need cautious attention.  相似文献

Terpenes are emitted in large quantities from vegetation into the troposphere, where they react readily with ozone, OH and NO3 radicals leading to a number of oxidation products. The current knowledge about gas-phase terpene oxidation products is reviewed. Their formation and decomposition pathways, their products and their relevance for the troposphere, and their chemical analysis are discussed. Data on oxidation kinetics, and product yields is presented for 23 terpenes and 65 oxidation products. A total of 84 references are quoted.  相似文献

Changes in climate, land-use and pollution are having disproportionate impacts on ecosystems and biodiversity of arctic and mountain ecosystems. While these impacts are well-documented for many areas of the Arctic and alpine regions, some isolated and inaccessible mountain areas are poorly studied. Furthermore, even in well-studied regions, assessments of biodiversity and species responses to environmental change are biased towards vascular plants and cryptogams, particularly bryophytes are far less represented. This paper aims to document the environments of the remote and inaccessible Altai-Sayan mountain mires and particularly their bryofloras where threatened species exist and species new to the regional flora are still being found. As these mountain mires are relatively inaccessible, changes in drivers of change and their ecosystem and biodiversity impacts have not been monitored. However, the remoteness of the mires has so far protected them and their species. A multitude of forensic techniques are available for age dating and source identification, including aerial photography interpretation, corrosion models, the commercial availability of a chemical, chemical associations with discrete types of equipment, chemical profiling, degradation models and contaminant transport models. The success of these techniques in environmental litigation and their applicability to a particular fact situation is rarely discussed in the literature. When these techniques are introduced as scientific evidence, their governing assumptions and the adequacy of the underlying data are rigorously scrutinized and often, successfully challenged. The purpose of this paper is to review selected forensic techniques and discuss their merits so that the user can select the technique or combination of techniques most appropriate for the factual elements of the case.  相似文献

Receptor models are used to identify and quantify source contributions to particulate matter and volatile organic compounds based on measurements of many chemical components at receptor sites. These components are selected based on their consistent appearance in some source types and their absence in others. UNMIX, positive matrix factorization (PMF), and effective variance are different solutions to the chemical mass balance (CMB) receptor model equations and are implemented on available software. In their more general form, the CMB equations allow spatial, temporal, transport, and particle size profiles to be combined with chemical source profiles for improved source resolution. Although UNMIX and PMF do not use source profiles explicitly as input data, they still require measured profiles to justify their derived source factors. The U.S. Supersites Program provided advanced datasets to apply these CMB solutions in different urban areas. Still lacking are better characterization of source emissions, new methods to estimate profile changes between source and receptor, and systematic sensitivity tests of deviations from receptor model assumptions.  相似文献

Several countries have put much effort in dioxin research programmes with the aim to assess the risks of dioxin exposure, to identify dioxin sources and to quantify their contribution to environmental emissions and human exposure. In this review, the accent has been put on: sources of dioxins and their contribution to the total dioxin emissions, sources of human exposure and their contribution to exposure and measures to reduce emission and exposure. The information from countries with existing dioxin regulations is reviewed and compared. Uncertainties which hamper comparability of data are indicated.
